This Park belongs to the category of Theme park.
Great ride not worth the wait though.
Awesome
Was a nice experience but nothing to great. Line was pretty long for what the ride was but its was fun.
They made the ride have effects to simulate going deeper into the sea with finding nemo theme. It was impressive how they made the ride seem like going under water
Much needed refresh

Really cool ride and you actually go in a real sub!
A decent update to the old submarine ride. I'd like to know how they projected images underwater.
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful place. (Original) Muy bonito lugar.
Best
Keyword here is "long". The wait can sometimes be long, it takes a long time to load and unload guests, and the ride itself is long. You're in that dark tiny cramped submarine for a long time, so take heed! Some things are showing it's age and not all the effects seem to work sometimes, but it's still a fun neat ride, especially for fans of the film.
A long journey under the sea that feels realistic and is pretty entertaining. The ride, however, is plagued by very slow lines.
The first thing you are greeted with is a long line for the ride. We waited for about an hour which was more than other rides that day. After a long wait you get on the ride and sit down and then look through a tiny window. As I wait for the ride to start I’m just staring at a wall even while the ride starts to move. Then I actually see water when Nemo’s dad and Dory popped up outside the window (which are really just digital screens but you can’t tell) and they went to go look for Nemo. At this point everyone in my group realized we just got on a Finding Nemo ride not knowing while going in. The signs aren't very clear so if you are expecting the classic submarine ride just be aware that it’s changed. What follows is a dull experience where the lights keep turning off for dramatic effect, a fake siren keeps going off, and you have to move your head all the way to the window to actually see through it. I wish that they had updated and reopened the original ride instead of turning it into a nemo themed rip-off. Unless you are a really big nemo fan I suggest going to space mountain instead, which when I went had about the same wait time.
Super cool ride. Very memorable and such beauty to it. Feels like you are in a real submarine ride
If you can't make all the rides, this is a good one to skip
Seemingly One of the least efficient attractions in the park, it's showing its age. Great for the kids though, with nods to the past attraction here.
So much effort and money that was put into a ride that could of been good. It was just too random and confusing. Whoever designed this had no creativity.
I love this ride so much it is charming, fun, and when your a kid you think its all real
I rode this ride 15 years ago and I rode it again yesterday. It's the same they just added digital screens here and there and recycled some lines from finding nemo, expect its 15 years older. Stunk like sweat, cramped. This need a major overhaul.
I did not like this ride! I waited 3 hours to get on, and was disappointed when I got off! Not worth the wait.
Was hoping to show the kids 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea but they enjoyed Nemo better, probably.
there is an amazing Fung Shui here as everything fits neatly into a Visual Puzzle
Great update to an outdated ride!
(Translated by Google) My daughter could not with the excitement of getting on a submarine. I do not stop seeing the whole nemo adventure through the window. I highly recommend it is a quiet game for the whole family (Original) Mi hija no podía con la emoción de subirse a un submarino.
Really neat. It's a tight fit so it might be a little claustrophobic for some. The only thing that was disappointing was they didn't hide the cables or mechanics which was a bit sloppy. There's also peeling paint, things missing where the outline remains. Still worth it.
Great use of the submarines and taking you on a Voyage. Lines can be long and inside the submarine, it can get hot and cramped.
It Beautiful
Slow loading ride results in long lines, but offers a lengthy ride experience. Inclusion of Nemo characters adds to the ride experience while retaining the nostalgia of the original ride.
Probably not worth your time if there's a wait.
If you dont mind the sometimes long wait, this ride is worth it! A wonderful evolution in technology and Disney Imgineering!
Good ride for kids, but pretty boring. The upside is that is takes 15 minutes so you can sit down and rest your feet for a bit.
Relative to the other rides in Disneyland, Finding Nemo pales in comparison. The submarine exterior seems well kept, but the interior has a musky smell and isn't well ventilated at all. They could have done a better job with the attractions, which were underwhelming. The windows are murky making them hard to see out of. Good idea, but may be it's time for a major redo!
