Recently visited this park about 2 weeks ago, and what can I say wonderful customer service great clean park. Thanks to one of the managers(I believe her name was infinity) she helped us soon as we walked in made sure we were all set with waivers and socks explaining to us the deals going on during week and also introduced me to Groupon! The kids also loved her!! Great to go Infinity!! The kids had a blast! They loved the park! Loved the games! Will defiantly be going back. Great job!!

Poorly run, very long line to pay and 2 registers are open. Yellow shirts everywhere except where you need them. Staff on cell phones. I waited in line for 35 minutes just to add 1 more hour. Great idea of a place and great set up and location. You need a hands on Mateur Manager that can handle the consistent changes throughout the day. My grandson waited in line for 20 minutes to get a snack. Really?? #frustrating

Went here about a month ago with the wife and kid. Place is busy on the weekend. Alot of people and parties. There staff is very friendly but need to pay more attention to the kids and the rule to which they apply themselves to. The place isn't bad. For the amount of usage it gets it does look a little worn. It was still fun none the less for both adults and kids. My kids worked so much energy out of her that she slept through the night soundly. We will definitly be going back.

My son had a birthday party they got the rooms messed up put us in one room and found out that was the wrong room with all our items in there. Very young staff. Also both stalls in mens room were absolutely disgusting, and out of order most of the day. Positive kids did have fun, and liked the experience.

Just left there for my sister’s birthday party and despite the fact that the place ran out of food the manager ordered pizza from outside and made things work. But I would love to give a HUGE props to our host LUIS! My family absolutely loved him! Despite everything else he really made our night and made sure we were fine and all our needs were met. He was very cool, friendly, and a great person. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think the night wouldn’t had been as great. Make sure you make him your party host, won’t regret it!!!

We used to come and had a blast but now since the name changed (new ownership) thumbs down! Rules, rules and more rules . The staff is on you non stop complaining about everything. Parents used to be able to jump with their kids, no longer.

Would had given it 5 stars based on amenities but the pizza is worse than store brand microwave... they are super stingy on the icees and the arcade games cost 10 credits.... and its insanely loud with music/bass (shouting necessary at all times) that ruined the experience. Maybe if just buying the jump time it's worth it... ninja course is cool!

Under new ownership again, but its been very dirty the two times we came in February. Floors were filthy, trampolines had garage and junk all over them, and the foam safety pads on trampolines had a dirt film. Needs a Clorox bath and vacuum.

Eh it was fun. The arcade was bland the trampolines were fun the dodge had no referees. So when some one got hit they were still playing.

Fun place for kids and adults/parents. Lots of room for everyone. Just went again with my kids. We all jumped for just over an hour. I'm feeling it in places I didn't know had muscles. It was very fun. The kids had a great time. The facility was clean. We were greeted by Monique when we arrived, and she was also able to help us solve a little problem that occurred during our visit. Monique made the experience that much better...so kudos to her for her great customer service and happy attitude.

Had a poor experience about a month ago and your manager called me the next day and spoke to me and invited me back. I was not going to return but after speaking to Todd I decided to give it another try and I'm happy I did. Great time and Todd took care of me and my family because of this type of service I will be back again.

Went to jump off in Manchester with my nephew who is 3 and it's a nice facility, they have many obstacles for the kids to do. But, not even thirty minutes into jumping my nephew gets hurt in an incident with another woman and she just takes off.. the supervision is not as it should be, many were on the sidelines talking while they should be spread out supervising. My nephew ended up hurting his leg and we did appreciate when the report was filed and Omar who works there was very kind and checked out my nephew and was making sure he was okay. Because this happened suddenly we were able to get a voucher but the front desk managers were not even interested,

Went here today with my two children. One child had to keep to the 3 and under area. Other could go wherever... the costs are steep here. Arcade games are really pricey. The facility with all of the body heat is REALLY hot. They need to improve on their AC and air circulation even if it means some industrial fans. My kids had fun but the employees don’t care... they all stand around and talk, look uninterested.. when I grabbed my kids a couple of juices the employee behind the counter treated me like an inconvenience. I’ll try another trampoline park before we come back here. The 3 and under area is crappy and extremely limited. Kids are bored there in minutes.

So fun! So much more than a trampoline park! It’s definitely worth spending the money here for jumping time then the kids can play in the huge indoor playground or the arcade. Arcade is of course extra. It’s huge and clean.

