It was fun and me and my family had a great time I would come back but. The pool was not as clean excepted the pool had bugs and leaves. I can understand the leaves but why the bug not getting washed out? And if you walk in some areas it would have a strong smell like pee and poop. well I guess I’m not use to the bugs in the pool. not from here but I still give 3 stars I loved the park.

I wouldn't suggest wasting your money on the cabanas. Also make sure you don't leave anything behind, the website says you can get lost or forgotten items back but that's not the experience we had. The kids had a good time other than it raining most of the day the adults had a pretty good time as well. Drinks and food are pricey but the workers were super friendly and helpful.

Roland Blanchard

I’m a big guy so I understand the world isn’t built to fit me but I think they should be more up front about weight restrictions on their rides before I spent the money. Honestly, most magical thing about this place is their ability to make your money disappear. If you’re over 250 don’t come here expecting much opportunity for participation.

Had a ton of fun here & the rides were very, very fun/scary. The only problem I had was that everything was outrageously expensive which I understand it costs a lot to run a business like this, but a large icee that I can get at a gas station for $1, or $2 was $9.99 at the concession. It makes it harder for people who don't have much money, or have more kids to come enjoy the park. You also can't bring any food in, so you almost have to buy their food, leave early, or drive to somewhere to eat, and come back. I also feel like it is time to build some new rides on the dry side. That's just my opinion. All in all it is expensive, but it is a ton of fun. Picture of the gauntlet from the highway that's loops look like a heart

Love it here now that my baby girl is over 48 inches tall and can ride the rides. We purchase annual memberships on rotation with other places and come often during that year. This place is much more crowded than Wild River Country and Wild River Country is best for families with littles. That said we love both water parks. We also really come here to enjoy the dry rides also. There is so much to enjoy!

Megan Kessler

Please hire better trained emergency responders. 1 person is distress should not cause panic in the park while 15 people try to figure out CPR.

We have been season pass holders for 5 years and a family of 5. With a season pass you get some perks like come and go as much as you want for one price, a free bring a friend pass and a free parking pass if picked up by Mother’s Day. This year they decided you can’t use the free bring a friend pass on Saturdays in June and July. They said you can purchase one for $30.00. WHAT? That’s only $5 cheaper than daily pass. They have coned most of the parking up front and reserved it for VIP parking for $15 a day. WHAT? Returning Season pass holders should be VIP’s. It’s all about the $$$$ for them so I guess this will be the last year for season passes for us. We use the free bring a friend pass for ministry and a great way to take folks to the Christian concerts and introduce them to good influences.

Greg Spalding

They don't seem to want to fix anything lots of stuff broken. Over priced food. Good fun with what was working and I recommend going during the week so the lines aren't to long.

Marlon Martinez

Really good place to have a wonderfull time with the family. We love it

Bobbie Rubio

The wasteland haunted house was a horrible wait. We waited 1.5 hours and people were skipping constantly. The workers were also letting friends skip in the fast pass lane. The haunted house itself was great, but it needs to be ran a little smoother and something needs to be done about the horrible lines.

So, I've been coming here since I moved to Hot Spring 15 years ago. They've gone from 5/5 to soon a 2/5. They've been through multiple owners and it shows. Ultimately, the rides are fun... when they're not Out of Order. ALL of the food is over priced and sucks. My ex worked in the kitchen and took a picture of the refrigerator. It was a health hazard: open boxes, freezer burned meat, and crumbs everywhere. This place needs some serious love and the owners arent giving any. It's pass price has also skyrocketed. From when I was 6-21, the price has gone from $15 to over $90 after tax and the quality hasn't gone up, like college. While I recommend it for a day, I would not recommend a season pass.

Juliana Falcon

Great place to have a good time in family. Amusement rides and water park. However, I do not recommend going on the last days of the water season as many areas are closed due to short staff.

Michelle Rutz

Loved this theme/water park! So much to do. Clean and spacious. Definitely going again soon!

Jason Deselles

Went yesterday with the girlfriend and 13 years old daughter. We didn't research before traveling 4 hours to get there so we were a bit surprised at the cost of admission. If you plan on making a day of it I'd say it's worth it for the kids. Be prepared to spend some money though. I'd say about 100 per person after you factor in food, drinks and other additional ride / game costs.

Christel Bennett

My family and I go to Magic Springs almost every year and we always have fun. We get the season passes because we live in the area. I do have to say that we would like to see more roller coaster rides and possibly more water ride attractions. We just wish the park would expand. More kiddy rides would be great to for the little ones. Oh and that would be awesome if you offered meal tickets or discounts on food places to go with the season passes. We plan on getting our passes this year.

Great place for a family to spent time together they could upgrade few thing but good place to have family fun

Steven Steele

All around great park. Fun for kids and adults. Love the water park

My family and I really enjoyed our visit to this park but we went during one of the education events and learned that we NEVER want to do that again. We have purchased tickets to go again before the season is up and are hoping that it is less crowded that day. The ticket prices seem high but if we were closer we would get season passes because they are way cheaper than our local water park(we are still considering purchasing them because who doesn't love Arkansas!). I love that the park has a restaurant in the middle of it and the fact that there are so many attractions within the park. BTW the kettle corn is the best kettle corn I have EVER had!

