You have the feddbacks of people who consume the products and services of Wild River Country (Park) in the area close to Arkansas.
At the present the firm gets a score of 4.4 out of 5 and the rating is based on 718 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is really high, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the evaluation is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to leave their score when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write tatings when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Park is classified in the category of Water park.
We love this place. We rotate getting family annual memberships with magic springs and the zoo, and other kids places. My youngest can ride all the rides here but one when other water parks only have a couple she can enjoy. Also they have many 2 and 4 seater rides so we can all go together if we want. All the rides are fun. It's a small park and I love that. The lines have never been too long either.
Fun time was had by all. Visiting from out of town and enjoyed the water slides and the park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All rides were open and there were very short lines. They should have had more concession stands open but other than that, all good.
It is a nice place to go swimming with the family. Have a little fun for the summer. Or just chill. I hope you have as much fun as I did.
We only went because we had two free tickets, so I can't complain much. The last time I went to this park was 9 years ago because the demographic was changing. We went on a Saturday, but with rain and storms in the forecast, it wasn't that packed until around 2:30. At that time bus loads of people came pouring in. I could tell that this park definitely has switched to another demographic and I was in the minority; however, everyone was well behaved and we had a blast. My six year old granddaughter was able to ride everything except the three big slides. She didn't want to leave! We felt very safe there, although there was a hole in the fence where people obviously come through for free. The lifeguards were superb! All friendly and doing their jobs! The food is a little steep, so I brought a cooler and packed lunch, and you are allowed to leave the park and come back in. Parking was free and felt safe. I don't know about the music they play during the week, but on this particular Saturday, I was pleased with oldies and some songs from my generation that were geared toward family fun (such as Boberann). I will go back in the future if I get free tickets again, but it's a long drive for a smaller water park in that demographic (for me). All in all, we all had a blast!
Wild River Country is a great place for family fun that caters to all ages. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions and attend to your needs. They have a wide range of rides that are age appropriate. The park is compact enough that any ride is only a short walk away, but large enough to be enjoyed by the entire family. Plenty for our 2-year-old grandson to do, as well as our teenage daughters, and the adults in our party as well. If you're looking for a fun place to relax and enjoy some summer water fun, look no further than Wild River Country!
O my god its so gud. Yassssss
A very nice experience for my students to end their summer vacation.
It was great
Great water park. Clean well kept, staff and lifeguards on point. Could use a second set of restrooms with better ventilation. Extremely hot in restrooms. Would also be nice to have picnic area outside park. Other wise highly recommended.
It is really fun I have learned not to be scared of waves and to also try new things and don't be so scared of some of the slides.
Decent water park. Lots of lifeguards who respond quickly to all issues. Fun for kids.
Kids had a great time.
My kids still like to go to water parks so we still come here. So little changes from year to year I think you could visit this place every four years and be good. At least they did at a couple rides a couple years ago but that's just not enough to make it worth going every year.
I have a 1 year old that takes medication and isn't supposed to be in direct sunlight. If there were LOTS more tree foliage, I would say five stars all the way. The only areas we found where mesh canopies which just allowed for more sweat to roll down us. We are in Arkansas and everyone knows the horrible humidity is no joke! So any chance to break away from the sun is GREAT! I think the only chance we had true shade was for the Split Second we were in a water tube or the square foot next to the little waterfall in the kiddie pool. I think it's time to plant some more trees and maybe time for a slight makeover this next offseason. We spent well over $200, stayed 2 hours tops and had to call it quits.
We had a great time. We went during the PM Plunge for a discount price on a Monday evening. It wasn't too crowded. The Cyclone is my favorite!
Love this place
Took my 5 and 7 year old and they had a blast wear themselves out in 2 hours that we were there. We went on a Monday so it was not very busy and no wait in lines
great staff and easy hadicapped excessable
It's a place of happiness an love.
Another great summer thanks to Wild River Country. Employees remember me and greet me like a friend. I think I have enjoyed over 20 summers here. I feel comfortable bringing a guest since the lifeguards are vigilant.
Always fun and live the scenery.
CLEAN, lifeguards paid very close attention to what was going on, our family had a great time!!
Great place for the family, fun and reasonably priced
Short walking distances to each ride, lines were quick and short. Would like a couple of the inner tube slides to have two person rafts rather than two person tubes.