Had a great time today. I brought my so and my nephew out for a little fun day before they went back to school and they had a blast. Great customer service by Monique also she was very patient with me while I figured out how to navigate the facility. Great job!!

Took my kids here for their last day of freedom before school starts. Beautiful facility and so much for the kids to do. They also have a small kitchen for things like pizza and fries. Currently enjoying some yummy chicken fingers. I had the pleasure of speaking with two of their employees Wes and Monique so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place

Fun for the kids, good exercise, healthy activity. So hard to find things to do during the winter in CT, so we appreciate these kind of places. However there is room for improvement here: Hit or miss with the teenage staff- some are helpful, some seem clueless. This does seem to be improving between our last two visits. Tickets are rather expensive, compounded by the fact that they charge for fixed times in and out, which means if you buy your tickets at certain times, you end up with less time than what you paid for. This is not fair and should be fixed. As a quick solution they should be rounding up the time, not rounding down. You don't want customers feeling cheated- that's when they are motivated enough to leave so-so reviews. If you pay for an hour, you should always get AT LEAST an hour of time. Last time I went, after putting on my kid's socks, he only had 45 minutes of time left. And no, it didn't take us 15 minutes to put on a pair of socks. When it's busy, yes it's kind of yucky, little kid pee smell/mildew smell around the playground area, and bathrooms are really gross, probably because they are undersized and underbuilt for a facility this size. If the business is successful I would hope to see them upgrade the facility, especially the bathrooms and the playground area, with an eye on hygiene.

The facility is excellent and there is lots to do for all ages. The kids playscape has many areas where small children are not visible and the rules and supervision in that area made our visit uneasy on both visits. That being said, my low rating is due to the fact that the staff has no knowledge about pricing. We have visited twice during the toddler Time period and experienced a long wait as the staff all talk to each other to try to figure out how to ring up a parent, toddler, and sibling. Today we came during toddler Time while there was also a holiday coupon regarding a lunch special. Again several staff members all walk around talking to each other realizing no one knows how to take care of the transaction. Which would be cheaper? One hour with the toddler schedule and we buy lunch? Two hours of jumping with the holiday lunch included? No one knows. The lunch counter is the same discussion. Many staff members who seem very nice but in two visits we have never encountered anyone who is aware of how to charge customers. The result is them starting the clock on your jumping time stickers and then arguing about pricing amongst themselves while the children wait. It's expensive but a nice facility. I would probably pay the price to return but won't be anxious to do it again soon because of the lack of staff training.

I came in with my siblings on Sunday 08/04/19 for the first time and my siblings had the time of their lives! Noelle (I believe that’s her name) the girl working the counter was super friendly and very personable. Dante was also a great help, super friendly and my siblings also thought he was very nice! Was an excellent first experience and I look forward to coming in as a regular customer!!

Nice place to bring kids. Spent 2.5 hours there. A few little thing, foot traffic up and down in 30 intervals. Crowd moves in and out quickly. No Closed enterence and exit, Open area... Food cost about same as "CC" no gluten free, they where out of nacho cheese, so no chips, or cheese fries. Pitcher of soda way to go cost wise. No table service, just calls your name.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! There is so much to do here for all ages and is overall, my favorite trampoline park I've ever been to! My only complaint is that the foam pits aren't very deep and my friend almost broke her neck cuz she hit the bottom of the foam pit and she had to wear a neck brace for a while, but that won't change the 5 stars I'm giving it! Also I recommend the 2 hour session! So, yeah, I totally recommend that you go here, no matter how old you are. IT'S LITTTTTTTT! Just be careful in the foam pits tho.

