This Park is classified in the category of Amusement center.
My kids liked this place, it's very well lit & there's plenty of flat out trampoline surfaces for kids to jump & a foam pit, but that's about it.. When comparing the two.. My kids prefer Urban Air because it has a ball pit obstacle course & suspended plank walk.
Get the keys and don't forget the kids. This is an amazing fun place to enjoy with children and family. There is a food area so you can take a break. Well worth the price. Are you ready for fun and family? This is the place!!
Set up for vr was average...I have seen way better. Overall a good spot to take the kids or have a birthday party.
Great place for kids and some adults to have a blast
AMAZING FUN
The trampolines are in great condition and they are clean, they have 2 separate areas for dodge ball to keep the little kids separate from big kids and adults, you have to buy socks that are made for trampoline jumping so you don't slip and get hurt which you can use them again so it is not a big deal. The employees are young teens and they either don't know anything or just don't care or maybe both which is very annoying. They have lockers so you can lock up your purse, phone, wallet, shoes, etc.....They have a trampoline basketball area which is fun, they have a foam pit which kids jump on top of each other and no employee will come over and stop it so ine day someone will get seriously injured because of it. If the employees paid attention and were the least bit interested in customer service I would have given a 5 star but the employees are horrible.
Kids very hapy
Great time...
Fun place. Party hosts r bacially kids and dont tend to well.
Over all fun experience for the kids, the staff was very young and it showed in the service aspect . Trampoline area was awesome and a staff member was monitoring it, which we liked. The arcade room was probably half out of order with no signs indicating so, even the one that was unplugged (my 4 year old didn't know the difference) so obviously very frustrating for my kids, the girl at the front desk said she'd tell her manager,. . The "manager" was busy playing virtual reality. We were one of 3 or 4 families there it was very slow and boring for staff apparently. Would Go back but we know what not to expect.. And kids are burnt out after the first hour so probably don't buy any more time until the first hour goes by
As a parent of a young one, their toddler time is the best idea I've seen, and I'm surprised more entertainment places don't have something like that. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, where my daughter can jump and play without having to worry about running into bigger kids as they jump. My only complaint would be that there isn't a toddler time on the weekend at some point. Since we work during the week, we very rarely have time to take advantage of this.
Nice wide open place with lots of room so even when there's a lot of people; it's never crowded. The time they give is more than enough. The jumping will give you a good work out way before your bracelet expires
Family of 4 package fpr $50 is a great deal. My 4 kids had a blast! We will be return
Great place to take the entire family. The grandchildren loved it.
Went to great nephews birthday party. The kids love it.
This is the perfect place to tire the little one out on a rainy day. Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Super fun!
Great cardio workout and a blast for the kids
Lots of options. They have a foam pit to jump into, dodge ball courts (one for juniors and one for whoever), basket ball hoops, a children's zone, and plenty of open area for jumping and having fun. They have also recently opened their virtual reality game area. If you're with friends the virtual reality games can be linked so you and your friends can play together. There is also an arcade room available to enjoy.
Very nice during 9 am -1 pm weekday toddler time. My daughter loves this place.
My son lovew this place. If he could, he would come here every weekend and school break.
We love the fun atmosphere of this place since it 1st came and took Little Rock by storm. I recall how the line wrapped around the front of the building. One star (perhaps 2) was deducted because of the inherent dangers of this place. I wish that there was more that could be done to ensure the safety of the jumpers. But the rating remains high because I’ve witnessed the vigilance of the workers in spotting safety hazards. Perhaps tell people/us upon entering to take a moment and read the clearly posted signs.
What a fun place to spend time for adult and kids!
When we went it was on a weekday. There weren't that many people there so it wasn't to crowded like I've heard it can be so the kids got to enjoy themselves without bumping into other kids.
Great place great staff overall wonderful!!
My grandson loved the virtual reality games as well as the trampolines. The VR games were expensive, though. However, we got a fee trip back to Altitude since we bought a ticket to play the VR games. My grandson said it deserved a 5 star rating.
Awesome place tons of children though
Plenty of activities and of course trampolines! The associates here are extremely helpful and courteous. Birthday parties aren't the only way to have fun.
My daughter loved it. Great place for kids
We have been to this trampoline park twice now. My kids love to go there for birthday parties and just to hang out with their cousins they have great deals. They can jump by the hour. It's great exercise great fun. They're at a good location in Little Rock. They serve pizza and nachos and have bottled drinks and Candy also.
