Tl;dr wear and tear, awful soundtrack, and very dirty bathrooms. Can't recommend it. Long review below. Our group played through the mini golf course. The blacklight gimmick is a neat concept but the room is rather small and so the course layout is smooshed and confusing. Neat art on the walls for the kids but the "animatronics" are pretty beat up and some of them don't seem to work anymore. You know how when you put a DVD into the player it plays a short clip of the theme song, stops, then repeats? I'm 98% certain that the music in the room is literally the Jurassic Park or Lost World DVD sitting on the menu. Clip of the theme song, brief pause, repeat. Over, and over, and over, for however long it takes you to finish and escape the building. All of this would have still been at least 3 stars if we hadn't needed to use the bathroom before we left. The bathrooms were very dirty and look like they haven't been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. There was trash and used toilet paper on the floor in the men's room, and one of the two stalls in the women's room was clogged and full of vomit. Not a good mini golf experience.

Had a birthday party there and did zip line and golf. The party room was very dirty with tables and chairs just kinda thrown in there. The guy started trying to wipe down the dirty tables as we were setting stuff up. There was a trash can in the middle of the room that was full and had dirty diapers in it. The bathroom area was disgusting and the worker said the women’s was overflowing and had to use men’s. There were mop buckets,trash etc... piled up in front of it. Pretty much a cleaning closet. The zip line was fun but all of the game machines were out of order and nothing worked. The mini golf didn’t have anyone working over there or supervising. There was all kinds of equipment and cleaning supplies stored in the corner over there as well. All of the dinosaurs and mannequin is broken. It was really a joke for $150. The kids had fun doing the zip line at least. * In response to the owner, the party was on Jan.14th at 5:00 pm

We had a ball! I was amazed at everything there was at this facility. We loved the dino park theme during the golf game. Highly recommend if you are on a budget and wanting a fun afternoon with the family.

Had a really good deal for around $30, you could ride a duck boat, go to a cool wax museum and you could do 3 extra activities like go karts, laser tag, black light mini golf, and a gyroscope ride. They also had a rope course but that was extra. Super nice service as well. Great value imo and would definitely go again.

The kids loved it. Part of the mini-golf course is lit from outside light through the glass doors which throws off the blacklight theme. Not really a big issue but someone looking for that experience may be a bit disappointed. Also, many people were confused about the order of the holes to play. It was kind of a free-for-all with no employees in the building to provide any assistance.

Had such a fun time with my 4 and 11 year old. My husband and 11 year old enjoyed the me zip line walk while my 4 yr old and I kicked honey buns on the terminator game. Afterwards I kicked everyone's buns go-kart racing! 2 years in a row!

Not sure what happened. We got here at 10 and the staff arrived about 10 after. They had to count their drawers from the previous night and the place was freezing cold and dark and they seemed to be more concerned about their breakfast. Clearly they weren't ready to open and asked us to wait. We are still waiting for them to get ready.

Golf was ok, only 17 holes and very unsafe to walk through. Go karts are absolutely awful. Weren't organized, stopped us every 45 seconds, and at least 3 of them were broken. It took them at least 4 races to figure out that one of them was broken. Laser tag was fun but nobody was doing it so it was just me and my sister. Overall just about everything is pretty fun except for the go karts. It was just ridiculous how they handle the go karts.

Shameful to say the least. Brought the family to Hot Springs for a quick family getaway. Obviously noticed the T Rex Fun Spot as we were coming through town. Took the kids to ride the go karts as they requested, considering we have nothing like that in close proximity to our home. Kids were beyond excited to get there, to not only have to leave without enjoying the go karts, but for us to not even be acknowledged, at all. We waited patiently at the counter to be tended to, as I'm sure any customer does. Waited right at half an hour, with several employees in the immediate vicinity, with no recognition whatsoever. Not sure if any of them have any kids, but to be walk away and explain to our kids why they weren't able to enjoy themselves, is hurtful as a parent. You should be damned shamed of yourselves for the simple lack of not only poor conduct, but the sheer lack of concern for waiting kids to enjoy your establishment. Will not recommend to anyone. Pathetic excuse for a family establishment. Unprofessional at best.

Wow what a fun day. My daughter was just barley tall enough to do the rope course. She had trouble moving the attachment to the harness. Miss Amanda that worked there harnessed up and followed her until she got the hang of it! Thank you so much, Miss Amanda! Golf course was great! Best part it was air conditioned! Great escape from a hot day. Also very reasonable with prices!

