Auto road closed depending on calendar, check website. Walk to top for nice views, esp in Autumn. Picnic space.

The pavilion area at Dennis Hill is breathtaking. You can see the tallest points in three different states while standing atop the hill. The Yellow trail is a good intermediate hike, but watch out for the tree roots along the trail. The gazebo overlook area along the Yellow trail offers another gorgeous view. I'm definitely coming back to hike this again when the leaves begin to change.

my all time favorite place to go. I'm a city girl from Massachusetts and when i first visited Dennis Hill 3 yrs ago, I instantly fell in love with the building and the view. it's beautiful

i love this pavilion. it was built in 1935 by Dr. Frederick Dennis, a noted New York surgeon. it had a log roof but it was burn down but the stone is all original. you can rent it out. go on a hike or just enjoy the overlooks. could you imagine a family Reunion here. what great place to build a memory.

Love this place. Steeped in history and you can see the mountains from VT, MA, and NY. There's an awesome trail that takes u to the top in a nice relaxing setting. You can start a bonfire, relax in the pavilion, and take pictures of the beautiful flowers around you