We had our son’s 3rd party here. Kids had a blast. If you go early, it’s mostly families with small kids and very safe... perfect kids music. Our hostess, Anna, was very helpful, attentive, and sweet. Pizza was delicious and all our adult participants could sit and watch for free. Kids enjoyed the archades when they needed a break from jumping. Easy set up and clean up... stress free party. Very reasonably priced.
Love it! Kids had a lot of fun
Great place for family fun. Huge facility
This is a fun place for the whole family. Today was my families first time and we will definitely be back!
Great time
I had a blast with my daughter's
l HAAAAAD SO MUCH FUN!!! I can't wait to go back. Went with my bestfriend
my kid it's always happy in there!
My family just did the virtual reality for an hour...affordably!!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean too!
It was good even for a 16 month old!
It’s not as competitive as it used to be. Other trampoline parks in the area offer more to do and some let you play all day. Altitude limits you to only an hour. However they are the cheapest so it makes up for it. My kids have always enjoyed their time here.
if going just to go, make sure you eat before. Not much of a selection of things to eat except junk. They ran out of pizza and nachos. Grandkids enjoyed it otherwise
Great place for the grandchildren to let loose and have fun! Had a birthday for grandchild that was well taken by the staff! Would definitely go back! Cake and pizza was good everyone enjoyed the party!
Awesome trampoline park! My kids had a fun time!
It was really fun just don't stay over a hour it gets boring
The The storm took out the lights I was given a 25% off lights come on party started and everything was smooth sailing after that nice place nice party hosts we'll be back for sure. Thanks yall! For keeping cool during a tuff time I thinks you all did great the communication you had with all the guest was spot on. ...great job!
First of all the kids love it. They had me drive to Little Rock from our hometown of Searcy rather than going to Conway. I understand that Conway has a similar trampoline park. This particular trampoline park is huge. It has dozens and dozens of trampolines and activities associated with trampolines. There are virtual reality games, basketball goals video games, etc... there are a lot of family size picnic tables that you can set it to have your pizza, nachos, chips and candy that you can get at the snack bar at pretty reasonable prices actually. They have bottled drinks and believe it or not the bathrooms are pretty clean. You would think with hundreds of kids coming to this place daily bit by this time a day which is around 7 PM and our close on Sunday, that the bathrooms might be disgusting. Well anything but disgusting they actually smelled nice and are very clean. Sure you’re going to see a little paper laying around here and there but the men’s bathroom is actually clean. The price was basically $20 for two hours per kid. Plus there’s a new added bonus of that you must buy a pair of their traction socks or grip socks and an additional two dollars per kid. This is a little different than most trampoline parks. Most trampoline parks will let you use the socks you bring The price was basically $20 for two hours per kid. Plus there’s a new added bonus of that you must buy a pair of their traction socks or grip socks and an additional two dollars per kid. This is a little different than most trampoline parks. Most trampoline parks what do you use the socks you bring., Then The grip socks at two dollars each are optional. Not crazy about that , But I understand you need to create various streams of revenue to operate a business. It’s set me back eight dollars plus tax so not too bad I guess. One thing I do like about this trampoline park over the other ones I’ve been to is I can actually hear myself make this review while using voice text. There is music but it’s not so loud that I can feel it in my teeth. Don’t get me wrong I like music but they figured out a good balance for us parents who want to watch videos or TV on the phone while we wait for the kids. I understand they have party discounts as well or group discounts. I’m not sure about the pricing on that but I know if you give them a call or check their website you could most likely find out easily. If you’re in the little rocky are you or what we are 50 miles away and decide you want to try a trampoline park give Altitude a shot I think you’ll be happy. And I know the kids will be.....
This is a great place to take your kids, even a spouse to have fun. My children throughly enjoyed themselves.
Ok place over all...they want you to buy special socks to jump there
Only thing good about this place is they have an early bird special 2 hours for 10.00. Very dirty had too many chocking hazards on the floor not a good way to spend my sons 1st birthday.
Had an awesome time just wish there was more to do with the trampolines, everything else was awesome tho!!! And great service
Had lots of fun, thankfully it wasn't crowded on a Friday night. Had to buy $2 "safety socks", price overall wasn't bad. Will come back!
