This Park corresponds to the category of Water park.
Great indoor water park. It's well maintained and the staff was friendly. The water slides are very mellow and probably best for younger kids. Nothing thrilling. Low point was watching a cafe worker eat a chip off of a plate she was just about to serve. Gross and against food safety standards.
We had so much fun
I took two of my grandchildren with me to Splash country. We all had a ball.
Love this indoor water park! Friendly staff!
Had a great time. Place is awesome especially for families.
Loved it.
We had a great time at the pools, water park and the shows! Rooms were clean and spacious even with 4 people. Buffets were reasonable with choices for everyone. We would definitely come back!
Kids loved it. I hate water parks. Dirty places they are.
Wore the kids out totally and kept them occupied!
Gross as hell and rude.
Off season I get, but they are working on new slides a d have a crew of workers in there sawing and making very loud noise. Especially in the men bathroom. Workers actually stopped cutting until my son was underneath and made a very loud noise cutting metal and sending metal shards down on us. A side from construction several things were not working or closed ( basketball area). The kid area is a very poor design and if you child goes down the slide you have to walk a long way around to get to them. Works are very snappy at small children even when I was right by them.
Bandaid in pool, so much chlorine in hot tub it was hard to breathe and burnt eyes.
Good times
This place was also awesome! One of the better water parks ever been to.
Nice place but the restrooms were not unkept and toilet paper everywhere
Nice staff lot of fun big water park not huge but good size good price for locals and for tourists alike would recommend it yes
Looking to get wet and slide it's great looking to swim...don't suggest
Lots of fun, Water park was great. We went in January. Very cold outside. Only problem is we had to drive from the hotel to water park as it would be a very long walk outside. Also there is no sidewalks just parking lots to walk through, not great with kids.
Room not ready at told check in time. Water park is in separate building from rooms. Went in December to enjoy some family time in an indoor water park. The kids could not play in the water because it was way below 83°. The whole water park was way to cold to enjoy. Told management and he showed no concern. Asked an employee about the water temp and was told they have had multiple complaints.
One of our favorite places in Branson - we've been coming here for over ten years!
Great time with the kids!
Things didn't seem as clean as it should have been.its a nice place though.
The kids loved it
Always a fun place for the family
It's a great place for all ages, but it's a bit expensive, don't have that much ride.Washrooms are not that clean and some restrooms don't have locks
Love the water park but dislike the hotel, I recommend staying somewhere else and paying for the water park if I remember right it $5 per person but the hotel rooms were overpriced not very helpful staff either
It was very fun and the water park was great. There were four water slides and they were all fun. There is a gerat place for little kids indoors and outdoors. The go karks were very fum too. Mini golf was fun and so was lazer tag great places for dinner near by that you can walk to and the buffet was good too. Highly recommended for family fun time.
The two new slides were awesome! Kids loved it
4 slides indoors year round
We had a great time here! My kids were sad when we had to leave! It was nice that it was connected to our hotel and we could almost walk there from our room. The indoor waterpark had things for all ages. My older kids liked the lazy river and the big tower with the dumping bucket whereas my youngest liked the baby/toddler area and my husband spent a good time in the 2 hot tubs! The outside area was smaller but still fun!!
We had a wonderful time, lots to do and the staff are all very friendly and nice
After a couple of hours we were ready to go
Great family fun
our kids love it
Kinda pricey, and even if you don't plan on getting wet, you'll be charged $15 to get in - No concessions or vending machines either, so it can be an issue after being there a few hours - otherwise my son really enjoyed it
Great place for kids and young adults. About $22 a person for a wrist band. Under 2 is free.
Great water park for the whole family. They have something for everyone to enjoy. Towels are provided, changing room is small but functional, and the Grill makes a good burger. 50 cents Everytime you open the lockers was a little disappointing. But overall it gets a thumbs up from us.
