We had my son's 10th birthday party here. It was a great experience - Jessica and Joshua made sure we had everything we needed. They were really attentive even though it was a really busy day. We had fun playing games and laser tag. Next time I'll order the pizza without seasonings. We plan on having more parties here!

We Love this place. Not too busy in the mornings, they do their best to take care of the games, and they have great customer service. Erin was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us, making our already great experience even more amazing.

Great place to have fun. Most of the times I spend about 1-3 hours here. They have a lot of games, and there's only a small few that don't work. The wings are pretty good there and the e-sports lounge is pretty well equipped.

Some of the games are kind of off an on again and seem to have a few more bad machine each time i go. That being said the staff are very kind and up beat. I have not had a chance to eat here yet though i always see folks doing so. I like that they offer a space for parties and also have exclusive space for system and computer games. Overall a good time and very entertaining for young ones.

So much fun! The family enjoyed a great after school Adventure! The kids are off to a Great Start this year so we were looking for a bit of local fun for all ages! We picked up the preschoolers elementary kids middle school and high schoolers then headed out for GameWorks. Loved that the older ones helped the little guys get on board with the games throughout this interactive environment. Although it quickly became competitive as soon as we began the Lazer tag gaming, I was proud of the older kids becoming protective with the little ones. The welcoming environment made for an amazingly fun afternoon.

My girlfriend and I drove 30 minutes to come to the hearthstone event that was supposed to be hosted from 4-7 and the staff up front all told us it wasnt starting until 6:30. We left and tried calling back to make sure and got transferred to esports but no one answered. When we returned around 730 we were directed go the esports section where we were told they canceled the event because the manager didnt leave the admin password for it, and that is was actually supposed to be from 4-7 and there was no way to reopen it. So we were lied to by the entire staff, and we will be reporting this entire thing to blizzard entertainment so you hopefully never ruin anyone else's night like this.

I love Game Works! I think this is a cool place with lots of fun games to play!!! on this visit I actually tried the DJ booth which has a microphone,and I was able to create a CD of a freestyle on one of the beats provided by the game. It was really fun and I think it turned out good!

Food is good. There were several games that were broken and/or malfunctioning. We had an all-day pass, but weren't aware that you don't accumulate any tickets with it. My kids were incredibly disappointed after winning several jackpots and browsing the prize section. We were there for several hours and had nothing to show for it.

This was such a fun place to stop in Denver if you have teenagers! The games are modern and this place was neat and well kept...They also had a karaoke booth and laser tag....the only down side is they quit selling any drinks an hour and half before closing and after playing for 2 hrs we were thirsty!!

They have almost every form of entertainment laser tag, arcades, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC. Not to mention, there's a banquet room for large parties and a bar with a food lounge. An all around entertainment location making this a medium for family fun!

This place was so fun! I came here with some family and we had a blast just running around playing games and chasing a toddler around. There was such a great selection of games. We got some snacks about halfway through our "stay", and the fries were SUPER salty, but the place was, in all, pretty awesome!

My kids and I had a great time playing the games and laser tag. The food and service on the other hand is deplorable. 40 minutes when we were the only table in the place and I can honestly say the food in the Adam's County jail would be considered gourmet compared to the overpriced garbage they serve there.

Been here before and it wasn't too bad went in last night got my drinks pretty quick ordered a stuffed pretzel waited 30 minutes for a pretzel that was not stuffed instead of just had lunch meat stacked on top of it and the price of that was $17 I sent it back to the kitchen said we did not want to order that the one waitress that took it back give us a snide little comment but the older lady that was our bartender was very nice and did a very good job I think we'll just stick to Dave & Buster's

Great place to bring your kids for parties or even adults. Lots of fun games. Even board games to play at the tables. Food is decent but pretty overpriced, wifi is terrible (for parents that want to work while their kids play), and service is usually bad at the ticket counter (high schoolers run it) and hit or miss in the dining area.