Great place for kids to burn off some energy. Very clean place and not a bad price. If you go on Wednesdays for 1 adult and 1 child it was 24$ for 2 hours.
If you're down to be a big kid for a day
Great service, good deal ($10 per person, 2 hours) and it was a lot of fun!
Fun place
The prices are high and they don’t have much stuff to play on. The basketball game was broke and you can’t do a lot of things
My grandsons and I were visiting the Little Rock, AR, area, and was in need of a venue that provided indoor activities for kids. We decided to check out Altitude. My grandsons had a wonderful time. The staff was very courteous, and professional....
It's okay. If it weren't for a gross lack of options of in door play places I probably wouldn't bring the kids here. The foam pit has an odor it's time to clean it or replace the foam.
Great fun for everyone. Toddler time is our favorite and you can't beat the price! Always clean and staff is friendly.
My grandbaby loves this place. She really enjoys herself & never wants to leave.
Amazing place
Absolutely the best indoor trampoline park I have been to. Staff is excellent and attentive to the needs of both parents and children. We will be back! Special thanks to Chandler for all his help on the VR System
Son love this place
Really fun and cool vr setup
Compared to other locations of this franchise I have visited, the trampolines here are missing some key fun features. Meanwhile they are adding on other separately paid activities that have nothing to do with jumping. Confusing customers about what you paid for is not ok.
Entry price was a bit much at that time but food and drink prices where reasonable. Little crowded with like 9 birthday parties going on but my whole family still had fun.
Our kids love coming here for birthday parties.
Kids had fun
Fun for all ages!
1) restroom are disgusting. You look at it and you vomit 2) in kids zone, adults play. no one's supervises 3) adults and teens run like anything not worrying about other kids saftey. It's not enough to put a sign "no running" there should be someone to enforce it
This place is super great for birthday parties kids just love it and so does adults
4 stars because the kids had a blast. As far as value, not so many stars. $250 got us 2 hours play, 2 Domino's Pizzas, a bottle of water and some paper plates. You decide.
Worst experience ever. I don't know if it comes from all the complaints is it being so dangerous for young kids or whatever, but it was a super snore fest. They played nothing but girlie Disney music and I'm a female. There was only like 6 people in there. The staff was just a couple boring teens. I am from out of town and this was just terrible. The last time I went to Altitude where I live I paid $98 for 7 people an hour for 5 children and 30 minute for 3 adults. We came here and paid $32 for an hour for 2 children. Didn't quite sit right. Altogether, this place is suppose to be fun for both the children and parents and it was boring for all of us. Thanks for the terrible vacation experience.
Great fun for kids with a time limit!
Its very nice, but no where as cool as the 3rd.
Great way for your kid to exercise. Big place, and fair prices.
So much fun. We visit here often
Fun place for kiddos (and kiddos at heart) to bounce off some energy
It's ok...trampolines are fun but it is not as clean as it could be. Neice and nephew loved it!!
My husband and I were very pleased with having our daughter's 3rd birthday party at altitude. The staff were all hepful and I really enjoyed using the private room. My daughter had a great time and our party host was great he did a wonderful job.(Sam) Thanks to everyone. We will be returning Janford Ellis.
Fun, fun!! Great for bday parties (kids/teens). Vending machines to buy drinks, sell cute Altitude t-shirts, fully staffed, nice, clean.
Kids had fun but unfortunately I feel the new parks will be its demise.
This place is kind of cheap. They go buy stuff from Sam’s food to sale and go to Dominos pizza to get pizza to serve by the slice. It feels like I am buying food from a kid’s fundraiser. There is no variety of things to do on the trampolines like Urban Air. It gets old and boring quick.
Great place to go with the kids at any age
Had a blast at my step daughters birthday party . Love this place .
The expenses does not justify the treatment of the children there & to try to make a child repay for an hour when the parent has paid for two is just plain "GREEDY!!!"
My grandson had a blast while an old friend and I caught up. It was perfect.
Celebrating my grandson's 3rd birthday here had a fabulous time watching them jump around.
Had my daughter's birthday party at Altitude on Saturday - party was very affordable, and our host was excellent. However, we disliked having to have our guests spend 15 minutes waiting in a busy line to sign a waiver for their kids and then wait for our host to get them a pair of socks. 20 minutes of the party guests spent just trying to get their kids ready to jump. At Urban Air - the host takes care of getting your child signed up and brings socks to you personally to not waste time. This is definitely a process that needs to be improved. Instead of having 5 teens working behind a counter they could devote someone specifically to solely work your party so that it flows smoothly. Also, the music was disappointing. It did not set the mood to make you want to jump around at a party but take a nap.
