Beautiful park. The falls are remarkable and not to miss. And the gigantic sequoias are spectacular. An advice: try to find accommodation inside the park, otherwise expect at least 40-minute drives each way.

When we went there it was very beautiful, but when we went to park there was no parking available at all, and I mean no parking, all spots were taken and you had to almost hunt the parking spot down as if it was a rare artifact. Please make sure to count how many people you bring in and not allow too many people or else it will be a waste of there time.

Breathtaking if you have never seen half dome it's well worth the $35 to get into the park. Almost a endless number of camping sites, we stayed at porcupine flats, the rangers were very helpful even if they were volunteers

I went on an extremely busy day which was just overcrowded. We didn't plan on camping there overnight. We just wanted to experience Yosemite. It was difficult finding a parking spot. We basically just spent the time driving and enjoying the beautiful scenery from our vehicle.

Absolutely beautiful. My only complaint would be how crowded it was, I recommend visiting when they are less busy. Waterfalls and mountains are everywhere and unique wildlife is not hard to come by.

Yosemite is one of the best national parks in the country! Every trail we took ended with an amazing view. I would definitely recommend starting your home early to avoid the hotter afternoons and the crowds that increase as the day goes on. Camping closer to the trails you want to hike is ideal because parking fills up early on.

This is a beautiful place. Especially, Yosemite Valley. However I recommend taking a bus tour if you have a fear of narrow steep roads. Plus you can look and enjoy rather than focus on the road

Breathtaking beauty. Be sure to get a wilderness permit if you are looking to camp overnight (bear canisters are available to rent for $5) The permit also expires as soon as your group touches developed areas again FYI.

Such Ana amazing place well organized nice people the best place to hike especially half dome hike or you can just camp .. make sure to book in advance for camp or for half dome hike .. be aware that there is no network coverage only in some places such as restaurants or hotels I have managed to be part of of the group to hike to half dome hike we were lucky as the guide was extremely helpful making our way and down and we were able to get the permits to hike up the cables to half dome

Entering from Tioga Pass there is miles of scenic stops, a visitors center, walking trails and places to put your toes into icy creeks or little lakes. There is an entry fee per car to be admitted. If you have an annual national park permit it is free admission.

The place has many things to offer, as far as your eyes can see, from trees to granite, to waterfalls, hike, swim or just listen to the leaves of the trees. There are shuttle buses for free if you want to go to different destinations and then hike. Maps are available at visitor centers.

Sheer beauty in and around the valley with countless trails and plenty of camping options. It can be a bit crowded, but you can find secluded spots to get away. Check online to see the crowd factor for the various trails and watch out for the bears!

One of the best places I've ever been...this is my happy place. The visit was under not so pleasant weather, but the smile in my face just stayed. They have good shops. There is lots to enjoy in their own little town. But, the best thing about this place, is being outdoors in nature and with the wildlife. My favorite things to do here are hikes and photography. The perfect place to get away from it all. If you've never been, you should consider going. For military service members and veterans, there is a pass that will get you in for free, for life. There are also other discounts available, just go to their site. Oh, and the pass I mentioned is for all State National Parks, U.S. wide. There are also campsites, hotels, and restaurants on location. Enjoy! -Q♡

I've been coming here since I was 1-1/2 years old. I love this place! Problem is, so do a lot of other people. My advice: stay away on holiday weekends, visit off season, and if you need a Yosemite "fix" on a weekend, come early in the morning.

I haven't been to Yosemite in many many years. We joined my in laws to go camping and it was my daughter and husband's first time to Yosemite. Stunning views of course. If you're able to get a spot on the Valley floor area you're golden. They have the showers there, cafe/lodge area, swimming pool, you're able to get to the hiking areas better. We were at a higher elevation in Crane Flats. Which, there is a gas station there. Only really complaint is that, they have the bear box to store your food in or any items that might attract bears. It's not big enough. Especially if you're camping with a big family. Other than that, it's a wonderful place.

Gorgeous Park! I've done the Waterfall trail in the Valley, which is pretty high in altitude, but very worth the view. Taking a take to drive on the road 120 then going to Glacier Point for sunset is a must! You can also go to Glacier Point at night to see the stars. I went on the first week of July and tons of people were on the road. I'd recomand going during September when there are less people.

Loved our stay at Yosemite. We stayed in the curry village, they have presentations on in the evenings which were very informative, we learnt a lot about the National Park while we were there. We saw dear every morning when walking to breakfast. Views are beautiful.

Had very good experience in sight seeing. Traffic jams and parking space were 2 issues which took much time. Park rangers have done very good jobs to make traffic flows smoothly. Major drivers followed the rules very well and were very patient, no changing lane or cut into lane suddenly.

Really nice, amazing views, mother nature looks amazing in every single inch of the park, we hike and got in the lake.However the employees can not really locate you they tell you something and is like totally wrong, you cant ask questions to the employees that are directing the traffic when the traffic is bumper to bumper. All the employees were rude.

Who doesn't just love Yosemite? My only problem with the park is that attractions are so far apart that you spend a great deal of time on the road traveling around the park instead of seeing anything. You must plan your stay carefully or you could end up just driving around in traffic that is more like New York than you may realize.

