Funtrackers Family Fun Park is the BEST place for family fun in Hot Springs, AR. The go-karts are fast and the track is awesome... there's nothing like it in town. The arcade is super fun. There are quite a few new games since the last time we visited (last summer). The new combo rates are a great deal - you can choose between a few options, but you get an arcade game card as well. They even give you more money than you pay for. The laser tag is great, too. We got to play for a lot longer than we expected. We can't recommend Funtrackers Family Fun Park enough. We will absolutely be back.

My wife and I had never been but our children had been with friends. We had the best time. The packages were very reasonable. The boys called their arcade a mini Dave and busters so that's a plus for them. The owner was very helpful and amazingly patient while we figured out what we wanted to do.

My family of 4 loved this place. The Go Karts were fast and fun. Have to be 54" to drive alone, so our kids rode with parents driving. Still loved it. The laser tag was probably our favorite. Boys 8 and 5, and my wife we had a blast. The arcade was fine. The kids working were great. We had a great experience.

This is fun for kids and adults! The arcade games are like any other arcade you have to be really good to get the good prizes but they were still super fun. The go karts were amazing, you get to ride for quite a while. The bumber boats were fun to but I recommend you bring a towel because you get pretty wet. Unless you ride the go karts to dry off

Great experience. My son and 3 friends got the 4 activity pass. Played 3 rounds of laser tag and 1 of bumper boats, which WILL get you wet, and is actually quite funny to watch. We also wanted to ride go carts, but we went on a rainy day so that wasn't a possibility. The video games inside are all in good shape. Everything was very well done, in good condition, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

We’ve only been here once and had a good experience. Plenty of employees on hand and they’re all very helpful. We got the 3 attraction combo with $10 arcade card for four people for $105. 4 go karts, 4 mini golf players, 4 laser tags, and enough arcade money to last about 45 minutes. The golf course was beautiful and challenging but not too much for kids. Lots of arcade games to choose from. Go karts were fast with lots of tight curves. Laser tag was a blast! Arcade prices are decent, for example ski ball was $.55. I recommend this place for an afternoon of family fun!

I looked online, it did not say anything about how old or how tall a child had to be to ride with an adult on the 2seater karts. The guy at the front desk was rude and looked at us like we were idiots. I love the place but that guy ruined it for me. If I see him when I go back I will turn around. No respect.

Funtrackers is a fun, friendly, low cost experience. We went last week and will definitely be back next time we go to Hot Springs. Unfortunately there was no kids for my 8 year old son to have fun with in the bumper boats so one of the workers came out and played. Our son was so happened. It is not very often you find teenagers that will take time to make a little boy happy. Have definitely recommend this place to all of our friends. The arcade games are very reasonable priced to play.

We had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Funtrackers Family Fun Park in Hot Springs, AR this past Saturday. We had a great time; parents just as much as the kids. Funtrackers does the set-up and the clean-up, so it was nice not having to worry with that stress and spend the time doing that. They give the 10 kids cupcakes and soft drinks, an activity pass, and a $5 game card for the arcade. If you have more than 10 kiddos, there's a small fee for each child - but it's small. The arcade/building was very family friendly and extremely clean. The staff was super helpful and kind. We had a LOT of people and took up a lot of room around the counter. They didn't get mad at us, or say anything actually, which was awesome. The kids chose to do laser tag and had a BLAST. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We are extremely happy. If you're looking for a place to have a birthday party in Hot Springs, AR - Funtrackers Family Fun Park is THE place to go.

A cool little arcade with go karts, bumper boats, laser tag, putt putt golf and more. Typical tourist prices, but a nice cool place on a hot day in Hot Springs. Better than going on the ducks at least. Ample parking for most size cars and vans. Add points on your card and get prizes. Good luck and have fun. Jeff

We took our 6-year-old nieces and they had a good time. I think the bumper boats were their favorite, although the go-kart track is nice too. They had fun playing some of the arcade games but there didn't seem to be many that appealed to their age group. Overall, I think it's a fun place to spend an hour or so.