Good for younger children.
We had a great time. Unfortunately the place hasn't changed alot since I went 20+ years ago when I was a kid. They definitely need to add more kid area's or attractions for the small kids like the other water parks have done. And the lazy river needs better cleaning system cause it was full of leaves and debris. Overall it's still a fun place to go for the day but not on par with other out of town water parks. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend it for a day trip just don't expect it to be as big and extravagant as the one at magic springs or the one in Branson.
Church family enjoyed our time here
Took the whole family. We all had a blast. There is something for everyone.
Amazing water slides and a huge wave pool. I'm sure if you go you will love it.
They need to up with a way for the floats for the slides to be closer to the stairs instead of having to carry them there no problem taking them up just that daunting task getting them there with little ones.
My money came up missing
Really fun and lots of rides and slides and pools can't wait to go back
Fantastic place to escape from the stress of life. Take the kids for a great time!
They should give the lifeguards some radios for better communication.
Awesome, very congenial group of people. My family and I had a magnificent time.
Friendly staff. Ended up getting rained out and had to leave due to the storm. Were given a rain check ticket at the gate when leaving.
Fresh! Nice staff
So much fun! Adults and children can play here! But very unhealthy and expensive food so you might want bring your own
Loved it...
We visited Wild River Country whilst travelling around the US. The park was very clean and not too busy (we visited on a Sunday in June) All the staff were very helpful and ran through their drills efficiently before letting any rider use the slides. The rides themselves were some of the best that I've been on. Wild River Country definitely lived up to expectations.
Very fun and good time for kid fun and family fun
For the price and location its not bad
I love this place! Just don't love the price!!!
Great family time!
We had so much fun!! The employees where awesome! The life guards are top notch.
About as good as it gets.
Great place! There are few places that my 5 year old and 14 year old both enjoy, but this was one. Staff was overly friendly. My little boy loved a lifeguard named Alexis. She was amazing and encouraged him to go on a ride which he loved. All the lifeguards were very attentive in the wave pool. The food was reasonable prices and good. We will be back!
I’ve been coming here since i was a kid. I love it so much. They have become a little lenient on their employees. They’re a tiny bit rude. But i will always love this place!
I have to say it is a "small" water park considering I'm used to water parks in the North but it's a great water park. The lifeguards are wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Great place to spend the day with the family!
It isn't bad. Fun for about two hours or so. Staff is hit and miss, but that's to be expected for seasonal workers. My 5 year old had a blast. Be warned, water fountains are real bad. They are really warm and very low flow, so be prepared to spend 20+ on a few thimbles of soda.
Had a great time reasonable wait times also
We had a great time and it was just me and a friend. They have great things to do at this place.
Awesome
My family and I had a great time yesterday. During the week after 3pm there are no lines! We buy season passes every year so we can go for a couple hours during the slow times. Now season passes come with 1 free park admission for a guest. We plan to use these when out of town family visit. I've been coming to WRC for over 30 years and I'm impressed with how well the new owners are maintaining the property. The new slides keep it fresh and exciting as well. I also saw some "real life" lifeguard training, someone came down a slide pretending to be in trouble. The lifeguard on duty was evaluated by two different people during this real life test... I thought it was cool and being a father I appreciated their efforts in preventing something serious from happening!
Over the years, since being a kid I would have anticipated seeing several upgrades was actually pretty disappointed. Still just as expensive!
A great place to have fun with your family! We're definitely going back!
We've been going here for years, it's conveniently located and a lot of fun for kids and adults! The season passes really are the best deal.
Great place to cool off. No long lines. Fun rides
The first aid is fantastic great place and full of fun!
This is an awesome place to spend the day and have a great time.
We come here every summer with our two young boys. They love this water park but it's really been going down hill recently. A few complaints... there is clearly no regulation on what they allow the customers to wear. Or if there is, they do not enforce it at all. This is a family focused business but we saw women who might as well have been eating around completely naked wearing shear/see-through fabrics that were not even meant for swimming. It's absolutely disgusting. Some of these women have no decency and clearly no shame though they should. They are flaunting around showing my two sons everything private part they have. The men are wearing regular street clothes rather than appropriate swimwear. I just don't understand how difficult it can be to just wear a swimsuit. Some of the music the DJ was playing at the wave pool was some kind of semi-censored gangster rap and I found it highly offensive. I think this park is unfortunately falling victim to only catering to a certain demographic and that's very unfortunate. Please invest a little money in cleaning this place up, enforcing stricter policies, and having higher standards on your "entertainment" because I've seen the decline over the past 10 years. It's getting worse and worse.