What can I say, it's YOSEMITE!! Beautiful doesn't begin to describe it. All around amazing views. As a local though, I'd say the amount of people visiting is very stressful. The traffic is as if you're downtown LA. The visitors drive very dangerously. They put themselves and everyone else in danger when they walk across the roads and stand in the roads. Outside the Valley they drive too fast and put wildlife in danger. It took me almost 20 minutes to find parking in Curry Village. I thought I was coming at a time when there would be less people (early October). I guess that's a national park for ya. It's overwhelming. John Muir is turning in his grave. #restoreyosemite

We drove 4 hours to get there, paid $35 to get in however they had no parking available that’s why we had to come back after wasting 2 hours inside looking for parking. I wish they just said there is no parking available.

It's one of the best State park of the world.There are lots of scenic points .The main attraction is the half dome which can be viewed from various points in the park. You will get lots of photo opportunities. Must visit points are Yosemite Falls , Vernal Falls , Nevada Falls and glacier point. The vernal & Neveda Falls are after 5-6 miles of trail but it's worth the effort. The park has Free shuttle service to take you close to almost all the points. Do prefer shuttle if you are coming on weekends.

Great National Park. Go early in the morning before they start charging an entrance fee, and leave early before the traffic gets really bad. There are a lot of things to experience here, with numerous hikes (long and short), so don't spend your whole day in the valley fighting other tourists. During the summer if you get there in the afternoon, prepare for the most frustrating time finding a parking spot. It's like Disney World. Other than that, it's probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen in the United States, but I've not made it to Glacier yet. If you're gonna hike up to Yosemite falls, start early and be in shape. Good times here.

Yosemite National Park is the amusement park of national parks. There are so many people visiting this park and it is so over crowed that it really does take away from most of the biggest sights. There are also buses running through the park from one lookout or popular area to the next which is very helpful to make sure you can easily get to see all the major sights but really adds to the amusement park feel. If you take the time to go off the beaten path however you can really take in all this park has to offer.

Yosemite is always a special place to visit. The fall is always nice, with the high country near Tioga Pass preparing for it's winter repose. The crowds are down, the campgrounds have space, at least early in the day. It's a wonderful time to enjoy some peace and serenity in this gem of the national park system.

Amazing and breathtaking. Could easily spend a week here hiking and enjoying nature though you need to get there early to find parking if you're doing day trips. Only complaint is the huge masses of people. Still well worth it.

Absolutely breathtaking. Nothing comparable in the UK in terms of scale, and is undoubtedly impressively beautiful. Worth spending three full days here if you can. Bring suitable hiking shoes if you're planning to go high up! Note there is a $35 entry fee but is valid for a week and worth every penny. Bumped into a guy from New Jersey here who said that Yosemite was the most beautiful place he's been to, so that must count for something I reckon.

The Valley is just too crowded to enjoy. Too many cars, no place to stop. It is beautiful though, magnificent. The trails are worthwhile and you can find some space. The trees are amazing.

I hiked with my wife, brother, cousins, and nephews and nice. It is breathtaking and worth a workout hiking to the top; however, finding a parking spot is a nightmare although it’s charged $35 per car but parking is not guaranteed. It took us almost 2 hours to get a parking spot and we had to take free shuttle to the falls.

This a great place, soo much well known, that when you are booking camp half a year upfront when they open for reservation, you have seconds to grab your spot. There are though only very few showers, we found one. The falls are awesome even when there are not that much water (August). Make sure you manage to attend the ranger talks at night.

Make sure to plan your day because there is a lot of car traffic. To make it anywhere I'd recommend taking shuttle buses or walking a lot. Every parking space is filled and expect high human traffic at all times no matter when you go.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, Its very easy to get around the place with a car and there are nice trails too There is NO signal for cellphones in most of the park so be aware to where you're suppose to exit the park! We made a mistake of not knowing and we had to go back another 3 hour drive!

Landscape is incredible! As far as the park itself, I couldn't go on any hikes because I had a dog with me. I couldn't leave him in a hot car but he also wasn't allowed on any trails or shuttles. The parking was crazy but not as bad as some other National Parks.

Extremely beautiful and extremely congested. Plan your trip before going, very pricey just to get in the park and nothing cheap here. Roads are narrow, if you have a full size pick up or RV be patient.

What's there to say about Yosemite that hasn't been said already? Absolutely incredible and stunning landscape. In my opinion, hiking the half dome trail is the best way to experience Yosemite in all its grandeur. Only downside is that it gets really crowded (specially during the long weekends) and is really hard to find parking.

This place is breathtaking and absolutely amazing!! If you want to avoid crowds and congestion i would skipping summer and visit after labor day. The best view point at Yosemite is Glacier Point- be prepared to be stuck in traffic as this is a very popular spot. go early in the day to avoid crowds.

Prepare to do alot of driving in Yosemite. Much walking too...but all worth it. Waited a lifetime to visit, will never be able to come again and that is sad...such beauty. Wanted to suit at Glacier point forever.
