Clean friendly environment. Some of the people who work there could try to be a little friendlier. Like if a child needs to be talked to, talk to the parent first not just take it upon themselves to get on to said child.

We had my daughter's birthday here, the kids had a great time and the staff was great. Only complaint is the price of renting the room. But all in all a good experience.

I took my 3 and 5 year old here and we had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. On the way out, I accidentally left my wallet on the table and one of the girls ran it back out to my car before I pulled away! Great experience.

Got boring real quick. Spent about 2 hours here. Price is quite high. Good thing to do on a rainy day. Kids and adults can play.

The Bounce Palace is a great place to take your kids to go out and have fun , you can even bounce with your child for free.Plus the Bounce Palace is is clean even there bathrooms it feels welcoming when you come in.Their employee's are super nice and helpful.

Took my Granddaughter and 15 or more guests there for a birthday party. A bit pricey for a large group but the kids all had a good time. She'll never forget it.

Great place for kids to run themselves ragged. There is too much screaming. I was taught that you only scream when you're hurt. You can have fun without screaming.

Great for younger kids. ,10 & above could get bored especially if they are not highly energetic. Arcade games are mentioned but, really, there is no arcade. Feed kids meals before coming. Light snacks/drinks available only. No outside food/drinks allowed. Re-entry not allowed. Personally, I feel it's overpriced compared to other indoor places, however, this is the only one town, so there ya go.

Great place to go to let the kids burn off some steam. It's a little noisy in there so I recommend taking some earplugs. They do sell snacks and beverages. You pay one fee per child and they get several hours the burn that energy off

We haven’t had a chance to bring our kids there because we are off on Sunday but they close. They are not supposed to close on Sunday to disappoint the kids.

Wonderful atmosphere and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Went for a birthday party and was welcomed to a decent sized room. Bathrooms were also clean which was a plus. Kids had a great time and we would gladly go back.

It's a great place for the kids to play and have fun and the adults can sit and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. They have two rooms where you can have parties, or you can rent the whole place for your get togethers!

Had my great nieces birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. Have to admit I'm not a fan of bounce houses but I like this one because It is clean and the people who work their are very helpful and nice. I will bring my niece back to it

Much better than bouncing outside in the sun and mud. They have around half a dozen different large bouncies and a couple party rooms. Bathrooms are clean and decent. Sitting area for parents.

The place is fun but it says on the sign says open to public and we weren't able to go in because of a birthday party, what the heck, when you can actually get in it's fun, but you can rarely get in because everyone makes there birthday party a private one and that defeats the whole purpose of of "open to the public"