I had a lot of students tell me that this place was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it but it didn't live up to the hype that they spoke of it. I guess that's my own fault for believing my students eh? Anyway, they had a wonderful selection of games and I couldn't wait to be able to play them all! I tried, but I wasn't too successful cuz I went on a weekend and it was pretty full of people. What I did enjoy A LOT was this room they have where someone can rent some time to play a console game of their choice! And you're even able to rent it out for parties and events! SO RAD! It just sounds like an awesome time with some good friends and company!

A horrible experience. I only gave it one star because that is the lowest I can do.Decided to go for their Thursday all you can play deal. I was very disappointed. Over half of the games are broken or out of service. 25% are games that aren't eligible for the deal. I spoke with the manager after not being able to play most of the games available, and I was told that she was sorry, and can't magically fix them. She said it is not her fault that they got hand me downs from their other locations and she is doing the customers a favor by bringing some of the games down for our own safety. Stay away from this place!

Nice place to visit the value is better than Dave and Busters but a younger demographic. The laser tag is fun the vests and guns are well kept and work great. The games are not so much . I was surprised how many had no sound or broken controllers.. staff outside of the barkeep was super young and not really customer centered.. I was in a line where a lady had a group of 4 and was I think pulling out groupon codes or something and the line had ballooned to about 15 people. AMD there was 3 other workers at another register in the other side just goofing off and looking at videos on their phone. Finally a manger (I assumed since she was wearing a different color shirt) came out.. and at least helped the cashier that was waa working on a 10 minute trip on the struggle bus. But a decent time for $22

We had a blast. Everyone was amazing except the young lady at the laser tag door. Rude, condescending and careless were her traits. This was supposed to be the highlight of the party and was nearly the reason to end the party early. She made her own rules and was extremely rude when questioned. We needed understanding for a party of 20 not attitude. We made it in the next round and had a great time. Didn't have to deal with her again and the party was epic. Some people's energy are not cut out for this type of environment. Most everyone there was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed it despite the wait and attitude from the door lady at laser tag.

Stopped in with a party of 5 on a Saturday night just to grab some food. Upon seating us they were apologetic saying there was only one waitress staffed that night. Service was still great and food was pretty good.

I've had several birthday parties here for my kiddos, and have attended friends' parties here, as well. The staff is always courteous and helpful, the restrooms are well maintained and clean, and the kids have a great time with all the video games and laser tag. Having easy access to a full bar is pretty nice, also!

My family and I went into GAMEWORKS thinking we would have a fun family night and little did we know it would be the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we’ve EVER had. ARRIVING we walked to the counter and purchase our GAMEWORKS CARD, we were greeted by a young man named Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and happy to help and answer any questions we had. My daughters are 5 and 8 anywhere we go we purchase separate game cards as we chaperone them from game to game. We first noticed that 1 out of every 3 games were assembled with the magnetic stripe upside down so it made it every difficult for my youngest to figure out which way to swipe the card to play. Leaving her to swipe it twice unsure of it’s activation. The girls both decide to get in a karaoke machine that required 30 credits, they swipe once it takes the funds but doesn’t play, they swipe again, same result. This time I found a GameWorks team members to help with the issue. We learned the Karaoke machine was Inoperable so he then refunded the credits and apologized for the inconvenience. The girls decide it’s time they’d like to Laser tag. I go back to the counter and this time a different team member (not josh) tells me that there is a party entering the same time we wanted to and they advise that we go at 6pm and it would just be my wife, my daughters and I. No biggie we’ll wait. 5:55pm comes and we race over to the Laser tag Entrance. 6pm hits and the entrance never opens. I then found another team member and I point to my family letting him know that we have been waiting and the door never opened. He unlocks the door, walks in to see what happened. He then returns stating “ The Laser tag operater started the game and didn’t wait until 6pm”. Once again no biggie. He ushered me back to the main counter and mentioned he would have to get a manager involved to override our purchase and set a new time. I WISH HE HADN’T. I WOULD HAVE RATHER WASTED THE MONEY AND NOT PLAYED LASER TAG THEN TO HAVE INTERACTED WITH THE GAMESWORK MANGER. ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT!!!! I WOULD’VE RATHER WASTED THE MONEY AND NOT GONE TO PLAY LASER TAG IF THAT WOULD HAVE KEPT ME FROM INTERACTING WITH THE GAMESWORK MANGER. Her name was Skylar. The moment she came to the front desk to help override our laser tag purchase it was a complete inconvenience for her. Once explaining to her what happen she became very combative and confrontational. I asked “who’s the general or location manager?” She mumbled a name. I asked “where is he” (because I clearly didn’t want to work with her at all) she replied “He’s at home it’s sunday , where else would he be” rolling her eyes. At that moment I didn’t want to work with her anymore. I asked another team member if they could get anyone else to help us. I told Skylar that she was being extremely rude, very unprofessional and confrontational. Another manager or team lead came over she introduce herself politely, “Hello sir I’m Erin”. I then expressed to Erin what happen, and in front of Skylar I told Erin that I’d rather work with her and that we no longer needed Skylar’s assistance. Skylar stated” O-well I’m not leaving, I’m not going anywhere” I turn to Erin as she was helping assist us and told her “Erin I love that fact that you are resolving my issue, but with all due respect I’d would like if Skylar excused herself. Skylar just shock her head and said “NOPE, NOT AT ALL”. It was only obvious that Skylar wanted things to escalate to a further level which is why she wouldn’t leave. While Erin is helping us she said “is everything ok” I explained to Erin how rude Skylar was and as I am explaining what happened Skylar began shaking your head making faces and smiling at me it hopes to agitate me. Seeing how childish, frustrated and combative Skyler was my wife removed my kids and herself from the situation. Erin Finished the refund and also allowed us to still laser tag once the game finished. After laser tag we rushed to let the girls pick out prizes, and chose not to eat in the location after the horrible customer experience with Skyler.

