We had a great time. Spent $45 and my boys were able to ride the go-karts once each, and then our family of 4 was able to do the tandem carts once as well. It is pricey depending how much you plan on doing, but we got in and out for less than 50 bucks and had a good time. There's not many places like that in this town!!

Fun. But for the money I paid to do these things I feel there should have been a lot better customer service. The staff was no where to be found for half the rides. We had to go seek them out. They yell at the kids and are not friendly. I would choose a different track next time. But the girl with the purple hair working the bumper cars was Amazing!!! Such a lovely girl!! She deserves a raise!

Yeah buddy! This place is a fun place to go. Not only is the track fun but it has a game room that has all types of games. Also there is an Andes custard Dairy Bar right there at it. If you want pizza there's also a pizza place on the property and don't forget to get on what I call the rubber bands. Go swinging through the air on a flying trapeze LOL have a good time.

Not bad place. Had fun. Reasonable pricing. Guy running rookie carts today needed to do his job better. Allowed a couple kids to continuously bump and spin other kids. Then looked at me and said" i never have this many cars spin out" i told him "its because you are letting them use them as bumper cars" . he shrugged and went bas to talking to parents standing there vs watching the track. #one bad apple.

Awesome place go cartvtracks were great. Has laser tag, batting cages, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bumper cars. So much yo do and you can go from location to another all day until they close. We had an awesome time. They need to bring this to Tulsa, OK.

This place is the best out of the 3 family fun track places, the heavy metal highrise is paved instead of wooden, making the fastest speeds. The carts were more even in speed here as well, making it so you could really race. The classic and rookie tracks were also fast too

A good time was had by all. Haven't been since I was a kid. The go carts don't go as fast as they used to but it was still fun. I appreciated that they had a rookie track for my 10 year old to learn on first. Would be a nice touch if they threw that in for free for first time drivers that are going to do the big track.

Its ok if you plan on spending a ton of money. But its also a Branson attraction so its expected. They have many different parks of theirs throughout Branson so make sure you choose the right one to fit your kids age group so your not having to load them up to go down the road.

For children and some adults this may be a fun place, but for me it's not that great. I'm heavy set and when I take the track, the go karts just don't keep up with others. It's pretty pricey considering the amount of people going through constantly. They should somehow separate the race track tickets from the arcade. Folks just trying to play games can't even get inside from the line of racers waiting.

Track 4 is the big one...if you go to a track it might as well be this one. Arcade, Go Karts, Ferris Wheel, and various other odds & ends there's plenty to do. There's also plenty to spend money on, and you will spend some money here. If you do very much it's not cheap fun. But it is fun and worth doing to say you got the full Branson Experience. And let's be honest, you'll never hear the end of it from your kids if you don't go to one of these places at least once on vacation.

I won tickets for the ferries wheel so we took advantage and had a little day vacation. We did one of the tracks and it was just so much fun. All the staff are very nice, lines move fast, I defiantly will come back. Great place to spend with the family. Thank you!

We always enjoy the go-carts and the kids second favorite are the arcade games. We watched two of the Electrify shows and the lights synchronized to the music was awesome. There is plenty of parking spaces and it is easy to navigate the park. It is easier to access if you know the back way in because trying to turn into the park off Hwy 76 can be challenging at times.

So we did the fast track and that was fun, but this place was wicked it felt like Mario kart. Going up is fun but coming down is a blast just keep your foot on the gas and SEND IT!!! Sparks will be made your kart will pop and backfire but trust me keep your foot off the brake and enjoy the ride.

I'd probably give this 4 stars on a typical day due to prices and lines but we were able to get the kids free in May promo for all day unlimited rides. We spend $112 for a family of 4 to ride anything pretty much at 3 different places in Branson. Laser tag was awesome and included. At times no one was even in line at one track so we'd all ride again 3 times in a row. Bumper boats were awesome but got soaked. It is a ton of fun if you get the unlimited pass and their are no lines of course. Lol

well, staff doesn’t really enforce anything. the ride was not recommended for pregnant women and we watched two very pregnant women ride. my boyfriends go kart died on the corkscrew and had to be pushed up by the staff. we talked to staff about a refund or re rides and they only apologized.

