My son always has a good time here. Just make sure you check the hours before coming...they have a rather strange schedule. Staff is great! The facility is clean.

Clean, spread out, air smells fresh, better than other bounce gyms my niece and I have visited. Strong air conditioning, so if you're not jumping, bring a fleece.

Perfect place for kids to get out energy. We have taken our kids here for many birthday parties and they never get sick of the indoor inflatable bounce houses and slides here. After 1 hour they are exhausted!! We love it!

The actual play was good. They have around 8 or 10 inflatables that almost all involve big slides, with different pitches and different approaches. There is one classic bounce house and some other hybrids. be The reason for for starts is that the waiting area is really unappealing and loud which is too bad because, as we found out, there is often a wait. We arrived at 10:20 and they were at capacity. Since it was so soon after opening, they said it would probably be at least an hour wait. I wish we would have known that it was important to get there right at open! Just did not occur to us. Luckily lunch time was a big turn over, so we came back around noon and got in pretty quickly.

I've gone to several birthday parties here and it's always a great time. The kids absolutely love the Inflatables and they go berserk! I think the parties could be a little longer in my personal opinion they're just under 2 hours and they only get an hour and the bouncy area, but other than that I think it's a really great place to bring kids. In terms of parties, they Supply forks knives napkins the room with all the tables and chairs and a coordinator and it all runs pretty smoothly so I would recommend that if you were looking to have your child's party somewhere. The one thing I can advise though is if you have a child on the Spectrum, I would highly suggest getting earphones because it can be quite loud in the bouncy area and in the arcade.

We celebrated my child's birthday (age 5) at Bounce Town this past weekend. What a wonderful place and staff! Scott and Giana made the day one that my son will remember for a long time. From the beginning to the end, they took care of everything. They learned the kid’s names and made everyone feel special and included. Entertainment was not an issue, they played games and even had a couple of obstacle course races. The kids loved competing and having fun. After play time, we moved to the party room where everything was set up and ready to go. They had the food ready and they served all the kids and grownups. They even reminded us to take the day off-- relax and eat. We couldn't have asked for a better place. If you are looking for a place to have your child’s birthday, you need not to look further. I recommend having your birthday party here! Your child will love it!

I bring my two children for open play, and they love it! The facility is very clean with newer bounce houses, and on weekdays also relatively calm which is great since I don’t want to worry about my little ones getting knocked around with bigger kids jumping!

Tough place to get free time for your kids to blow off steam. Always booked which means it is always busy or closed to the public. Call before you go. Once inside your kids will have a blast. Remember to pack socks.