Samantha Brown

It's worth a try if you've never been. but there are only like 4 roller coasters its more like a water park that decided to add roller coasters instead of a hybrid 3 body slides 1 toilet bowl 2? Tube rides Lazy river "Wave" pool Boogie boarding 2 wooden coasters 2 metal coasters Kids area I was their for like 5 hours so it's not a bad day it just doesn't have enough attractions for me to drive an hour and the price of admission is kinda high for the amount of attractions ........again it's great for people who haven't been or who live really close by and want a session pass but for me it's a every 5 years kinda thing

Niyah ._.

It was... AMAZING! The Staff was friendly, and there were many things to keep everyone in the family entertained.

Whit Nick

My husband and I went for a day with our toddlyear old twins. This park is average at best, not worth the $36 per person that we paid. When we walked up, the sign out front said the Arkansas twister and one other ride (can’t remember the name) were not in operation for the day. We didn’t even go for thrill rides because we had our boys and we’re glad because we would have been disappointed. The first kiddie ride we went to was out of operation. The other kiddie rides were working. There weren’t any lines, thank goodness. We spent most of our time at splash island. A lot of games and attractions advertised are not open. Bottom line: Kids are easy to please and that can be accomplished very inexpensively elsewhere. Adults beware, because the rides you’re looking for might be closed.

Marsha Benson

We had a great time with the family and friends n the water was cool , that was the best part

Chris Fowler

For being in Arkansas this was a neat little park to find. However, it was not as fun as I would of hoped. Usually during the middle of the day lines will be long. However for a park that isn't a Cedar Point or 6 Flags 2 hours in line for a ride is unacceptable. The staff is very nonchalant about it, and doesn't take into account that the lines are longer. Only one car per ride makes the wait longer. 60$ for a daily pass is too expensive and not worth the cost.

Roland Blanchard

Natalie Owens

We had to much fun! Lots for everyone to do! There is plenty of pools and play areas for the little ones, and big fun rides and slides for the big kids and adults!

Jessica Windland

Love it here kids love it to. Some of the Family rides that would seem like the whole family could ride my youngest can't because she has to be 36 in. Also they are lacking a hight station where they check it once, put a bracelet with patents number so they don't have to check at ever ride. Over all we love it and love that parents can ride most rides and even slide with the kids.

Tera Anderson

Fun for all ages. Lots of coasters and Midway style games. The water park side has alot to offer but, if you want to ride the tube rides, you pretty much have to rent one. $5 per tube!! Plus, parking is literally Disney priced. $15 or $25 for VIP.

I went on a Sunday and I call to verify hours of operation. The young lady told me that the hours were from 11am to 7pm. We only got to experience the lazy river and the large to tube slides. When we went to get on the regular waterslide at 5:58pm, the man told us that he was closed. He said that everything was closing including the rides. My family was very disappointed that we were not able to ride any theme park rides, get in the large pool, or gigantic water slide. Then we got something to eat where one young lady act like she did not speak English by not answering my fiance question about how much his price was totaling up to with 2 drinks, a water and fries and chicken strips. They never answered the question until they totaled it out and we didn't have enough money. The chicken strips took us over the amount we got out of the locker, so he went back to the locker to get more money. I asked the cashier to take the strips off so that we would not hold up the line while he went to get more money. The young lady brought over the chicken strips and fries when the cashier told her that we no longer wanted the chicken strips. I told both the cashier and young lady that they did not have to take the strips back and that he was bringing money to pay for them. The young lady got mad and snatched up the chicken strips and fries and brought me back the fries only. He came back and ordered some more strips. Very this appointing to travel over 3 hours, get the wrong information from your staff regarding hours of operation and then for food stand to have poor customer service.

Fun place to take the kids. We were here on a Friday (they open at 11am and close at 7pm)at this time. No long lines to rides. It was great

renata bynum

We had the best time ever this is my very first time going I can say this we will be back.

Yakira Wilborn

My kids and I loved the parks. We spent 5 hours there today and it was awesome. Lines were short and swift.

Heather Barsic

Its a great place to take the family, if you can afford it. It has a water park for everyone in the family. It also has rides for everyone. The food is decent, but expensive. If you are going more than once, the season pass is the way to go.

My boyfriend and I attended the park on yesterday and my beach bag was stolen. With very important things. Money, license, jewelry, keys and more items. I reported the bag stolen and security so called helped to locate by telling us where to look which was helpful. Didn't ask for names or number to reach us if they located the bag. My boyfriend sister located my phone using an App and we found my bag but the important items where gone. I know it's lockers and the park is not responsible for your belongings. My thing is show more concern. I really feel like they didn't care. Now days anything can happen and feel the park should invest in surveillance cameras around the park even if it's around lockers and outside restrooms and the parking lot. Also call the police so your customers could make a report. We are not from Arkansas and to have your things stolen hurts. It's a post on here regarding theft in the lockers so they are not always safe either. In 2015 they had a number of car break-ins. All I'm asking is more help to prevent theft and locate the thief.

Logan Geurian

So much fun! The fire works were the best I've ever seen! This is a great family friendly place to celebrate this blessed nation!!!

Gabriel Marcon

They need someone to administer the park, because it is a really mess. You will have a lot of fun, but the restaurant and some attractions are not so worthy.

Brianna Taylor

They lie about the prices . Online it’s says 49.99 for adults and when you get there the General Admission is 54.99. If that’s the case I feel as if they should change the prices on the website.

Paul Wimberly

Has fun for everyone at every age. From kiddie rids to high thrill rides, to water parks and concerts. I get season passes every year. It truly is a great experience for the entire family.