No changing area or lockers for valuabes. Upper observation and eating area always closed. Room has limited air flow even for most water parks. No tea, coffee even at the inn. I would rate this park next to other local water parks low... My previous post didn't make the wall, I not mentioning other parks with this post. Rate it low
So much fun for kids
My family and I absolutely loved this place. The all inclusive package is so worth it. We will definitely be back
Went for a birthday party. Disorganized upon check in. The concept of this place is good. Reality is far from that. Outdated. Dingy. Dirty. Crowded. Too pricey for what you get. Massive amounts of chlorine, hours after we've left and my eyes are still on fire. It must be so filthy to be giving off those toxic fumes. The ground was slimy. Crap caught in the filters around the lazy river. This place might be suitable for very young children, 4-8 range. Anyone else is gonna get bored really quickly.
Great for our young child! Bigger kids (5+) may get bored after an hour though.
Our kids had a blast here. There enough that they dont get board and theres also a grill where you can order burgers or grab some traditional concession food.
Great place to take the kids
It's a fun place for about an hour, crowded, no real place to swim, but the kids enjoyed it. The smell of chlorine is overwhelming when you go in. Probably would choose a different place in the future but it was ok.
Kids had blast and thats what matters but chairs here r not big people friendly or lazy river tubes but hot tub was good
The water park is a lot of fun for kids. The atmosphere of the place makes me wonder how often they clean it. They have a special area for young kids that is small but captivating. My young son was scared of the giant barrel that dumped water but most kids loved it.
It was a fun water park ,rooms were nice , sunspots was good too
Nice when it's too hot our cold outside
Family-friendly waterpark that is well worth the value. They've added a couple new slides that make it eve more fun for all ages. I really enjoy the fact you don't have to stay at the resort in order to pertake in the fun! It cost about $20 for an all day pass amd your allowed to come as you go until 10pm
My kids had a blast at the indoor part, outdoor was still closed for the season. Water temp was great! Would've liked more for the younger kids to do however.
Kids had a great time. Ver relaxing for adults.
This has been so fun. Lots of options. Lots of seating. Lots of options for fun.
Great place for the kids (young and old) to splash around all day! The giant bucket that dumps water all over the main splash zone every 10 minutes or so added a bit of excitement. There is a separate hot tub for adults only, an outside splash zone (the frog slide was a huge hit with our kids, how far can you slide out the mouth??), an indoor lazy river, and an infant to toddler age zone in the corner. We stayed at the Inn on site and literally spent an entire day at this building and one of the outdoor pools.
Fun for small kids but the lack of any amenities is disappointing. It's not attached to any of the hotel buildings. We stayed at the middle one and ended up driving to it because it was getting colder. This is more of a weekend place as their hours 1400-2100 don't accommodate people during the week. No food. They wouldn't let us order from outside the resort and no one would deliver from the resort. So we didn't use he faculties as much as we would have if it were 1. Connected to rooms. 2. Offered food or delivery. 3. The chlorine wasn't so strong. There isn't much else in Branson for he off season as there aren't any Great Wold Lodges. We will opt for a hotel with indoor hot tub and pool next time.
Kids love it great place
Great place!
Asked for a receipt when I paid....y’all aren’t even trying... I wondered why there were so many people there with no armbands...there was no attendant at the door to check armbands. Good to know I was honest and got my souvenir paper from Marsha.
Better than I expected
Kids love going here!
Nice Indoor & Outdoor Water Park & Pool with 2 Hot Tubs & a Couple of Slides
We were very disappointed today at Splash Country. Looked Splash Country up on the internet. It stated that they were open at 10am. We went to the park only to find that they weren't open until 2pm. My grandsons were VERY disappointed as we were not able to wait around for the park to open. We drove one hour to get there and another hour home. It was a sad ride home. When I complained to the front desk, she stated that I looked at Google, not their website. That doesn't wash with me, as I am a small business owner and know that I myself enter the start and end times for our business.. Splash Country has control of their google site, google doesn't grab times out of the air and post them on any given whim. Splash Country wasn't even a ripple on the water.
Nice but not enough seats for parents to sit.
Family had so much fun
What a fun time. For an indoor water park it was really quite fun. There were slides and they are pretty fast. A lazy river, that is nice for relaxation. The kids love the huge bucket of water that gets dumped.
Lots of fun fun fun fun fun fun fun Any age can have FUN here.
