My kids love this place. The only problem I have is the facebook page hours and the google/webpage hours do not match so I dont know when they are open on Thursday. It makes a difference when driving 2 hours. Thursdays, is it 12 or 4?? I sure hope 12...

Overall my daughter had a great party. However, I booked my party at 2 so it would be private. My daughter is 4 and all her friends that were attending were 4 and under. Besides one young girl who was 9. So, another party had been going on previous to mine and they went in for cake. Then shortly after a few kids were playing around. Which, I didn't mind. Then about 30 minutes into the party more of the kids were out there playing. Which, OK I still didn't say anything. The last 10 to 15 minutes the whole entire party was back out playing in the play area. My 1 year old got kicked in the face and stepped on by an older kid attending another party. Keep in mind I realize these things happen and that is why I wanted my hour of party time private. Then when we told the young man at the counter he really did not care and had a smirk. Okay, I understand we should have said something right when it started going on. However, if the young staff can not handle party guest maybe new staff should be employed. 179 dollars later and I feel like I did not receive what I paid for. The kids had a blast. I just really was disappointed in the staff and how it was handled. Management needs to look into the young rude staff they hire that can't control other party guest to provide other people with what they are paying for.

Very good indoor bounce house. The food is a little pricey but definitely taste good. My main concern is I see adults and teenagers bouncing around with 3-5 year olds in the same place and after telling management nothing was done. My neice was hurt by a 15 year old looking boy and her arm was pretty hurt by it when he landed on her. Management did not make him leave the bounce area.

People saying over priced?! lol it's 8 bucks a kid but adults are free and CAN play on inflatables. My son had a BLAST and management was awesome. Everything is super cheap, 10 dollar pizzas, dollar drinks, 4 dollar chicken wings etc... I highly recommend this place for kids of all ages. Management isn't hovering over enforcing every single small thing. Just go have some fun!

The monkey house is really nice for children that enjoy inflatables. They have a really nice selection. The staff is really friendly and the prices are not bad. Adults get in free so that's a bonus. The one complaint I have is that it's always really warm in there. Even for the adults just sitting there. The kids burn up pretty good so I would recommended drinking lots of water. It is a really large building so there's lots of room for children to play and have fun. Remember to bring clean socks or they will charge you for a pair. They do have a nice selection of snacks and drinks and also serve pizza at $10 a pop. The pizzas are medium sized with 8 slices but they are so very good. I would even say better than pizza hut to me. My kids really enjoy coming and would stay longer if it was cooler inside.

I would just say my experience here, was extremely poor. I paid around $280 for my daughters 1st birthday here & let me say, it was not worth that much money at all. I got there 30 minutes early to set up whatever room we were going to be in and I get told that we wouldn't have the room till 2 o'clock, & the party started at 1, but the kids could go play for an hour. Then I bring in extra party stuff, which with a booked birthday party for that much, you would half expect pitchers of drinks for it, but no. They literally ran down a family member and down right refused to let her bring in some extra drinks, just bought and unopened. After I tried to explain to, i guess it was the manager, that I thought it was ridiculous that I paid $280 just for 2 boxes of kool aid jammers and a small room & had to pay for extra drinks, she then continued to tell me that they would be happy to provide us with extra drinks that I had to pay for, after I had already bought drinks in the first place. So we put the drinks back in my car, go back inside & cut my daughters cake and eat the 2 pizzas, and once done all the kids wanted to go play again and they literally refused every little kid with my party, a chance to go play again, said there was a private party & that they were only allowed 1 whole hour to play, now if your a parent, 1 hour is nowhere near enough time for a child to have fun. I was refused to bring drinks in for our family, so nobody would have to pay, they refused little kids a chance to have fun after the cake and the only thing that was coming out of their mouth was "You can pay", the same exact drinks I had already bought I would have to buy again, from them. It was over priced, money grubbing & extremely rude management. Not worth my money that I had saved up specifically for my daughters 1st birthday. Now, I'm military and I'm only an E-3, and I am stationed in one of the most expensive states in the US, so I want my to see my money being used to the max and this place to me, was maybe worth $100. On one of my little sister's birthday, she rented a bounce around for 6 hours for only $120 and my dad served hamburgers and hot dogs. For the price I paid I could get a hotel with a indoor water park, just for one night and i could get way more out of that. This almost ruined my mood on something that was supposed to be the happiest day of my life and something that was supposed to let me relax and spend time with my family. Just ridiculous!

We went here for a birthday party for my niece. I'm not sure what the cost is, but my kids really had fun. There were 7 different inflatables inside. 2 were for smaller kids and the rest were for bigger kids. For birthday parties you get to play for an hour and then they provide pizza and water for all the kids. Overall, a great experience.

I had my 4 year old's party here. It was my first visit and the play area was well laid out, the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't really have to do much if anything during the party portion. Definitely coming back.
