I got free tickets but didn't read the fine print no black out dates or events which are like fridays and Saturdays (the only time most of us have time off ) park was kept clean bathrooms were clean . Went into the lazy river and it was very dirty water it looked murky and had so much stuff floating around in it like hair , paper and wristbands. I get that it was a busy day but it was disgusting . Other than that decent .

The waterpark itself is a decent size, but there aren't many waterslides to go on. But I wouldn't say that is a negative. It's a good size so you dont get overwhelmed and rush to go on everything. The staff do a good job at helping as well.

We usually go to this waterpark here in Fresno due to it's location and it being on our side of town. My last visit we rented a cabana and were very pleased with having our own spot right next to the kids play area. Our server was very attentive and checked up on us often although we didn't order much he was very friendly.

This was the first time I have been to a water park with my kids and we decided to try it out. It was fantastic! The staff were all friendly and the place was nice, the Ohana Bay was a hit for my twins who are 9 and on the spectrum. We went on a Monday so it was not crowded, the water was cool and refreshing. My son went down on some of the bigger slides which surprised me and my daughter who likes to have just a little adventure found herself at Ohana Bay the majority of our stay. I am really impressed by the atmosphere and will be looking into a season pass.

The employees working the slides should be more careful. I got on the pink slides where you go head first. And as I was getting up the employee had allowed a set of 4 other person's slide down. I literally had to step aside on top of the slippery edge otherwise they would've hit me as I would've slipped and fell. The people said the guy told them to go so it wasn't their fault. I thought maybe they just decided to go for it without employees consent. But he had given them the go when they are supposed to make sure that the slides are all cleared. For everyones safety. I could see why people have broken legs or arms from this park.

The best place you can visit if you are in fresno. Is affordable 32.99 adults and 23.99 3 years and up and is so much fun they have a wave pool, lazy river, multiple slides and last but no least toddler very fun area!

We always love coming here, the park is small and very easy to navigate through the park! The staff is helpful and friendly.. you can bring your own food too!! Like literally people had crockpots of food! And coolers too bring coolers! Overall the slides and pools along with the lazy river are all so much fun!! Get your tickets at Costco if you can it's cheaper and the ticket comes with a free all day drink and fill up!

Maybe because since it was Thursday it wasn't packed as usual. This would be a great day to ride all the slides because the lines aren't as long of a wait. However, it was just a day of the Wave and the lazy river for me and my son. First time at their gift shop and they have everything you need to be comfortable for your day even river shoes! We go at least once a year here and my 10 yr old truly enjoys everytime.

We recently took part of the family from a senior to 2 yr old to Island Waterpark. There was something for everyone. It was a very warm day and all the pools were refreshing. The water slides were a blast! My favorite was there wave pool. Loved it. I do wish they didn’t allow the float tubes in there with swimmers on busy days. Seems dangerous as I got whacked several times by people surfing the waves with a float tube. The grounds were pretty clean, one restroom needed attention and clearly the California water issue has caused issues with some of the landscaping.

Very nice water park right off of highway 99 in Fresno. I was with our company and there was something for everyone's enjoyment. Wading pools, with covers! Never seen that before, but a great idea. There was ample shade, and water rides in every direction. The staff are outstanding, the park is very clean. I will be back with my family.

I frequent many water parks and really enjoyed this one. The lazy river is long and fun. I just loved the "toilet bowl" slide and tube slide with the lighting and music. There really is something for everyone here, it's actually quite large. Even on a crowded day over July 4th the lines and crowds were not unmanageable at all, I still had a good time.

It Was Great But There was 2Rides I wouldn't recommend 1ride it has warm air and to much water so it makes the fact that you could barely breath. The 2ride Was Horrible the line took like a hour and If you dont hold on tight when it goes cide to cide you go to high and you could fall off, I also got a knee to the face because The end stops super fast and hard.

This place is so much fun. There is the lazy river which keeps kids and adults entertained for hours. The slides are all such a variety anyone can find a great one to ride on. If you like thrills or just simple slides they have it all. The wave pool is fantastic. The life guards are all really friendly they wave and high five the little kids and are not interested in trying to take away your fun by being overzealous.

The grounds were pretty clean, one restroom needed attention and clearly the California water issue has caused issues with some of the landscaping. But that did not interfere with our fun. We rented the Premium Cabana today which was well worth the 100 dollars. We had great lounges and chairs in the shade and we felt our belongings were more secure in there. The do allow ice chests with food and drinks but they also have snack bars and alcoholic drinks. A server is part of the cabana experience. We will go there again. All of us had a wonderful time.

What a cheap place maybe 200 folks here. And all the reserved spots in shade are roped off so normal folks who spend like I did ($300) have to sit in less attractive seats. All day nobody used the reserved seat! What a money grab! I will never come hear again we’re headed to Clovis from now on. They can save the reserved area for all the no shows. This is the business plan that will be their end just like before. If the normal public feels they are second class they will follow me.

Well maintained water park with security on site. Cabana rental is a bit pricey, but, worth the money if you have a group and want a shaded area to yourself. Rental comes with wristbands for free drinks and hotdogs...

