This location is okay... The food is always good, Chuck E. Cheese has always had some of the best pizza. My girls & I tried the barbecue wings, they were good. My issue is that alot of the games were broken. Also, they need to implement a policy where smaller children should be accompanied with an adult at all times!

The kids had a great time. If you come before noon, it's not as chaotic. They need to renovate their outdated bathrooms. I had my child's birthday at this location, pulled up to the parking lot and there were dirty diapers on the ground. They located near the front of the entrance, not hard to miss. Nonetheless, they were removed after I told the party host.

I've been here twice and both times my daughter had loads of fun. The staff are polite and are quick to help you with any issues. Like when a machine ate my points but didn't play, they helped me get my points back very quickly and they even added a few extra for the inconvenience. Playtime is better though because you can play machines over and over without running out of anything except time. I've never had the good here and the particular location stays pretty full on the weekends. There were multiple birthday parties going on both times I went.

Rude kids and lazy staff and parents that don't teach their children manners. Put our stuff at our table with our cups and plates on top of our to go box and this fat kid removed our stuff and was opening our pizza box as we were walking up not to mention our food was thrown away as well by staff

Considering the fact that it was the weekend, staff should have been more on top of the operations of machines and cleanliness of restrooms. Also, their should be a safety rule of NO RUNNING as I've witnessed children running the 4 hrs that me and my family were here and not ONE staff enforced such a safety precaution . But on the bright side, we had a great time and the food is always on point!

If you expect great pizza, you'll be very disappointed. Bellow average, maybe I'm spoiled living in the Northeast. It is a fun place for kids to be. But it could get costly, if you just let them run around and "feed" the machines.

This particular location needs a makeover. For the kids, they just want play and its okay for that. As an adult, food is terribly overpriced, and the wait for the food is absolutely unacceptable. The games are run down, with many inoperable. The showroom/dining area where the animation characters do their show are also barely operational. All in all, its ok for the kids, especially since there are really no other options.

My children seem to enjoy it. I personally don't like it much, it's always so crowded. After so many years of being open, you'd think they'd do some expansions (they make more than enough in profit!!!). I've been coming to this location since I was a child and it's almost like a time capsule lol

As a parent of 4, I say it was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese location I have been to since becoming a parent. This location is all digital (no physical tokens) so thousands less quarter sized choking hazards. Join their online rewards club to get a free little extra (takes a day or so, hope this helps you know beforehand).

No Chuck E. Cheese came out to visit the kids (on the weekend ! ) Nothing going on on the stage. A bunch of games or "rides" did not work. The ticket situation is awful, they should be able to count tickets by weight which would be so much easier than putting your tickets in the counters ( which was also broken) , and takes forever!!! I took my 2 year old for the first time, what a let down. He was so excited to go and it was not what I remember at all. What a shame. Sadly , customer service was also scarce.

Dont really care for Chucky E. Cheeses anymore to begin with but needed to kill some time with the kids. Tried the "lunch buffet" for the first time. Not recommended. They very sparingly bring out small pizzas. There was a line of moms and kids waiting. By the time the pizzas came out they were gone and customers that had just purchased buffet plates had to stand and wait for more to come out. The "salad" was literally a garden or romaine mix to choose from with some squirt bottle dressings and crackers. No vegetables to add, no toppings, nothing. The money spent on 3 "buffets" was undoubtedly wasted. You are better off mixing up random items off of their menu to get something half decent.

The lady who helped run the birthday party was amazing we only had a few problems. The gift bags were forgotten and I had to ask for them. Chuck E. Didn't see very into his job which kinda sucked considering how much we spent. It will be a little while before I take my godson back because we did have some problems there but we will take him back.

We've been here a few times and always have a lot of fun. We've never eaten while here, so I can't comment on their food. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Chuck E periodically comes out to dance with the children and toss tickets onto the floor afterwards. Then he quickly disappears. As for games, we typically purchase a card that contains an hour of play. We can play as many games as we'd like during that hour, to include rides and photos. One of our favorites is the rollercoaster simulator. They are excellent about stamping a hand on each of us when we enter and also checking the stamps as we leave. Don't expect much quality in their prizes, but it's nice that you can put tickets toward bags of cotton candy or large spiral lollipops.