I came from out of town to visit. It was my son's first trip on an airplane to a different state. We were very excited to try this place, we landed and were settled an hour earlier. My boyfriend lives right by this place. We were going to eat and play games. We were all starving at about 6:30 and we go to the hostess area and are told it'll be a hour and 30 min wait even though there is no one eating and all the waitresses are angrily folding silverware in the corner. I'm not sure if there was one chef. Their excuse didn't make sense but we decided to play games while we waited. Them my boyfriend waited in line 30 min for a game card. There was only one person working a register and it was Friday night. A manager walks over and we think "oh she may help" but no. We were hoping maybe the 3 other employees standing around up there may help, but no such luck. The one girl on the register just kept ringing while 3 other registers sat empty. Then we finally sit to eat and wait about 10 min to br greeted and get water. We immediately place our orders. About another hour goes by. We never see our waitress. We were so thirsty and we wanted other drinks like alcohol but that wasn't happening. We were so frustrated we just walked out.

This is the second year we celebrated his birthday here and he Loves this place! He goes all the time now for the E room because he's older now and not so much into the vending games. And 5$ and hour is a great price! The food is actually good for an arcade pizza was tasty, wings are meaty and the staff is friendly. Also the Broncos were playing on big screens above the bar. So it's really a great place for kids of all ages!

We had a few hours to kill before heading to the airport, so we found this nearby. Service was kind of slow in getting our drinks, but overall a great place to stop in. Roughly 15 minutes or so from the airport, great time killer playing games and having a drink.

We will never be back. I was invited for a birthday party. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks that tasted like sh**. For $13 I expected my frozen sangria to actually be frozen not just frothy. Our pizza came out before our drinks. They call it the "mega pepperoni" but it literally had one piece of pepperoni per slice. My friend's brother was served undercooked chicken. They told him "well we temp everything". Maybe recalibrate that thermometer before you give someone salmonella. We came during a HOME Avs game. It was on none of the tvs. Instead there was a bunch of golf, a video game, and nfl post season reruns. Geez, have a little hometown pride or at least look like you have a clue about what you are doing if you advertise SPORTS. We spoke to the management. She did manage to change one TVs for us deep into the 3rd period. I paid my tab, but I definitely feel completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and go to Dave and Busters instead.

