Here you have all the information of real people like you who used the services and products of Rogers Aquatics Center (Park) in the state of Arkansas.
To this day this firm has a score of 4.4 stars over 5 and the score has been based on 588 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is quite good, and it's founded on a large number of opinions, so we may say that the score is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Water park.
About 6 slides to do with a few pools. Very clean water. My favorite is the inflatable tube float! Definitely a lot of fun for only $9. Worth every penny.
I had a good time.. Wish there were more chairs though and some kind of soft liner for the cement because it was a little rough and hot on your feet if you don't have anything on your feet.. But the kid's loved it maybe they could make more slides for the little kid's in the future
Great place! It was raining so there was a lightning delay, but it only lasted about 45 mins, which wasn't too long of a wait. It was pricey, $45 for 3 of us, but the concessions were great and inexpensive. The slides were very fun, except for the two slides then went straight down. Caused a lot of back pain. But the lifeguards weren't too crabby, and the admissions lady was very helpful and also had a sense of humor. It wasn't too crowded because it had just rained, but that wasn't an issue. The lifeguards all were very different though. One said that running and jumping off the dive board wasn't allowed, but another one didn't care. One said that we couldn't jump into the pool, but several others said it was fine. But overall it was great, definitely will be coming back.
This is a great place for the kids to hang out. There are plenty of life guards so I feel safe letting my kids play without me hovering over them. I just wish they would allow store bought water bottles like Aquafina etc. It feels like they are nickle and diming me when they make me leave it at the door.
Price is good. Staff is really nice. A bit crowded most of the time.
Nice facilities and we've always had great service here. Clean and well kept.
Love it family friendly
Grat Place, just don't bring water bottles for some reason they won't allow it. Their larger slides should allow shorter children when accompanied by an adult.
Best water park experience our family (four kids: 7-11) has ever had. Excellent, attentive and friendly life guards. Lots to do but not overwhelming. Kids can wander and you don't have to worry. Lazy river was awesome (pretty fast moving so somewhat fun). Only gripe is not enough shaded seating. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon during summer break.
Was much better than expected, the lazy river is fast moving and fun. It even has a waterfall that you go under. The slides are fast and fun!!!
This place is good to visit with little kids. It is often crowded in the summer but has all the basics you would expect from a water park.
Always fun, lifeguards take their jobs seriously. Snack and food available and there’s something for everyone.
So much fun!! My only wish is that we could bring in our own food.
Really cool place for not a lot of money. My niece had the best day ever, we are definitely coming back.
Always fun time love going here with grandson he enjoys the pools alot
Definitely going to get passed for next year!!
Last day is labor day September 2
Really nice water park. Had lots of variety and things to do. Lots of little places families can reserve for events like birthdays and whatnot. Lifeguards were super attentive and helpful. My only complaint I can think of is that some of those slides hurt coming down. Perhaps they can better seal them so I don't hit every section on the way down
Great place wish it was bigger plus you guys dont utilize the park enough for the potential it carries.
This is a fun place for the whole family!