We enjoy going to this establishment to play laser tag. They offer go carts, mini golf, laser tag, a huge jungle gym type structure you can climb, and bumper boats. Lots of fun for the family!! I had a few issues and the manager and owner were kind enough to speak with me about it. They are very involved with the success of it being a family friendly environment. Most of the staff are younger, and are friendly, cordial, and informative about the rules. We will continue to visit this establishment and will recommend it to others!

A group of me and my friends came in Saturday night. The place was packed full of people. The staff worked fast on getting everyone through the long line. We all got harnessed up and went on the ropes course. We had a blast!! We did four things for like $24 bucks! If you need something fun to do this is the place to be!!

RIP OFF!! The virtual reality equipment did not work. I had to go across inside the motel to play the laser tag game. I spent $85.00 just to get on 2 attractions. The equipment was filthy and the staff had bad body odor. I would not spend not even a penny there again!!

Great family fun for those of all ages. Conquer the ropes course and zipline for the daredevil in your soul. Test your tummy with the Gyro machine...if you dare. But for a calmer form of entertainment, battle out a game of glow in the dark Putt Putt at T*Rex Mini Golf Or tag a friend or family member in Laser Tag. Speed Up the game with the fast go carts. We always have a blast when visiting T*Rex Family Fun Park. The owners are truly amazing people in the community of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The staff always are friendly and knowledgeable. They always keep safety as a priority while still ensuring you are having the fun you came for. Definitely worth the money. I recommend buying a package deal to ensure you get more bargains for your money. ☺

Nice employees but they need more training. The young man operating the red ball of death kept us upside down so long my eyes were bloodshot for hours afterwards. I bought the package for 3 of us but we were all feeling sick after that and left. While we were sitting and letting the blood drain out of our heads we saw a different young man do the same thing to another woman who chose to ride it alone.

I had my 5 year old's SpiderMan Birthday Party here and he couldn't have been more stoked! YES FIVE YEAR OLD! I saw adults coming back down from the zipline! It is an awesome place for kids to let it all out. Go-Carts, Laser Tag, Mini Golf, indoor Zipline, archade games, and party rooms all in one place! It made party planning/clean up easy and money well worth spent.

The golf course is so bad it's epic! Only one song plays, none of the animatronics work, and I believe king kong and the spider from Lord of the rings reside in this special jurassic world! The animatronic park owner looks like one of the dinosaurs attacked him! Funniest most epically bad thing I have ever seen! Def recommend

Put way too many people in the laser tag game. Every time we were shot and our gun came back on we were shot again almost immediately. Waste of $ when you can't even play. And we waited forever to play. Every time someone new came in, we had to wait for them to pay and get set up. I think we waited at at least 20 minutes even though the team in front of us was done because we kept having to wait and wait for the new people to come in and pay. We don't plan on ever coming back.

I would like to say what an awesome experience we had here last night! It was my son’s 5th birthday and I’m so glad that we chose this place to celebrate!!! The staff was Incredible and EXTREMELY kid friendly!! Josh, Jesse, Sarena, and the sweet lady running laser tag were so amazing to all of our kiddos! To start with, they helped us customize a party just right and affordable for our kiddos! There were some things that our kiddos were too little to do and they didn’t try to talk us into purchasing a bigger package like some places will do! They made my sweet little boy feel special by giving him fist bumps and high fives. He loves Power Rangers and the lady doing laser tag was so incredible with our littles.. She helped turn the laser tag experience into a Power Ranger mighty morphing experience! She also played with one of them while the rest of us enjoyed our game. She was so helpful and sweet! We didn’t get there till a little before 7 and we didn’t realize that they closed at 8. They never once hurried us out or tried to get us to leave early, even though we were there until after 8:30.. making them have to stay after hours for our kiddos! Thanks to the staff here.. my little boy had an unforgettable 5th birthday!!! I really can’t say enough.. we will definitely be back!!

The experience was terrible. Its a very young staff that doesn't watch the customers. During putt putt there were young children running around everywhere and the workers did nothing about it. When we rode the go karts and were stopped more than we rode. The guy running the go karts would stop EVERYONE when just one person spun out. You have 6 minutes to ride and he stops everyone nonstop while the clock is still going. I told him were stopped more than we rode and he said thats just the way it is. That place is a waste of money and the worst experince ive ever had. Anywhere is better than there!

I thought I found an excellent deal with the 3 attraction package offered at the Laser tag building until we completed 2 and went to a separate building to complete our third and final attraction at the Trex miniature golf building. At which point, I noticed advertising for a 5 attractions deal which was not offered at the first building. I asked if I could PAY the difference and was told "No, we don't do that"! Very disappointed in the unfriendly and unprofessional service. The employees do not greet or inform you of the offers. They appeared to be more interested in sitting down and looking at their phones. The music played at laser tag was inappropriate for children, as it had profanity and lyrics suggesting drinking and getting high...Snoop Dog: "Gin and Juice".