If you want to ride the heavy metal karts you'll have to wait longer than any of the other karts. Don't do a 2 hr pass either pay per ride or buy the unlimited pass. I would like to see more games in the arcade.

Downhill is fun, but the uphill climb wound up feeling tedious without extra power. It may be more fun to reverse the track. My daughter had a great time...even had fun driving her first cart on the kiddie track. The games inside are real pricy.

My son had had to hold back the tears and I had to hold back the complaints and years due to the older lady selling tickets and the incorrect measuring inside. My son is over 60" (5'1/2") and last year he measured at 57" here yet today he measured at 54". He has been excited ever since he past 58", last October 2018, to drive and race me, his 5'3" mom, on the heavy metal track. What a disappointment to have to have this track not follow their own rules and insult my son's height. If you require height, then measure correctly!!!

The metal track is awesome and so exciting for the whole family. I think I caught some air coming down the big hill! We enjoyed the number boats and the kid track for our youngest first driving experience by herself. The prices are a bit high, but that's generally most attractions like this these days. We have been here before and will be back.

Due to inclement weather we had to reschedule our visit to The Track to the day of our departure. Even though it was hot, racing in the go karts kept us cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our visit was for a 2 hour pass which passed way too fast. Why can't we have one of these in Dallas?

Paid for 2-hour unlimited at 3 parks. Kids wanted to do laser tag and go-carts. We rode go-carts and then went to laser tag and it closed in the middle of the day. They also closed another track before we could get there. We asked for a partial refund and they refused. Said they can close at any time and we should know that. Would give a zero for customer service if I could.

1) The process of purchasing tickets is time consuming. Prepare your children. One can only surmise this is intentional given there are no roped areas near the registers, just an excessive number of gaming machines blocking a clear path. 2). Signage is poor as it pertains to different go-cart track options, particularly the signage on TV monitors in the main building. Anticipate having to ask a lot of questions and hold up the line. 3) (teenage) Staff do not understand the differences in the age and height requirements well enough to explain it to others. I had to return to the lines to reverse my initial go-kart transaction for one which could accommodate the 4 children in our group. 4) VISA credit cards are not excepted without a drivers license- even for something as insignificant as a bottle of water purchase. 5) children’s hands are liberally stamped with excessive amounts of ink to denote age/height. I had it all over my shorts & Tshirt before we ever even left the main building. Yippee.

I would say that everything is a little too expensive to do. Especially when it's so hot out here on the strip. In the middle of the day with the sun beating down on you. Everybody look like they were having good times that was there though. it would be nice if they added shade over the pool. I think that it does need that it is very out in the sun with that reflective water right next to the street. My daughter had a fun time watching the people on the ripcord swing. And the go-kart tracks look like a lot of fun. But none of the rides are super-friendly for anybody under the age of 2

We got there about 20 min before closing, and when we walked up the kids working didn't say a word to us. They made us feel like we were a bother to them. My kids were so excited to ride the go carts and then when they got started, the go carts barely putted around the track. My boyfriend asked the boy working there about it, he said yeah they don't go very fast. The worker then asked what time it was and when we told him 11:42, he hurried up and blew the whistle and told my kids to come in. I'm sorry but 3 min of ride time and being treated very poorly, was not worth the price. I would NOT recommend this track to go to. I understand the workers are just kids, but the customer service was awful. The worst of anywhere we had been in Branson.

Awesome ride. Biggest Farris wheel I have ever been on. Comfortable bucket cars to ride in. Could see everything from the top of ride. Also they went around REALLY SLOW, they were very few riding at the time we went so they asked if we would like to go around again without having to get off ride. Well worth the $10 ticket price.