13 ft deep end pool, fun for going to the bottom
Everything was good when we first got there. The crowd was small and the girl at the front was super helpful in saving us money by buying a card with 10 entries for the same price we would've paid for the 4 of us. Everything changed about an hour later and then went terrible. First the concession took my money but forgot to give me my Coke zero. I kept trying to get it but they repeatedly helped other customers until I got loud about it and by then they had forgot that I ordered it and made it look like I was trying to cheat them out of something. Then the place got really crowded which sucked but it's understandable. That led to some frustration so we stepped out to the truck for a bit. When we came back in my 6 year old wanted to go down the big slide so we waited at the bottom for here. We saw the same kid go down twice before my daughter so I started looking for her on the top. Next thing I know she comes flying out of the UFO looking slide straight into 8'of water AND SHE CAN'T SWIM. I run over and see the lifeguard looking at the water and then she lazily uses her floaty to cross the water to my daughter that has been under water for probably 20 seconds already. If I knew the lifeguard couldn't swim I would've jumped in and saved my daughter in a quarter of the time. No one could explain to me why they don't have a policy of asking kids if they can swim before letting them on a slide that falls straight into an 8'deep pool. The male lifeguard told me they just assume everyone can swim. I was ready to give him a right hook and tell him I always assume everyone can bob and weave! After calming down my crying 6 year old that almost drowned we decided to get them some food. My wife went to order and they were out of pizza, out of fries, out of nachos, out of fruit cups, out of pretzels, and had expired apples that were mush and slimy. She finally ordered 2 cheeseburgers and hotdogs since that's all they had but they forgot to give her change back to her. Then when she brought up the refillable water bottles I bought earlier he snapped at her and said rudely that she had to take the lids off, like she knew that and was stupid. I bought them so I knew but she had no idea that was the policy and even if she did it's absolutely appalling that his customer service is so bad that he would react that way. I still have 5 entries on my card and I'm seriously considering selling it after this experience and forget about having a company day or birthday party there like we had discussed when we first arrived. Having a bunch of bratty kids working there is a horrible decision and if this is normal then I can't imagine anyone else is happy about this place.
Love this place. The kids lo ove it. Will recommend to anyone for a fun family event
Not enough shade chairs for older adults, or fair skin people like me. Only one line to pay to get in and it was packed!!!
Omg had the time of my life not to expensive and no long lines great time employees very sweet attitudes and very respective
Great for a half day water play with kids! This park is friendly for very young ones and older ones; even the parents had fun!
It's just like any other water park but great for parties and has really fun rides. The lifeguards are nice too.
It was nice going to swim but the website said that you could bring a bottle in and get it filled up with water for free but when we got there and they literally went through our bags they took out our water bottles and said that they have to be certain ones. Also the food and drinks were high priced and they had no options for food for us who have allergy to gluten.
Fun for kids & clean facilities
Great afternoon for families! Lots of options for all aged children (even grown ones). Reasonable admission and concession pricing, we enjoyed ourselves. I would suggest, and will be returning.
It's a fun place to take your kids and sit and relax, it also has great food and lots of staff to keep you safe.
It is very nice with very little lines. It was a fun experience!
Nice little water park, but no where near the level of white water. Doesnt really have a huge pool for adults
My pregnant/diabetic wife was treated terrible there by a life guard while we were getting lunch, also it was her first time being there and my second time, also if yall have a "separate line" for life guards (which we did know) make clear for customers especially when her blood sugar is low
A mini vacay close to home. Something for all ages. A good place to spend the day. The river was our favorite part of the park being it was something both my kids and I were able to really enjoy together. The food and drinks were reasonably priced in the picnic area.
Clean!! Lots of fun, enjoy the grass area to lounge around on when other chairs are taken around the pool
It was a super fun day....but staff have to work on service more happyly
Nice place but not very big.
We had a great time at the night swimming event. Lots of fun!
Awesome place to play in the water
Fun for the whole family. Recommend the group passes and discount packages to make it very cost effective for return visits.
Fun entertainment for the whole family. Just a little expensive and crowded. This shows there is a need for more entertainment in NWA. But I will definitely come back next year.
My kids went to the Rogers aquatic center and were 10, 11, and 12 and were in the kitty pool. On one of the foam toys that you can sit on. Some kids that were about 9 told there mom that my kids were telling them to get off of the toy and they told there mom then told the lifeguard. The life guard came over to my kids and said you need to be nice to other kids and share. The lifeguard also told my kids that you would not back talk others parents. The parent didn’t even come over to them. The kids also said my child kicked them in the face I was right in front of them when this happened and I know my kid did not do that, and would never. I will not be coming back if other parents / kids / lifeguards are going to act like this.
The staff here is too young and the few older people who work here are incredibly rude. The place is very small and they need more things to do.
Great place! The toilet bowl ride is rough. Hurts your back and hit my head pretty hard. But will go a lot more!
Nice time fun affordable
Fun, family-friendly environment. Very clean facility. There’s something for everyone here.
