Super fun seemed clean cheap family fun. Plenty of life guards on duty. Lazy river children's slides up to adult slides some shade provided. Relatively moderate conseshion prices slightly larger than normal hot dogs for $3 small bottled gatorades for $2.50 could be worse. All together good buy for your money. Even with parking lot maxed out still enuff room in the pool to have fun! I would return.

I get there one dive of the board, one trip down the red slide... as the sky starts to darken, I overhear a lifeguard with a really bad attitude, female, saying she Hope's it starts to thunder and lightning... as it starts to rain, another lifeguard, with, what looks like a permanent frown, to also reflect an extremely negative attitude, speaking harshly to other lifeguards and paying customers. I guess her yellow nail polish gives her privallge. So now all are out of the water as staff are, what looks like, setting up to close. So, those whom I'm with and I, decide to call it a day, mind you I had only been there by this time, maybe 30 minutes. I was told when I entered to keep my receipt in case it rains. Well its raining, so I figured 1 dive and a slide for 8 bucks was well worth a rain check... but oh no! I then get counseled by the CHILD at admissions, how I'm just going to have accept that there will be no rain check due to the rules. So...what I needed to do is waste my time sitting under cover and wait there doing nothing until the guidelines to receive a rain check were met. There were also many others not happy with this debacle. Now this was my first visit to this, oh so glorious establishment, and my last. I've been serving my country for over 27 years, and on my free time, I'll be damned if I'm going to spend it around spoiled children who think the world revolves around them, and their pathetic customer service skills.

I went yesterday and found it to be over priced and a lot of the staff very, very rude. All the lifeguards look to be still in 9th or 10th grade. Almost all of the tubes were flat on the lazy river. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was a lot of blood in front of one of The stalls. 3 toilets were stopped up with toilet paper and 1 toilet was stopped up with a diaper. The changing table was covered in poop and the little beads (when a diaper gets too wet and comes apart) where everywhere. The ONLY good thing about this park is the big slides

Great water park, great staff. It was a little crowded when we were there but that should be expected on a weekend in July. I wish they had made it a little bit bigger, but if they had I'm sure I would say I wish that was a little bit bigger. We didn't eat the food so no review on that.

There pool has a lot of dirt in the bottom water is not filtered very good there is always a film and the edges have alot of build up were it should be puled in to the filtering system, the music can be pretty foul language not a good place for little ears and these 15 min breaks are un heard of shut the pool down I guess they have union contract they need to rotate out on breaks not shut down the pool. They need to do a better job on enforcing the rules on food and drinks out of the food court . Need to keep it in a central location .

Absolutely loved this place!! It even had a lazy rived which was awesome!! My only tip is get there as soon as possible about 30 min before they open cause there is a line!! Food not so great.. But over all I loved and my kiddos love it too!!

Really nice facility, lots of different pools and spots. We really enjoyed it. I’m leaving off a star for a few reasons; 1, it was extremely crowded. And I mean I got there 30 mins after opening and it was already slam packed. If you get there and too many people are there, you can’t enter. So be sure to go early! It’s the only place around like that so I get it being crowded but yeah, it’s definitely bumping elbows. 2, it’s pretty expensive. $19 for myself and my 5 year old and we only stayed a couple hours because well, she’s a kid. We will plan a trip for all day next time because it is worth it if you stay all day. 3, there are NO ladders at all that I seen. I got in 4 different pool areas and they all had handles to pull yourself out but no steps. I dislocated my knee recently and it was very hard to get out of the deeper pools. I was embarrassed struggling to get out and pull myself up, considering I am plus size. I don’t understand that? People who are disabled or have a minor injury can’t lift themselves up as well as someone who’s in good shape/health. It was quite disappointing :( Overall, it was nice and I’ll definitely go back. I do hope they make some improvements (ladder steps) and maybe consider expanding a bit or limiting the amount of people that come in. Pools were clean, lifeguards were attentive, and people were friendly.

The 5 year old had a blast. My biggest complaint would be that there is not enough shade. We got lucky and got there early, but I could see that being a pain. Price is a bit high for what you get, but not ridiculous by any means. Plenty of fun for kids and some stuff for adults too.

