Hours say 11am to 8pm came at 2pm store closed was told would be open at 4pm went home called at 4pm was told 4:30pm got here at 5pm store still closed, called AGAIN they came to open up, however I did not get a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Ummmm yeah I won't be back.

I've had my children's birthday parties here before and have attended a few for other children and my children (6 and 4 now) have had a blast every single time. On the hosting side they are extremely helpful with setup, timing events, cleanup, and are just all around helpful in making the process as easy as possible for the hosting family. We'll be having another party for our children here in the near future and can't wait!
