We took our family for a day of fun in Parker. It was fun but there were lines for just about everything. By the time we left the go-karts had it figured out to get both sets of cars ready and loaded. When we first got there they were only using one set and it took a long time. There is plenty to do with laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, new dark game and arcade games to go with the bowling alley. Good fun but you must stay all day to get the most bang for your buck.

We go here all the time. They have all kinds of fun games and prizes plus they have an awesome photo booth that takes some cool interactive pictures and not only does it print the regular strip of photos like photo booths do but it also prints 4x6 pictures which is super cool.

Stumbled upon this place 6 months ago and I'm happy I did! So many things to do to entertain kids(and adults).They have bowling, laser tag, bumper boats, go carts, and much more! The prices are not bad and the kids have a blast.Now during winter time it's pretty slow due to the cold and no one to do the outside activities so there is your chance to be the only one in line with no wait but bundle up!!

Had a great time bowling but unfortunately some people don't care about those around them. We had a young girl and mom next tho us and the girl kept taking our balls and throwing them down her lane, several at a time, So they had to wait for service tho get the balls. That meant we had to wait so we could get out balls back. The mom did nothing about it. We had personal bowling balls, not lane balls. People have forgotten how to be courteous when bowling. At least the lanes have us another hour free since we didn't get to bowl while waiting for our balls to come back from the other lane. We love being able to order food without having to go to the snack bar area. Definitely a lot of fun.

If you're looking for fun, this is the place. This place is packed with different types of fun including bowling, laser tag, XD dark ride, and so much more. The building is clean. The service is good. The games are fun. It was an amazing place at that time.

Our family went there yesterday up until they closed. The food in the restaurant was very good. We had some lunch before we began our day at BoonDocks. The staff was extremely friendly to us all day long. They keep their place cleaned throughout the day. We mostly road the go carts and the laser tag. We did not have time for the miniature golf this time. We also did not have time for the XD Dark Ride but I want to try it out another time. The only bad issue I found is the younger go cart drivers wait until nobody is looking then they go between the bars in the fence for the lines so they can cut in front of everybody. When you have been in line with 40 or 50 people ahead of you it is sad these kids think they have the right to cut in front of everybody else who has been waiting. Maybe tighter links and taller fences for the lines would solve this issue. The go cart employees can not watch everybody but they were very friendly all of the time. We will go there again in the future. I consider this a good family fun park for anybody to try out.

This was our first time at this establishment and I wasn't too impressed. We drove over an hour to get here and could've went to a similar place where we're from. The only difference is the outside attractions. We only received two wristbands and two cards, when clearly there were 3 of us. We came on a day when it was unlimited game play. Where? When there were like 3 or so games for unlimited play. Went outside to the go-karts and my son is very tall, he was having issues stopping because he had little room. So they dinged him like it was his fault for hitting the kart in front of him. Went to play laser tag and the lady seemed like she had an attitude and said next time we all needed our own wristbands. Couldn't play due to having to recharge every five seconds. So I was an open target the entire time. We went to bowl and it took forever for someone to ask if we wanted anything. Finally after our bowling session was over we got our food. Very unprofessional service, we didn't even get napkins! Then five staff members walked pass us not to even acknowledge the fact we may have needed something. The couple next to us had to go find their own napkins.

We had a truly awful experience for my daughter's birthday. One or two of the staff seemed to care about relentless technical issues with the lanes, but several others were just rude and disrespectful. For the high cost (almost $400), I am extremely disappointed. I can't justify that expense for what we got. Slow service, repeated technical issues, and mediocre food. It was bad enough that one of the supervisors offered us a coupon for next time, but never came back with anything. That pretty much sums up the night. It was a total disaster.

The go cart area needs to be better run. The blowing a whistle that no one can hear especially deaf persons is very risky. My daughter is hard of hearing and when everyone else got up so did she but the boys running the area stopped her and marked all over her car and band. I had a talk with them but each one had a different answer on why. They need to pay more attention to the guest not the girls. Then my wife was parked waiting to get out and an adult thinking it was funny slammed into the back of her at full speed. But for some reason was allowed to stay in park. Glad her neck injury wasn't worth tossing them out of the park. Rules only apply to those they choose. You need a red light and a green light for stopping and going.

