Jonathan & Carly were AWESOME. I have zero sense of adventure and a great fear of heights but decided to do this with my teen son for the experience...I had the time of my life & can’t wait to go back. I felt 100% safe at all times. 10 lines, beginning with small easy ones, prepare you for the last four. It was BLAST! Highly recommend.

I was very apprehensive about zip lining but it turned out to be not half as scary as I imagined. No climbing towers and lots of gorgeous scenery and outstanding guides who assured we would have a great ride. Just the right amount of exhilaration! Would highly recommend the Eureka Springs Ozark Zipline with its ten lines of fun! And bring tip money - the guides work for tips, and our safety and fun!

They didn't tell us there was an 11% sales tax. Having said that, the scenery is beautiful and it's had a blast. Tour guides are witty and fun, even though their dialogue seemed a little routine. Glad we went.

This was an awesome experience! Karly and David were fantastic guides. Perfect combo of serious and playful. I was worried about being a little on the heavy side and not being able to keep up but the trials were mild and the work on the Zipline was done by the harness. For real, just about anyone at any physical level can do this and have an amazing time.

This place was absolutely amazing. We originally had an 11 am booking but had to push it back to 1 pm and the management was very easy to work with about it! The zip lines itself were very fun. The guides made sure our equipment was in working condition and made it very safe. Our guides Nick and Jonathan were absolutely amazing and eased everyone’s nerves, they were also very funny. 10/10 would recommend this place and we will be coming back again in the future!

If your in the area, this is a must do attraction. We have been on two occasions several years apart and both trips were awesome. The guides are all great and our most recent guides Nick and Jonathan were both very funny and really made a good zip line experience great. Keep in mind the guides work for tips and they do work hard for them. The scenery is beautiful, it's nice being in the woods, and it's fun to be able to see it all from the air. We will make this a part of every trip to Eureka Springs!

So amazing, soul refreshing, so unbelievably fun! Worth every penny if you love any of the following… adventure, exhilarating stress relief, peacefulness, nature, or shiny happy people! The guides were wonderful and made everyone comfortable. Their ability to make all of us laugh and then get serious with safety at exactly the right time was great. Kind souls teaching, laughing, and zipping through the trees with you make the OMZ experience unforgettable. The only thing that could have topped the adventure would have been zipping though fall colors across that incredible gorge. We’ll absolutely be back!

My boyfriend and I went zip lining in May and it was so much fun! There are 4 longer lines and 6 smaller ones. Our guides were Sammy D and Sloan who definitely made the whole experience more enjoyable! They were very comedic and made this outing an awesome one! I would recommend this to anyone!

Our instructors were Evan and Wyatt, both were great overall. There's nothing I would change to the experience to make it better. I think overall it is a great experience and worth every penny. All credit goes to the instructors! They were experienced, helped us suit up, explained proper zip lining and safety, did safety checks, had great senses of humor, made it fun etc. There is a total of 10 (?) Ziplines ranging from short/practice lines to tallest/fastest lines. They have a shuttle to take you to and from the Ziplines. You have access to your water bottle if you have one while your on there. It is also cheaper if you pay with cash. They have lanyards for your phone to video and have go pro capable helmets. Have fun!

I have to note that this review is based on my kids, not me. At $90 a peice, I decided to forego the fun this time. I'm not complaining at all, just didn't want to spend that on me. The trip took about 2 hours and was comprised of 10 different zip lines. My kids said the guides were great and the group of people that went with them were cool too. Be sure you tip the guides at the end of the trip. Total cost to me because I paid with a card was $220 including tax and the tip. Paying with cash saves you like $7 per person. The kids seemed happy afterwards so it was great. My kids are 14 and 19 yrs. old.

1st time ziplining and it was awesome. The tour guides were great. Explained everything really well and made sure everybody had a good time. There are some really long and high cables so it makes for an exciting time. Drove about 1hr 45 mins and it was well worth it. We will be back again.

My family loved this place and we will go back ever time we go to Eureka Springs, AR. My wife hates heights but she loved this. You work your way up to the bigger zip lines and it was incredible. Good people

Great place to Zip! Was my first time and had a very good introductory course without sacrificing the big zips. At about 100 bucks a head for 10 ziplines, 4 of which being the real thing, it was definitely worth it. The zips at the end have a good variety - fast, long, above canopy, it's the real star of the show. The view is absolutely fantastic - well worth the price of admission alone! The guides work mainly for tips but the two we had - Nick and David - were very friendly and authentic and kept a great comfortable and safe atmosphere for the entire course. Never once did I feel like I was unsafe or not in good hands. Groups seem to go at a max of about 14 people and spots fill quickly so make sure you call ahead to reserve a spot. Would be a great large group getaway or team building activity!

Nick and David were so great as our tour guide, this made our mood as strangers turn to making new friends and we had a fun time. They were both very informative about safety, which is important to me as a parent. My 12 year old never zipped before and the encouragement raised her confidence and she left the tour excited. I highly recommend this as an event while in eureka springs.

I was here with my 6 year old son and his two besties who are also 6. They had a Blast! I'm not sure if the time we went was for the young ones, but the guides were Great! Very caring, understanding and most of all Safe! My son had never been zip lining before so I wasn't sure if he would be able to hang with the other kids, but David (I think) and Caylee were awesome, both with the kids and with the worried moms.

We had a wonderful time at Ozark Mountain Ziplines! Our group consisted of 6 people and we lucked out and were the only ones in our time slot. Emily and Johnathan were our guides and they did a fantastic job of getting to know each person in our tour individually and engaging our whole group during our ziplining experience. They were able to maintain a fun, yet safe atmosphere for a group new to ziplining. This was one amazing experience that we would fully recommend to any parties interested!

We really enjoyed our first time Zip-lining with Ozark Mountain Ziplines. Our guides, Ashley and David, were really patient with all of us in the group, they gave clear instructions, encouraged us, and made the trip fun. We zipped ten times back and forth across the course, starting with enough sort zips to give us confidence for the longer ones. We hope to return in the spring or fall to see some different views.

My wife (Robin) and I chose to do this for our 25th wedding anniversary. Though I have a great fear of heights I agreed. I went last and Favio instantly made me feel like I could do this. Sam caught me and after that I didn't have a problem. Sam's incredibly amount of one liners helped everyone relax. Robin and I would definitely do this again with them or Max (Favio) and Cory (Sam). Also..my feet and legs are not the best and those two made I could walk any trails especially Favio.

Great for thrill-seekers! We have done this trip twice now, and both have been enjoyable. They do offer a small discount for paying by cash. Staff works hard for safety and to ensure people have a good time. Nick was a newer guide this year and he made sure to recommend additional outdoor activities in the area. This Zipline compares itself to Costa Rican ziplines, and having actually zipped down the side of Arenal Volcano I have to say these are very close. Main difference is that on these you control the braking while in Costa the ones we did had triggered spring braking. No monkeys in the trees, but my wife and I had a blast. Have to give a giant round of applause to Skylar and Zed, our guides while we were there. Their devotion to the safety and well-being of everyone in our group, even at their own expense, is why I am comfortable bringing the gkids next time (that, and Zed's corny jokes). The owners are awesome people too. We actually ran into them at a local steakhouse later in the evening and they remembered us by name then snuck off and paid for our dinner! True southern hospitality and a good time as well. Looking forward to seeing them again!

This was my husband and I's first zipline experience, and it was amazing! They have the fastest and longest zipline in Arkansas. Plus there is not climbing towers, you practically zip from station to station. Our guides John and Carlie were funny, and courteous!! They are so funny. You can tell they love what they do.