We went to a birthday party here and I have to say it was a lot of fun. Lifeguards were great! The water was warm but what can you expect for Arkansas? Highly recommend taking the kids or having a birthday party.

$10 to get in is too much for this place. The slide is not enjoyable due to you feel every seam on your back. Also ALOT of dead spiders in the lazy river. Poop was removed from the lazy river with a scooper and drop just over the fence. Life guards looked bored and not attentive. I felt unsafe in the pool.

This is a great place to take your family. They have something for every age. On the weekend this place fills up very fast so you need to get there when it opens. No outside food or drinks allowed. They have a concession stand. The food is good for a concession stand. You can leave to get lunch and come back without paying again, but if its at capacity you will have to wait until someone leaves before you can reenter.

We had our daughters 4th Birthday party here today. All in all the place was great. We reserved the party room and it was exactly what they promised. The facility was very clean. This was $250.00 well spent for a birthday party. I do feel that a few of the Lifeguards were very unprofessional with their actions. I believe they thought they were being funny but in my opinion they acted very childish and immature. All that being said my child had a blast and ultimately that's what mattered most.

The waterpark itself is great, the staff however not so much...lifeguards have attitudes and the young girl at the concession window was extremely rude....had to go up there 3 times just to get a simple chicken strip combo...first trip she tells me they dont have strips, 2nd time they didnt have fries, and 3rd time after it took them 30 mins just to cook them she snatches the money out of my hand....customer service skills were horrible!!!

This place has different rules every time I go there. Kids under 48" are unable to jump off the diving board yet my kid attended swim lessons there and they were required to jump off of it as part of the lesson. If you want to go to a real water park this place is not the place to go to. Weak Sauce!

So.. you have to sit 90 minutes in the rain in order to be granted a rain check after paying 45 dollars to be there 15 minutes. Amazing policy. Enjoy your money thieves.

Still a fun place to go but the water splash in the kiddy area doesn't work any more. There are not half the tubes for the lazy river as there were last year. Prices for food are still high and to top it off they have gone up in price of admission a pretty good amount.

Lazy river is green and closed. Dirt in all the pools. 15 minute breaks all the time and we have to get out of the Water? Sections blocked off? Way down from last year. Could have at least told us the conditions before taking our money. We will be back and hope to see improvements. Also the food sucks. Completely inedible. Better I guess. Life guards don't really enforce the rules but it was enjoyable this time. However, instead of inflating tubes, they just throw them in the fenced in pump area. They only had 14 tube for the river.

Nice. Kids had fun. 15 minute breaks are annoying especially after waiting 30 minutes for a tube for the lazy river to find out that they are doing a 15 minute break. For the price it is great for a large family. We didn't eat any food this time, so I don't have any comments there. We stayed for 4.5 hours and kids still weren't ready to leave. It was filled to capacity, so it was very crowded.

Borderlands and other things I like to play

We've been here a ton this summer alone. Very nice place to be on a hot day. Always very clean and well kept. Lots of lifeguards on duty and never over crowded. Entry is cheap and you can stay as long as you want. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We showed up with nine people. We got the pass for 75.00 and all got in. There are plenty of life guards to make you feel safe. The guards were nice, they talked to the kids and helped them on and off the slides. There were slides for all ages: toddler to teen. The breaks are a great idea to help keep the kids hydrated.

The only complaint I have is that people that aren't swimming that are there to watch shouldn't have to pay $8 if they're not going to get in the pools or slides. But the pools and slides were great. Will be bringing myself and kids back

The rain check policy they have is a bit excessive considering waiting 90 minutes in total to see if lightning was gonna strike again is a long time when you have young ones with you especially when your spend $20+ and was only in the water 20 minutes at best before they told everyone to get out. Its a nice facility but they really should consider revising the policy because they just simply made money and we didn't get to enjoy it.

It was a great time for the kids and I! Price is fair, they have one private shower and restroom where if need be you can get cleaned . The lazy river was a nightmare trying to get a floater, long wait, there should be a system but only teens were on duty. Other than that we had a great, fun time!

Great park but sucks having to get out of the pool all of the time to give lifeguards breaks. They should rotate breaks and have a couple extra guards so they can get their breaks and stop making everyone get out of the pool all of the time. It’s not easy trying to get some kids out of the pool and then all of kids start throwing tantrums like crazy.