Chuck E. Cheese has upgraded from coins to a card with a time limit. I feel that they could have given more time for the price. They should expand a little bit more and create an adult section. But overall the service was great, and staff were friendly and they were willing to help. I will gladly visit again.

Recently switched over to a point card system which is actually more convenient to carry then tokens. Also every game is basically 1 point so it takes a while before you should run out of points. The bathrooms are typically clean whenever I go. The games are clean and most are in good working condition. The pizza is good but extremely oily! The cleanliness of the tables vary, just find a clean one and you'll be fine.

Been here several times only because the grandkids bug me. One hour of play is $20, outrageous. ALast time I was here, I brought in a cup of coffee and the employees yelled, STOP. No outside drinks. Ok, a grandma needs her coffee but they were out of regular. Today I got a cup of $2.79 coffee. They ran out of "powder" cream. Asked for some real milk and I got a shot glass full. Definitely last time coming here!!

This is the worse place I have visited in Orlando yet, we come from Michigan and overall my family and I , enjoyed the experience but it is places like this that reminds me why I don't leave my house. They have the worse customer service but I cannot blame the employees. Great service should start from the top beginning with the manager. If your crew does not have a good group leader everything will fall. "Final thought.The manager at this location should take a few classes on customer service and appreciation. The workers at this place just turned this children's play house into a hangout. Do not take your children here ppl should more like take their friends from high school. We waited hours for 1 pizza, ridiculous.... Never again. They should all be working at Mac Donald's. The cook was so rude plus the pizzas he was making tasted like they dumped a truck of salt on them. Good luck with with this place to the owner. So sorry you had to end up with these type of employees....

On Aug 3 with a party of 6 only 2 eat the wings and 2 got food poisoning the very next day One person was me. I carried the left overs home I one other person who didn’t attend party. Ate the wings and got so sick the tried to call off work, and the job told them to bring doctors ex. I experienced vomiting, sweating, stomach cramps, Diarrhea, being hot and cold with a fan on me. Just don’t like the feeling of being SICK SORRY..

The place is great to waste time with kids. Seeing their faces trying to get tickets etc. Until we get to the prize counter and you see their face go from 'this is great' to 'this is it?' Chuck E Cheese has upgraded everything EXCEPT their prizes. Watching kids work and play hard for over 2000 tickets for them just to be able to spend it on some cheap paper rulers or pens is ridiculous. Kind of makes me think I spend 50+ dollars just on some cheap cheesy prizes I could literally buy at Dollar tree. Will not be coming back for a while. Another thing is the games with balls. Either didnt have any at all or only had 1-3

The staff is friendly and there are plenty of games. However the pizza takes a while to come out and where you enter there is a barrier where people are exiting so it creates an odd bother neck, especially when you are trying to order play cards and food.

So they have this new point play or time play system and have taken away the coins. I have been buying the time its $20 for 1 hour of play. There are still machines that cost up to 3 points to play so I get more for my money I think with the hour. The kids love this place lol

I am really skeptical about Chuck E Cheese. Ive only been to a few. And those times Ive went hasn't been good. But surprisingly this trip went exceptionally well. Very calm no problems with no one. People of all different backgrounds and all nice. Maybe because I went on a Tuesday... But if thats the case I will return to this location on the weekdays. If it works for you dont switch it up.

Great spot for the kids to let loose and run a muck without having to worry about them. I usually get them an hour play card and let them have at it. Staff is very helpful as well encouraging coupons so you can get them most bang for your buck.

My nephews like it here. Me eh. It’s fun for both smaller and the ones a little older. It does start to get a bit pricey but it’s ok for a once in a while outing. The staff as with most isn’t the friendliest. Which is off putting for a children’s place but overall ok. The lines do get long for some of the games. Especially in the summer.

I'm obviously not using this venue for its intended purpose since I was there only for the lunch buffet. I figured it's right next to the office so why not give it a try once? This is really more of a kids' arcade and the food seems like an after-thought. However, the lunch buffet is inexpensive at $5.99, so I was glad that the pizza and salad weren't horrible. The buffet is fairly limited. They have 3 kinds of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, and mac & cheese) plus an apple cinnamon dessert pizza. Their salads are a caesar salad and a garden salad. The pizza is thin-crust and rather crisp, having stayed under the heat lamp for perhaps a tad too long. Otherwise, it was fine. Salads are fairly ordinary and you have a choice of salad dressings from squeeze bottles and croutons. For the price though, it's an average experience.

