I love it here and will be a visitor for life. It reminds me of good times , friends ,fun in the sun,and lots of great photos . I can look back at them to this day and see the change in myself ,family, and wardrobe change throughout the 20+ years...lol I also rescued the best cat / companion ever from here. He lived from 2003 till 2018 in loving memory of Sunny.

Can't believe this place is still here. Took my 9 year old there and 10 year old nephew. We had a blast. Although the park was a bit in need of an upgrade, it was great to see it almost exactly how it was back when I was their age. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We were bummed that they only run the water slides on weekends but had fun doing other things. A good time was had by all.

Always a good time! There are 3 different mini golf courses to choose from The grounds are always clean and courses are well maintained. They have an arcade, a slick cart track and bumper boats. The kids love it!

I've been driving by for awhile waiting for a reason to go play, recently a friend came through town with his family and we decided to try it out, we started with food which was horrible and for what it was took an unreasonable amount of time to prepare, a microwaved frozen hamburger with a piece of americon cheese on a plain bun and cold fries, an order of chicken nuggets that were actually 6 tiny pieces of popcorn chicken, $12 for miniature golf is ridiculous considering some of the holes are dilapidated and the ball got stuck in the tunnels, the cess ponds have a disgusting foam frothing on top of the dyed blue water, sadly there are cute ducks floating around and their feces is splattered on the walkways and putting greens, sadly there are cute cats wandering around which I assume are living in the deteriorating shacks based on the pungent scent of cat piss permeating the golf course, about 1\3 of the games were broken, in the face of adversity I will say that the bathrooms were clean and the employees were cheery and helpful, but we won't go back

I don't go here often but when I go it's for the pitching machines. The 35 mph machine is often down which is the machine I take my kids there for. Most of the staff is helpful but they often look stand offish. It's a great place for kids and adults.

I had good time going with family and friends.The rides that I went on were fun in my opinion, but the food I tried could use some improvement. Since some of the rides were closed, I could not know if they we're any good. I did not try the mini golf so I don't if it is any good. The arcade was alright I guess. If your in k-12 grade bring your lastest report card to get some free tokens.

Blackbeard's is a typical example of a Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in design...various arcade games and attractions indoors, miniature golf, go kart tracks, water slides, and various other attractions outdoors, and it also has a cute snake-themed roller coaster. I only have positive things to say about Blackbeard's as my son and I (on holiday from the UK) were driving through the area on a day when the outside rides were closed, but as we were coaster enthusiasts the manager opened up the roller coaster just for us, and didn't even charge us...what wonderful customer service.

Really great kids family fun entertainment center. They have like 5 different attractions, go kart racing, laser tag, paintball, basketball, arcades, waterslides, and miniature golf. The kids will love it. I mean I'm an adult and I really got hooked on the arcade games and game arcades. Go here.

It was the first time most of us had been to Blackbeards, and it didn't disappoint We really enjoyed the arcade, bumper boats, and we really loved racing the Go Karts. It was by far the most fun we had all weekend. We will definitely be coming back! Definitely recommend.

Games are fun, as is the mini golf but I would avoid the concession stand. Edit: Specifically, I thought the pizza wasn't very good. I'm not sure if it was the ingredients or the little oven they use. A non-soda, low sugar drink option would be nice too. Maybe an unsweet tea? The seating was also non-existent for a place that serves food. I think there may be a total of three indoor tables. (If there was more, I could not find them). Overall it was a great experience and we will return.

I was about to win a prize on an arcade machine and the staff shut the power. They close at midnight and they said they would shut everything off at 11:45 pm and they shut it off at 11:40. I was not able to get refunded the tokens either. Apart from that the batting cage was nice and minature golf was a blast!

This place has its ups and downs. There are a descent amount of things for the kids to do but everything is dirty or outdated. Don't expect the most enthusiastic staff at a place like this but they could act like they are happy to have a job.

Blackbeard's Family Entertainment Center is a great place fun a fun day with the kids. While attending Fresno Pacific University, I worked with Campus Life. As one of our monthly ‘fun events’, we took the high schoolers to Blackbeard’s Miniature Golf, Go Karts, or one of the other group-oriented activities. We never allowed them to go for centric activities like the batting cages or the arcade. It is a wonderful place to get kids out of isolation and enjoying group activities.

We took advantage of golfing fun for all ages. For a Friday night with a packed parking lot, it didn't seem over-crowded. We played the 18 hole golf course at a leisurely pace with families in front and behind us. The clientele was friendly and no one seemed in a rush. It was a funfilled night. We'll have to go back to try out some of the other attractions.

It’s a blast to come here, I came as a child and now I bring my children. The batting cages are the main attraction for me and my children, but usually a few of the batting cages are out of commission. The Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many other outdoor things to do there like miniature golf, go karts, bumper boats and roller coasters so go check them out

This place is great and it is the only place in the area to visit for miniature golf, go carts, arcade games, laser tags, ropes course, etc. You get the idea, this place has it all. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how well the property is maintained. I would recommend Black Beards for just about any occasion where kids need to be entertained for a few hours. Go check it out and have a great time.

We had been trying to kill time after checking out of our hotel at 11:00 a.m. and before our 7:00 p.m. flight. We did the Bangor Forest, Orono Bog, River Walk, a few Stephen King sights, Cascade Park, Lunch at Nicky's Cruise in...and then we were out of ideas, a little bored and still had about an hour to kill. Somehow, this showed up on our map! We are so glad it did. We took our 16 and 19 year old daughters. They each hit 3 tokens in the batting cages, then each took a 5 minute drive in the go-kart. It was just what they needed to end their trip with some fun, laughter and physical activity. The pricing was fair, staff was friendly and the area was very clean and well kept. If you need a place to burn off some time and energy before a flight out, this is perfect! Gas station was right next door to fill up the rental car before returning too!