Tarah Gray

We really love the park. The rides are great and so much fun. We have a blast every time we come here. I would like to make a suggestion. We came yesterday to enjoy the park and the concerts. Storms clouds started forming and lightning was detected which forced them to have to shut the rides down for obvious safety reasons. So naturally when no one can enjoy the rides people will go sit or start ordering food. Then the rain started and caused the rides to be shut down for about 3 hours. People were having a hard time finding shelter out of the rain and the people who was standing in lines for food had to stand there in the rain. We ended up eating in the rain because we couldn't find shelter. We eventually had to huddle under the bathroom roof with many other people. A couple of our friends left because of it. Apparently the rain is something that happens a lot in the hot springs area, so it might be beneficial to have more shelter for people when it rains, and especially for people standing in long lines waiting to get their food. It's just a thought, but that rain sucked lol. Other than that the park is great.

Jason Bradshaw

Took my kids to pass down the family tradition of Magic Springs. I will say things have come a long way since the days of the Roaring Tornado when I was a kid. Make two days in the summer for here. One day for the water park and one day for the theme park. The kids really liked it said it was better than Silver Dollar City. Great job Magic Springs !

Spanish Goddess

Wanted to shout out the security personnel for going the extra mile of helping me and my friend recover our stolen bags they were very helpful. Give them a raise. However my complaint is y’alls lack of cameras and changing prices on the bring a friend was really inconvenient and everything is overpriced. I had fun tho but not sure if I’ll come back

Brandon Andry

Well for the price of $tickets$ $food & drinks$ o yes and $parking$. I would expect a nicer place and more of the park to be open and not closed...

Paula Harper

Super spot for families of all ages. Lines are not long. I felt safe enough to allow my teenagers to venture off together with timed check-ins. Great options for water slides and non water rides. Thrilling and not too thrilling. Great options for parents to relax while kids are enjoying the rides. Fun family day.

Janet Mills

Lots of fun, but for people not on disability and handicapped, but still having knee and back problems, the 20 minute walk to and from the car, then all over the park was painful. It would be awesome if you had tubes for larger people as well. One size does not fit all. Also, walking to the woods to get the car, there needs to be lighting. It's dangerous with everyone leaving and people walking. Everyone's tired and that's a recipe for disaster. You shouldn't have to save for a year to go one day and be able to eat either. The concerts have always been great.

Tyler Holland

This place is simply amazing. I had an excellent time at the park! Magic Springs had such friendly staff! The rides are amazing, you just might wanna hang on to the safety bar! The only problem I ran into, was the prices of everything, which I understand. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely be coming back!

Ms jeff

Magic Springs was ok but there needs to be some improvement if they are going to charge $200 for 4 kids and 2 adults!!The entrances to each attraction were confusing to walk to. Some of the waterslides were closed. It's July!!!! There wasn't enough staff to operate the rides so we had to wait until the staff was done operating one ride to get on the next. Totally unacceptable and very exhausting to wait!!! The water parks for the small kids were awesome.

Janice Shelton

All the rides and attractions actually close an hour early! Park does close at 9 and Online said 9pm for closing but be prepared to be done with the pool and rides 1 hour ahead of time. Had we known this we would of waited until the next day to come

David Oles

Fun water park, rides were pretty good. Some rides are old, they hurt your back when you slide down. Also, can be overly crowded in the water park. The concert series is a nice benefit for season pass holders.

Brandy Mitchell

Was better a few years ago. They closed park due to weather and the parking people were still letting people came in. It made it hard to get out. I was one of the people that they let in after temporary closing park.... Wasted day for nothing. Park has went down in last few years.

Vee Bradley

Great Family Theme Park! My daughter really enjoyed herself and so did I. The Kids Zone is perfect for the little ones. The park is well maintained and very clean. Safety is top notch. Prices are very reasonable too. We will definitely be making this a summer vacation spot!

Jeffrey Roby

Very small park but overall great. It has water park as well as a amusement park in the same park . Lots of rides that my 3 year old can ride with the rest of the family . Foods not the best ... but overall it's a great quick getaway of fun :) workers are always friendly and helpful and prices are very affordable .

roxanne james

Visited for the first time ever a couple days ago.I loved it. Food is overpriced but other than that it was awesome! I felt like a kid again...I stayed for several hours and didnt want to leave. I will be returning!

Lillie Varnell

I have been a season pass holder for the last 2 years. The staff is friendly. I love the concert series. But I have been threatened and cursed at by another patron the last 2 times I went, over a seat. Both times the other person had already rode the ride, and I had waited in line with my child. There should be security to deal with these people.

Shotta M

It's great! Very kid friendly!! Adults love it as well!! Life vest and floating devices are free. You can bring your own food, drinks and snacks! The food and drinks are pricey so always but drinks that's comes with cheap refills

Gabrielle Tipton

A great water park to visit and so much for the kids to do on a hot day.

Matt Wheeler

Our kids love the small park. Plenty of thrill rides for the older kids as well as an area with the toddler rides. Lines are rarely a problem. We have yet to visit the water park.

Jacob Thompson

This is a great place to of and have fun! I love all the rides, although I'm too anxious to ride the bigger rides haha. The only thing that dampers it is the bathrooms are always totally disgusting, and at least one ride is always broken down. (Usually the X-coaster or x-factor I can't remember the actual name, which is probably the riskiest ride there to begin with. Yikes!)

Chris Eubanks

Very spread out & lacking enough sitting or bathing chairs. Wave pool in one place, venture down & around for tube rides, then up & around for the adult rides. BUT, stop back at your locker & change-up to the ride roller coasters. Very friendly staff & easy access

Nia Ray

We had a blast! As we always do. It was crowded but we still had a great time!