Not nearly as traumatic as I thought this place would be. Keep in mind this is my first time at this location with my last experience being at the Rodney Parham location circa 2000. No more stage, ball pit, tokens... I did take a class on a field trip on a Wednesday at 11:00 on a school day, so we were practically the only ones there. I like the card they use for the games now and there is a separation between big kid and little kid games. My students had a blast and I am planning on taking my 2 year old on a Sunday morning when they open. They do have sensory friendly Sunday once a month.

This place is good for kids to spend 1-2 hours. But cleanliness and hygiene wise, it doesn’t get even 1 star. Every time my 5yr old daughter complains about the ladies restroom. My wife visited two times and on both visits the restrooms were in unusable, terrible condition. Staffs here are very lethargic. The person who wears Chuck E Cheese costume lacks cheer and enthusiasm. I’m just comparing with Disney characters that we see in diff places. Anyway I give 2 stars just for the reasonable price being charged for play points (with coupon) and different types of games setup by the corporate.

Way over priced but every location is the same so it's not the owners fault. You now have to purchase play cards instead of tokens. And you must purchase cards for each individual child unless they share. 30 minute play card is $10. Pizza and drinks are now purchased separately. This makes it very expensive. 2 pizzas and 6 drinks is $46. 5 play cards is $50. Its ok if it's a small family but pricey if you have a lot of guests. Oh and every slice of pizza may not have meat on it. They are very restrictive with the toppings.

This was one of our stops to beat the heat for a few hours on Memorial Day. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and all of the games worked. There were times when games ran out of tickets but the staff was on it and had game restocked with tickets in no time. Pizza was really good.

Im sure the kids would give this place 5 stars but I'm giving a very generous 2. Food prices are insane to me especially for the quality, but the gaming isn't too bad unless you take 5 children. You can purchase game passes by the minute or on a points system. Each game is a certain number of points to play. I chose the points method. I was ready to leave long before the kids ran out of points.

Chuck E Cheese is not what it used to be. Now it's more like Vegas for kids. Less of a video arcade and more of a ticket mill. One thing that has stayed the same is the pizza, which is reminiscent of cheesy cardboard. At least there's beer so I can watch the dreggs of our society box it out when one kid accidentally steps on another.

We went to Chuck-E-Cheese for my son's birthday and although the kids had a great time with the unlimited cards which is a great feature that they added there was so many people in such a small space I thought that this location would be a lot more classy but it was definitely like one of the ones that's in like Jonesboro it definitely seems out of place for the area that were in. The kids there or very rambunctious and the parents barely watch them maybe it's because of all the parent friendly things that they have there that made them ignore their kids. A lot of their games were out of order so the entire experience was very mediocre I will not go back to this location

So much fun to go with the kids! It's not about the food, although the $6.49 buffet helps keep it more affordable (11 - 3 I think) . Staff is friendly and great with the kids. One youngster put a plastic bag over his head and was quickly approached by a team member and asked not to continue that, and very nicely. It was handled well, as the parents weren't close by. We go often and are always satisfied.

I’ve only been here as an adult, but it’s still a lot of fun. They have some classic games, such as Skee-Ball, basketball, and Galaga. They have a wide variety of skill games for tickets, too. The employees here are very helpful. Any time a game doesn’t dispense tickets, they are quick to give me vouchers, and I’ve even received extra tickets when they got games to start dispensing again.

My kids love this place but with my experience this weekend I think they should have some type of security in the younger side due to the older kids hitting an bullying the young kids in the tunnel where no one can see them . We visit this site every week because my son loves it, I give it only 2 stars, since it has a little courteous staff, specifically I mean a lady, I do not know if it was a manager who had closed the doors and I imagine I wanted to leave She allowed us to choose the toy our son liked because she was in a hurry to leave ... And she was rude with all the customers.

The staff was very friendly and I love that they charge by time! We payed for 90 minutes of game play for like $20 and was able to play as much as we wanted during that timeframe, I really like the new system instead of the tokens. They have a variety of games and a small playground area as well, my son loves coming here!