We had a terrible customer service experience. A heavy-set girl sporting dirty blonde hair with green highlights lied to me multiple times, when ticketing us. Right as we got to the counter, I mentioned that the company website advertised a Holiday BOGO Promo. I asked this girl if the buy-one-get-one-free deal for toddlers (3 and below) would be honored in store. She confirmed "yes" but proceeded to charge me adult ticket prices for my two little ones. After I noticed the incorrect charges, I brought the receipt back to her. She reacted defensively, lying to me that she had charged me the toddler prices but the jump in cost was due to tax fees. I pointed to the receipt that tax fee was an added line at the bottom of the receipt and I gave her a brief math lesson to show that she had charged me the full adult prices. This girl proceeded to lie again, saying that the systems online and in store don't align and she wouldn't input the promotional deal. Her manager got involved and manually adjusted the charges to credit my card. The girl also lied for the third time. She told us that the promotional deal was not available for toddlers playing 2 hours and that it was limited to toddlers playing 1 hour. I whipped out my phone and pulled up the the company website that offered the holiday promo for toddlers playing TWO HOURS. (Screenshot saved). The girl sat there and stared. I completely understand that mistakes happen and computer systems are not always easy to navigate. But seriously, all that this girl needs to do is to say, "Sorry about the mistake and inconvenience caused you. let me fix it for you right away". Instead, she resorts to lying and digs a hole for herself. Poor customer service skills and training is much needed.

Had another great time here but want to make an additional review. My daughter landed wrong and hurt her back a little. The staff was amazing. Three staff members immediately came to see if she was ok asked her questions got her an ice pack and after she was back jumping I could see them really watching her for a few to make sure she was ok. They even checked in with me on how she was later on. Great job guys!

Awesome time for the whole family. They have more than just trampolines which is great. It is as very big facility and is well maintained. Staff is nice. Definitely worth driving farther away.

Just had my sons party there and it was great! The kids had a blast and everything was so well organized. The place was very clean, the staff there are so friendly and very attentive watching our for the children’s safety and our party hosts made the whole party so relaxing. It was money well spent. There is so much to do there for all ages and it’s very open so you can see kids easily. Just an overall fun and stress free experience. Would highly recommend.

In last couple of months the standard of this place keeps on going down.So I have to move my stars rating from 5 to 3. The parking lot and mens washrooms were not that clean on a Sunday evening. This place is specially for kids so cleanliness should be their top priority. Hope to see some changes next time I visit the place but right now I don't see any vow factor to provide 4 or 5

JUMP OFF!?!!? JUMP OFF?!??!? MORE LIKE GO JUMP OFF A BRIDGE!!!!! I went with a few friends just to have some fun and I went to go play dodge ball and they said come back in 15 minutes. So I did and they said the same thing again so I was like ok. Then I was told to come at 8. So I went at 8 and then once we got in a man approached us and told us to leave but I clearly saw a group before us free playing. Is one of the job requirements for racism? Because all of the party hosts showed exactly that. Is there something against indians at this place? Also I clearly saw other kids my height going down the big red slide but when I tried to go I was told I was to tall and that I had to leave, but a person of another race but same height was let in. There was a lot of discrimination in this place and I was honestly very disappointed. I’m not sure if I would recommend this to any other Indians as they clearly have something against our race. Please if you are reading this review I would advise you not to go. I was extremely disappointed and have never felt such discrimination before. So if you are reading this review, I strongly advise you to go to a place like flight, but definitely not this!

I went there with a few friends for teen night (friday 8-10pm). This way we wouldn't have to worry about younger kids. We expected that we would see minimal kids, however there was at least 40 kids that must have been under 8. It made for a very fustrating experience. If you want a fun teen night go somewhere else.

I think this is an absolutely wonderful place for kids! My daughter is 3, and she loves the trampolines, the balls, the obstacle course and the jungle play scape! My only concern is the big red slide which is in the play scape (for all ages they claim). A staff member made a very unpleasant experience for me when she told me I was not allowed to go down the slide with my daughter. I have always gone down with her and had no issue with any staff member. In fact, I have seen other parents do the same thing as their child is on the younger end and they want to ensure his/her safety. I was very upset by this. How does flight expect to keep the kids in the play scape if an adult( parent or staff) is unable to assist thier child on a potentially dangerous obstacle? We will definately come back, but I think this needs to be addressed. Thanks!

Cannot have 11 year olds on playscape always allowed before watching 3 year old so little ones penalized. flight took over place is empty all extra charges. Sign for playscape says no adults 11 year old not an adult. Stay away

Crowded on the weekend. Trampolines are mostly well maintained with a few outliers that have broken springs or seem loose. Foam pit is sb stage could use more depth for more aggressive landings. The air bag was out of service when I went.