Expensive entry fees, wave pool water was like warm bath water (not good on a hot summer day), lazy river was too shallow (bottoms dragging on concrete). Good little kid area.
Lots of fun. Very clean and the staff were very nice
Can’t beat the prices to get In the food is a bit pricey. But very very fun they will give you passes if it rains the day you go
2nd time when have been and family still had a blasted
Decent place, little pricey. $23. Walking in gates hour before they close.
We had a BLAST!!! The tickets have gone up, but I believe it's worth the price...
I was really impressed by the quantity and quality of staff at this fun water park. The lifeguards were plentiful and always friendly. The water slides were fun and the facility was clean. However, one tube slide wasn't working while we were there.
Jus family fun
Even though this place has been open 30 yrs or more, I'm glad I was able to share my 1st experience was with 3 out of my 4 children...
It is a good place but some lifeguards dont pay attention
Had a very good time it's small and not a lot of water slides
Fun fun fun
Clean and a reasonable price for playing all day at a fun water park.
It's your typical water park. Lots of slides, lazy river, wave pool etc.. The price, when compared to other parks, is very reasonable!
Had a blast.. Fun place.
Had such a wonderful time with my family at Wild River Country. Was really happy with the staff and the facility. Can't wait for our next visit.
Great place to cool off kids or no kids!
Lots of fun except the food and drinks are really expensive
Need to update wooden steps but nice to play there
This waterpark was fun!!!!!! Everyone in my family enjoyed it. The only bad part was you have to climb a mountain of stairs just to enjoy going down a slide. There are too many hills/stairs and it's really tiring. Other than that everything was great!!
We went to this water park with the school. When I say we loved it I mean every word of it. The slides are the best part of the park to me.
Went here for my son's 5th birthday. Plenty of things to do for his age and for us adults. It wasn't all to spread out so we could get to each side of the park quite quickly. We spent 7 hours here. Food wasn't too expensive and employees were great.
Had a blast. Definitely bring shoes&sunblock
Great family park with an excellent selection of attractions. Worth going if you are in the area.
Great staff with a good layout
its a water park... its awsome
Good workers, bad management, and bad customer service. However, very nice rides, although not necessarily worth the price to get in.
This is a good water park. There are areas for small kids and many for the older kids. Safety is very important to WRC so there are lifeguards everywhere.
Loved the lazy river and wave pool. Bought a season pass.
Could use a couple more rides, but overall extremely fun and one of the best around!!!
We LOVE coming here every summer! Been coming since I was a child and it just seems to get nicer every year. They added new slides that are the best for any thrill-seeker. It all appeared very clean, loved all the flowers, water was very clear everywhere, and the lifeguards were all very friendly and helpful when dealing with my 3 and 5 year old. I would highly recommend going to it! It's a blast for the kids and adults. Can't wait to go back.
Good music at the wave pool
It's a great place to take the family to relax and have fun in the sun. The food is great as well as the service. We go a couple times each Summer to enjoy the great water and atmosphere. I highly recommend this park. They have some of the best lifeguards anywhere. Ask about their EA Platinum arwards.
It was fun! They have great family friendly rides, but the lines can tend to be long and have many steps to get the actual ride. Over all a great experience and I can't wait to go back!
Had a fabulous time, spent more than what I anticipated but well worth it! My kid had a blast
I go with my grandchildren and daughter. We usually stay an average of 3 to 4 hours. My grandchildren could stay all day. The only things that I think is the lazy river the water doesn't even come to my knees and every place I've ever been there's is waist deep and it would be nice to have a headrest on the raft for people with disabilities and older people. My neck kills me by the time I float around one time. The food is expensive but on the drinks if you purchase one of their cups sodas are only a dollar and water is free,so you save money in the long run. We love going.