The worst experience. First my daughter went to the register to buy and extra drink, for $2.49, she gave the girl a $5.00 bill and was told she didn't have change, and wasn't going to give her change back. My Grandson went up to the register and demanded the money so the girl went to the register and took out the change. We had a birthday party, they didn't bring all the pizza's we ordered, I tried asking the workers but no luck they act like I was speaking a different language. One of they children had a band around his wrist to have all day play and a person stole it from him. It's was the worst experience, the young lady who served us was awesome, very kind. The assistant manager/manager horrible the workers there are young with NO manners who tried to steal from kids. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHUCKY CHEESE DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER AND GO TO DOWNINGTOWN PA

It was my 4year olds first time. Its a nice, fun & clean enviroment. The staff was friendly and the game machines seemed pretty clean. We went on a wednesday afternoon around 4ish, and i believe there was maybe only 5-10 kids there. Its also cheaper on Wednesdays. U have play for 1 hour for only $14.99. The ONLY complaint i would give is there food is ridiculously OVER PRICED. i believe we waited almost 30 mins for 2 orders of pretzels and cheese bites. Trust me they weren't busy AT ALL. I think i saw them make maybe 2 pizzas the whole time we were there, which was about an hour n half. So i think for how much u pay for food, it really shouldn't take around 30mins n it should b nice n hot. We didnt bother saying anything, cause we were waiting for them so we could eat them n leave. Plus i didnt want to have to wait another 30mins for hot ones. They were ok, but most of them were still semi frozen inside of them. N the price we paid for them were more than at the movies! I think the next time we go we wont be ordering ANY food. Its just not worth it. But other than the food, we had a really nice time.

Very nice atmosphere. You can buy a "PlayPass" card you get 30 points for ten bucks! When you refill, you can get 41 points for twelve bucks. Most games are 1 or 2 points. You and your kid (s) can have hours of fun!

I went to Chuck E. Cheese last week the staff was disrespectful completely ignorant very young and unprofessional, unsanitary, not mature. There was a argument going on and staff did not even jump into it to settle the dispute. The place is unsanitary they clearly do not clean the tubes and slides or any of the kitty rides I mean there’s children for God sake in there and many of our kids get sick easily. My child completely terrified of the stage monsters...whatever there suppose to be especially the purple thing. All the other kids were Beating on the robot things on the stage. I ordered a pizza and it was raw but some how the crust was burnt ? There was no refills for the salad bar and I also got cake and it was rushed. I also got some dip n dots and it was watery and my Oreos were floating..I ordered buffalo WINGS and they gave me nuggets ? There fries were dry no salt and the staff doesn’t ever have change honestly this place is top expensive for such low quality trash that I received I mean just getting a soda is a sticky situation... and that wait time is ridiculous. Chucke’s nose was falling off.. questionable. He didn’t even come out on time. All the prizes are too expensive for tickets I mean I could have 300 tickets and get a pencil and some 5 cent candies and maybe just maybe some vampire teeth coins are expensive for such little bit we get. This place reminds me of 5 nights at freddies.

I have taken my daughter to a lot of Chuck E Cheese's as she has grown. Even some out of state, and this one is, by far, my favorite. It's HUGE!! So many games and even a small bumper cars. I heard they are removing it. Who knows why because it is so awesome. They have the hamster wheel running game that it perfect for my high energy little one. Definitely go out of my way to go here. I live out near Palm Springs and family from San Bernadino area. Worth the drive from San Bernardino. 5 stars!!!

Most of the staff here are incompetent. A worker sporting glasses and a bowl cut got our order wrong, and tried to say we ordered the wrong thing. Instead of bringing us a supreme, he brought out a meat lovers. He comes back 10 mins later with the same pizza with a few more toppings on it. So the pizza is still wrong, and overcooked this time. I spoke with a manger and not even an apology was given. She gave me back some money and just looked at me. I asked her if they're redoing the pizza. She said, "I thought you wanted your money back.", with an attitude. She ended up telling the worker to bring out a new pizza. The guy with the bad haircut brought a new pizza without saying a word. For the record, it was still not right. I think a monkey can do a better job with the right training. All in all, the staff is rude, manager has no customer service skills, and that one pizza cook is a moron. Hopefully the next visit won't be so bad.