Fun for kids but very dirty. Inside the trampolines there are lots of dust and lint bunnies everywhere and hair. My assessment is based on more than 2 visits. Litter in parking lot is overwhelming too. I mentioned to management and was told they try but their extension chords don't reach everywhere. No explanation given for lots of litter in parking lot. There is also a "Now Open" tarp half dangling from the street sign. Why not take it all the way down? It's been open for like 2 years now.

With new ownership came a new manager. I was here when it was jump off and the service was so bad I didn’t come back until it was flight. Thankfully I gave it a try a few weeks ago and Monique (the manager) was very friendly. The child I babysit can be a bit talkative and the manager exhibited kindness and patience with him while answering all his silly questions with a smile. I’m not sure who the other employees are but she leads a very nice and courteous team. They all said hi when we walked by and they even seemed to be able to handle the rowdy kids with ease

this place is disgusting there was a bird inside and i told one of the workers and he said “it’s ok there’s usually like 3 a day” and later on the bird was drinking out of the water fountain everybody uses it’s a dump and one of the workers was the worst employee i’ve ever seen she had red hair and she was small and had a QB playbook on her arm TERRRRRIIIBLLLLLLEEEE 2/10

First....the young lady placed my change on the counter.... She gave me too much change back....I returned it....she wasn't friendly.... The young lady in the toodler area wasn't attentive.....kids backing up on the red slide.... Need more than one person in that area..... Three staff members doing nothing but talking... Eating area needed to be cleaned....the young lady doing the party hosting and dodgeball did have a smile..... Young kids with poor attitudes..... Make sure you watch your children when sliding down the red slide.....

Took my 3 year old niece here on a rainy/snowy afternoon. She had a blast! She loved jumping on the trampolines and in the foam pits. She also love the toddler area with the slides and climbing jungle gym. I also enjoyed jumping on the trampolines myself, haven’t done that in years. Totally a fun way to spend the day. Not the best service but it’s a very nice place to spend time with your family or just have a good excellent food. About the food... it’s sorta pricey but good quality. Maybe add some more janitors to clean the crumbs in the trampolines and the used drinks and stickers all over the place.

Brought my kids here tonight, and very disappointed. Kids had fun in the past but multiple areas closed tonight because of broken equipment. All my kids favorites too. Complained after 15 minutes and would only give us 30 minute jump cards for weekday use only, would not give money back.

A fun activity for kids with lots of variety for a trampoline park. Love that they have a three and under area for parents. If you're not in to jumping the also have a few other kid-friendly activities to choose from. You do have to purchase socks to jump, so make sure you save them for future use, even babies. Kids and kids at heart will love it.

Monique is amazing! From the time we entered the building to the time we left, the staff was superb. Informative and helpful in answering our questions especially since it was my first time here. One of the kiddos I was baby sitting got stuck at the top of the ninja warrior wall thing and was scared to get down. We asked for help and Monique made it up the wall like nobody's business and helped guide him down. All in all a great experience and we look forward to going back.....and hopefully next time we go we'll bring extra bravery with us so she won't have to climb back up

I didn't even know this place existed until I was invited to my little cousins party, they have trampolines & games it's clean but the foods expensive. They gave her this golden ticket thing where she jumps for free and a bunch of other stuff it's a cool place. recommend if you have kids.

Used to be a good place for the kids and they had fun. Now you have these young staff that won't allow kids to do anything. I had my grandson go into the slide area and one of the staff measured him and he was ok tho go in, half an hour later another girl picked him out and told him to leave because he was even with the allowed height. I will never again go there. I'll drive further and go to New Britain.

I had my daughters 5th birthday there and it was pricey but I thought it’s abpit the kids having fun so it should be worth it. You have a party host that is supposed to handle everything but mine was super slow and didn’t help me with decorations which I didn’t mind but then the kids jumped for the hour and then we had pizza which was cold and then I had to serve everyone cause it was taking forever. So then I wanted to do presents and the party host told me well u only have 20 minutes left I’m like omg so I’m getting pushed out of the room I paid $470 for and my kid opened her presents so fast because they kick u out rite on the dot it’s like really? I think the party person should have warned me while everyone was eating to make sure how much time I have left and they should make the parties a little bit longer because people barely had time to eat cake and open presents

We had such a fun time here with our kids! They host birthday parties and other events if you like, which is how we found out about it. The process is simple. You sign a waiver then pay for how long you want to jump: 1, 2, or 3 hours. It was about $20/person for the first hour, but the cost per hour drops substantially if you jump longer: around $26 for three hours. There are lots of areas to explore as well: the main jumping areas, dodge ball, basketball hoops for dunking, "ninja" obstacles including a walk to run up, a slack line/tight rope, joust balance beam, launching into a pit of foam cubes, another pit of covers with some rock climbing holds you can jump off into the pit, and a large fun house area with a ball pit, obstacles and slides for smaller kids. This place is happening and had something fun for everyone who wants to jump, play and move!