Home of the "Bobble-Head" Lifeguards. Nice park... no complaints. Fun, Clean and Safe. GrandKids love this place, too! FakeBook offers discount tickets!
The lazy river isn't that great. There wasn't a lot of effort into making it enjoyable while letting the kids have fun. Rides were ok.
Great for family fun! Wave pool, water slides, and children's area.
We enjoyed our time. It was exciting and we must go back
Fun park. Loves the fact that my 4 year was able to ride all the slides and enjoy herself as well!!
I enjoyed laying out in the sun, floating in the lost river and ridding rides a LOT last summer! A season pass with a Military Discount was definitely worth it for myself. The teens that would come with me also loved having the season passes, definitely cheaper in the long run! We love our water park days. Food is expensive, just like any other park. So eat before you visit! Or with the season pass you can go out and eat and come back. I would be back this summer if I didn’t move away. Please go enjoy this park for me!
Lots of fun for the family with age appropriate activities for everyone.
Very fun for whole family.
Kids had a blast. Lifeguards appeared very alert and were pleasant. It was a great family weekend.
Never too crowded and fun for the kids.
Enjoyed night waters almost drowned but yup I loved it lol....
I was very impressed today. It was the first time I've gone to this park. We bought season passes during a special in March for a very reasonable amount, so we plan to go quite a bit more this summer.Upon entry, they do ask to inspect your bags, but I had no trouble with anything we brought. They directed me to a building to pick up the season passes for each of my family and after just a few minutes, we had them in hand. The bathrooms were clean. I didn't use a locker, but there were plenty there and I was told we can rent them. Instead, the parking lot was so close with employees near at all times, I didn't really see the need to use a locker. Anything I wanted to lock up, I put in the car.
Fun for one time visiting
Great place to go for family fun
My baby loves this place. This waterpark has several attractions so the lines are not that long. It even has a small area where you can take your toddlers. They have teen lifeguards everywhere. Occasionally there os a photographer from a local magazine taking pictures. Recently, I noticed there is an adult night which I think is nice. Safety first!
Great. We come almost every summer for my son syncere birthday
The kids always have a great time, but sometimes the kiddie pool smells like pee (if so we leave). Also there are some ratchet people always fighting there. Best time to go to avoid all the negative is 10 a.m - 12/1
Nice , clean and large park for a great price...only thing needed is misters for the hot hot hot cement, wear shoes!!!
Very exciting. Children loved the visit. Definitely will be back.
Wish they would put sprinklers on the sidewalks so it wouldnt burn your feet so bad otherwise no complaints.
My 6 yr old and myself had a good three hours of fun here! We decided to forgo Magic Springs due to cost, number of people, and the fact that parking is free! The rides were great for him. The staff was kind. Only aggravation I had was that different staff members had varying rules. So my child got confused and upset when asked to remove snug water shoes going down a slide , but it was fine. The food was good, of course costly. All slides were open, Park was clean, first aid was attentive to needs. Overall we were pleased! Their hanging baskets and butterfly gardens were precious!
Even with rain we had the best time! Every lifeguard was very polite and friendly! We will for sure go back next season!
It's and alright place, food is decently priced, slides are fun to go down. (especially the Vortex, you could crack a Crash Bandicoot reference.) And the wave pool is much better than the one at Magic Springs. My only two complaints are that the showers they have there don't have stalls, that gets awkward fast...and then the lazy river there is slow and VERY shallow. Other than those issues, it's a great place to take your kids.
It's small place but nice!Needs more pools!
The best water park in the central area of little rock.
Everyone was nice and help. We had fun! The meal was good as well!
We took our 21 month old just because she's never been and we were wanting to keep her out to enjoy the activities. It was a scorching hot Friday late afternoon, the park wasn't overly crowded at the time but this park needs a lot of improvement and the concession prices are out of this world, crazy pricey. There is legit only one ride for toddlers and I think if they would take riders on a case by case scenario, instead of an all-inclusive size factor, it would be a little better. We live in North Little Rock but will continue to take our business to Magic Springs Crystal Falls.
Wow what a awesome place!!!
My second home for relaxation....Cheers!
Very expensive, and just wasnt as nice or fun as white water in branson mo, where we visited a month prior. Coulda, shoulda been so much better for the price of admission!
