This place is extremely dirty. Most of the bounces are damaged and the toddler area is a mess.

At first glance, this place seemed pretty cool and pretty much like every other bounce house place on the planet. After spending 2+ hours here with a large group of children, I would definitely go to Bounce U or Jump Zone before I return to Jumpin n Jammin. The staff seemed very young...which is fine, until they started jumping WITH the children in a very rough manner. One staff member actually knocked into a small child while jumping in the basketball bounce house. At any other bounce place I've been to, the staff members monitor the children and the jump houses to make sure that kids DON'T behave that way. Our group had a few minor injuries...totally typical of these places. However, I thought it was odd that no one bothered to collect any injury waivers from us until the first two injuries occurred (which was about 20-30 minutes into our jump session). To sum it up, these places are all pretty much the same...but you might have a better experience if you go to one with safer policies and procedures.

The attractions at this place were all in really bad shape. Their "sports arena" bouncy collapsed on my son and his friend. The staff quickly got the children out and the bouncy back up, only for it to soon collapse again before they finally shut it down. Most of the slides looked like they had sections hastily cut away, my son would tumble and roll down the slides after hitting the cut sections and went home feeling rather sore. As I was leaving I saw that they were re-inflating the same Sports Arena that had collapsed earlier, I asked a young lady if they had fixed it and she said that they did what they could but they had to get it back up because the owner doesn't like them to be down with customers around. This place clearly doesn't take the safety of the children playing there serious and I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their children to this place.

Great place to take the kids! $10 unlimited for each kids. Parents are free and get to chase after them on the bounce houses. I had a special night for my kids and they allowed my to have pizza delivered to their place! Prices have gone up a little from 2 years ago, but what place hasn't. They now have an area for under 2 yos! So now they are not so left behind! The only tips for parents with little ones is to take care around the big kids. They can be rough and accidentally land on your little one.