Enjoyed the bowling, go carts, golf and laser tag. Only problem is that 70% of the games are ones that give tickets so the unlimited pass doesn't work on them without spending more money.

Twice I have been here in 30 days. And I feel like its opening day know of the staff know what they are doing and what is going on from the bar to the clerks checking yo in for bowling. Asked my daughter in law to please not have us come back her again. I am amazed at why this place is even busy.

My son's birthday party would have been horrible if it hadn't been for Grant our host. They need to learn have training on children with disabilities. Grant was probably the only person who knew what was going on. Our food came out and different times and we still didn't have all of it by the time our party time hour was up. About half of the orders were incorrect. Grant said we could stay at our table since no one else would be there the rest of the night. 15 minutes later, some woman with a "supervisor" tag came and told us we needed to move. I explained that Grant told us we could stay and that she could see we just got the last few things form our orders. She said she would give us a half hour extra..... I guess a few of us sitting at the table that wasn't going to be used any more was effecting her? My son is Autistic and one of his guests are as well. Even though my son and his friend are the same height (along with several of the other guests) they refused to let the other Autistic boy ride on the go karts. There were many other issues. I tried to email the corporate office to discuss this but never heard from anyone. We paid over $400 for the party.... you would think it would have went a little smoother.

Just there in early August, always some fun for kiddos there. The restaurant changed, mediocre menu, food didn't come, new staff in kitchen...wow, the first several months, their menu had a good variety, and tasted great. Help staff sufficient. Hope it gets better. During the year you can get tickets half off!

While visiting today, I ordered a salad from the bartender Nikki. I sat and waited and waited and waited. She asked several times for my order from fellow staff, however, each time someone went to check on it, it wasn't made. Nikki was very kind, professional and apologetic to me about this. I'm glad she was so calm and pleasant while providing great customer service. This establishment is lucky to have her on their team!

There is so much to do here!! Most games are around a dollar to dollar twenty five to play. Seems normal for the industry and economy. I only played the games but they have putt putt, go carts, bumper boats, bowling and even a restaurant inside. Will be back again for more fun!

Took my eleven year old son here and was extremely disappointed that they took the crab and peanut butter sandwiches off the menu. I then saw a young woman WITHOUT her bowling shows in the bowling alley, I was disgusted. I even saw someone with the nickname "JuneHoe" which was inappropriate, but luckily my son can't read. The staff was very polite though and gave me free water!!! With electrolytes!! I will be returning again with my son and his friends but I will be bringing my own food arrangements.

Amazing place for kids and parents to have a blast! Get wet in the Bumper Boats, go play Putt Putt, or race in 1 of the 3 Go-Kart tracks. If it's too hot or cold outside, play in the arcade, Lazer Tag, or even bowl! I've been many times with my family and I never regret going! P.S. they have great food too!

The all access passes are great because you can bowl, do laser tag, and the dark ride as many times as you want and you get money towards the arcade. So it makes for a very fun filled day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our bowling lane foul light was broken and they quickly moved us to another lane. The wait staff is also friendly. The food isn’t great but that’s not why you go. Also I am breastfeeding an infant and they let me use the VIP suite which was quiet and comfortable and is just so much nicer then having to feed in the middle of the arcade!

The manager accused me of lying when I brought my daughter here with 3 of her friends. Spent over $100 for her friends but he wanted to charge full price for Juliana. Didn’t want to honor her birthday pass. Wanted her birth certificate, what is this place ICE? I was quite put off with his insinuations and let him know. So he acted very petulant and told me this was the last time he would honor a birthday pass without “documentation” because I was “SPECIAL”.

Food service always takes forever, but food always tastes great and is well priced. Servers are always really friendly and helpful, but also never know about specials. My wife and I ordered two cheeseburgers as entrees today and asked about the promotion for a $10 arcade credit with every entree. We were given the promotion, but also charged $11 to somehow round out our purchase total, something we’re still confused about. We would have preferred to have had the situation explained before the additional charge. Features that set Boondocks apart include the go-kart raceway and the bumper car pool. However, I’ve noticed people get surprised that the bumper cars shoot water (myself included) due to lack of communication, and also the go-karts are electric, making user weight the deciding factor in competition. Since folks aren’t allowed to bump or outmaneuver other racers, older drivers are at a disadvantage due to their greater weight than the minors who race. Basically, Boondocks has a lot: food, bowling, arcade, go-karts, and bumper cars, but none of those things are done excellently. Additionally, their arcade overpriced... The only thing they do better than other arcades is food, but most restaurants beat Boondocks there too. I recommend eating elsewhere just for the sake of time, or bowling while you wait and having the food sent to your lane. I do not recommend their arcade, or go-karts, and wear a swimsuit for the bumper cars.

