It’s a fun place but the staff needs to do a better job at being nice and not so preppy and rude all the time. I went tonight and jumped on the higher trampolines and climbed up on the wall that you can get up on and the lady told us that we had to Land on our butt or our back I land on my back and she tells me I can’t ever go over there again or get up on the wall again. It’s so fun to go on the wall because you can land and bounce on the trampoline and make your self go really high but no she just had to ruin the fun for the rest of the night. Good job defy on your staff your doing a great awesome job :////

Our ratings have lowered by two stars because the two areas we spent the most time in have been eliminate or shortened. Our family comes with several children at a time and prefer to use the long row of trampolines that now has several of them removed with an obstacle course added in its place. In addition to that, there is a great new Defy trampoline that is awesome... but it replaced the area for small children which was essential for us as well since there are younger siblings that need to be entertained at the same time as the older ones who can jump independently. This is still a great place to go on a rainy day but will not return as frequently after today's visit.

perfect place to burn some calories. Staff is very respectful. I have a lot of fun here. My favorite attraction is the wall running area. They have 2 euro trampolines which have more bounce than the rest. As you can see in the photo, the possibilities are endless in this area.

Always fun to visit here! Prices can be kind of expensive, and you have to buy a pair of their socks to be able to go on the trampolines. But it's worth it!

My son had a great time! Everything was wonderful because they helped unload the car and had everything on a cart ready to send us home. The only down fall was when our jump time was over, I had to ask for the pizza and once the pizza was brought in our helper didn’t come for about ten min.

Went to a birthday party and experienced high rise for the first time yesterday. Atmosphere is fun and exciting. My 4 year old had a blast. During the party there was a staff member just standing in the corner, mute. Wasn’t sure what she was there for until she started following the mess of the party. Overall good experience and will be returning in the future.

We have been here two times now. It is fun for the kid, plenty of seating for the adults. Only thing I don't understand is the timing. We paid for 1.5 hours starting at 3.30, got there at 3.26 and got called to quit jumping at 4:30 instead of 5. I am not sure, but Just make sure you are as close to your time/ after time if possible.

We came today, I was extremely disapointed. I was unaware of the remodel and was horrified when I witnessed so many kids in such a small area. There is no toddler area, so my toddler was forced to be trampled by the big kids. I wont be back for awhile!!

What a great place to take your kids.! But not just kids it is very very fun for teens and adults alike. I didn't realize how much exercise you would get while have the time of my life it was extremely fun and the environment was clean. It promoted good morals and I went earlier in the day of a weekday and it wasnt crowded at all. I would suggest going for sure. At least once to experience it!

Great fun for kids and adults, clean, well monitored for harmful behavior. The one thing I don't like is that they let all ages in during the 6 and under time. There were more kids over 6 than under 6.

Went to Defy on a date with my husband. We had fun but definitely felt out of place. Even for the latest time slot, it was still mostly kids under 12. So I wouldn't recommend it to any adults out there (yes, even you kids at heart). But if you've got some kiddos that need to get some energy out, Defy is the perfect place for you!

My girls share a birthday, so we choose a different place every year to celebrate. High rise was one of the most fun places we have been for the party! The kids played and the parents socialize. We had the party on a Friday night(last night), and it was not shoulder to shoulder packed. Thankfully! The party attendant was very sweet. She made sure to ask if we had a certain way we wanted things to go. She was helpful, and kept the party on track without being pushy. Actually, we were treated highly by all staff. I will recommend High Rise to everyone for birthday parties!

The kids love this place. They have lots of areas to explore. For those that are a little competitive, there is jousting and dodgeball and some basketball hoops. Not to mention the obstacle/climbing course. They have a little trampoline as well. And of course if you just want to run, jump, and flip, there is plenty of ways to do that too. There is plenty of seating for the parents and some space to rent for parties.

LOVE jumping here! They are always changing things and my kids and I always have a blast. BUT I give it 3 stars cause it is so darn expensive. $15/hour for my family of 7 is crazy $$. We go on family night and that is wonderful! But would love to come more often.

Drink machines didn’t work to take dollar bills either. Came for a party but can’t say I’d come back on my own decision. Shame too, could be operated much more effective with a little forethought by management

I used to love coming here with my 2 year old during "Toddler time" which is supposed to be from 9-10 for children 6 and under. We have had issues the last 3 times coming because she is constantly being trampled on by kids well over the age of six. It happened 3 times today with no one saying anything. We left 20 minutes after being there. If the 6 and under rule isn't going to be enforced, you should take it out completely. I will not be paying money to watch older kids jump all over my kid. Other than that, the staff is extremely friendly and the facility is clean. I just wish it was safer for my child.

I have never had such a difficult time scheduling a birthday party in my entire life. I have literally been trying for three days to get a party scheduled and every time there’s something else that’s going wrong. First, apparently my card wasn’t going through and it turned out the guy didn’t put the right zip code on it even though I told him to change it. Which resulted in my card getting charged 10 different times. Then I finally got through with someone else today and they tried to say a WAY higher amount then I was originally told, PLUS I was told I only had to pay 50% up front and the rest the day of, which either way was fine because I fully expected to pay the full amount up front but being told one thing and then another and then a different amount is extremely aggravating. After arguing with the woman over the phone that the price WAS wrong she realized the system had messed up and I was right. This experience should be as difficult as this has been.

the kids enjoyed their time however I was disappointed in the sanitary conditions, especially the restrooms. they were very dirty. toilets obviously had not been cleaned in a while and the countertops were a mess. a worker came in while I was washing my hands and refilled the towel dispenser but then left without cleaning anything else.

