You have all the opinions of people who bought the services of Holiday Springs Water Park (Park) in the state of Arkansas.
Now this firm receives a score of 4.2 over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 270 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is good, and it's founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the score is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to set reviews when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park corresponds to the category of Water park.
It's awesome family fun, great for exercise and Sun.
Lifeguards are immature and more interested in playing with each other than the task at hand. They could learn a lot from other waterpark lifeguards. They were dancing and singing for each other as to show off for the boys. It was sad to see such disregard for their job integrity. I will never allow my children to leave my sight in this facility. Greeter was very personable. Good activities for my kids. Parking lot is filled with litter.
Prices are a little high but over all we all had a great time, adults include. Lol
Six Flags and Sea World here in San Antonio have more adrenaline waterslides...
Heat relief for the young and the young at heart. Wear sunscreen.
Went by to take a look at this waterpark and it isn't even finished yet. Plus, the big slides were out of order. Who wants to pay $30 just to swim in a pool packed with other folks? Not me. I'd rather pay $4 and drive out to the lake.
Best place to take the kids and relax while they play.
So much fun
Love going to the water park.
Fun place for kids
Quite expensive for a day ticket. Purchase season passes in the winter if you live near and it'll be worth it to go.
The big red slide wasn't working. I was sad
Price was high for what they had and the waterslides didn't work
Cool
Had a blast with my girls! Loved it all the way! Lifeguards everywhere!
It was ok
My kid went with the school all the kids came back with their eyes burning from too much chlorine being used. Food was sub-par at best too expensive for what they have when you can travel alil further to a real water park.the kids have no interest in going back
Small but perfect. Not big crowds, well staffed and friendly environment
Very good water park. Had a great time with my grandkids
My family and I love it!!!!!
A big black lady called my a honkie lol
Nice place for kids to enjoy water time

The food was to high and it wasn't good.
It was a lot better than I thought it would be considering that the civilians of Texarkana can never be satisfied with anything.
Very new facility. My family and I loved it!
Really expensive water park, but still lots of fun for the family. I wish they would add some new slides and add on to the lazy river.
Very fun place. Got a great deal on season tickets today!
My grandchildren had a good time. It feels safe, not too crowded. Life jackets are furnished for anyone wanting one. And it's just around the corner!
Def not worth the money, there's not that many things to do it does get tiring very quickly..
Had a good time with the family for a few hours. Price was steep and there wasn't a whole lot to do but it was fun for a day.
Love it, worth the $100 season pass
Its pretty fun
I love this place I go here a lot in the summer time it's so fun
Great place to take your kiddos y’all
My twin grandsons(age 11) had the best time! They loved, loved, loved the Wave Pool. I enjoyed just sitting under the umbrella watching them, reading my book and relaxing. I really enjoyed all the different types of music you played too. I sang along to some of the songs!
We got wet, that's about it.. It's an ok place to cool off and little kids to splash around. Lackluster, average. Safety concern in parking lot, need to paint curb so people can see them. If no one has fallen yet, they will, the sun is blinding and they'll walk right off and twist an ankle break a neck. I'd say overpriced for a facility this small, I'd come back only if prices are lowered to around $20 at least.
This place is clean but it's very small and prices are way higher than hurricane harbor.
This is a small water park great for kids. There is a toddler to about seven year old splash Park area with smaller slides. There's also a larger slide area for teenagers and adults. The park also has a lazy river, wave pool, and a teenager pool with basketball, climbing wall, and a turtle back bridge.
Drove 4 hours. Arrived to find a sign that said they're only open on weekends. Consider updating your hours on google so as not to waste everyone's time and money.
Lots of family fun.
Great place to go during the summer to keep the kids active
Buy a season pass at $89, otherwise pricey per visit. Great family fun. Wish it would be kept up. Pools need repainted, awning over tall slides is shredded. Seems no money is being reinvested in the park.
Fun place
Last time I went everything was finished. The top slides were both open, and the kid structure had kids all over it! It was a really fun time!
Very fun place to go. Expensive for the amount if rides they have but it makes up for it by how much shorter the lines are than some big waterpark.
good place..
Great place!