Beyond a blast...headed out to Little Rock to hang out for a long weekend with my stepbrother and his family. We love them, and were happy to just hang...but, WOW!!! We all got ourselves over to Wild River Country and Little Rock is now in our dreams...what a Blast!!!
I love the place! My children and grandchildren
Very fun. Enjoyed it and will come back again. Did get me motion sick but fun Good food and beverages at an exceptional price.
Fun
Its pretty nice but they need more lights. There are several areas that lights didnt work and it's a safety hazard.
It is so much fun! Not too many people, and staff is really nice.
Had a great time with the kids.. Well worth the tri.. The facilities are very nice and the staff is excellent
this is a great place to take the kids also a great place to go by yourself or on a date or to have big group birthday parties or just meet up with lots of friends and have a good time all the staff although young are very friendly and professional never had me and my family ever had any problems going to this water park we love it they have great prices great hours and provide an all-around great good time definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone thank you wild River country for providing fun for my family for years and for years to come
Best water park I’ve ever been too other than the food was a little over priced
Great fun with the kids
Good place
On a last minute adventure before school starts, we took a 3 hour drive. After comparing the reviews and cost we decided Wild River Country over Magic Springs. So glad we did. I haven't been since I was a kid in the 80's. Our small 5 year old and adventurous 7 year old had a blast. Actually we all had a great time. While there was a few cosmetic issues, but who cares. It didn't affect safety or fun. Just be warned, after 1pm the walking areas are hot as Hattie's... strongly suggest water shoes or flip flops. They did allow my 5 year old to wear her clean tennis shoes on the rides. So greatful for that. I didn't look but if the gift shop doesn't offer cheap plastic flip flops, they should, and advertise it at the entrance. I seen many people who would've greatly paid for them. No lines, no wait, and no fee to park. Drinks were a little pricey but nothing a person shouldn't expect at an amusement park. Food was reasonably priced. You'd psy the same or more at fast food places. We will be back!!! One suggestion... photo of which tubes are allowed on the slides before you get to them. A few we grabbed a double tube and had to hike back down for singles. We didn't have our phones and didn't memorize the rides. After the first time we started watching what type was coming down.
We have made this one of our must do summer adventures. We are on our 3rd year of road tripping to spend the day here! It is clean, staff is super nice & attentive! They are always on guard. You can tell they work hard to make sure to stay alert. We will keep going back as long as we can! Our annual family road trip!
Kids loved it
I get season passes for myself and my family every year. My kids love it here
Today we were 3 of less than 100 ppl at the park.. It was awesome, no lines anywhere..everyone was super helpful and friendly! Everything is very reasonably priced as well.. VERY HAPPY WE HAVE SEASON PASSES.
Kids love this place. Family day was half price. Yaay
We had a great time, but this is a small water park.
This place is fun
Very fun and family friendly. I loved it.
Typically pretty clean and good for the family.
The park is clean with plenty of things to do from several tube-riding slides to a few body slides. I would recommend this place to any locals or tourists looking for a way to have a fun day. Just remember to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated!
Great place to take your family for a lil fun!!!!
For a water park it's a good start but it's not big enough in the summer it's over crowded the food prices and souvenir prices are absolutely ridiculous. The entry prices are high for the amount of attractions offered. They attempted to scale it up a few years back but I don't think the owners hit the nail on the head. However it's one of the only places to take friends and family for a day at a water park. Normally you can spend 2hrs at most in this park and by that point you have ridden everything two or three times
I recommend going to this water park. Only things that i don’t like about the water park is that the food is exspensive and the water park is very easy to get lost in. And even worse it’s connected to a public highway which has no gate so random people can walk in and enjoy themselves without paying. But, everything else is wonderful!
Not enough areas for pregnant women or small children
If they were fully operational I’d easily give 5*, but the truth is several rides were out of commission when we visited. Also, the lazy river was so lazy, it was dead lol... it was SO SLOW, that it took like an hour to get to a spot to exit hahaha, ok maybe not an hour per say.
Very cool
Great place for family fun. The rides are awesome and the crowd doesn t pick up till afternoon so get there early and ride the rides with no wait
Fun place to play. I like that the floats for the wave pool are free now, no more renting. Same with life jackets. 3-7 lower price and cooler, less people.