Chris Merwether

Great place to take the kids. Children over 48" can ride just about all the rides by themselves. Friendly staff.

Chris McHenry

I had so much fun! We took my son for his 7th bday and he had a lot of fun too

Kathryn Eckert

Lockers where malfunctioning. A few people including myself where charged multiple times for one locker. Tried to get customer service for help with over chargesx3 an a jammed one and after 2weeks we got nothing. There was a dirty pad right when the park opeon not sure how long it was there but almost stepped on it. My son had a good time however.

E-liz Mendoza

Totally worth the money the money! General admission covers water area and rides! Very kid friendly! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They also had fireworks and music! It was a great show!

Archie Johnson

It was a fun excursion on our cross country road trip. Was surprising that it was not that busy to start. Picked up as the day went on. It s was cooler Sunday so we brought food and that was awesome. Most of the concession lines were pretty slow, even for refills, but they did have refill stations with water that were self serve. Kids had fun in the water park and in the amusement park. Hardly any lines for the rides. Water park was nice on a hot muggy day

Ally Trejo

It was very nice. The lines to go on rides were short. It was a Sunday we were allowed to bring in a cooler. I would certainly go back.

Serafina Vasquez

It was fun it started raining and they had to shut down the waterpark but other than that fun

Jackie Dotson

The theme park/water park idea is nice especially considering it may be the closest such place to large cities like Memphis and Little Rock. The price for admission seems high as some larger parks that have more to offer charge the same, less, or offer more specials. The line management seems poorly thought out and I'm not sure why they do not have multiple carts on some of the lines like nearly every other theme park does to keep the lines moving more quickly. They also need to stick with their refund policy or offer a clearer explanation of what to expect when refunds are issued to visitors. There was a weather event the day I attended and they offered refunds, which was great but they ended up with lines of hundreds of people with refunds many of who argued with employees about the refunds.

Dale Falck

Did not like that you had to wait a long time for a tube for the water rides. You can rent a tube but now you have to carry it around and they are bulky. If you go to the other side fir the rides you have to return the tube. They need to do it like Oceans of Fun plenty of free tubes so the wait time is at a minimum.

P.D. Suitt

I love Magic Springs. It's a clean, well kept water park. Our family has season tickets, so we can go for a day, or stay in Hot Springs for a long weekend. We always get a cabana, but they have ample lounge chairs around the main pool areas. Great family fun.

Sherrye Roach

Grandson loved the Water Park Wade pool! Disappointed several rides out & Chill park was closed. Went on a Tuesday & no crowds! Will go again!

Lyndsey Holland

Water ride lines were excessively long with some tube rides out of service. Spent 4 hours waiting in line for 1 log fume ride, not to mention food lines. As the day wound down and the park began to clear out obviously the ride's lines shortened. I would suggest if going for the rollercoasters to go in the afternoon to early evening, if going for the water park be ready to spend some time in line and then cool off in the lazy river or wave pool. Still fun though.

Joshua Johnson

This place was a lot of fun for the adults in out group and the kids. There are plenty of rides, water slides, and other attractions. The park was clean and safe.

Dave Thornton

What a day. This would have been a 1 star or less if they didn’t finally get the lazy river open. The bathrooms stopped working mid afternoon and they locked them all up. No water for the bathrooms? Wow. That just means to me that the wave pool is the new bathroom. Fun fun. $15 to park, $59 per person to get in $11 for a locker. $9.99 for an icee.

beverly joshua

This pizza was not as good as the last consistency would be great. Ordered 2 large, supreme and super meat (?). Seem I had to look for meat and veggies. Was really impressed with last two. Up your game Big Banjo and I will come back.

Autism Mom

Its definitely worth it to get the season passes if you can! After 2 trips, you have made it worth the passes. Between the rides, water, concerts, and fireworks... its a great time!

Suzanne Robbins Robbins

Spent the whole day here. It was great until pools had to be shut down due to babies having accidents in the pools. Parents need to step up and use the proper diapers.

AR T

Let me preface this review by saying this: I've been to Disney World, Liberty Land (Memphis, now closed), Cedar Point (roller coaster capital), Kings Island, Six Flags over Texas, and Six Flags Great America. So I am very experienced when it comes to amusement parks. However, Magic Springs was and will always be my first amusement park love since I was 10 years old. 35 years later, I was able to bring my own children, as well as my nieces for the first time on yesterday. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We were able to get on rides, the workers at each ride was super friendly, and my family had an amazing time We will be back in May when the water park opens up and so glad that we got season tickets!

Lauren Jordan

The girl working the carousel on Friday, July 5th around 3:15pm was the RUDEST person I've ever encountered. She threatened us after we entered the ride and tried making my family get off the carousel for laughing then mean mugged us the whole time we went around. Other than that awful girl trying to ruin family fun it was a fun time!

Ronnie Young

This place was a joke. We work very hard for our kids to get to come and more than one person told us that if the park closes because of the weather that we WOULD GET A REFUND. but they did not they would only give us a rain check that only goes till November. We are NOT ABLE TO TAKE OFF WORK OR HAVE THE MONEY TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK BY THEN!!! REFUNDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I'LL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS AND WE WONT BE BACK!

Doug Wadley

Nice place to enjoy a day with the family, went on a Sunday and we took a cooler for waters and snacks. Lines for rides went pretty smooth but our wait for lunch, burgers and chicken strips was 45 minutes. All in all we had a great time water park is nice, gets crowded later in the day but they keep it well in line.