Nice, clean, and safe for the kids
Lame. Not worth the money... Owners don't care to fix or improve place. Can't even float tubes on the wave pool like al other parks. Broken waterside, lazy river working.half way. Just blah
Over priced for way too little. I get its the only one around but a tiny wave pool. 5 slides and 1 didn't work they day we were there. A pool about the size of a hotel pool. Good kids area but not enough for adults Also very very little shade and atleast 1 of the maybe 4 food stands was closed. Small kids must use park provided life jackets that were torn apart and I felt would very unsafe. Not worth it.
i loved it ! way better than Splash Kingdom !
Loved it
It's about time for them to do some upkeep!
Great day of fun for the family young and old. It has a kiddie section, sections for all ages, and adult area that serves adult bevarages. Would definitely tell others to take a visit.
Este sitio me encantó tiene muchos sitios donde divertirse es lindo yo lo visite en mis vacaciones y lo disfrutes mucho se los recomiendo mucho
Love this place. But $8 for a locker?! This is outrageous.
Small lines live band and wonderful deals
(Translated by Google) Very good (Original) Muy bueno
It's great
Had a blast! Can't wait till next summer!!
Everyone is so helpful here! I love the atmosphere and quality of produce!
Love the water park. It's great to go lay out by the wave pool for hours.
Fun places to go whith the family
Tk
Great place to have family fun.
We had the BEST time ever!!!!! I would highly recommend everyone to go!!!!
Love it
Holiday Springs is a great place for swimming if you don't have access to a pool. It is more cost effective to purchase a season pass than a one day ticket. They have shower facilities, a couple of concessions stations, and lots of different areas to enjoy around the park. There's a sand bar, kids tower, slides, a lazy river, and a wave pool. There plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs for everyone. They also provide life jackets that are available in several sizes for children on a first come first serve basis. Lockers are available too. Holiday Springs is a cashless park so if you want to buy something there, you will need to load money onto your pass or wristband. We usually just bring our own snacks and water. They don't really care as long as your not bringing loads of fast food into the park. They do offer space available to rent for parties, and will also have an occasional band play live on the stage that looks over the wave pool. While Holiday Springs may not be as big as WetNWild, it's the next best thing! Not too big and not too small. There's also plenty of nice hotels right close by for the out of town crowd.
So much fun
$30 a person per day!!! No wonder they are going out of business. Lousy managers. Way to small of a park for the price. I counted 3 slides, wave pool, and lazy river. There's more for the 3 year olds to do than anyone else!!
To small, rides broke down
#waterpark
This place is amazing. I advise you to go to this water park. 5 stars for you holiday springs water park. The slides are amazing Yall guys don't worry about the negative reviews because haters are gonna hate
A really fun place for family and friends to go and have a great time we will be visiting again.......
For are small town this is great and I'm sure the park will grow in the future even has a cashless system so your not losing your money or getting it wet
The parking was free and wheelchair accessible. The admission price was about the same as much larger water parks. The Wave Pool had some aggressive and prolonged waves I have experienced. The life guards have to really be alert for guests during these waves. The water slides provide a thrill; be aware that you may lose you tube during the ride down. Adult guests that scale the water slides may catch sight of a adult pool (not identified by any signs I saw). The Kid Zone provided a variety of climbing and pool experiences for young and older adolescents. The "Lazy" River provides a slow pace for guests.
Great place
Lots of fun for adults too!
Was a little pricey for such a small water park
I don't like that water park
My little one loves this place...we buy a season pass evrything Christmas at a discounted price and enjoy it all summer
Yesterday was mine and my son's first time going and we really enjoyed it!! For a small water park it was a great time for hanging out and relaxing! Alot of families around and all the staff were pleasant! We will definitely be going back!
Great water park for adults and children.
Great waterpark! Kids were age 4, 7 and 9. They all had something to do.
Woooow
Park is super small and parts of wave pool look run down. Needs repair and painted
Its the best the big orange slide for me was the best
Today was my first time coming out to this facility and it's a nice place. However, many others and myself were charged $25.00 just to sit for a children's birthday party. We were not here to swim and were fully clothed. I think this is a poor judgement call on management and should be addressed. I understand that there are people that aren't honest with their terms of entry and may have taken advantage of free admission in the past, but this is ridiculous. Even my 70+ year old Grandfather had to pay to come in for an hour and he clearly was not here to swim either. I think that there is most likely a better way to go about this and paying this amount of money is not it.