Literally waited over twenty minutes to be seated .. didn’t get seated. we seated our selves (there was a please wait to be seated sign up at the counter)walked up to the waitress asked for menus and let her know where we were seated then ten more minutes passed with out being acknowledged. Left just came for foodand fun.

Took the kids while visiting on vacation, and we had a blast! Very reasonable for price, 8 hours of entertainment for the family. I will say that we waited almost 45 minutes for food, in an empty restaurant, and there was a long black hair in my burger. Overall it was an otherwise excellent time

Waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes could of been longer for bowling for 13 people on a Saturday at 8pm and they clearly had many lanes open not being used. Other groups behind us that checked in as well I noticed got lanes before us. Got ignored/very bad attitude by both bartenders that walked by my group an myself to many times to count till we had to rudely ask for what I wanted worst service I've ever had ever. Looked like they all hated being there. Oh an to top that once we got our lanes for bowling the tables had food and plates all over we cleaned it ourselfs since we all work in food. And 5 of us got sick after we left. No stars an not coming back wont recommend this place to anyone. I suggest getting better staff.

Good facility, great for a family friendly day for all ages. They keep everything pretty clean on the inside and outside. The place is mostly filled with smaller children under 10 though, and there are a decent amount of birthdays going on, so lines can be pretty long sometimes. Though all the stuff they have is pretty fun. The mini golf was good, bumper cars in the water is unique and fun, and the go carts are something to try if you havent done it before. Would reccomend for fun family activity!

Kids love this place, adults maybe not so much. Mini golf is decent, go karts looked fun, bumper boats too. Arcade is high priced and the swipe cards took multiple attempts to work which frustrated the kids.

Fantastic. Even for my "too short" 3 year old. My daughter is 38" tall. And the only things she can do are the bumper boats and the arcade. Well let me tell you what. She had a BLAST with those two. And is looking forward to coming back and doing more and more as she grows taller and taller. Don't be discouraged if your kid isn't 40" yet. It's still super fun.

We had alot of fun the service was really good unfortunately the frier machine wasn't working so we had to order salads. But those were good too! Hamburgers were really good. The place was very clean and not crowded at all. No broken machines, its not a huge arcade but it has enough to stay busy considering all the other activities like lazer tag & go carts.

This place is AWESOME! We arrived when it opened and left just before it closed. When I first arrived I thought it was overpriced but after seeing how everything works, we definitely got our money’s worth. We bought the unlimited passes so in the time we were here we played a round of putt-putt golf, two games of bowling, 1 game of the 3D shooter, several rounds of bumper boats, several arcade games, and a ton of go karts. We spent the vast majority of our time racing each other in the go karts. For 12 hours of entertainment, $32/unlimited pass is a pretty good deal. Unfortunately the food is not included in the unlimited pass but at least it was good pizza... actually quite good. I was thinking it was going to be like Chuck E Cheeses pizza but it turned out to be quite good. The bathrooms are remarkably clean seemingly at all times and the staff does a good job keeping litter under control. Overall very impressed and I will more than likely go back for more.

Pretty fun and cool place to go to. We went on the weekend which, of course, the busiest times for these types of establishments. My gripe is not necessarily all on the staff, but I wish there were better crowd control. My 8 year was constantly getting cut by older teens who obviously wasn't with their parents.

This place managed to keep a birthday party of 11 kids entertained for 4+ hours. It was amazing. There were things for the adults to do as well, which is atypical for kids' birthday party venues.