Chris Nycum

Pretty decent amusement park. Lots of water rides as well as roller coasters etc. They did need to look at staffing on some of the smaller kids rides as they had one guy running 2 rides at the same time which doesn’t seem safe nor customer friendly. The beer garden was nice and they surprisingly did not jack the price, a 16oz beer at $5 is only a tad higher than a large fountain drink. Food prices were reasonable but some vendors were closed. All in all a good day.

Phillip Russell

We're just an hour away in Little rock. We got season passes and it was worth every dime. We had a great time riding the ride and enjoying the water park on the weekends. When we were short on time we were still able to go later in the evenings and catch great concerts. We will get passes again next year.

Emma Lee

Definitely more than worth the money! Family fun, reasonably priced. Safe, clean. So much to do for All ages.

Kathryn Millshaw

Park was fun overall and the kids enjoyed it. My littlest loved the little Ferris wheel and we had a blast. Only downside is the employees considering they all have attitudes and hit on teenagers rather than doing their job. The rides attendant was hitting on my 14 year old daughter right in front of me at the gauntlet Saturday and was very rude. He continued to flirt with other girls in line and didn’t focus on his job.

shelteredcove

Water ride- broken down and the riders stuck near the top. The last ride- broken down and all riders returned on foot from their cars. Decided to get an icee, but although manned the kiosk operator advised us the machine was broken. Unfazed we went across the path to the ice cream shoppe. Soft serve machine was broken . Sorry folks but no refunds and we hope you have enjoyed the basic service of us taking your money and ushering you through a gate. It was not an unexpected coincidence that the exit turnstile broke on the way out. Never again.

Chevy Offroad

It was fun for the could've been more young kids rides in my opinion

Thomas Kendall

Tubes are an extra $5, no double tube rides, 2 of the "exciting" rides were closed, most of the park looked like the rest of Hot Springs covered in weeds. The staff and lifeguards were very hospitable but that's not enough to get you more than 2 stars.

Author Greta Inez Smith

Was a nice family friendly theme park. Kind of old looking, but was not as cohesive as more modern parks.

Monica Shaw

If you got the season pass and visited before the deadline, then you got a heck of a deal..free parking, begging a friend, free cup, free water, free water tube. If you want a private space to chill, you can get a cabana with a safe, chairs, drinks, food, a TV, plug for a charger, a table and a fan!! My kids loved it.

Cheri Almond

We had a great time the lines where a little long...but not that bad considering we went on the weekend.

Yelitza Marquez

we went to the park today, being on the river area somebody stolen our stuff. The administration did not have the initiative to call the police, we had to call them. We were not the only case today to those who took their stuff. The administration told us that they have no security camera in the park so they could not verify who stole our stuff. At the end we were able to recover our phones and car key in the women restroom, my wallet did not appear, even the diapers of my baby and his iPad took away. Bad experience to be our first time visiting them. If you go their make sure you use the lockers or be attentive with your belongings.

Bernadette Reyes

Two out of many of the rides we're temporarily stopped for maintenance to while standing in line waiting. A few of the rides, shops, and food trucks were closed. Majority of the life gaurds and ride attendants were young, which i don't have a problem with, but they were more stuck to each other than doing their jobs. Clinging to each other, blocking the walkway because there were at least 8 standing in the way talking, cussing, and flipping each other off. I understand they're young but it's just unprofessional. We ordered a funnel cake and it took 20 minutes and at the time they weren't very busy

Garrett Bradham

Enough rides for people of all ages. Multiple haunted houses with varying levels of scariness. Their "Magic Screams" has always been a fun experience for my family, but sometimes the wait lines can be very long.

It was a nice park, and I had fun. But I'm used to bigger parks with more organization. One of the rides was shut down for nearly two hours while we waited for someone to bring a spray bottle of cleaner and paper towels. These are things you cpuld easily stock at the control booth. So we spent nearly all our time just standing in line. It was more fun because of who I was with than because of the actual park. However the staff were very helpful. It just seemed a bit disorganized.

Shonta Marshe'

Great family theme park. Good for the adults and children. There are rides, different pool areas for swimming, and water slides. You can eat inside the park or get your hand stamped to eat outside of the park and return when you're done.

Keri Landry

Really enjoyed our time at this park!! So much to do for all ages! Recommend getting there early on a busy day because seating is limited in the water park area but staff were accommodating and helpful.

Taunya Kidd

The staff is untrained and unhelpful. The park is basically clean but the attendants seem to have an attitude half the time. The concession prices are far too high. On Sundays you are able to bring in your own snacks. I was denied access to a waterslide after waiting in line for 30 minutes because I wear glasses. The same ride I have been on several times. There are signs that refer to sunglasses and loose articles but DON'T mention corrective lenses. I was not able to hold them. I had to walk back down the crowded tower. There was also a swarm of bees on one of the rides that was basically ignored by staff. We bought season passes so maybe we will try again this season but I doubt we will return after this year. The park just continues to fall into disrepair and offers less and less for family fun. The splash pad and kiddie pools are great for younger kids but there is not much to offer older kids, especially if they wear glasses.

Jessica McGhee

My family really enjoyed themselves. Very inexpensive verses a larger theme park. Concessions and lockers were somewhat pricey but still doable. There was no VIP parking available, but a very short walk to the entrance. We spent about 5 1/2 hours at the park. Loved Lazy River!!!

Tracy Morris

Four stars because if you plan on eating here forget it. The food prices are ridiculous if theywould lower their prices they would get more business.