We had a very difficult time getting in touch with the owners to find out when they are open. The times posted here are incorrect, at least for the off-season. Once we got into the place, it was really fun. Everything is black lit and there was a cool raptor, t-rex, and King Kong. As mentioned in another review, it was a bit warm. Overall, a good time for a good price.

I took my grand kids there while staying at the All Seasons Lodge. They really enjoyed it. Their favorite at Trex was the Gyro, Laser Tag, and the Ropes/Zipline thing. We went to Family Fun Park for Bumper Cars and Go karts. Get a combo for a better deal. Lots of fun! Employees were very friendly. The owner was there training some kids and he was nice too. Great place for family fun. 5 stars! Would recommend! Ask for the duck combo if you haven't rode the duck!

This place is awesome! The gyroscope is so much. My favorite was the Ropes Course. I did the smaller one at Family Fun Park to build my courage up for the one at Trex. It’s so high!!! Go karts, laser tag, mini golf, and bumper cars too!! The workers were all really nice. The owners even did a live FB giveaway while I was there. Wish I would have won!

Paid over 50 dollars, and had an okay time playing laser tag. When we were done, we thanked everyone and walked outside to talk. After less then 5 minutes, we were met by the owner. He approached us with a threatening attitude, and screamed that we need to leave. Say that we were smoking pot on his property, but in fact it was 2 18 years olds smoking a cigarette and vaping. We didn't want to start conflict so we said yes sir, and walked to our respective vehicles. The owner then became even more aggressive, and proceeded to take a picture of my license plate. I told him he can't do that because it's a danger to my safety, and stepped in front of my plate. He then got even closer to me and threatened to beat me if I didnt step a side. I am 17 years old and I told him that, this however didn't change anything because he then threatened me for another 20 minutes before I was able to leave. I am utterly disgusted by how he treats his paying customers. I hope more people see this so they don't have to go through want I did. You know who you are.

Ropes course was fun for everyone! We did the combo pack got the ropes, laser tag and the gyro for $20 bucks! What a great deal! Everything was very clean, the staff was nice and knowledgeable. This is the place to go to have a fun time. Great for kids and adults. We will be back!

We paid $58 bucks for 2 people and there are the honest reviews for the 4 activities we engaged in per our ticket allowance. (My 7 year old daughter and I) 1. The go-karts were the best as they were pretty fast (but not too fast that makes it dangerous for kids) and that was enjoyable with my 7 year old daughter in the passenger seat. I actually loved this. Public go-karts usually have no speed and suck, but this activity exceeded my expectations. 2. The zip line was exciting. It was adventurous enough for my 7 year old and fun enough for me to try it and keep it interesting as you can go higher. There’s a zip line that makes your adrenaline start racing. My 7 year old courageously tried it (and I say that because she almost started crying because she did not want to do it because it does kind of look scary. But we were already up there and her mom promised her ice cream if she did it.) Again, this is a spot for kids and she loved it. Not much of an arcade below it but that’s not what we came for. 3. Laser tag itself was cool looking for teenagers but frightened my 7 year old. It was just me and her since there were not any other kids playing at the moment. I imagine loud music and a dimly lit area must have been a little scary at that age. For a bunch of boys, great spot. If you do not come in a bunch, do not expect other kids to just magically be here to make it fun for your kid. Be aware of this. 4. The mini golf was actually really boring for everyone. The atmosphere itself is awesome but the holes are all really the same, just numbered and the outer edges laid out just enough to LOOK different. My 7 year was excited at the first hole, and it was over by the second. PROS: Awesome go karts and awesome laser tag...if you have other players. If you just bring your kid, it will be just you and your kid if there are no other kids at the moment. That makes it “lame.” Zip line is excellent. Laser tag CAN be excellent if other racers are there. CONS: Mini golf sucks. Even for kids. You have to go to a different building to access this and I dare say, the in between walk is really sketchy and dimly lit. I actually felt nervous walking unguided (first time there you don’t know if you let actually going the right way) towards the next building. No supervision in golf area and if someone leaves the bathroom door open, it’s an awkward blinding light that you have to keep going and shutting the door. To access the go karts and laser tag, you have to walk outside and across the street to it, this is across a motel and on this particular day, there were some sketchy men just hanging around next to the building and as a parent you tend to be cautious. (Don’t just let your kids run loose unsupervised because the employees are all teenagers and teenagers will be teenagers....on their phone until someone walks up to buy a ticket or get on the rides....then it’s back to instragram or whatever app is big) $58 bucks is kind of pricy for 6 min of laser tag and 6 min of go karts. Zip line and golf are unlimited I think. But $58 for one adult and one child is pretty steep.