Very helpful with our reservation and room.
Its pretty cool and tha kids like it... Be better if they served beer.. But thats a mans opinion.. We came when tha outdoor pool was closed for tha year... But all in all... Not a bad place!
The kids had hours of fun.
Great family fun
Great mini vacation spot will be back soon
Great place
Fantastic water park!
We come every year and it just keeps getting better
Great cheap place while still being clean!
Had lots of fun here with grandkids who loved it
Awesome place for kids
Rude staff
Well the hot tub was nice and hot, that's about the only good thing I experienced. Kids can't ride the kids slides and adults can't ride anything because the adult slides, that the employees are riding, are closed. It's the off season, so this water attraction was the only reason we chose this hotel. It's been a severe disappointment.
Not worth the cost of admission. I'm sure you could find a better place. But probably worth it if you stayed at the hotel. I have no idea what the hotel is like
It was great I recommend we will be back
Facility was nice. Staff poor. Rules not enforced
Place was filthy and the life guards spent more time on there phones and talking to other employees than doing there job!!!!
Fun fun fun
Amazing place for the whole family. Water slides for kids and adults. So much fun! We will 100% come back.
I took my nephew and son here for a play date and drove down from Ozark. When I called previously and asked about the amount to get in, I was quoted $15. The gentleman did not ask where I was from, he just stated $15. We get here today and the front desk agent tells me it is only $15 if you live in Taney or Stone County. The gentleman did not mention this and neither does the website. It is $20 to get in plus tax. The website also does not mention any individual day prices only if you are booking a stay or a package. I asked to speak with the manager, whose name is Nicole, told her the situation and she said "sorry...it's still $15 to get in." I told her I felt as if she should honor what was told and she said again, "it's $15 to get in". We paid it of course but I feel Christian County is still local since they do a promotion in the Winter that includes Christian County. I will not be bringing my son or nephew back here. It's not worth the money. We would have just went to White Water. Bad business especially for wanting local business in the off season.
I took my 6 yr old grandson for a playdate with Mawmaw. I think I had as much fun as he did. There are so many different activities and I was not worried about his safety. The staff was very vigilant and kept a close eye on everyone. We will definitely be going back to play again soon.
Cool place to get splashed! But not a a place to go or a swim, they don't really have any deep pools. Witch is odd with a lifeguard every 3 feet. Price is also a little high.
It was good
Terrible customer service! Bed was broke upon arrival! The pools/water slides/ lazy rivers are not heated. Got back to room after playing games and had no close parking at all. Went to office was told ‘Sorry, parking isn’t guaranteed.’ We have 3 small children & temp was 18 degrees. Requested a refund. Was told no. Asked for GM or owner info. Was laughed at and told ‘Good luck with contacting owner. He lives in Florida.’ Card was charged before we even checked in. Piles and piles of dirty towels all over the resort. Day staff that checked me in was very very nice but night shift was condescending and rude! Said she texted manager and nothing could be done as they were fully booked. Very low quality water park and customer service was awful on night shift. Left that evening. Drove 4hrs home to Oklahoma with 3 small kid. Will NEVER be staying again.
Good place for relaxing with family. But tickets are too much expensive and there are no any discount for guests of the hotel
Very fun in Killeen
Awesome time every time we go!!!
Second time here. We absolutely love it!
Good for kids
Everyone loved it! The boys had a blast. Clean and staff was friendly
This place is amazing!!!! Has everything you can think of. You are allowed to eat/order food inside the water park. Towels are provided, as well! There are two smaller areas for the little ones, age appropriate. There are accessories on the actual water slide foundations that allow kiddos to dump water on each other and play around. Lazy river is pretty fun too! All in all this place is awesome!
Water park was blast.
Not to bad of a place for the price. The staff was friendly the food was very good and priced well. The complaints I have was.. very small bathroom in room and the WiFi in the room was a joke it stinks need a major upgrade on that and more laundry machines. But other then those 3 things 2 of those are quick fixes it’s a good place to go. My family and I travel a lot been to several different waterpark’s in USA and this is not to bad at all.