Mathieu Hyatt

We had a good time. My 5 year old daughter loved the surfing ride.

Kisha Skaggs

We bought 10 season passes but everytime we come the log ride is shut down. Today my 3 year old wanted to ride rides and she had on a dress over her bathing suit and the attendant told us she had to have on shorts. Plus there were few more rides that was shut down.

Tommy Hollis

The park itself was great.....and my family has fun. But, while we were there.....someone got into our locker and stole my shorts. Thankfully, my wallet wasn't in there.....but I lost some $$$. So.....my advice.....enjoy the park, it's awesome. But do NOT trust their lockers.....they're a waste of money in my humble opinion. Obviously not hard to break into.

Glinda Williams

My family enjoyed their time there though some rides were not available and the log ride, though we didn't get a chance to ride, the water was very filty looking. Didn't take a chance of accidentally getting any of that in our mouths..

AquaPink 368

There are lots of fun rides. The food is really good, and the stuff in the shops are really cool. It is a great place to visit.

Roxanne Griffin

Although it started raining and some of the rides were down it was a great day!!

Bette Barnes

I happened across information on this park when planning a spur of the moment trip for a long holiday weekend. We went, intending to go to the water park, & discovered for one ticket ($45) we got to enjoy both the water & amusement rides! The park is laid out well, & to transition from water park to amusement park & back, all you have to do is walk through an archway. My boys (12 & 9) loved the whole thing too! The only odd thing I found was on the water park side, we had to remove our swim shoes (small, rubber bottom shoes) to ride on the water slides...this is the 1st water park where I’ve ever experienced that (& the ground was too hot to walk around on without some sort of shoes). If we’re ever in the area again, we’d go back!

Nancy Isom

We love having a family fun day here! Discounts are always available for different groups of customers! Cooler sunday is the best day to go!

Michael Rhodes

An excellent park. We love it. There is plenty to do.

Tyler Coon

Amazing place tucked in the mountains of Hot Springs. Great slides and coasters comparable to six flags. A great place to bring kids of all ages.

carrie Smith

It's a great place to get out of the heat at the waterpark .clean, fun

Walter Thrasher

Fun fun fun. It's nice during the week if you dont want to be crowded. But either way you can ride rides then get wet and cool off. Enjoy some awesome concerts. Bands that I've missed when I was younger I can hear now. Always a good performance. I am a fan of the log ride and love to see the water cascade from it. They definitely need new attractions that will stay operational. Not a big fan of the x-coaster. But overall it's always a blast to go have some all day fun at the park.

Madison Hill

For Arkansas it’s good but I wish they would add more rides! Water park is really clean and nice. They need to spend more time checking the safety on rides

Stacey Wink

It had alot of kids areas which was incredible! However there weren't very many adult slides and even fewer that were up and running. The adults can get on kids slides aswell so it's great for some parent child bonding!!!!

Fredonna Walker

We have purchased the season passes the past two years, and they have been worth every penny. We can come and go as we please, as many days as we want, and we get into all of the concerts free of charge. With the season passes, we get cups that can be refilled with water for free (and other beverages at a discounted rate) every time we visit. We also purchased a large popcorn tub that can be refilled for a small fee each visit. The staff is vigilant about safety and there’s so much to do and see here. It’s a great family hang-out.

Glenn Armbruster

Cheap Great thrill rides No lines What's not to love? A couple of rides weren't working the entire day but we had more than enough to do. We will be coming back soon!

Both Uvuss

Way to expensive, but what you going to do. Parking is 15.00 to get in is about 40.00 per person. Food and drink is outrageous. Our kids had a great time. Take an ice chest, bring your own food and drinks. Bring Gatorade lots! Kids get overheated fast. Tons of sunscreen. When you leave the waterpark to ride the rides you must have shirt, shorts and shoes to ride all rides. Be prepared to walk lots, uphill and downhill. If you have a Fitbit it may not be able to count that many miles!! Lol But overall the kids had a blast and it is a fun place to go.

Rayla

It's the type of theme park I like, not a whole lot of people . It's a Smaller but First class theme park. I'm willing to give rides up for smaller lines. It's not as noisy, as Six flags or Disney world so much more enjoyable to me

Kelli Mayer

My family and I attended Magic Springs today for the first time together. Magic Springs was gracious enough to open their doors early to allow families through the Center for Exceptional Families to have two hours of sensory friendly time! Our son has Autism Spectrum Disorder, and we have been wanting to bring him to Magic Springs. This morning created the perfect opportunity. We had so much fun, and all of the staff we encountered were so friendly. It’s things like this and businesses like this that tell us that families like ours are not forgotten about. We sincerely appreciate you what they did today, and we will be forever grateful for their generosity and kindness.

Philip Maxfield

There are no signs leading to the Park from downtown where we stayed in one of the hotels. I had to rely on Google maps to get us to the park. When we were done there were no exit signs from the parking lot. This blew my mind. So many dead ends. We couldn't find a way out of the Park's parking lot! we've fortunately found an open gate that let us down a very narrow winding Road out to the main road. This does not look very professional.

Michele Arnold

There are not very many rides on the theme park side of the park and often there are not all operating. The water park side is nice but extremely crowded on the weekends making it less than enjoyable. The food and drinks lines are incredibly slow moving; I waited for over 30 minutes just to get a drink refill with only about 6 or 7 people in front of me. The summer concert series has made our season passes worth having. I've attended 4 concerts this year (with a total of 12 famous acts) for the price of the season pass. If it weren't for the concerts, I probably would not purchase season passes or even attend for the day in the future.