It's a nice Chuck E cheese but it was very crowded when we went this past Sunday. Granted the kids were probably stuck in the house all week from snow days so that should be taken into consideration. I'm not sure how I feel about the new card system. If they are using a card to play games they should have the tickets go on the card as well. There were often long lines to feed the tickets in the machine and one of the machines was broken. Kids had a great time though

Horrible....wish I could give it 0 stars....came up for Disneyfor daughter bday and wanted to extend her bday with Chuck E Cheese... and firstfthe youngylady atathe counter waswa bitbshort temperedtwith memas if we were inconvenience to her. They were in violation of helath code with chemical bottle on counter with dirty rag on top next to food. The young lady picked some mucus our of her eyes then grabbed my plate without washing her jands. $70 for a large pizza with 12 uneven slices and a 6 inch kids pizza and six wings...the kids pizza was very small...could have have got a large pizza at Domino's just for the price of the kids pizza...i assumed with the priced I paid I could help myself at the salad bar and when I went to fix myself a salad a guy rushed from the back to tell me that I was violating the rules and on top of it he got my order wrong... still have to purchase another meal for my daughter before we hit the road but will do it at another restaurant...save your time save your money and don't eat Chuck E Cheese on 7419 international in Orlando FL.

Originally went to check it out for my son's birthday in a couple months. Worst experience ever. 1 1/2 hour wait just for food, then another hour wait in the prize line. They lost our food order and the manager never followed up. There was only one person handling the prize counter on a busy Saturday afternoon. I had to wait for everyone ahead to finish but when it was my turn, the girl helped others behind me too making me still wait again just to finish. Never going again. And forget having my son's birthday there. It was the most exhausting and stressful experience I've ever had anywhere.

I was recently here celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I am not a big Chuck E Cheese fan but my daughter is after attending another birthday party months ago. I booked a party package online and it was very easy. Our server Akeisha was AWESOME. She anticipated every need and was very attentive. She made my daughter feel so special which is definitely a plus. She was being pulled in so many different directions by management and her peers, but she did her job with so much grace. The food was pretty good and exceeded my expectations and that of my guests. Kudos!

Paid for the buffet and requested a few different pizzas. After almost a half hour we asked about the pizzas(because there was only 2 old slices left that were sitting there for at least an hour now). I was told that they messed up on one of the pizzas so they didnt cook any of them. So since we got there they had only 2 old slices in the buffet and they weren't even making any new pizzas. Another 15 mins later the pizzas that we requested finally came out. And we were not the only people that were waiting on the pizza buffet. Awhile later I asked when Chuck E. was suppose to come out and the manager said not until 2:30! We got there at 11:30, so if my girls and all the other kids that were there wanted to see Chuck E. then we would have to wait until 2:30! I thought he was suppose to come out every half hour or so. This was a bad experience for us and we were not happy with this Chuck E. Cheese!

Fun place for kids, birthday parties, etc. My 3 and 5 year old were able to be pretty self sufficient using their card to play games. Food options are pretty good - pizza, salad bar, wine and beer, etc. And they still have the automated statue of Chuck e cheese doing shows - I remember that when I was a kid!

I was in this particular branch in Orange few days ago and was very pleased at their service also. Great place to take kids and family to play and relax over some drinks and pizza. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

My son loved it. They have really good games on both sections for older kids and the babies . The pizza and food is really good. Got my order really fast prob in 15 min or less. Cons: a lot of games didnt work, the ticket machines didn't work except for 2, one totally stole my tickets and said I only put 5 in when I put a whole row of more than 10 in it. They need to hire more people especially for weekends. I went on sunday and it was a little busy with people coming in and having to wait for a worker to go give them a stamp. The same for having to go out, many people just ended up leaving when they saw no one checking at entrance. The salad bar and floor wasnt too clean.

I can there at 8:40pm, yesterday 8/17/2019. The employee that’s working the front desk stared at me and my son as we were walking inside then walked away with a attitude. Horrible body language. Then when another lady that didn’t work there told her people is waiting to be stamped and checked in , she came. She stamped us and walked away. She was supposed to let us through . I had to pull out the magnet to walk through my self. I asked for a manager , a lady in a red shirt came out acting as a manager . That’s highly unprofessional. Then the real manager came out.

If you have young kids, this is a great place for a party. The staff is friendly and they take good care of the toys and games to keep them safe and clean. I never regretted going there for that reason. The pizza is really cheap and low quality. When my son was 6, I ate lunch before taking him (seriously). Your 4-year-old won't care, of course.