My very first time here visiting the aquatic center not even 30 minutes into riding slides I was embarrassed in front of the park due to my bottoms being “cheeky” and my lower body being “too fit” and was screamed at to go change. I came back to the park in different bottoms only to be followed and watched and talked about while staff are starring and pointing. The manager was too rude about the situation and the window associates were completely understandable of my situation. Also have other woman here with smaller bottoms on than I had. I bet it would be a different story if I had a child with me. They are far from friendly here and I will not return.
Rediculous place. No one wants to sit still on a floating beaver. It’s obviously there for kids to climb on. Whistle blowing tweens whistling at everybody about everything. All I hear is whistling. Can’t bring in a bottle of water. Why? “We are trying to control the amount of trash we produce....” Oh. You sell the same plastic bottles of water here though? Right-o! Micro-managed by an odd group of idiots. We won’t be whistled at and will not buy another ticket to this facility.
Nice place to cool down
it was a little pricey but it was worth it had a really good time and will return
My family had a blast! Very clean
Clean and well kept. Fun areas for all ages. Employees were helpful and attentive.
Good place for kids of all ages and the price was right just a enjoyable place
I had fun some what some of the life guards was rude and in one of the family restrooms we found
If it had more things to do. Then i would like it better
Great place for the family
My 3 year old and 11 year old love it!
Grandbabies loved it nice family time
My kids really love the Aquatics Center, however I have some qualms with how things are set up... First, this was built as a community pool. However the prices are so high that the less fortunate families can't afford to go. Not just that, but for such a tiny park it's ridiculously expensive. Second, you can walk in and 13 seconds later it'll thunder and they'll close the pool and they do not offer rain checks. I understand checking the weather and being prepared, however this is Arkansas. It can say 0% chance of rain and a thunderstorm can develop 10 minutes later. I feel like they should change this policy to allow a voucher to come back another day if it starts storming to the point where they close the pool within a certain time frame from when you got there (say 1 hour or 2).
Great place to have fun with the family kids will love it
We had so much fun...the staff are a bunch of crabby teenagers...like what’s their problem they get to get tan and hang out all summer. BUT the park was fun and empty right after a storm. We loved it all. The slides ripped up our backs and we were surprised they didn’t have mats but we still had a lot of fun. It was so much fun.
Great place for family fun, clean, affordable, nice, lots to do, lazy river, kids areas, slides, pool, and more. Highly recommend!
It was closed the one time we wanted to go there just because of rain and literally 2 min. Later it stopped raining
It's wonderful and it has an area for everyone from babies to the elderly. I absolutely love the Lazy River.
This place is so much fun for the family. Whether you have little ones or teenagers it has something for you. Or you can be like me and spend all day in the lazy river. Can't wait for summer to get here so I can take the family.
Excellent place for all ages.not too big to get lost if you are with little ones and just enough rides for teens to get enough adrenaline rush...
The lifeguards at this place know how to do their job but the way they act towards the people at the facility is just horrible.
Well done and reasonable admission
Super fun, my little loves it and so do I
It was a good day....
Do the lifeguards pay attention at all?
Great place but pricey
Me and my family love this place! Different options and fun for all ages.
Always too crowded and our first time there they don't tell you what to expect on the slides. Lazy river is faaaar from lazy. Just not the best water park, but the best for what we have near us. Great for something to do but we still like the Bentonville Community Center best.
My boys always have fun here. There's a couple of sections for the little kids to play. (My kids are not big enough for the big slides yet). We got the half-price 10 visit passes. Didn't end up using them all, but still worth it I think. There always seems to be a lot of life guards around and they rotate frequently.
We got a water park, and it's awesome!!
Nice water park .. we loved to spend time with kids there..
It was fun but not much to do
We paid to get in and 15 minutes later they decided to close due to the weather. After speaking to what seemed like a rude worker/manager, they offered no refund or pass to return. Will not be returning.
A mini water park without having to drive 2 hours!!! It's maintained and very clean water. Life guards are alert and help keep things under control.