I changed my previous very positive review because the Boondocks is not anymore what it was. We used to love this place last year but not anymore. Have been at the Parker destination with my family at least 6 times within one year and with each time I have liked it there less. Today (09/2019) we stood with about 20 people at least 20 minutes in front of the main door which was still closed at 10:30 am and that on a Friday (while other guests were already inside enjoying their rides). A maintenance man finally opened the front door for us as none of the staff members were reachable by phone nor by the buzzer at the door. The arcade is very expensive and $5 are gone within minutes. I would rather buy an Xbox game as spend my money again on a very short arcade game at the Boondocks. The food and food service was okay but the food was not as good as last year. It was very empty at the Boondocks this morning so the game "Laser Tag" was actually not fun to play as you need more players for this game as only 2 or 4. For the bumper boat ride I recommend wearing a rain jacket so you don't get completely soaked. Mini Golf and race cars was okay. All in all very over-prized. Wish a new Fun Center would open with more fun attractions that you also can play if it is not a crowded day and where you get more for your money.

Lots of video games, bowling, mini golf, go-cart racing, bumper boats, and one of those motion "rides" that jostles you on cue with a video screen. It's a complete mad house on weekends. The parking lot was completely full on a Saturday, and it looks full every time I go by.

We paid for a “unlimited” card which turned out that you could only do a limited number of activities. I only got to do 2 activities before we ran out of money on our “unlimited” card. I went here for my birthday and I was very disappointed with this act of false advertising.

Oddly enough, this place had one of the best Moscow mules I've ever had. Bowling was fun and very modernized. I wish I could have experienced some of their other attractions as well. Menu was a very challenging/limiting, but doable with my gluten free, vegetarian/vegan diet.

When it comes to what our family calls “play places” this wasn’t our first rodeo. We managed the kids’ expectations because we didn’t want to oversell the experience. WOW. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn.Laser tag had a few tech glitches but was the best venue we’ve attended, mostly for the size and design of the auditorium- great fun. The XD virtual reality ride was nicely done and capturing our photos for a leaderboard was a nice surprise.The bartender was really friendly and our pizza was actually tasty. A large pizza served our family of 4 for lunch (2 slices to go) and then we got $20 back in an arcade card- great deal!On a Monday we had no wait anywhere we went.

About 96% of the staff was helpful, when two families got into a fight none of the outside workers helped. And the leader at the time, Tony, just smirked at the mom when she asked for security. He doesnt deserve the job he has. All of the inside workers were nice and helpful, especially the security guard on duty.

This boondocks was extremely fun I was there for a work party so it wasn't the full experience with all of the people but it was still very fun the only issues I had was with the race cars people were purposely bumping regardless of the rules but otherwise the workers ran it unbelievably well

I called and spoke with Deena the office manager. I wanted to get an idea of how busy this particular location is on Saturdays. She was very rude and did not answer the question but proceeded to say “ I have no idea I cannot predict the future.” As an inquiring customer wanting to book a party for my birthday her underlying rude and condescending tone was very distasteful and unprofessional. You work at a place that promotes fun and happiness however the attitude that the office manager portrays contradicts this motto. If you’re not happy with your job then leave so that the customers are not suffering. I will not put my money into a company that does not value customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I went to boondocks the other day and it was simply meh. They advertise family fun but with all the bratty children running around it’s hard to enjoy yourself. I tried to enjoy a nice game of bowling with my family and in he lane next to us were 3 teenagers that had no idea how to bowl, I swear they must have been on crack or something and if I’m not mistaken I think they tried to ask finish our drinks. They were a horrific influence on my grandchildren . I tried to order a Big Mac from the bar and the waitress was rude as she told me they couldn’t make one for me. Instead I settled for some celery sticks and ranch but they didn’t sit will with me so I had to use the bathroom. While in there I notice a kid peeing on the floor in the stall next to me which made me feel even worse than the celery sticks. On the bright side when we went to play laser tag I was able to put all those naughty children in there place as I dominated them and sent them crying back to there mommy’s it was by far the best part of the night. In conclusion I will definitely be coming back to demolish these losers in laser tag and would recommend to anyone looking to spend too much money on there bad children.