I would not go here during the lunch buffet. We paid for the buffet at about 11:10. There was absolutely NOTHING on the buffet until a few minutes before noon. NOTHING. Then when they brought pizza out, they brought out 2 pizzas which were gone before everyone in my family could even get any. The prices are outrageous. Several of the games were down with no out of order sign. If a buffet starts at 11, there should be food ready at 11, at least one pizza. Not wait until the buffet is almost over to have the full offering available. Also, the staff needs to be trained to have some enthusiasm. They are working at a kid place and looking like they hate their job's 100%. The only employee who looked like she liked her job was the kid check lady when we first came in. We won't be back to this particular Chuck E. Cheese.

Price for time limit cards is slightly high but affordable. Prizes however are WAY over priced. You have to earn 150 tickets for a lollipop or tootsie roll. Ridiculous. But if you know how to hold a receipt, save all your ticket reciepts and you may be able to buy a cup, after 10 years of going.

Our party hostess Angel was AWESOME she met us at the door showed us to our table and went over our 2hr itinerary step by step to make sure we didn't miss anything. She also informed us that they were short staffed and was running 2 parties at a time but she knocked it out of the park. We visited this location on July 6, 2019 They have a rodent problem. Once my Family and I noticed the mice running around we immediately notified the Manager and left. I called back today to follow up and notify Corporate. I spoke with the Manger Shannon she said they had pest control out July 7, 2019 and they put down traps? Not at all what it used to be. The staff are very careless and unorganised, which is a recipe for disaster. I've seen teenagers running around the place and fighting over coins as if they were toddlers, all while throwing cupcakes as if it was a cafeteria food fight. Gifts and personal belongings have been stolen (probably by the staff) from myself as well as other patrons. Chuck E. Cheese's should enforce some sort of age limit for the play/ game area, and employ staff who actually care about their jobs and the safety of the children.

I recently took my twin one year old boys to Chuckie Cheese at Cumberland for the first time, and I must say that I was very pleased with how the staff was so helpful and informative. I want to give a special thanks to a gentleman by the name of Cornelius Ray who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about the companies procedures and policies, he also made sure we had a great time. Arrived. Ordered buffet, was told not to eat the pizza on buffet because it had been out all day. Looked like cardboard. Had to go remind staff that It have any pizza on buffet, and waited 40 minutes for buffet, while 5 families after us came in and were served. Brought 3 medium pizzas out for 3 families. I’ve been taking my kids to Chuck E. Cheese for 8 years and have been going since I was a kid. So, it’s safe to say that I’ve always been a loyal customer. Birthday parties every year and all. However, the last 3 times I went there, there was a young lady that was very rude to me. When I first came in and tried to order our food and point cards the girl kept walking away from the counter. She literally ignored the hell out me, even though she kept looking directly at me. She acted as if she had other more important things to do. She walked away from the counter like 4 times. I was finally helped by another young lady. Then, when my boys were “trying” to cash out their tickets for prizes, the girl kept putting other children in front of my boys. She did this twice until I finally asked her why she was doing this. She and I literally had a small altercation. I stopped myself from getting loud, because I didn’t want to upset my boys nor the other people there trying to have a good time. My encounter with this young lady with glasses almost made me stop going to Chuck E. Cheese in Little Rock. Luckily I have kids that love the place.

Much improved system in place where you are issued a voucher in the event your child loses his or her card so that missing card can be traced and points reimbursed . We've personally had nightmarish experiences in the past where I've turned my back for an moment and the card was either taken from my kids hand or off of her wrist only to be exchanged by the rascal/s with a maxed out card. Nothing more frustrating folks. I can't make this stuff up. Even when registering the second card after the first unforgettable occurrence we were still unable to recover the stolen card or receive reimbursement . But, with that said, the kids still just love coming to this place

This Chuck-E-Cheese treated us very very very well. We planned a birthday party, and arrived on what we thought was the right date. It turns out we were at one week early, we had scheduled the wrong weekend. However, Chuck-E-Cheese did a fantastic job of taking care of us anyway they make sure that we had everything that we would have had at a birthday party, and although we didn't have a particular server assigned to us, one of their service took it upon himself to make sure that we were still attended to. With the massive amount of people that were inside of the store this treatment was a real surprise, and a real treat. If the server ever happens to read this, Benjamin thank you so much for making a great evening for us.