Came here with our kids for our daughter’s 6th birthday. We’ve been to the one in New Britain in the past and the prices there were a lot better. One parent was allowed to jump and it was included in the admission price of $9/hour. Not sure if those prices have changed since. Manchester should definitely consider this. Kids want their parents to jump, too. But $16/hour is a lot of money. Especially since we purchased socks!

This place has gone down really fast. It’s fulthy and need a good cleaning every day to be kept up. I was shocked by how much was out of order today.... yet we still pay full price. The staff was too busy chatting on the floor than monitoring what was going on! Could not tell who could have been a manager because everyone was externally unprofessional. The line to pay was long because everyone behind the counter was busy talking as well. The toddler area was full of trash and no one was controlling who went in. Not anything like it was when they first opened.

For 11 years I have been doing birthday parties for my kids. I have never ever been so disappointed. My son was so excited for his fifth birthday here and it was awful. The room I booked was full when we arrived. No one was there to help us. We put our stuff in an open room then was told I had to move everything to a different room. They never announced his birthday (he was waiting for this the entire time) I asked for chicken fingers and fries for my 1 year old to come with pizza since he doesnt really eat pizza...they didnt come when I asked the host disappeared for a while came back with the chicken when the kids were now onto cake. The "toddler area" was filled with older kids so I couldn't let my 1 year old down to play because he kept being pushed over and knocked down by them. I took him to the back area for toddlers on the trampolines but yet again older kids kept bouncing in that area flying him in the air. Finally at the end the host cleaned the area before we even had everything together!! She apologized for the food, told me she would take the extra pizza and pitcher off my bill...I paid didnt even think about it was so upset. Got home and saw they didnt remove it and the so called discount..was "$1.30." I will never ever return to this place even to let the kids jump. I certainly will NOT host another birthday party here or attend one.

I "scheduled" my son's 11th birthday party @ Jump Off in Manchester for this past February 20th. When we arrived (along with his guests & their parents) I was very respectfully informed there was no party scheduled for us. I was panicking & getting super pissed as I pulled up my email confirmation and the staff member compassionately (whom I later found out is the asst. mngr) pointed out that it was in fact scheduled for March 20th! I'm sure you can imagine my thought process at that moment... Then the asst. mngr instantly deterred my rapidly approaching panic attack as she read the anxiety distorting my face. Within the matter of minutes, this young lady pulled together a party room, set up the gifts, got a food order, 12 pairs of sock things, and any other items required for a party! The other parents had no clue of my most epic "chocolate blonde moments" of collosal proportions; at least until my plaque started flowing again, anxiety averted and I was my normal "chatter-box" self. Everyone had a terrific time. Although affordable, my husband and I would have paid any amount due to the incredible compassion, understanding and jaw dropping collaboration by our hostess aka asst. mngr and the staff @ Jump Off. The smiles and laughs these 10 & 11 y/o boys experienced is why no amount of gratitude can be expressed that is worthy of the service we received. Many Thanks.

I've had a party here. We come here to have the 9year old and 17 month old burn off energy. However, safety is a concern. The toddler area is not regulated and children over age 3 are in the toddler area making it dangerous for them to play. If this gets better and I dont fear that I need to have 911 on standby I will change my review to 5 star

My kids love coming here, so we frequent your park often. We were there last week and the week before. I have noticed a big improvement in the last couple weeks. Food was always ok in the past, but seemed to be much better the last couple weeks. I know this is a very busy place but this visit for us seemed to be much more organized than in the past. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We always recommend your facility. But with such improvents in the last couple weeks, it just makes the experience more enjoyable.