So much fun
I only am rating it 3 stars Because, and forgive me if this sounds stupid, but the slides are TOO fast. Yes you read that correctly. Me being a 200 lbs man, who is fi e with slide was actually kind of terrified about how fast I was going down on of them. That ans they hurt too. I think k its just because I was mach 10. It was also rather small, And very crowded. But a crowd is unavoidable at times. Other than those small issues it was good! Life guards seem to know what they are doing. The rest of the staff are nice.
This place was very fun and offers options for children of all ages. The park features 4 water slides, a lazy river, multiple splash pads, swimming area, and much more! For our family of four it cost around $40 for the day. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was very crowded. The park also offers lockers and cubbies for your stuff. Also, located in the park is a food place with several menu items.
Good place but rained out within 15 minutes from a pop up storm. Wouldn’t allow refunds for even the tickets purchased but not used yet as some of our party hadn’t arrived yet.
Overpriced concessions, and the water fountains should be at least chilled, and filtered so our kids can stay hydrated easily. Without having to spend money
My daughter and I had a great time! I am glad that she is free to go in, I think the price is a little expensive for us to consistently come here. However, we did have a very good time. My daughter loved the Lazy River as well as all the kids areas. There is lots of seating and lots of slides.
We had a great time here! My boys ages 3-10 all loved it!!
Perfect fun
Great place take the family. But staff are not that helpful, and the food court doesn’t have that many options.
Lots of fun for the whole family. Facilities are clean and it's reasonably priced. We had a great time!
Great waterpark!!! would reccomend to all ages!!!
A fun day a little pricey
Nice weather nice chlorine a great if u have ticks
Great day in the water!
Great to have a local water park! Most lifeguards here do not pay attention to the water. CALEB is a wonderful exception!! He takes the responsibility of his job serious and that shows. Thank you for keeping the kiddos safe Caleb!!
Lots of places to sit. Many different areas for young children to play.
Great place to take your family for a day in the sun ☀️
My family loves the Aquatics Center! Over 35 visits and it’s fun every time. The water is always clean, rides are super fun and have been operating each time we've visited. Staff is friendly and the life guards keep a good watch over everyone’s safety. We love this place and hope it's around for a long time.
To many people in one place and expensive
Great fun for the whole family. The reason for 4 starts is no food or drink can be brought in from out side(water in resuable drink cups is allowed). The eatery that is onsite is very $$$ and the menu is crappy.
Great place for kids
So clean! We come here often and I am always impressed by how clean it is. Bathrooms are immaculate. I pointed out gum to a lifeguard and she rushed to clean it up. Also a very good deal when you buy the passes. Plenty of fun to keep my kids busy all day!
Can't wait till summer we spend all most every Saturday there
I have a 9 and 5 y/o that always have a blast. On a side not... about a week ago I witnessed one of the life guards assisting a senior citizen out of the lazy river and I thought that life guard did an excellent job with the situation.
Everyone had fun and it wasn't busy. So it was even better
fun place to go with family
I really like that there are lifeguards every where. The price if the food at the snack bar is a lot. The price is also a bit much but the place is clean and has lots of sitting.
This spot is great. It's a local waterpark with a lazy river (my favorite), water slides, a kiddie splash area and a huge pool with a 12ft diving area. The prices are extremely reasonable and considering that most major waterparks charge upwards of $50 a person, I don't know why you'd go anywhere else if you live in Rogers!
Fun,lots and lots of fun.
I would put 5 stars but gosh its always packed to the gills & always makes it a lil less enjoyable with increased stress trying to make sure the crowd of people don't run over your kid. But the guards there are amazing! Pools are clean. You dont need to bring your own floatie for the lazy river. Concessions available.
Cut my foot in the pool.
This place is an awesome place to bring the family, although it is a little pricey.
I loved going here it is so much fun! I went here with my friends and we had so much fun on all the slides, and the lazy river. The food from the food court is honestly great and not too expensive. If you're looking for a good time, and for amazing memories, this would be the place to go.