Ball got stuck on first machine so I went to another. Second machine took my money with no gameplay credit issued. I looked around and couldn't see anybody to inform so I cut my losses and left

Keep in mind that the slides are only open during the weekends. The lines go fast and the ride just long enough that there is fun and a quick turnover in the wait. I found that all of the employees were genuinely helpful and nice. Make sure you check online for their coupons with specials on the pizza deals as well as the purchase of tokens and entry fees. The value for your money is great and I would suggest purchasing the pizza meal deal with the 100 tokens. The video games and the games themselves are diversified and fun. Overall the park is very clean. As my grandchildren are older we did not use the kiddie rides; however, the children on them looked like they were having fun. Anytime of the week would be a good day to come to Blackbeard's!

We always have a great time here without any problems. The minature golf is always fun, although i think the last hole is broken to get the free icee. Sometimes lines can get backed up on weekends and you're literally back to back while golfing. There's lots to do for small kids to adults. There's also arcades inside if you're not up for rides or activities. I'd recommend it.

You would think in the amount of time since their awful "grandma! Grandma watch me putt" commercial they'd put out some money and effort into their commercials. Nope. Cheap cosplayers and videography. No wonder no one wants to go there. If you are that cheap I have to ask how much effort they put into mataining their rides.

Overall it's a great spot to go out with family, friends, or even a spontaneous date. Mini putt is definitely one of the reasons I come here and I've got to say that it is one of my favorites to go to every now and then. I'd definitely have to take one star down being that out of the three mini putt courses they have, one of them is always closed which is the one closest to the Go Karts, at least the last three times I've been there which is a bit of a bummer.

Wonderful miniature golf. Creative challenging holes. Superbly maintained. Lots of fun. Gorgeously designed, completely mad. Ducks, geese, waterfalls bridges, rivers, towers, haunted houses, like a mini Disneyland. Beautiful humorous varied landscaping. Three mini courses, 18 holes each. Free senior night every Monday. Wife loves it. Regular dates. Good exercise. Friendly fun people.

I absolutely love this place. I drop 20 in the machines every Saturday and take about 150 swings in the baseball batting cages, every Saturday since January. Needless to say, it has improved my game. This past weekend my friend broke an aluminum bat, just normal wear and tear, nothing crazy. At first he thought they were going to make him pay for it because that was the initial communciation but they waived it immediately once realizing it was just normal wear and tear. Excellent company, excellent staff. It was Marissa, I believe, that dealt with loyal customers so courteously and professionally. Raises all around, says I. Keep it up. I am coming back every weekend either way. Thank you to your staff for all they do.

This place is so old and needs to be renovated rides are old every thing is old. Not only is there so much wear and tear on this place but it's so dam expensive it definitely not worth the money to come here it's very boring it's $10 to do the rope climbing and all other rides are $10 it's a ripe off they should charge $2 per attraction since it's so crappy of a place never coming here again not recommended at all I would give the 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1.

A few years back this would be 2 stars but newer games. Pricing is very good for what your dollar gets you. Some games need repair or this would be 5 stars. Service was as expected but not over the top. Not too busy which is great for an outing bit maybe not the best for the revenue

I haven’t been to Blackbeard’s in probably 20 years but went back today for a company picnic and really enjoyed my time with the family. It felt clean and safe and the employees were helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed playing mini golf as well as the go carts. We also spent a lot of time in the arcade trying to get as much tickets as we could. If you haven’t been in a while, I’d recommend checking it out again. I’m glad we went.

Used batting cages for child, but again management really isn't properly maintaining pitching machines. Balls are traveling faster than speed posted, but what's worse is ball comes to high to most kids. Better off going to a real batting cage. The kid working was very polite, especially having to watch several things in the park.

There mini golf is always pleasant and their water slides use to rock..but all the workers.seemed aggravated . When I was a kid this place was the best spot to go and in walking distance of my house. Bumper cars were my favorite. But now the bumper cars are long gone and half the rides there look dangerous or dilapidated on my last visit but my family still had fun in the arcades and golfing

I mean it's fun but if you've got an urge to burn your paycheck. I liked the staff the most because they want you to have fun but the pricing could be a bit more fair, other than that the games are nice and the prizes are actually decent. The one saving aspect of this place was the mini golf, their courses are beyond fun and I had a blast playing with my family on them.

I would give them a 5 but one worker named Destiny was making a face every time my boys wanted to go on a ride that she had to go open. Seemed like she wasn't happy to work there. She was the only one with that attitude everyone else was so nice. Prices for the big rides are high but great deal for the kiddie rides, $9 for a 2 hr wristband.

It's a little pricey, and they like to blame their workers for the prices they charge. That seemed pretty low, especially since the people I encountered seemed friendly and helpful. I brought my 8 person family in for a round of mini-golf and thought that experience was a little expensive for that experience. Thanks for the response though.

It's a cool little place for kids to have fun maybe a date. They have water slides, race cars, a miniature golf course and this new jungle gym thing. Oh and a paintball course on the side The prices have gone up from the last time I went, which was in 2013 but everything has gone up. They also sell food and have an arcade inside the building. It gets 4 stars because it's s bit rundown, definitely need to update a few things.

Went mini golfing and had a nice time. It was really quiet there but nice enough. Could use a little upkeep on the grounds but I am sure that might be because its the offseason. Lots of ducks around. ♡

This is a fun place to go but it's getting older and could use some maintenance. The cars are a blast. But the batting cages are overpriced and need major maintenance. 10 pitches for a 4 tokens= 1$ and they barely work.