I had previously rated another Chuck E. Cheese location and gave low rating. Because I have a small child I was forced to visit another Chuck E. Cheese but a different location in what we call a nicer area of the inland empire. I was very impressed with this Rancho Cucamonga location, as I walked in the place seem super clean and not smelly at all. A factor to take in to consideration is that I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were hardly any kids there. I met a lady manager that was friendly and was visibly walking around talking to customers. The staff was also friendly and eager to help. The salad bar looked fresh and appealing. I was given information about their birthday party celebration and I gotta say they have great party packages at an affordable price. One of the main thing that impressed men was that this location has a bumper-car ride which in my history of Chuck E Cheeses I have never seen one which was super cool and the kids seem to enjoy it. I only spotted one machine that was not working which is progress compare to my previous review. When I visit places that appeal to children I always look for cleanliness, safety, is it actually kid-friendly etc. Overall I was convinced that this was the location for me.

The outside had a lot of trash in the parking lot and around the building. An employee came out later and swept up some of the trash in the parking lot, but the trash close to the building remained untouched. Don't judge a book by its cover. Once inside its well maintained and we were met by very friendly and helpful staff members. The kid check system is definitely an A+ concept for child safety. The gaming area was well maintained and methodically laid out to make it enjoyable for all ages. Our party coordinator was very informed and promptly helped us with our group. The pizza was spot on with flavor and freshness. The kids at our birthday party had a lot of fun. The manager personally helped make our party feel welcomed. The restrooms were very clean when we first arrived, but as time went on the restrooms could have used some periodic checks and cleaning. The kids enjoyed the ticket games and the thrill of redeeming their tickets for prizes. The prices are what you would except to pay at a higher end family entertainment establishment but worth the expense. One of the children in our party had never been to a Chuck E. Cheese location. The first time child commented as saying "everyone is so nice here." The Chuck E. Cheese brand has definitely improved compare to their previous reputation. Thank You to all those staff members who helped make our party feel welcomed. I would definitely come back again.

My visit with this location was absolutely horrible! I had a birthday party for my son and we had the worse possible time ever. First I was told to arrive to the party 30 minutes early so that me and the host could set everything up (my party was 3-5pm). I was not approached by the host until 3pm. I was then brought to my table and waited until 3:15pm, for the host to come over and take the food order. My guest and I then waited until 3:30pm to get the unlimited game cards that came with the party package. We were then told to go back to the table by 3:45 to receive our food. I asked if we could get extended time since the party did not start until 3:30pm. The manager/host, Shawna told us no. Shawna then proceeded to tell us that a worker called off and she was doing 3 parties by herself. That has nothing to do with me and my party. I then proceeded to grab all of my party guest at 3:45pm and we all went to the table. I had to search around the place to find Shawna, to see where the food was. We finally found her and we were missing drinks and plates. After we all ate, it was then time for the live show. While the party guest and I were upfront, my son's bike and helmet were stolen from our table. We ended the party then, and we didn't even break open the pinata. We ended up finding my son's bike by an exit and his helmet in a corner. The host/manager, Shawna, was not watching our table. This could have all been prevented if there was a personal host per party. We also spoke with the other manager, Dwayne, and we received nothing but attitude. When it came to check out Shawna took money off, but she stated I was supposed to get an email that would be a survey. She then proceeded to tell me to lie about our experience, because that really affected the store. I never received an email since the party, and I have a feeling they didn't send it because they knew what I was going to say. One week later I received a call from the general manager, that happened to be off that day, and she stated that she would send me a family pass to their store with a free large pizza in the mail. She said it would be delivered in two days. I have never received anything, and it has been 5-6 days. This store is horrible and requires new management. I don't want anyone wasting their money at that establishment.