Crowded but a ton of fun. My family loved the abundance of areas for small children and the lazy river was a little quicker than you would expect so that was also fun for us. Will definitely be going again.
Pretty good place to spend an afternoon. They have stuff for adults as well as children. I spent around 4 hrs there and those hours were really enjoyable. The lazy river was one of my favorites. The thicket price is affordable.
Little one loves this place. You can easily spend an entire day here and get your money's worth. The staff is friendly and professional. The lifeguards have always been attentive when we are there, which is very reassuring even though we stay with little one the entire time. The pools are kept clean and there is abundant seating for when you need to take a break from the water. We all have fun here and visit at least once or twice a summer as a treat.
Fun place. Some of the slides could be sealed better so they don't hurt. Overall, I had a good experience and my children were happy.
Today was a little scare for us. My 5 year old fell in water too deep for him to reach. As I was running to help, Catherine (Life guard) was in the water to help him! Thank you Catherine for coming to his rescue)
Well we were suppose to be there for a private party but were told it was canceled by the party holding the party - only to be told by the private party that it was the POOL that canceled due to weather which it had stopped raining PRIOR to us arriving for the function!!! POOR BUSINESS!!
It was awesome didnt even know it was there.
Fun waterpark I had a great time.
So much for the kids to do here and easy to get around the park!
We had a blast.
Fantastic time
Very fun
It a good place for the family
This place is expensive!!! The food expensive and on top of that they don't bother to answer the phone.
Had fun with family Thanks to Jerrad Shafer. God Bless
Had a blast with the kids. Prices are a little steep but fun.
We love coming here but today the lifeguards were not on their A game. So many lifeguards didn't seem to be doing their jobs!!!!
Had alot of fun there
Me and my kids really like Rogers Aquatic Center its very clean and a nice environment. We like to go there all the time..
Awesome. Kids loved it.
Awesome place to take the family or just go with friends, slides are wicked and lifeguards are friendly, 5 star park all the way around from presentation to staff
Family Fun for a small pool must go this Summer but if you're looking for a family vacation. Go to Wisconsin Dells it's a whole city turned into a water park with massive water slides. Mt. Olympus is my favorite Google it Wisconsin Dells
Lots of fun. A definite must during the summer.
I love this pool, it is a great family place!! I also enjoy how some of the lifeguards enjoy themselves when certain music comes on, their enjoyment is infectious!! I do wish there were more splash pass deals but otherwise, I love to go to Wet Willy Rogers aquatic center!!
Fun place!
Nice polls
Great place to take the kids on a hot day. It can be crowded, but it’s really nice.
I was at the big Pool with the diving boards and was watching kids jump off of the diving board not only were all the life guards just talking to each other and NOT paying attention, one was splashed and ran away from the water. Also, a kid wasn't allowed to jump off of the diving board with a life jacket on. What?? Why?? Also I saw many life guard sprinting and running when the kids get in trouble for even walking fast. Had some fun attractions just not a good thing for teens to be working there. Get some professionals please.
We were in Rogers for the Daisy Nation BB Gun Championship and Daisy rented the Aquatics Center for the families! It was a great time for all. From slides to the lazy river, this aquatics center is as much fun as a large water park. I didn't take this picture, but we were there at night and this is what it looked liked from the top of the platform to the speed slides and the bowl slide.
We have been here a couple of times so far this year. We always a great time. The price is very affordable. I am so glad that we purchased the half price splash pass. There is water fun for all ages. If you love water and sun this is the place to go.
It was great i had so much fun and it is a good place to get wet in summer.
Great fun! Epic slides and water amusement!
Great place to go swim and fun slides to go down.
Great staff, clean facilities, and safe. Kids and I had a great time. Bring a lunch (leave in your car in a cooler) so you can get your hand stamped and come back in after eating lunch or a snack. Hard plastic water bottles are recommended. Follow the rules and you are in for a great time. I highly recommend the splash passes so you can go all summer as you wish. I have a 9, 7 and 2 yr old and there was plenty for them all to do.