Unlike anything else! An immersive show which will shock and awe, amaze and amuse. You will feel glued to the edge of your seat and you'll want more port-hole "face" time! The previous show was an E ticket, and this new show is far and away better by 20,000 leagues!
line was super long
Fun ride. The kids loved it. Fun Nemo theme
Actually it wasn’t as I expected, I thought it’s a real sea life , color fish and carol reef but I didn’t see anything of that so it’s not deserve to waste your time in the line to see it
A fun idea for a ride. Especially modeled after characters and storyline from the great movie. But as the Submarines have always been, it is a very claustrophobic attraction. Mostly underwater below the monorail, Matterhorn and old Peoplemover tracks. At this point, sorta a waste of space at Disneyland. Great idea Disneyland a few decades ago but let’s move past this and put in something fresh with all that space. Maybe 5 acres including some unused Autopia space to play with? How ABOUT another Disneyland mountain next to Matterhorn that the Autopia and hopefully future returning Peoplemover can use. Even the monorail can get in on it. They can build out a massive Pirates of the Caribbean log flume futuristic-like, part indoor/outdoor major E ticket attraction. just an idea... Lifts, drops, darkride story, reminiscent of a Splash Mountain thrill through caverns and tunnels above a “earth once was” swamp where the Abominable Snowman once lived after an ice age. One can only dream.
One of the worst rides in Tommorowland
Talk about bubbles.
For me the nostalgia factor contributes a lot to this ride, bringing back memories of the old ride. The seats are very small so it may be uncomfortable. There is a room you can go in if you are handicap or claustrophobic where you can get much of the same experience in front of a screen.
Excellent ride. The kids loved it too!
Joyful
Kids will like this ride but I thought it was...okay. Not a ride I need to go on again. A makeover of the old 20,000 Leagues ride, it now incorporates Nemo and friends in a mix of real props, some animatronics, and video and sound projection while you watch out the windows of a moving sub. The line is unusually slow for a Disney ride.
Kids cant get enough...
Cool enough, but not worth the ridiculously long wait.
Oh, you mean the Submarine Ride.
Fun for the kids. If you don't like being enclosed in a capsule this won't be for you.
I spent at least 60% of this ride either looking at nothing (darkness), bubbles, or a wall. 30% of the time I was getting glimpses (and I do mean glimpses and peeks at) of a digital/screen version of finding nemo, and there were a few, scant characters like a snorkling Darla at the beginning or a few fish or lobster. The best part was where the anglerfish (fish with a light on his head) lures and then appears. This ride is not up to the caliber that Disney is capable of. Little kids would like it because they like finding nemo, not because it is a well done ride. When you have kiddie rides like ariels undersea adventure where you really feel like you are experiencing a much-loved movie, rides like this are NOT worth your time.
Fun ride, but the line can be long and the ride takes awhile. Still a great experience.
(Translated by Google) I love this game. (Original) Me encanta este juego.
It's a neat ride but not great it you hate small spaces! Otherwise it's a ride ride!
(Translated by Google) Nice attraction from which I expected more. Alternate moments in which it seems to be seriously offshore and other very badly "landscapes". Beautiful interventions by Nemo &. Not more than three stars!
It was way cooler before they turned it into "findong nemo" but its still hella fun to ride a sub.
Fun kids ride
One word: claustrophobia. It's so cramped and stuffy in there I find myself starting to get nausea instead of enjoying what's supposed to be a peaceful ride. For a kid it's probably great (I enjoyed it as a kid) but now as an adult I can't stand it.
Neat ride
A lot longer than I thought, definitely worth the wait.
Nothing like being stuck in a metal tube that smells of body odor and poopy diapers. The ride itself wasn't great either.
This is one of those rides that I haven't wasted my time with the last 2 times that I have gone to the park. It is one of those rides that is definitely geared more towards a younger audience. I can for sure see how it would be fun your the youngin's, but it lacks a lot to be entertaining for an adult. I would recommend spending your time on more interesting rides.
I love this ride for the nostalgia. This ride is on the original track and using the original submarines from 20,000 leagues under the sea. They have done an overlay of Nemo for an update and the update is not well done. As cheesy as this ride is I still love it. This Nemo ride is vastly different from the one at Epcot. At Disney World we lost our 20,000 leagues under the sea decades ago so my opinion might be slightly biased.
Amazing ride worth the 20 min wait and worth every second of the 11 mins inside the sub!
The original version was so much better. This just felt cheap and lazy. I remembered that as a kid, this was one of my favorite rides as it actually felt like you were on a submarine voyage. Now, it just feels like you are slightly submerged in water watching a bad rendition of Finding Nemo.
(Translated by Google) Excellent for young children, there is not much movement and they remain attentive.
The worst ride!!!!!!!!!! No air flow in the sub and the windows are all mounted at kid level. You will be stooping and hurting your neck just to get a look. I'm not claustrophobic but this ride made me feel awful.