Rodney Jones

We visited on Friday the 19th of July and it was H-O-T. I was not wild about going to an "amusement park" on such a hot day. Let me tell you that the combination of water park and amusement park is the PERFECT combination for such a hot summer day. We rode "dry" rides (with MINIMAL waiting and sometimes NONE) until we got too hot in which case we took off to one of the many water sections to cool off. The lines for the water slides were longer but still not too bad. 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 10,7,5) had as much fun as we could stand until we couldn't stand anymore. My only complaint would be the food. It was pricey and not very good, but I didn't go to a park for the food any more than I'd go to a restaurant for a wave pool. It was fun. It was clean. It was as advertised and we will be back next summer.

Clint Parr

When in line to buy tickets there was a sign outside that said only one ride was closed which was the log ride.. when we got into the park there were many more rides closed. Including the gauntlet. An hour or so after we got inside, the bathrooms we're shut down and stayed shut down most of the day which makes you think about how much feces must be in the water park..i witnessed someone poop their pants, and it smelled like urine when walking around the water park. The roller coasters we were able to ride were fun, and I think the park has potential, but they must not have the budget to maintain it.

Bonnie Reed

Fun, family atmosphere! Two parks in one so double the fun for 1 price! We come here often w/grandchildren. You will love it. Food price a lit steep tho so be prepared

C Warren

We had a great time coming here! I used to come here all the time when I was a kid and they still have some of the best rides! I can't do many of the larger rides now but I still had a great time and so did my teenagers. We ate lunch before going then brought our own food/water for after in our cooler. They do have cold water fountains near the restroom for free water refills :) The park is beautiful itself in the hills of Hot Springs! The water park is great, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the wave pool because they had some lifeguard training, so the waves were off :(. They also need more areas with umbrellas or covers in Crystal Falls for the parents. The water was also a bit dirty with summer bugs, not sure if that's a daily issue right now (???), we still had a great time! Staff were also nice!

Not impressed at all. Rude employees. The employees in the ice cream shop didn't know what they were doing and one even put gloves on, walked to the trashcan threw something away and proceeded to scoop ice cream WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Very small selection of rides. If you pay that much money to just walk in the door the games shouldnt all be like 5 bucks they should be free. If I could rate this 0 stars I really would because I am not going back. Six flags would definitely be a better choice for the money you pay.

Great family place. Only minor issues with my skin color (my family and I are caucasian). Other than that it's a great time.

Vicente Castañeda

Wow was my firts time is perfect for spend time with family and the concert was magazine!! I want come back soon

Graci Anderson

Honestly your male life guards are hot

Francisco Arango

Great staff working there. Wish they had public tops jars. Lifeguard pays great attention. Many fun days here this past summer.

Jaime R Goswick

Loads of fun.. rides and food for everyone to enjoy. Kind of wish there was a way to only pay for one park or the other (we didn't visit the aquatic park) instead of both. Maybe an armband system would be helpful.

kayla grimmett

It was amazing The only I didn't like was the souvenir cups bc they spill easily

Cortney Warwick

Large water park & decent amusement park. Kind of crowded on weekends. Cool concerts. Locker rental isn't free. Prices have gone up quite a bit & the park has really done nothing to address security issues of stolen cars, purses, bags & souvenir cups. There are no cameras & all belongings are sitting targets.

Scott Perry

Great park with many things to do.We are lucky to have it in Hot Springs. My wife and I worked there in the 90s and now both our boys work there. Great staff and great park!!!!

Herbert Aucoin

Loved it. Only complaint was meals and drinks were on the high side. But will return

Brandy Addie

Love magic springs but they need to get it together before summer starts..... Went to one place to get a drink and all they had was one thing so went to the next one and they was out of town ice..... Finally got drinks from third one..... Also, ran out of food items and they was only open for a couple hours when ordered...... Other then that it was fun.....

Tara

We attended for Magic Screams and the staff were all wonderful with our kids. I like Magic Springs, even if it isn't as big as Six Flags or other parks. It's a fun afternoon.

karine collins

I had loads of fun here really enjoyed seeing the grand enjoying themselves. Thanks to the family for a first time ever vacation with them n. Love it.

Great place for a family outing. A real bargain park, as in you really get what you pay for and more. Magic Springs has some really good attractions, plenty of kid areas for kids of all ages, amd the employees are all kind and helpful. I live closer to Hurricane Harbor, but I come here because of the quality of my visits.

Carolyn Anderson

Great place for kids and adults. We have gotten great use of our season pass. Buying another for next year.

Hilarie Jones

We always have a good time. The kids are never ready to leave at the end of the day. The concerts are always great!

Michael Innocent

One of the best places to hangout out in Arkansas during summer vacation. It's cheaper compared to other theme parks. The rides are truly a Thrill, and I truly enjoyed myself. 5 Star rating

Michael Cato

The park is great like usually, however getting any food is ridiculous. Waited in line for almost an hour, only to have to Battle royal for the food coming to the windows. The staff didn't use the number system they have in place and just started passing the food to whoever said they had something, resulting in people just getting random food.

Connie Mclendon

It was an awesome experience! Eli Young Band!! Renee Blair! Concert in the Amphitheatre!! Beautiful park, plenty of parking, very reasonable tickets, lots of shops, goodies of all kinds to eat or cold things to me you cool.. Awesome water park, great rides! Very friendly personnel! Lots of shops to browse in.. Very enjoyable, will keep going back, be sure to check out concerts!! We had a blast!