This my first and last time I come 2 this place with my 2yr old and nice and nephew and we ended up with hair lice what a nasty place I call them up and they fronted like nobody has ever called them to complane and said we got them from another place I never had them or knew what they where untill my baby started pulling her hair and crashing took her to the doctor and I fell bad because I thought I was taking her to a safe and clean place and that was not the case please see ur kids hair to be safe

We had so much fun! They close sections off to clean throughout the day and have a good selection of food and treats. Do not take your eyes off your intertube if you do rent one. My son dropped his toy in the wave pool and in the 30 seconds it took me to go get it someone had stolen ours. Huge bummer for both of us. Lockers are $8 for full day, basic parking was $5, single intertube was $10. Ticket prices go UP on weekends by a few dollars.

Kids area is brand new looking! We loved the compact area! Everything worked and it had a variety of things for the little ones. Lazy river was nice. We didnt understand why a lot of people were walking in it... Our cabana had GREAT SERVICE! and the adult beverages were refreshing. Only complaints, bathrooms were far away and ran out of TP around 3pm. Smoking section is in the boondocks along the fence. We like it better than Wild Water (run down) and will be back next season.

It used to b better other years I accidentally purchased an extra ticket and when I asked if I can get my money back they said I can only get a gift card so I was forced to spend an extra 35 dollars that I didnt want to which I could not even use it towards the lockers and other years we never had a problem setting up our canopy anywhere and this year we were asked to set it up far near the fences so idk if that's somthing new . Just over all not the best experience as other years we had there

Very disappointed that i had purchased 4 season passes and on Sat June 1 and Sun June 2 they were closed to the public for private events. Also for next Sat as well. We've only been there once so far since it opened this year. And on the first day it was cold. And now that it is warming up they're closed for private events on the weekends. Im definitely not getting my moneys worth here. Thats a little unfair if you ask me. Never again will i get season passes from island water park. WILD WATER ADVENTURES is where we'll be going next year.

There were a lot of people, not many places to sit and not as big as wild waters. All of the cabanas and covered areas are roped off and require payment to access. My daughter had fun on the rides so still 3 stars but overall I did not really enjoy this place

Always fun. Bit busy on the weekends, but we have been season passholders for 3 years. It's a public pool, expect most of what comes along with that, and always wash off before you go home. Never had anything stolen. We don't use the lockers, so I can't comment on that except to say I'm pretty sure they're very expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful to the extent that management allows. Haven't rented a Cabana, but they have improved their Cabana areas this year, and we want to. You can bring in your own food, or get food there. The food there is pretty decent, so we get it a lot. Can't wait for the after dark to get started, just wish it ended at 11or 12 instead of 10. Tube rental prices went up, but if you're staying the day, still worth it. Pay for parking. Shop items like goggles, swim diapers, sunscreen etc., pretty reasonably priced.

This place will pop ur tires if u enter the wrong way and their signs are only in English and is not large enough for ppl to see it’s only 5 dollars for parking I’m pretty sure no one would try to enter the wrong way to get in for free. So now I’m currently waiting for a tow truck and will have to pay 200$ because I simply entered the wrong way. My fun all thrown away because of island water park where I chose to pay and come have fun NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

They stopped the wave pool because they were training lifeguards , dude do that on your own time before they open the park or something we pay to go enjoy the wave pool you should train people on your closed times. Very disappointing waiting and no one says anything I had to ask a lifeguard to know why. Also why cant we bring our own tubes, even if you were to have an option to buy one there that would be good.

Great place for family fun, clean and many ride options. I think the kids enjoyed the lazy river the most. I noticed the water getting a bit foggy about half way through the day and it was shortly after they closed it for cleaning. It's nice to see the staff pays attention to the cleanliness of the water as well. The only concern I have is the safety of the stairwells going up to the bigger rides. It'd be better if the stairwells were completely closed in for those kids that think that sitting on the railing isn't dangerous. Overall great place and we'll be visiting again.

We recently went for the first time with our 5 and 7 year old. We all had so much fun. The lazy river was the most popular. It's a "river" the you can walk, swim or float through. They also have an "ocean" with man made tidal waves. They get pretty big and there is alot of people. It can be dangerous if your not watching your little ones VERY closely. One second and they can be stuck under someone's floaties.

Seriously fun place, but make sure you dont bring beers. They will search and seize. You cant even get your beers back at the end. I'm pretty sure they just resell them for 4 times the price. When asked if we can get them back at the end, they said "if they're still here."

Hadn't been here since my 11th grade trip so had little memory about this place. Now about 18yrs later I brought my two little daughters for their first time at a waterpark and we had a great time. Went on a Tuesday afternoon and stayed till about 4pm. Never felt crowded which is good and like how there's lifeguards everywhere you turn. They definitely want to come back!

The kids area is great. Wave pool was over crowded. And the lazy rive had a lot of lose hair and looked very green. The souvenir shop was very limited. There is a parking fee $5 very cheap. Tickets were not that bad either. Over all 4 stars for younger kids and a few of the slides if you can wait in the long lines.

I had an Amazing time coming here during the summer. I love going on the river trail and the big water slides. It is so much fun and it is a great place to take your family and kids out for a swim during the hot summer days. They have the wave pool as well and if you want to go deeper into the pool you will have to wear bikini or swim suit for the ladies and short with no Tshirt for the men. They do have life guards everywhere you go. Parking space could be alot bigger too.

This place is nice. Easy to access anything. The only part I didn't like was the loud speaker next to our bungalow. It was annoying trying to celebrate my son's birthday with a load speaker next to us. It ruined the bungalow experience. I think they should have took a little more time figuring out where to locate the speakers and how loud the volume is.