Great place to entertain the family for about an hour while in Hot Springs. The games are mostly up to date and everyone seems to enjoy them. The basketball games need some fixing and the machines need some programming so only one swipe is allowed at a time. Other than that, the go carts are fun and the kids love going here:

This place had a nice go-kart track on a hill. They have some great arcade games. They had an awesome tropical mini-golf course that I enjoyed, However Hole 13 needed a little work. They had a excellent laser tag place. Not only did the guns, armor, shields etc. work great, But there was a tropical theme to it, Which I have never seen at a laser tag place. The next time I'm in Hot Springs, I'll make sure I definitely come back.

Laser tag was great. Arcade has a good variety of games. Go carts were great and you got to ride a long time. Bumper cars were good. I got one that didn't work so I couldn't get away and got soaked. Didn't do putt putt so I can't say anything about it. Overall would recommend and will return next time in town.

Volcano Falls Putt Putt Golf----- The lady (Sharon?) was the rudest woman I have ever met. She was too busy on a personal phone call with "Judy" to greet us and she shushed (shhh) my wife and my 2 year old. She seemed frustrated with us and eventually told Judy that she "is just gonna have to call you back". We told the lady our kids wanted to play. The sign said kids 4 and under free... then hand written "with paying adult". We tried paying $6 for my 10 year old and $7 for my "adult" wife since we had to have a paying adult and figured our 2 yro and 4 yro would be free. The lady asked "Didn't we read the sign?" and then continued to show us the sign. To which I apologized to her and assured her we are uneducated and unable to read properly.... I then pointed out to her that it said "kids free" (plural) ... with "paying adult" (singular). It did NOT say with paying "adults". We told the lady she was rude as hell and we didn't want to spend our money there anyway... then walked out. The lady then continued her phone call as she stood at the glass door watching us get in the car. Pretty freakin weird! Cont. However.... we did go up the hill to the Go-Karts, bumper boats, and arcade... those people were very friendly and we had fun.

Very well priced attractons. The mini golf was fun, not too tricky that little kids couldnt play. The "drift" carts dont drift, just hop around quick corners, but the track is far better than nearby competitors. The bumperboats were an exercise in hilarity. Overall a good time.

The owner/employees seemed very friendly every chance we've gotten out there. They now have 1 card you put money on and access your tickets with. The token & ticket days have become extinct. Yay! No more bulging pockets & tickets to keep track of! 1 of the employees had given an additional $.30 since my 5 yr old fell shy of using up all her tickets and that kind gesture allowed her to play another game. As any arcade, the prizes were things you could purchase cheaper at a dollar store then to use 200+ tickets for. They will however let you save your ticket points if your kid is patient enough to not want to spend any or all of their remaining balance. Games ran pretty high but $20 was a good amount to put on card when you don't plan on participating in the other activites and with the cheapest game to play being $.40. My 5 yr old daughter enjoyed riding in the 2 seater go-karts although very loud but we were prepared having taken our own earphones. For $6, you got about 6 laps so averaged price. Didn't try out the laser tag, bumper boats, and put-put golf due to the heat outisde. Great little place for birthday parties and reasonably priced as we attended a friends party there to the side of the arcade area. VERY tight headquarters though so you'll need to make sure you don't have too big of a guest list. Other then that, it's a great 1 stop shop for variety of ages and preferences.

Very family friendly! Our 8 year old had a blast and we even had fun. The laser tag was all of our favorites. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was refreshing to have a place be considerate of us having a baby with us. We have been on vacation for 2 days and this is the first place that seem to accommodate our smallest one. He also loved the laser tag lights. We will come back do vacation in hot springs again. Fun activities but arcade is slightly lacking. Mostly prize redemption games and rail shooters, would recommend the staff try all the games and perform regular maintenance as one shooter I tried was woefully inaccurate.