Always fun, the kids always have a blast, and of course never want to leave. I would recommend moving the balance beam minimally 6 feet way from the edge, I am 5’10 and plowed the back of my head into the edge. It was my fault for not being aware, and a ref came to my aid right away, but I imagine there are a few kids out there over 5’.

The facility is pretty great, but is currently under renovation (I think just changing up the layout some). 4 stars because the price is pretty steep. Six bucks or so per half hour. Sometimes they do multi-week seasonal passes, which are the best way to go regularly and it not be cost prohibitive. Wish they'd offer a monthly rate, similar to CrossFit and other gyms. If they did, I'd say five stars for sure.

Paid $275 for my nieces birthday party. Was never told I should show up 30 min early to make sure the kids got the full hour. Spent 20 getting forms filled out and waiting in line for socks! 1 hour on the floor is simply not enough time for most kids and ours didn't even get that. Then! our "party host" told us we only got 45 minutes in the party room. I suspect he just wanted to go home early or something.I had to get very assertive with the staff and threaten to sue for false advertising. The website clearly states 60 minutes. All in all the business has potential but management should rethink things from a parents perspective and train the staff on basic customer service.

I am a little disappointed in the jump floor staff. There were several rule violations going on but these teens were far too busy talking with their friends (pink wristbands) and co-workers to see that little kids were in danger. This is typical of most of this age of “workers”. They simply do not care.

I took 80 middle schoolers together today. The facility had great staff (and plenty of them for me to feel safe with so many kids around), was very clean, and had an all-around great vibe. I was able to see all of my kids from almost any position in the building, yet it didn't feel crowded. It was a great incentive field trip. Without the school discount it wouldn't have been possible, so thank you! EDIT: I also just remembered - the kids love their socks. Awesome that they get to choose! It's the little things with kids.

Trampolines, son! So much fun. And so tiring. Come in expecting a workout. Besides the standard trampolines they have a dodgeball room, with trampolines. Basketball, with trampolines. Honestly, trampolines make everything more fun. They also have Ninja Warrior-esque obstacles. My highlight is always the Euro Trampoline. I will master you one day. One day. Great for the whole family, and they host birthdays.

We had my older sons birthday here a year or two ago which was amazing. Since then it has gotten even better. There are more things to do, (there was plenty with our first visit) the kids love it and it absolutely beautiful and well kept. The colors are extremely vibrant and believe it or not but the jump sock selection has grown and they are awesome as well! My 8 year old was stoked when he got to pick his pair and it was humorous watching him try to decide between a couple different pairs. Definitely will take pictures next visit! The vending machines here also use digital pay through your phone so you do not have to take in your purse

This was my first time ever into a Trampoline park and I enjoyed all my time in the park. Went on a frudya evening with a group of friends. Signup was pretty simple, sign a waiver, pay for the hours you want to spend in the park, buy a grip socks which is mandatory to wear., if you have your own that's better. You are all set. You'll receive information on how to safely jump in the trampoline. Every place was safe to jump, never had a fear we might get injured, lots of games to play. It was totally fun. Totally tired after playing. The staff were friendly. Keep as less accessory as possible as you might have a chance of losing them in the foam pits.

Bathrooms were messy, no food only vending machines, and I'm glad I didn't do a party room, stairs are not my friend. The socks you MUST purchase are a joke. The little kids were tripping over them falling off. Rules only seem to apply to certain people, and expensive.

We are moving to Rogers AR and finding places for the kids to play while it's raining. Highrise is perfect. My kids are 7 and 9 and have a lot of energy. They loved it! They bounced for 2 hours and didn't complain once about anything! Very clean and very nice !!!!

I'm not a fan that the place always smells like dirty feet or a public pool (depending on what time of day you're there) and do they ever replace the foam blocks that kids get to jump in? It just always smells funky. It would get 5 stars if the cleanliness was better.

I’ve been to the place many times and it always been my favorite! I would go there every time if I could! The workers are very friendly! The tramps. and the foam pits are a fun way to play! Hands-down, one of our FAVORITE places in NW Arkansas!!! Unlike so many other options, HighRise allows US parents to ALSO play (...and get in a good workout too)! The staff are all extremely friendly, but also attentive to keeping everyone safe. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Their 9am-10am “kiddos under 6” hour flight was so much fun. Didn’t realize I would get to jump with my (2 yr old) son for free and if you keep track of the socks then you won’t need to buy them every time. We had a a BLAST! And for only $11 we’ll definitely be going more often.

A really fun place, especially for kids. We brought our 2 and 4 year old kids and they had a blast. Bring socks that have grips on the bottom, or else you'll buy the socks there, but they're cheap and you can keep them and reuse them next time you come. Trampolines, foam pits, all sorts of fun.