A fun if relatively unambitious ride experience. The underwater scenes could use some updating, but the appearance of characters from Nemo are very cute. My favorite is the Australian submarine captain’s voice, a great tie in to the first film.
Unico veramente un altro mondo
I like the original ride better. All they did here was put a bunch of LCD screens underwater.
(Translated by Google) Very very nice. It really seems to go under the sea, then there are all the settings and projections of movies taken from the film. Even the submarine experience is really nice (Original) Molto molto carino.
It is a nice ride but kind of slow for our family
Hadn't been on it since I was young. Loved the improvements plus...I like Nemo
(Translated by Google) The idea is good, but no attraction. Just try it once.
The old submarine ride was transformed/upgraded with a Finding Nemo theme. The kids really like this. You board a submarine and look through periscope as the sub make a loop around the pond.
It's a very popular ride, though because it's slow to load passengers on and off the subs, not a particularly fast one, leading to very long waits. The ride itself is fine. You sail in a sub and keep seeing Nemo characters. A far cry from the original version of the ride, but the new theming lets it stay open.
So cute
Replaced the original submarine ride. The loading process is slow since people have to climb into the submarines. The inside can be claustrophobic so I would avoid if you are sensitive to small spaces. Once in the ride, the visuals are great.
It's ok. Story doesn't really make any sense.
Fun
Boring, stuffed, cramped, and uninteresting. Fun for little kids but not too great.
I've seen the many evolutions of this ride: from gray-subbed undersea polar explorers to Finding Nemo. I remember the mermaids sunning themselves on the rocks. I miss those days. I'm not a fan of binding every single ride to the latest hit movie: the experience was what was important, not marketing and merchandising. Submarine Voyage was one of my favorite rides as a kid; after Finding Nemo, I was one and done.
Such a fun ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Translated by Google) A good attraction for small children. In practice, the submarine is not really a submarine, and the display in the water is of dolls and models, not real-life animals. I think it's very nice. There is no height limit, and no small children will be frightened. There is no fast ticket (wait in line).
7E3216: This is becoming one of my little granddaughter's go to ride. We like it also, since it is nice and easy.
This is not a fun ride. You just sit there hoping to get a view on the windows outside the submarine as it travels along the track and you see underwater decorations. It also takes quite a long time waiting in line to board. Not a ride on my list to go on during my visit.
Kids love this ride! I remember riding on the subs as a kid and I really thought we had gone deep into the ocean. Glad it is back. Ride it first thing in the morning to avoid the long lines. The queue is boring to wait in.
They did a great job with this one. Mut 3 year old was thoroughly entertained
Good ride for the kids. Unique ride to be underwater. Tall riders will be cramped to see thru the windows.
Too much water.
I would skip this ride. Not fun. Hot and stuffy, condensation on the windows made it harder to see.
Fun ride
Two times, tried to get on. Two times, broke down. Once we were the very next in line to go. Staff was not polite, in fact very abrupt with shooting us out
Everyone had me so scared of this ride for no reason. Yes, you are actually underwater but you can pretty much stand up in this ride if you’re not over 6 foot tall. It’s a cute little ride, mostly screens but there are some animatronics.
I love Disneyland and I would never like to give a bad review because, the place is so magical and amazing, but the attraction is not that good, I feel like they can use the space better, I think they should add more to the underwater layout, they should add more fish and more corals to make it more interesting, they need to do something about the smell too. I personally think the ride should be changed to Finding Dory instead of finding Nemo, but like I said before they need to add more fish and corals to make it feel more like a reef, they should add as many characters as possible to create a better experience including The beluga whale, Sidney the whale shark, the octopus, Dory’s parents, and more to make it more fun
As a child this ride felt very magical, but even with the Nemo theme, it's probably the least exciting attraction at Disneyland. Still impressive if not compared to the other rides.
Cute ride! But it seems like every time I go on this ride it always have really interesting smells.
I don't ever recall doing this as a little kid. It was always about the cars next to it. It was a nice ride. I really wanted to fall asleep. It would be good on a hot day. I was too tall for the port hole and had to contort myself to kid size to see out. Not the most comfortable position. I think I will spend my line wait time in the car line.
My least favorite ride. Too cramped, for too long. I really like the idea of a submarine ride though.