It wad my first time there abs i was impressed. The facility was clean and there was plenty of staff making their rounds.
Could use some maintenance, paint some things, but overall ok
I like this place. Small but enough. Great for kids like 8 and under.
Awesome place
Wish the coolest slide there was open and little pricey but the kids enjoy it
Had lots of fun! Can't wait till next year!
Good park for kids and family outings.
I had a great time planning another visit.
A bit smaller than expected with hotel crowding.
My 2 year old had a blast! The season pass is the way to go. Wish they had other pass options however. And we packed our own lunch.
A lot nicer experience than I expected. Very clean with plenty of chlorine!
Fun! Fun! Fun! Multiple slides for ALL ages! Seems counter productive to not allow adults to carry their beer around when the “adult” pool /area is busting at the seams with kids!!
Loved it!! Expensive, but fun for the kids! I dont buy food not dipping dota because it's too costly! But we play in the water alot!!
So much fun
Love taking the grandkids to play, nice, friendly, clean, fair price!
My 9 yr olds first water park.It was perfect.
There is so much for the kids to do. My two year old had a blast on the kiddie slides and play area. The slides for 48" and over were fun for me my husband mom and dad.
Daughter went under water twice in pool. NOT ONE LIFEGUARD noticed!!!!!!! The lazy river is not watched on backside at all. I pray the Aquatic Director hires attentive guards next year. The Park is amazing aside from the immature lifeguards.
Great place
Great for it to be a Holiday inn
Great space for working on your vacation tan. My grandson loves it too. He's all over the place when we go, lol.
Over priced. Online it say kids 2 years old and younger are free but they charged me for my 2year old son. I spent right at $90 for me, my 13 year old son, and my 2 year old son. My 13 year old son got bitten by something while there and i did not like the fact that not all the lifeguards did not a walkie talkie. A young girl hit her head on the wall while in the lazy river and a lifeguard had to run over by the kids section of the park to call it in.
amazing
Love it!!
Overpriced
2 of the main slides are closed, other than that it's a nice place to go.
I wasnt there. Was over that way!
Awesome Staff! GREAT facility, always a fun trip.
Not too large, but pretty neat. Fair number of fixtures broken in the kids' area and high price for a day pass.
Great place to take kids. No lines. The food and drinks were a little pricey. Overall it was a good experience.
We are very lucky to have such a nice water park in Texarkana. My grandchild enjoyed several trips there while here on vacation. The lines were rarely long, and there are several different areas to enjoy. We had a great time every time we went.
Not really a big deal. Better water parks exist elsewheres......ie. Schlitterbahn, If you've hit it lucky and reside in the "Arklatex" then why not, if you're in the mood to drop some dough. But if you're a tourist-------save your dinero for a bigger, better, more jaw-dropping, heart stopping park.
It was a cool fun experience on a hot summers day
Too expensive!!!
It was a nice place to visit. There was a live band playing and during breaks, someone was a dj'ing. It is a cashless water park which means that you put money on your wrist band to pay for things. Not a lot of shade, so take plenty of sun screen for the heat. Love the slides, lazy river, and the wave pool. There is a big area specifically for small children. My son and daughter enjoyed playing basketball in the water and the wave pool.
Kids love it!!! Nice & relaxing
Had tons of fun here with my niece and nephew. The park isn't huge but it kept us busu for a better part of the day! The kids loved it!
This place really irritates me!!! They post, No outside food or drink right.. last time I came the lady before had fast food in her bag!!! And they let her take it in. Next time I came I had to throw my WATER away. This time, the lady behind me has a HUGE yeti cup and her kids had SONIC, and they let HER in with it!!
Awesome
Pricey but good location
Had a great time
No one is watching their kids! Glad they have lifeguards!
We have season passes. Yes the passes are worth it if you go at least 5 times. They need to clean and paint the wave pool.
Price is costly for the amount of attractions.
The kids liked it
Always a good time
Great for children