This is a good place to bring your kids. Unlimited fun for the family. It's a great way to spend the day together as a family. They have a lot of options for everyone. To save money use the app from Groupon for special deals. The food is good but a little on the expense side. They have a good veriaty of alcohol to choose from. This place is clean and hardly any games are out of operation.

The best gaming place! So many varieties of games from those involving physical action to the most advanced computer games. And for the non-gamers, there is a fabulous open restaurant and bar area with numerous big screens playing live sporting events. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My grandsons love this place and so do I!!

What a disappoint. The card deals are trash. I decided to order at the restaurant, since I couldn't find a bench. Got sat down and was told my server would be right with me. 12 mins later, she finally did arrive. I ordered right then and there. Grabbed a board game since I figured waiting for my food would take even longer, but the second I grabbed one my server ran over to me and told she will be taking the game before my food gets there. Like I just ordered 2 seconds ago! For a $14 MEGA PEPPERONI PIZZA I even thought hopefully I'm not over doing it.

Employees are quick to ask if you're a new customer, when you say yes, they are quick to avoid answering any questions. Such as how to add the points/tickets to your card. Etc. My kids lost a lot of tickets due to this. Also, machines were often not working. But would not show they were not working until you slide your card through. Then says out of order on the display. Scammer place.

Certain machines need maintenance and they need to fix alot of there card problems via the transaction cards. There's not that much originality in the place and its super over priced for what your getting but the people who work there are really nice and patient with kids. Also my car got stolen there so its security isn't that useful, your pretty much on your own there if something happens.

The worst! Went here and we paid $100 on a card, we walk around and legit like every game is broken and the ones that aren’t have lines because their the only ones open! We are waiting for these little kids to finish shooting basketball hoops and my bf realized the game was broken too! They were just playing endlessly. We didn’t play a single game! We asked for a refund and the lady at the front asked us for a reason and when we told her she said we couldn’t get a refund and would have to call someone! We just left and pocketed the game card

While this place does have a lot of really awesome games, more often than not quite a few are broken. There's not usually a sign indicating that the machine is currently broken, you have to go by whether or not the machine works properly when you slide the token card. Other than that, there's a purikura booth, skee ball, and several other favorites of mine. We haven't tried the food or laser tag, so I can't comment on those.

I've been wanting to go to this place for quite some time now and was able to visit this last Saturday with my girlfriend. Unfortunately our experience was extremely sour! The Card/Credit prices are pretty normal but just like the other bad reviews on this place, a large amount of the games do not work properly. We tried monster drop for our first game and it took 16 points off of my card and had to go to the front for help(pretty good start to our experience). It was a pretty mediocre fun time and we had over 1000 tickets on our card but when we went to go check at the kiosk it told me that we only had 400 tickets(it didn't count most of the tickets we got from the claw machine that has rolls of tickets). When I went and notified the front of what happened and that the game wasn't giving us our tickets they responded with the exact phrase " That's where everyone gets most of their tickets. I don't know what to tell you". Pretty upsetting and had high hopes for this place that turned out to be a poorly maintained and unsatisfactory company for "Fun".

My wife and I came here on a date night and bought game passes. We had a blast! several games weren't working, but most were. (We went on a weeknight during the school year, and there was hardly anybody there. I would guess it gets crazy on the weekends.) The girls that were running the front desk were typical teenage brats, but we had a great time and will definitely go back

This place would be awesome if their card readers actually worked. My kids love it and the bar is a nice touch. But it was hard to actually be able to play the games (ever game we tried) as you have to keep swiping and swiping. I’ll happily update this review to 5 stars when they replace the readers.

This place sucked! We went to play laser tag and for 2 hrs there was nobody signed up, do I spent $50 on arcade games, then they said a party was playing laser tag and we couldn't join. Plus the kid at the front desk had about as much personality as a box of rocks.

Always loved this place. Would spend hours running around like kids and hiding from the heat. Prefer to go early, they can get really busy at night. My only complaint is that my husband and I used to love to go on little dates there and were saving all of our tickets for one of the gaming consoles, but they no longer offer the big ticket items. We now have spent a reasonable amount of money and built up a ton of tickets (over 60k) and don't really want anything they offer in the shop now. Kinda feels like a waste and definitely a disappointment. The only thing the staff could tell us about it was "something happened" about a year ago.