The go-kart track here is so much fun. We had just started when it started downpouring. That just made the experience so much more unique! The other large tracks were closed because they are wooden and slippery to drive on when wet. The arcade has a variety of games for all ages and the bumper cars and bumper boats looked like a ton of fun too.

This place is meh at best. We went for our sons 13th birthday party. We bought 6 unlimited ride passes and one kid pass totaling over $300. The first track we attempted to go on, one of the double seat cars was broken and the kid working the track refused to move it so the other double seaters could be accessed so our youngest could ride with his father. We asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one. My husband went inside to inquire and they stated they would call the manager. After about 15 minutes of waiting I went in to follow up. They said the manager wasn't answering. I asked if there was anyone in charge working that day. The kid said yes and I told him to go get them. After a few sighs and an eye roll he went. No manager ever showed. We ended up finding the manager ourselves. She stated after breaks were over she would help move the broken car. At this point we were tired of waiting and moved on to another park of theirs. We got to the second park and again none of the smaller children rides were working. We decided to take our youngest on the ferris wheel while the big kids rode more go carts. Found out that the ferris wheel cost extra, which was not made clear when the almost $50 passes were originally purchased. Also the attendant at the window wasn't completely sure on pricing and had to continually radio for help with questions. So we paid another $30 to ride the ferris wheel. We went into the arcade purchased a few cards for games. Noticed later in our bank account we were charged a $1 every time we loaded our cards. Overall the staff is mainly kids with no customer service skills, only half the rides work and they are not clear or upfront with pricing.

Had a blast, I suggest riding the big go kart that goes up in the air in circles and has steep drops,it is very fun.My daughter loved it,her 1st go cart ride and it was ad passenger since shes not even 3 yet she loves going fast.And has no fear. We had an absolute great time. It does cost 12 dollars for you and your child to ride but you get to ride for a good amount of time. The arcade is kind of big, They have bumper boats and several go kart tracks for ages child to adult.

When my husband and I walked in we were not acknowledged at all. We rode the heavy metal cars and the worker that escorted us to the cars did not explain anything and wasn't nice at all. The young man at the top explained everything and was nice. We will never visit track #4 again. We noticed as we played games in the arcade people that came in after us were greeted.

It was a slow night when we got there and they were gonna be closing early, but once we asked if it was okay for us to come un and just hang out for a bit, the manager was so welcoming. We got to try out the 3 or 4 floor racing cars and played a few games. Great service and great people.

There are three things you need to know in order to have a great time at The Track Family Fun Parks: 1) You have to go to all three locations. Each one has their own "marquee track" and each is a good time. It also helps to cut down on the wait times. I'm sure this isn't always the case, but we had a family of four in the middle of June and didn't have to wait once. Sure, you might wait a few minutes for a race to end when you walk up, but we got in right away every time, and then got right back on many, many times. It was amazing. My son and I rode this one track probably five times back to back, and that's roughly $100 right there. Which brings me to my next point... 2) Buy the unlimited pass!! It is absolutely, unequivocally, without a doubt worth the little bit extra. You'll get unlimited go-kart rides on all tracks, at all locations, all day long. You can also come and go as you please, just keep your wristband on. Most of the go-kart rides are $9/person (over 54-58 inches) and you will EASILY get your money back, as mentioned above---and that was just one of the locations. Plus, you get unlimited putt putt golf, laser maze, and laser tag. Seriously, buy the pass. 3. Plan to make a day out of it. This builds off of the two previous points, but with the pass--which again, you should really buy--and all three locations, The Track Family Fun Parks is best enjoyed as an all day family outing. I had planned on staying awhile, as I was really looking forward to the go-karts, but I was surprised just how easy it was to spend eight hours here. And it wasn't one of those long and drawn out days that everyone hates either. The kids loved it, as did my wife and I. Yes, we were all pretty worn out afterwards, but we had an amazing time. I really don't think you can go wrong with this one. Just make sure you keep these three things in mind. PS. I'm 6ft, 250 lbs. and I could fit in the karts just fine. Just FYI!