Don't go to the one in Orange we drove 45 min to get there we ordered our food and me not eating pork ordered half bacon half beef pizza when it came out it was half bacon half pepperoni..... So I brought it to their attention and instead of just fixing it so me and my 2 year old could eat they came out in a group and put the receipt on my table and told me that I was wrong acause they had pepperoni on the receipt after 10 min the manager comes out and says she will remake the pepperoni side and gives us a had written card to come back ..... Yeah probably not going to happen..... Then I say okay let's get some wings I order them with the sauces on the side wait 45 for 6 wings for them to come out with the sauces on them.... So again I go say something.... Never once did I hear I'm.sorry ....worst customer service I have ever had now I know why most of them closed

I've been hesitant to take my toddler to Chuck E. Cheese's because I didn't think he would be old enough to do anything. Well I was wrong, at least for this location. He (WE) had a great time and went back the following weekend. Now he's always asking to go. He has SUCH a blast when Chuck E. Cheese comes out. It's the cutest thing watching all the excited little ones running up to him and behind him, giving him hugs. Also, the ticket rain is a hoot!!! You can load points or minutes of play to cards that can be attached to a bracelet on sale for $1 so that the kids can play on their own, and if you decide to take a break to eat (not great food) you can pause the card very easily.

Terrible food, lousy service, not worth a cent! Came here with my family and the pizza was barely edible and burnt. You could definitely tell they didn't bother to clean the pan it was cooked on because there was white soap on it. Salad bar was not clean and drink machines were sticky. I understand that this is a kids place but seriously have some sort of health standard! Paid a lot of money for games and each card only got 8 games so if you want to get sick or waste your money you can come here, otherwise stay clear.

It was not a pleasant visit. It took 1 hour for me to receive my food. The bday party was not organized at all. And trash was falling all over the floor. Also paid for endless salad bar but had no lettuce and when the workers were told it took 45 minutes to get it. I was very disappointed.

Chuck E. Cheese is certainly not what it used to be. Not sure why it took my one Pizza Roll an hour and a half to be served. Another guest in our party ended up having to get a refund due to her food never coming before the 2 hour birthday party was over. We ordered as soon as we got there. The food is really good here. Great atmosphere for the family. My only complaint is those ticket machines constantly breaking down. It's very inconvenient to have a line of 10 people. Place has really gone down hill over the last few years. Arcade games are always either on the fritz or just out of service. Glad they got rid of the unsanitary token system and put in a card system. Pizza is good, although salad bar is always a mess and I can never seem to find utensils, I have to wait in line which takes a while just to get a napkin or a spoon. If you are looking for some quick fun with the kids this is it.

I don’t usually write reviews but i had to let everyone know about my experience here. I came to bring my god daughter. Upon walking in, I noticed the place didn’t look very clean and the debris of former clients was left on the tables. As I continued, I noticed the bathrooms were dirty, the salad bar was messy, and the staff members weren’t very friendly. I chose to ignore it because my god daughter didn’t notice these things and wanted to play. We ordered food and while my sister was having her salad she found a dead fly in it. Another staff was picking the grapes from the salad bar. Trying to be patient, we brought it to the attention of the girl at the front counter who was curt and agitated that we had brought it to her attention. The cook came from the back and wasn’t wearing a hair net despite having long hair. The chuckie mascot was rude to the children and didn’t even give my god daughter a high five or interact with the kids. This was my first time bringing my god daughter here and certainly my last. I would avoid this place and try another.

Looks like I gave them a one-star about 11 months ago. Well they have redeem themselves quite a bit. In other words there's been change of management or something has happened. The only issue I had was the air conditioner in the party area was nothing compared to the gaming area. Probably having issues with an air conditioner as the summer has now set in. Even though I don't think we're in summer yet but still it's 90+ degrees outside. The person that was our party organizer was good. As I said no real issues. Time was well spent. Thank you Chuck Eats Cheese's.

We celebrate my son’s birthday here. It seems to be kids favorite. Reasonable rates. The packages is reasonably priced as well. Pizza here is surprisingly good as well. The workers are all very friendly and helpful. You could book a table that can accommodate around 15 kids or if you need more than you could book another table that are placed next to each other. Wish the place is a little bigger though. They now use card instead of tokens. It is refillable. They sell a wristband to attach the card so it won’t get lost.

I don't recommend this location & won't ever go again if I visot. The bathroom was filthy. This is a pretty good spot! Alot of Chuck E Cheese locations are in really ghetto areas that I don't like, so I take my kids here. The staff is average, but they have done alot of upgrades recently and put in new games. Instead of coins, they now have game cards (like Dave and Busters), which is ok. My kids get soooooooo much enjoyment out of coming here. For about $60, you can get a pizza, a few sodas and enough game credits for the kids to play for an hour.