I’ve come here many times and every time is wonderful. But this time was the first time I decided to grab something to eat while bowling. I asked for very little pink and my burger was super pink and I also got sick from the burger. Made me feel nauseous the rest of the time I was here. Would make sure the cooks do what is asked of the customers

If the pizza had not been really good I would have given 1 star. The service was some of the slowest I've ever seen as the restaurant had only 3-4 tables with customers, but the wait staff was SLOW. Having managed a restaurant I would recommend some serious customer service training. No one checked on us to see if we needed water, had to go to the bar for it. Then no one checked if we needed more. Everyone was nice enough, but clueless . The bartender was great, as she was the only one who seemed to be paying attention. The arcade was fun for the kids, but overpriced, and the card readers seemed to not work at least 50% of the time. Wish it had been a better experience.

Attended my great nephews birthday party here yesterday and I would not recommend to anyone. Paying $25 ($23.95 according to the website) per participant with a minimum of 8 (12 kids in our group), supposed to be 2 slices of pizza per kid (according to the website) didn't happen, supposed to be $10 arcade play (again according to the website) the kids got $5. My niece and family got there a little early and found the tables next to us had taken decorations, plates etc from our tables and were not made to put the stuff back and boondocks did nothing to replace until they were asked. Still got charged the full amount over $400 for in my opinion a huge disappointing party.

Went to Boondocks with our God sons from ND today. It was just an okay experience to be honest only because of the arcade. The card readers didn't work that well & we tried many times, in different ways, on many games. We ended up just giving up on some. The whole "card" thing, in my opinion, encourages numerous card swipes as most kids aren't patient enough to wait to see if the game or card reader reacts, they just keep swiping. My one God son played only two different games & spent $10 & know if didn't get! I went to reload two of the cards at a kiosk, it charged my debit card but didn't load the card. I had to stand in line for the main cashier to ensure the cards were loaded properly & she mentioned that happens all the time. That's concerning to me, maybe not to others. There should be a sign on the kiosk informing customers there is an on going issue & to see the cashier. The remainder of our experience was good - go carts, & bumper boats were fun for the boys. Not likely to come back I'm sorry to say.

This was a great place to go with my family to celebrate my brothers birthday. It’s not too big, but they have an arcade, a bowling alley, a restaurant, go kart racing, putt putt golf, laser tag, and a little bumper boat ride. We had a blast running around the place playing games, and my little brother rode in the go kart with me which he LOVED. I would definitely recommend the unlimited pass, if you’re planning on staying for a while. The only problem was the lines, but that’s pretty normal across the board.

Here for my daughter’s birthday party. Took 1/2 hour to check in and get our cards (no one had a record of our reservation even though I called to confirm 1/2 hour prior to getting there). Took 1 hour for the girls to use go karts, and when my daughter tried to help the attendant by scanning her own card the attendant snapped at her, saying “I got it, jeez”. Another hour to get on bumper boats, and when my daughter’s friend dropped her phone in the water (her mistake of course) the two attendants just stood and watched. When I asked one of them to get a net, he walked as slowly as possible and then turned around and came back with no net. Meanwhile my daughter’s friend jumped in and got her own phone (amazingly it didn’t break). Indifferent or nasty service and long lines, my daughter was in tears and said it was the worst birthday ever. Thankfully they refunded my money but will never come here again. Disaster.

We had our office holiday party here and the VIP room was great for our needs. Passive entertainment and a great environment to mingle in and have a relaxing, social evening. Bar service was great. Food was not what I’d consider great, and it was definitely overpriced. General service could be improved. Overall it is still a good venue for a gathering.

I had my daughters 4th birthday party here and it was OK definitely not worth paying $200 for the party packages. We went on a Saturday and it was so busy and the lines are so terribly long. Even though we paid for the party package you still have to wait in the long lines like everyone else. The waiting also includes waiting for a bowling lane which took forever and not to mention we were never greeted once we finally got to our lane. We had to find a waiter to take our order down even though they were all huddled in the corner busy talking I suppose. Once we were ready to leave we asked if we could get our birthday cake and we were told it was “lost”. Finally after making a big deal on losing a $150 cake they were able to somehow find it. And lastly, we were not able to fully take advantage of all the activities outside because it was “temporarily closed” what a waste of money and time here.

Went bowling on St Patrick's day, and even with the crowd, we only waited 15 minutes for a lane. The staff were friendly and quick with our food and drinks even despite being obviously slammed. Plenty of extra balls were available for everyone to get a size they wanted, and the kids had a blast. Great experience.