Alisha Parsons

Had blast seen many concerts met few band members water park is great. Just heads up cheaper to buy pass then tickets for concert n then a one day pass.

Nathan Coleman

It's a bit pricey. We usually go on a Monday but this year there was s conflict that caused us to go on Sunday July 28th instead. It was fairly busy but not as bad as some other parks we've visited. We rode rides until we got hot and decided to get wet on the summit plummet. After waiting in line for a little while the ride broke so we didn't get to ride it. We decided that it was time for the water park side so we changed clothes and rented a locker. The last locker available was at the very bottom. We waited till we could muster up 5 blue tubes and then ventured up the stairs for the water slides. After standing in line for a while they closed the slides and we all had to walk back down. Turned out someone tried to spin while going down and smacked his head and busted it open pretty good. We decided to try the other slides and we again had to wait for green tubes. After standing in the hot sun for a while in this line it appeared that we were not moving at all. I believe they were only running one or two slides out of the 4. We decided to ditch the line and get in the lazy river to at least get wet. After finding 5 pink tubes we are told we can't get in and lifeguards are running around all over the place. Turns out someone had a seizure in the lazy river. We then go to the wave pool along with everyone else in the park. It was like people stew. We then let our kids play at the splash island until we had all the magic we could take. As we were leaving we saw someone going down the red slide and a fairly short line on the slides that had previously been closed. We grabbed 5 tubes and headed up. After about 5-10 minutes we found out that they were only running 1 slide. It didn't really matter because they closed the water park about 3 minutes later. We all had to walk back down again. Luckily we were able to go get our wet clothes out of our locker (since other people's wet stuff drained down into our locker) and exited the park. Its still a pretty good park. Probably just bad timing on our part.

I guess just cause I told myself to. why not

I would give a 5 if it werent so expensive to do everything. But its a fun place and the rides are good.

Jeremy Rylee

The lines can get very long even if your just attempting to get drink refills. Rides and music are great. Did notice lots of rides for smaller children

Mint's Special Life

I at first thought this wasn't a good idea, but when I visited the park, boy, was I blessed! They have some SPECTACULAR rides, like Brain Drain, which I rode without screaming once! Also there's Big Bad John. The food was spectacular was well! I had ordered the Pretzel Bites Grub Tub and it tasted Fantastic! The service was amazing too! I recommend coming here for some summer fun!

Trisha Harrison

Great place, would've been better if all rides were working

Arch Street Portable Buildings

We buy the whole family season passes every year for the last three years. Great fun and clean considering the traffic

Annette V

Alright we bought season passes and bought souvenir cups for $9.99 each since we bought more than three. My husband was helping at home and put them in the dishwasher (don't) and they bent out of shape and the lids wouldn't fit any longer. I took them to the office of visitors relations and asked if I could get them replaced or even a discount on new ones and they said no. Even though they had them bagged up everywhere that I could see behind them. This is after us buying four Season passes. Just not good customer service. Remember NO Dishwasher!!!

audrey saunders

Its a lot of fun to go withe some friends and spend a day there. The pools were not very clean but the staff is very nice and respectful. The prices for food were pretty steep though. But they do give you free water.

Gary Henley

I had a Great time today with my family at Magic Springs and definitely will be back the Arkansas Twister is definitely the bomb a must do . The Gauntlet and X Coaster are awesome too

Steven Holland

Extremely limited rides, other than water rides. Staff seemed disinterested and the "patter" was uncomfortable, at best. At one point, passengers were being told they needed to sign a waiver, and it seemed serious, of course it wasn't, but it was pushed past good taste. Food options were limited, and all prices were comparable to a major theme park. This felt like a 3 or 3.5 star water park with a state fair attached to it.

OOkay Fam

Great place to bring kids or any type of family. Staff is great. My kids love it here we go every year. Amazing concerts, rides and great water park for all ages. Food and stuff is a lil over priced but it's still a fun and great activity for everyone.

Heather Shannon

Great fun they close early and the season dont last long but absolutely great time for all ages

Beverly Hahn

We had a blast coming here with the kiddos we have season passes. There is a lot to do for all ages. My only complaint would be about the lazy river, I was bit by multiple ants and got huge wells on my arms. I saw a mom pulling them off her toddler daughter as well. It should be looked it to for sure. They were the very large red ants. Eek. Other than that we made amazing memories and hope to make more this summer.

Amber Gwatney

The log ride was shut down on the outside sign but it was running when we got in. We did the log ride and got stuck on the ride the belt bar wouldnt release my daughter is 11 and she is very traumatized from the ordeal my sister and a very helpful young man were pulling the bar back as hard as they could and my mother wedged her sideways out of the bar. My niece niece was caught in the seat in front of us and the children running the ride had no idea what to do. The whole time the workers were saying dont worry we will be running again in a few minutes. You need to be able to comfort and let people know you have the situation under control which they did not.

Chad Knoop

Had a wonderful time there except for the fact that someone had the nerve to steal my money and my wife's phone and wallet. Security answered our holler for help quickly. And i would give 5 stars if they would consider putting cameras near high traffic areas. Thank you to the random family that helped us find our stuff in the trashcans.

chris garrett

Always a fun time. Season tickets are a great value. Plenty to do between the water park and the theme park. If I could ask for something else it would probably be that there be more food vendors available.

Cathrine Smead

Magic Springs was great as always. The staff was great, the grounds were clean. It was a good time. Looking forward to Magic Screams in October!