The kids had fun but it didn't seem very clean and it felt like my eyes were burning because of the chemicals.
Amazing experience for the whole family!
It was great my 6 month old had a blast at her first water park. Me and the wife loved it too
Great place for weekend getaway. Great package value
We had $5 off coupons from the tourist/attractions book. $16 for all day at a indoor waterpark is a Great Deal. Fun water slides, especially the blue one!
It was an amazing experience. The buffet, indoor splash park, rooms were AMAZING. DEFINITELY COMING BACK. SO MUCH TO DO
Endless hours of fun. Clean, friendly, well staffed for a cold or rainy day of inexpensive Branson fun. Perfect for kids 4, 5 and 7 years old!
Love it
Great place. We had a good time with our 2 year old.
The most fun I've had in years
Not happy with the handicap accommodation, there is no handicap chairs in bathroom hard to change. And chairs are to small. Great staff though, wonderful people.
Kids will have a blast.
My kids love this place
Wonderful bright themed rooms and a water park that's enjoyable for the whole family!! Awesome vacay spot!
Smaller water park but great for young kids or those who don't want to be in the sun and heat.
Great place for all ages. Several life guards always on duty. Kids love it.
Kids had a Great time! They loved the lazy river and the hot tub and the basketball games... but I think they loved the slides most of all!!!
Absolutely no way to replicate the environment that is provided here by the owners and employees. From the moment you enter the lobby you are treated as if they were not only expecting to see you, but as though they were anxiously waiting for you to finally get there! Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark with a grill-style restaurant is a great combination for children and adults to come experience. Thanks Splash Country Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark at Grand Country Resort in Branson MO!!!!!!
Considering they were dealing with lots of loud excited kids, tourists, and the humidity of the indoor water park, Id say they ďid well and had patience.
This is the reason we stayed at Grand country inn. We usually stay at the Marriott but giving children the option to play in a water park when it's 30 degrees outside is great. They also offer full a buffet, pizza parlor, shows and an arcade. This place was a great find. We will be back.
We love this place!! So much to do without having to leave your hotel! I am posting the same review for both Splash Country and Grand Country Hotel, since they are 1 in the same.... The cost is reasonable for what you get. The waterpark is great, except I don't understand why the toddler park is outside in the sun, and the bigger kid stuff is indoors, but not an issue for us. The lockers don't always work correctly, so be prepared with more than just the initial .50 cents. The snack bar is a bit overpriced, but expected since everything everywhere is. There ARE lifeguards on duty but be aware, there aren't that many, and not in every area.... The hotel: The bunk bed playhouses in the rooms are freakin awesome!!... Though, there are 2 things I would like to suggest... 1) Offering free breakfast, even if it's just a continental breakfast. Because, leaving the hotel to go get breakfast, with a load of kids, in Branson traffic, is not fun.. And, with the price you pay for the rooms, it would be more inline with what other hotels offer.. 2) Being able to reserve adjoining rooms, especially when there are 1-2 adults and 7 children.. Even with advance reservations, you can't reserve adjoining rooms.. and, we couldn't get adjoining rooms at check-in.. That turned the weekend into kid chaos! If it weren't for that, the stay would have been perfect.
If you have teenagers, you’ll enjoy it because you don’t have to watch them much. We went on a Sunday when they first opened, so it wasn’t that busy, which was great. No issue with getting a chair or 3, because most people visiting are leaving on Sundays. When we come back to visit, we’ll definitely come back here. Toddlers have an area too.
So many things could be made better just by changing their policies. The "kids" slides aren't useable by anyone under 5. Also, if you want to use the lazy river you have to wait for a tube. I know they do this to keep it from getting too crowded yet there's 50 people in each hot tub.
Had everything on hand
It's a waterpark...but nothing amazing.
Kids loved it! Ok ok. I did too!
Slides were great fun. There was an extremely rude life guard. A little pricey.
Grandkids had a blast
So much Fun.