It's ok for a six year old. Nothing special. We done the virtual reality ride it was honestly the worst one I've ever seen in my life. If you go there stick to something else.we've done the golf multiple times and it is okay it would even be neat if they would be some maintenance on the place.

Prices are fair. Ask about the different combos, the employees are great at explaining and helping out and it's cheaper in the long run. If you get go karts, use the ticket at Family Fun Park, the track is bigger. The bumper cars are awesome if you like to spin. Laser Tag was a lot of fun... black lights, fog, and music made it awesome. Black light mini gold was pretty cool... There's a pond, gorilla, and giant spider. Zipline at Trex is higher than Family Fun Park so go there if you're not afraid of heights. All around good time. Depending on when you go there's not much of a waiting time.

Mixed bag this place, mini golf was awesome we had a lot of fun playing on a unique course. Go-karts were fun but a few were out of order and the guy operating the carts was not very friendly, there was 10 of us taking turns at 8 a time, fair enough, however the guy let's 2 of his buddies jump on infront of us with no ticket or anything they hadn't paid, one of his 'friend's' kept intentionally sitting infront of my SEVEN year old sister, that's not the business fault but the operator should of handled it and not let his idiot friends keep jumping on who caused 2 crashed by being reckless. Also felt bad for the young red headed guy working in the golf side, we couldn't find anyone at the golfcarts so the poor guy who was on his own had to leave his post to go find someone for us, he was trying to get something to eat and we had to interrupt him because we couldn't find anyone, fair play he put customer service first and was very friendly and nice. Young girl at reception was also very nice, my wife had left her phone there so I called and she went and looked and found it, so yeah worth a visit to see for yourself, we might have just been there in a bad day.

I cannot place a picture that I do not have. Let me really review. I have been here at least 4 times to play miniature golf. Positives and negatives both exist. Since you play inside, rain is not usually an issue. For me, light is not a bother. I once had seizures. For those that have that issue or problems with flashing lights, you might not enjoy it as much as others. Do you like a challenge? If you thought yes, some shots are difficult. You will likely enjoy a game. If you want to play both courses, save money and buy both at the same time.

Laser tag was great kind of cheap and worn but great layout! We had loads of fun.

Well I hate this place the guy in laser tag kept shooting my kids as soon as they regenerated and the other guy said that the gyroscope was broken not funny did not strap us in right the guy had long hair and another guy was a read head I hateeeeeeee this place it doesn’t even deserve one star do not go here

It's very small. I went last night & the track is Very little. The arcade had like 5 games & only 1 worked. 1 was covered with a blanket. Could be a whole lot better.

This place is fun but small. We zipped through the course in no time. It was a fun little trip since we were bored but I don't know if we'd go back just because it wasn't very time consuming

Beyond disappointed. The put put is inside in an aprx 500 square foot area. Was about 85 people crammed in this room swinging golf clubs. Have a special needs chid, can’t do “big” groups, asked for our money back and they didn’t even attempt. Told us we could ride the go carts around the whole one circle track.

Its a wonderful place for children but the Putt Putt is a little run-down. Still if you want a cheap round of golf that is glow in the dark then this is your place.

Actually quite disgusted with the quality of service from this establishment, particularly the owner (looking at you, Stacy). I'm appalled that the town that I've grown up in allows such occurances to take place, none of which have ever resulted in any action towards the business. Talk to any of the workers, and none will be hesitant to inform you of the owners "habits" and aggressive intoxication, as well as his angry disposition. I, personally, had no issues with the workers, simply the owner that enjoyed throwing accusations at paying customers. I wouldn't advise wasting a dime lining their pockets. Take your business elsewhere, perhaps where you won't be treated as trash or a criminal, or even, perhaps, a valued customer! The attraction center on Albert Pike far outweighs this business in quality. I regret ever wasting my money here. Disgusting.

Great place for family fun! A lot of indoor activities, which was great for us old folks taking the kiddos out for a good time. The only outdoor activity was the go karts, but the line moved quickly. Cold drinks and snacks and chairs while the kiddos ran from the Zipline, gyroscope, mini golf, and laser tag. The employees are young but they're all well mannered and know what they're doing.

We loved the toddler ropes course, bumper cars, laser tag, and mini golf. Our 3 year old doesn't usually get to join in on the big kid activities, but this place was great! We purchased the Duck combo. Used some of our ticket the first day of our trip and used the rest on our second day. Good deal, good fun, and good memories!