This place is okay for kids, easily distracting them and has plenty of interesting games to play. The staff needs some training in customer service and confirming what customers want before running credit cards. I was over-charged due to deep confusion by the cashier, the manager just babbled over the walkie-talkie trying to ask the problem rather than coming right over, and just looked at the receipt for a while before she admitted there was absolutely nothing she could do while I had an impatient child behind me. Normally a mis-run card is fixable but the manager locked her keys and her override card in the office. I’m aware it’s run by young people here but management needs a training session for all customer reps.

Hey everyone... I'd recommend this place to get the kids off electronics & in an arcade with laser tag! Prices are reasonable. If you decide to eat or drink it gets a bit pricey. I believe a smoothie was $5 & not very large but delicious and a coronamargarita was $12 very small glass too. Fun place! It's all indoors.

This place tries too hard to do what so many others actually do. Drinks are more expensive than any bar in the area. Games are second hand. And staff isn't attentive. Everything is just there to rip you off.

The front register staff were great. Unfortunately the restaurant side was not. Staff (including the manager) were rude, untimely and MIA. The food was over priced and liquor under poured. We will definitely go back to play, but will eat elsewhere prior to arriving.

It's pretty cheap if you looking for affordable fun. Most of the machines weren't working and the sound was really loud. That says alot when my husband worked around airplanes. The staff is not friendly and anyone 21 or old works at the bar. The kid at the front asked if I was paying with cash or credit, with me yelling card and using hand motions of a card he still couldn't hear me. I had to ask how things worked since we never been there and all they give you a 11x7 sign with prices. The guy working on the games, kept giving me the "leave me the alone" eyes without wanting to talk to him. When we went to go leave, I had to talk to the kids at the counter to see how many tickets we had. I'd suggest a machine to check on our own. The girl at the counter wanted no interaction with me even tried to pass me off instead of answering my question. When we were done picking out prizes, the kids at the counter just stood there and unhelpful. I explained that they needed to speak up, be helpful and be more friendly. Use your best judgment if this is the place for you.

It’s decent. Have a good game variety. We bought a Groupon and the kids enjoyed themselves and that was the goal, so mission accomplished. Bar options are also reasonable as well

A lot of games are broke or break when you use them. It is still OK to play when you pay $20 for non-ticket games... But they really need to stay up on the games since their name is "Game works"

This place was amazing! The big problem with any place like this is usually maintenance. They do a great job keeping the games mostly working and the one time we had a game break during play, they came in, gave us credits in another game to play while we waited, and then gave us a few credits on the broken game once they had it fixed again. This was in sharp contrast to an experience at Boondocks where I, a 40 year old business man with children in tow, was accused of lying about machines that ate tokens and then they threatened to call the police on me when I protested. Love this place and so glad there is a better option in the area with friendlier folks.

I was really disappointed with this Gameworks.I thought it was kind of on the expensive side for a family of 4. Many games we went to play didn't work or were out of service. We were limited to the games that did work. Every game in these pictures had issues and were unplayable. There were more games that are not pictured. I came here when the place first open and it has really gone downhill since.

Many of the games were out of order and the laser tag harness kept malfunctioning during the game. I kept having to stop a reset it which means leaving the gaming area after wasting much of your game time searching for an administrator. Also, The all day play pass does not accrue tickets for any of the prizes. For that you must buy a timed pass. The front desk and laser tag staff were awesome, however, the bartender looked miserable and server in the food area was sarcastic so our party of seven decided to leave the table and not buy food. Other than that we had fun!

Awesome place for people of any age. Games. Food. Drinks, alcoholic and not. Easy to manage even for kids or groups as both tokens to play games and tickets you've won go on the same card. Keep your card. It cost $2 to get one but the same one can be used over and over. Highly recommend overall.

Attended a birthday party for my little nephew. The area is roomy, lots of games for kids to play, laser tag, as well as PlayStation and Xbox games. A good place for the kids to have a good time.