If you are over 5'5", you probably wont be able to see much of anything. To tight in there to be able to bend down and look out the windows. Not all cultures have the same personal hygiene standards, so depending on who you ride with, you could end up with a very smelly, nasty, hot humid submarine. This ride can go to make way for something new.
Super cool idea. A little cramped in the sub but it was awesome.
Great fun
It's a really cute ride. If you don't like being under water or in cramped quarters, maybe avoid though.
Love finding nemo
Very well done, would wait 30-45 minutes for.
Exciting for small children adults will find a bit staged and long
Es buena, pero no es mis favoritos.
It did feel realistic, however we found it a little boring after a while.
improvements have been made in recent years, better than the rides in fantasy land
Awesome ride and great visual effects. Great transformation from the old version.
The original submarine ride was great, but it was showing its age. Also it never truly captured the epic adventure that was 20000 Leagues Under the Sea. Finding Nemo, on the other hand, is a much simpler theme which I think works better with the simple mechanics of the ride. The visual effects, though just projected video, are quite convincing. There are no Fast Passes for Nemo so the line can get rather long, but don't miss this one! Note: DO NOT RIDE IF YOU'RE CLAUSTROPHOBIC!
I enjoyed it but I was the only one in the family. I concede we did spend far too long looking at either bubbles or a wall 10cm from the window.
I went here in June and this is my favorite ride in the whole entire park.
Okay ride if you have small children. Any kid over 7 is going to be bored out of their mind. The entire ride time is a little over 15 min so make sure to budget enough time before reservations. Pro tip: Ask a cast member to go to the "Marine Observation Outpost". It's an alternate ride experience for anyone who doesn't want to go into a submarine. The outpost is full of items that the Imagineers used as inspiration for the attraction. Honestly I like it a lot better than the actual submarine. Bonus, you can leave whenever you want.
(Translated by Google) Cute children bring an unforgettable memory to my girl fascinates him and to me too If you suffer from claustrophobia better look for another game
It's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea with a minor facelift and isn't really a Finding Nemo ride. It's a "sub" ride with some characters displayed on screens. Our little one got a bit bored.
Not much of a need for an update a few years ago. I used to love submarine voyage, but overall, it feels like a germ-infested metal coffin.
Just like the movie
Not for claustrophobes and the line takes disproportionately forever, but it is a nice ride once you get on.
What was once a brilliantly scripted and themed attraction has been reduced to an overly childish rendition of a DVD re-run to sell merchandise. Not only are the majority of the physical sets replaced with flat projections, the beautiful coral lagoon has been reduced by almost half to accommodate these changes. Not only that but all the animatronics and color has been stripped by the heavy chlorinated water over these past 6 years and Disney refuses to rehab the attraction but once a generation. So much potential is wasted with this ride system and it is unacceptable with the amount of money people pay for this park. Bring on some originality for a change Disney.
I liked the original submarine much more.
(Translated by Google) Cute (Original) Lindo
Great effects!
Very cool immersion but a bit too loud for small children who otherwise love all the characters from Nemo.
It was musty, gross, and lame. Thankfully the line wasn't long cus it was at night. If you wait an hour for this ride, you'll be disappointed
Hard to see what people like so much about this one. Super cramped seating spaces and not much to see. Not a very dynamic attraction.
I'm sooooo glad Disneyland revived this ride with "Finding Nemo!" For years, when I walked through the park, I would always look into the lagoon and wonder when the submarines would every voyage into the great unknown again. I love this ride, I love the queue line (right by the water, near the monorail, by some great food stands, etc.), and I love climbing down into the submarine to start the voyage. Great fun!
very nice
great ride for the kids. wish they kept some actual fish in the attraction
One of the longest wait, but kids love this one. Definitely should do this on hot days, since it's hot AC indoors.
Decent. Somewhat of a claustrophobic experience.
Good but not great.
Fun place to scuba dive
Usually has a long line, but I think it's worth it at least once. It's fun for kids.
Got this confused with the Jaws portion of the Universals Studio Tour. Tried chumming the water for more shark activity. Needless to say, I won't be invited back here either. Never found Nemo.
Need a 15 minute calming break? Try Finding Nemo. It's very quiet and dark in that sub. Though beware super tall people, the portholes are pretty low and your neck can easily get strained.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is a stunningly beautiful ride. The vibrant colors just make you happy to go along for the ride. But, that's pretty much all it is, a very colorful deep sea exploration. The ride is a little lacking in effect and plot, but, for pure scenery and color, it's worth the wait.