Great outdoor area for the little ones! My son had a blast
A very inexpensive way to cool off relax and let the kids have fun. I spend a lot of time at water parks all over the USA and this one was one to remember. I do wish the restaurant on site would reopen or at least replaced. And locks on bathroom doors should be replaced
Awesome family fun
It's small but something to keep the kids occupied for about an hour or two. No where to swim. 30 degree weather and snowing outside but it was warm and toasty inside. Chlorine smell is very strong.
We had a fun birthday adventure. This is a great place for kids and the whole family. There was only one bad thing that really stands out - the 2nd day we were there - the indoor water park especially the two hot tubs were extremely foamy like a bubble bath and my two year old and I just sat at a table the 2nd day we were there because my eyes were burning and watering while near the hot tubs. There were also a lot of children coughing and other people complaining that their eyes were burning too. Other than this issue EVERYONE was very friendly and made it a very pleasant stay. The bunk bed room was so cool for my sons and the weekend package we bought made it a fun family adventure full of activities. We really loved the Amazing Pets show - a big thank you to the whole crew that puts on that show!! I also had a lovely conversation with the woman at the mini golf next to the buffet this morning - a special thank you to her as well. The people in the buffet last night were very welcoming and helpful too! Thank you ALL at the Grand Country Inn and Splash Country!
We had a lot of fun at the track the employees of the track did not make us feel welcome they were dull depressing they just did not want to be there day and night shift
It was fun
Nice when it's cold outside
Was a great time. Family fun
Kids enjoy this place a lot, they enjoy the slides and the big water bucket that pours out all over the front section. Its definitely a cool spot to play at.
Absolutely alot of fun for families
This place is great! Just wish it was open later!
We always have a great time here we love the deals you offer on Groupon from time to time and everyone is always so friendly!
Pretty decent indoor water park. Has the Ozark theme throughout. Lazy river where the kids can float on inner tube inflatables. Hot tubs, slides. They can climb and squirt water at one another.
This is the better indoor water park in Branson. There is plenty to do: two water slides, lazy river, toddler area, hot tubs and a small activity area. The chlorine smell was not overwhelming, like some other locations. Make sure you use coupons if you are not staying at Grand County. There is enough entertainment to fill approximately 2-3 hours. It was worth the cost I will definitely be back again.
Our family loved it here. We had some much fun.
The kids had a blast!
Kids didnt want to leave. Tons of fun
An outstanding place to go
VERY CLEAN was a lot of fun for younger kids! Small enough that it was easy to keep track of everyone!
Had a wonderful 3x at Splash Country. Played water basketball, slid down the slides & soaked in the 2 hot tubs with my wife & grandkids. Huge waterslides, lazy river, an area for babies & toddlers. A refreshing time at the end of November.
We have fun every time we come!
Should be exclusive to resort guest. Very clean. Great staff.
Love the water park but don't you think it's time to expand it, not to mention expanding the parking lot. Not only the hotel guests goes there but visitors from another hotels and neighbor's.
Great place. Price is high if you dont have a room booked. But the prices a very reasonable is you do get a room bc everything is included in your stay. Defiantly saves money if you have a large family.
Not as extravagant as I thought it would be. A bit pricey for what it was. Had to pay for my 2 year old. Staff wasn't rude or anything but they seemed like they hated being there lol. Not overly friendly. The bathrooms were eh. Kinda annoyed when some stalls didn't have toilet paper. My big kids had fun, but there was only like one little area for my youngest.
All in, it's a pretty good value. There are some good discounts for the off season on Groupon. The locker rooms are pretty lacking for changing areas, so bring in only the essentials. There are lockers to rent for 50 cents, bring quarters. They don't allow in outside food, but we brought in our own drinks without any problem. There is a typical pool snack bar. Towels are provided. Seating tends to be limited, but patience prevails.
Wonderful place however all the buildings are out and nowhere near the actual water park so you have to walk outside in your swimming gear there's supposed to be a shuttle to pick you up that never showed up to pick up anyone that I seen and to top it all off I am absolutely shocked that nobody has died in their parking lot because they don't enforce any type of speed limit they don't have any type of speed bump and you have all these people walking from these different Hotel buildings to the water park and people speeding around them and their children it's really quite sad
Fun. Relaxing. Great location
Great place