Not the place to go with young toddlers. The staff did not care at all that preteens were in the 48" and under area. I feel very lucky that my son was not hurt. Older kids have every right to rough house, just not in the areas designed for toddlers and there's a sign posted clearly for ages 3 and under. I mentioned it to a staff member who shrugged. The fire alarm went off during our time there and that was not handled well either. Staff was not sympathetic to the loud noise or having to quickly evacuate the building. It's physically a nice place and with staff enforcing the rules, it could be a great time, but right now it isn't. Skip it if your kid is under 5 or so.

I came with my kids this past weekend, not the cleanest park but I gave 5 stars because the staff goes above and beyond for their jumpers and my children have a blast before going home to fall right asleep from exhaustion. This weekend one jumper passed out on the floor and the supervisor responded very well to attending to him. I was very impressed. Good on you young girl for taking action during a scary situation. It makes me feel very safe too knowing if my children are hurt they will be attended to.

This is the worst trampoline park I have ever been to. There was a staff member laying on the floor behind the food stand sleeping !! The staff kept walking over him like he wasn’t there !!! Seemed as if there was no adult supervision for staff. The staff just Stands around . Very interaction or correction to kids . Awful experience . The equipment looked old and ratty .

Brought my kids here for the first time today and had the worst experience ever here! I clearly wasn’t expecting much but for my kids to waste some energy on summer break... but it was such a hard time to have fun with them when all the employees besides the lady at the front counter and a girl with black hair walking around looking like they hate their lives... they looked like they wanted nothing to do with the place. My kids said hello to a girl watching the playscape and she totally ignored them like she wasn’t even there...it’s like you work with kids...show them there are nice people in the world... Needless to say. I’m never going back there. It’s a shame because I literally live right down the street from there...

Horrible dirty place where the workers are doing nothing I was waiting in line for 10 minutes while there were at least 7 employees chit chatting having fun. Its Dec 1 2018 they should fire the supervisor Tables are always dirty just like the bathrooms. The workers should be making rounds every hour to make sure place is clean.

I have sensory issues, and this place was hell for me. There is no reason the music has to be so loud! Even my kid clamped hands over ears as soon as we entered. After two hours of a birthday party, it will probably take me days to recover from the experience. I will never set foot in this place again, no matter how much my kid enjoyed it.

The actual place is awesome to just jump around, but if you want to book a birthday party, it's gonna be around $600- $700 for only 20 kids! Expensive for birthdays but pretty good for everything else.

We went twice one during the week once sunday. Great time all around. The place is huge. You have a good staff some shine alot more than others. Semi clean bathrooms for being what the place is. Great obsticals my two and four year old loved the foam pit and big red slide. I had some food both times both times it was good for eating out. The music was a bit loud but they ajusted it thoughout the 2.00 we were there. Good place kids loved it.i stubed my toe on warped wall.im ok now.waaaaaa. We will come back and play again now that we know that there is pandemonium goin on in there on a few different levels. Good luck.

We held my grandson"s birthday party in the Manchester location. Party room six on Sept 21. This was our 7th birthday party there.Six of which was with previous ownership. We found this visit to be very different. Our party host Jose was outstanding at his job. He was very polite and helpful in all aspects of the event. He went above and beyond. He showed complete composure even with 14 over excited kids. Also, before the party, and at time of checkout, the manager Monique, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Her customer service is excellent. My only regret is that i don"t have these employees working for me. Thanks again.

My kids like this place and have fun. But this place has no supervision. The workers stayed at the basketball station. All others area had no supervision. The employees conversate with each other instead of supervising their stations. There were 14-16 years old playing dodge ball with toddlers because of no supervision. No control. A dissaster ready to happen. The place is dirty, trash on the floor. The place is going down.

Really dirty place! So much duct tape holding styff togather. Water stains from many leaks. Also alot of the lights are out in the smaller kids jungle gym. Edit. 2 months have gone by. I went it and everything seems to be worse! Not a single thing has been fixed! How did it break more and still be neglected? How has this passed inspections? The lights are still out in the tunnels for the smaller kids. The large trampoline play space is still dirty as ever. I dont want to see dust bunnies eat the kids!!! The launch pad has so many holes dont jump just to hit the floor.

When this place first opened it was great and the staff cared but now it’s under new management and and obstacles are closed and roped off. The dodge ball court which was our favorite is ignored and no one pays attention to the game so getting 12-25 kids to play by the rules doesn’t happen. It’s sad to jump off in ruins with no intention in fixing it. Looks like we need to find a new trampoline park