We started here in the arcade, that was fine except the photo booth and a few games were down. Then we headed into the bar and had some food and drinks which were good except for the bar being pretty dirty. Then we went to bowl and there was a huge mess at our lane that was never cleaned up even after an employee walked through our lane to talk to his friends in the next lane. Never had a server walk by to offer drinks. We where in lane 32 so I helped myself to a glass off water since we where right by it. Shows what a place staffed almost entirely of highschoolers gets ya usually there's just better management keeping there employees doing there job. I would recommend celebrity lanes over this place, if you aren't here for the outdoor activities.

Gabriel who runs the racetrack was phenomenal! He was extremely friendly. He assured our customer needs were satisfied. He tried his best to make the line go by quicker for everyone to ride the most amount of times and he tried to assure everyone got their money’s worth. His co worker (some girl) accused my group and I of cutting the line and skipped 2 of my friends after they swiped their cards. We didn’t get a refund. I’m surprised because the staff is typically friendly and aware of everyone’s needs. But it was 2 hours before closing so she was probably trying to minimize the number of laps to have less cleaning up to do. I’d suggest to go earlier so you don’t experience tired and moody staff.

The unlimited play is amazing, though I prefer the indoor since not all my kids can play on some of the outdoor activities. The unlimited bowling is so much fun with different games such as Angry Bird instead of the usual ten frame. The gutter frames pop up with each child and go back down for the adults. This place was amazing, they have an "Unlimited Fun" pass, which allows your children and you to play any games, there is one area outside, gokarts are popular there, my son had tons of fun as this is competitive. Come here and you'll have a blast.

Way better than Thornton. My kids have fun. The main issue is food. We often wait long times for food. I don't let my kids play without supervision so it is hard to have them want to wait at a table to eat and not constantly ask to play. If you have multiple adults, it makes it slightly easier to wait but I don't know if it is a staffing issue or a process issue. You can see it is hard on the servers.

Beware the entire place is run horribly. Have been there 3 times and wish I would have stopped at the first. The restaurant is only good for drinks at the bar (since that's the only place that they paid any attention too). The server was so bad I had to remind her to fill drinks or even bring a drink we ordered (and she was the supervisor). Went to their snack counter to get ice cream only to find their freezer was broke after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Told them to post a sign to let others know, they never did. So if you want bad service, mediocre food, and long waits (average of 20 minutes at every location) andoverpriced arcades then this place is for you. Otherwise I recommend going to Dave and Buster's.

Here's a story for ya, involving the restaurant. When we walked in to the restaurant, there was no one in there. Good sign right? No. Staff mentally checked out. For 2 people, my girl and I, it took literally 15 min to get our simple drink order because the bar tender was asleep. The burgers were charred to a crisp, the waiter was a young punk who had absoultuely no customer service sense what so ever, and when I complained about the food for BOTH my girl and I to him, he didnt even bother to get a manager or discount the ticket for the trouble. Then he dropped off the check just by saying "Signature Please". I will not use his name but his name started with a D and worked the shift as a server on July 19th at 930pm. I recommend you all train your staff on customer service and train your kitchen staff how to actually cook because I am never coming to this place again. This is also my first time at Boondocks, and I am just totally diappointed. No no wonder Dave and Busters is so much better.

Some really awesome video games. Bumper boats, go karts and bowling are fun as well. The laser tag room is 2 floors with lots of angles. Nicely laid out. My only gripe is that I really like the old token system where your kids could FEEL how many they have left and watch the pile dwindle and learn to prioritize what they want within their resource constraints. The cards are convenient, and if you register, easy to combine and saves carrying the tickets they win. Or just get the unlimited everything passes...

Went for a birthday party. It was super crowded of course but there wasn't much of a wait for anything. The kids all had a great time. Would I go there bowling as an adult on a Saturday afternoon? No. Would I host a party here? Yes absolutely. Surprisingly limited parking though. Carpool if you can.

It is a fun place to go for playing games & having water fights in the bumper boats with family & friends. Just make sure you're ready to spend a good amount of money for all the fun as it's not cheap. I would say it is worth it, especially when ya see the smiles on the kids faces!