Quick place to have fun while getting in some exercise. I wish the kids area was separate from the adults or time restrictions for older individuals were enforced but overall it is a good place.
Unlimited fun for the little ones and big kids too. They've added grip socks as additional $2 cost but that's a win-win. There's nothing ever wrong with kids burning off energy. Guess who's house was pin drop quiet when returning home - MINE
Great trampoline park with a huge court as well as 2 Dodge ball areas and a VR section.
This place is amazing!! True work out experience!! The VR (*highly recommend the rollercoaster!*) was out of this world!! They cautioned me about possibly sitting down, i declined... and almost tipped over!! It was a thrill to say the least!!
I threw a party there for December 24th. I book the party online to start at 5 pm. While at church I received several calls. When speaking to the manager he told me that my party couldn’t be at 5 because they closed at 5 due to it being Christmas Eve. He asked if I could change it but all my family were in town all ready for my 8 year old birthday party. He told me it would be a 50% discount due to a computer era on there part. My party was late because I only had a few minutes to change the whole party. I was late getting there and 4 of my kids only had 10 minutes of actual jump time and I still had to pay over $200. I will not be going back!!! Update: I was contacted by a manger or owner Kevin a couple of weeks ago and he said that the company wanted to make things right and send a certificate for a free party through the mail. I have not heard back from this gentleman nor have I received the certificate. I have called this individual a couple of times with no call back. It’s kind of crazy how fast I got a response back and now nothing.
Great place to take your family.
I liked it alot, especially the dodgeball.
It was a lot of fun. We went as part of a birthday party. I do think they need more staff on the floor to help with supervising the jumpers and for customer questions. Overall, a good experience.
My daughter and her friend went for her birthday, the price wasn't bad i don't guess. $45 for 2 ppl for 2 hours but they had lots of fun and were wore out when they got home, so good place to wear the kids out lol
Good place for Bday
My daughter loves this place
Had a blast & a great birthday party! Party host could've been a little more outgoing & fun, too quiet & shy, only saw her twice the whole party. Kids loved it&were wore out afterwards!!
My kids love this place a lot but I don’t especially when you have to pay a little extra money
It was a ton of double fun
Keeps the kids busy enjoying themselves, and drains their batteries so Mom and Dad can rest and relax.
10 children jumping, running and having a blast! Thanks for the fun! The whole staff did their best to keep everyone happy! Christopher was especially alert in closing out our group! He caught some oversights to our benefit! 10 children and all parents loved it! Thanks again!
My boys love coming here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always clean! My boys have a blast everytime we come. Love the socks
Had a great time
Thought it would be fun for the kids looked up online sounded great.Drove 30 miles from Cabot area.Upon arrival the front desk informed me of a waiver we had to sign on the computer.one for every person that would be jumping. They had a special so to speak going on.I have 3 children ages 12 9 and 5.For the kids to jump for 2 hours and the 3 pairs of socks we had to purchase my total was 51 $.WOW.The staff was very short and couldn't answer any questions that I had asked them.all but 1 of the arcade games was out of order some with no signs on them to inform anyone of this.3 dollars for nachos which included 1 small bag of stale corn chips and a cup of nachos cheese sauce microwaved of course. Lol. Overall bad experience ended up leaving early with a few free hour of jump time for the kids.Wont come back needs to be addressed.Bad business all around. NO STARS FOR THIS!
Great place to take the family!
Staff was very friendly. The kids loved it
It a nice place to go to enjoy. Yourself it all kind of game's,and food there.
Party host wasn't around a lot but she did come by and make sure we didn't need anything and she was nice. She asked if I needed help doing any of the deco as well. Party checkin was fine. I didn't have an issue until I got ready to pay. The two girls at the counter act like they didn't want to check me out. They kept telling the other one to do it. I finally said, I can just leave and not pay if no one wants to check me out. It shouldn't gave taken that long. No one else was even at the counter. Then after getting home I had to turn back around to get my son's tshirt and free 1 hr pass for a future visit which was out of the way. Same girls at the counter as it was aboit an hour later. When I tell the girl who finally checked me out, she said they didn't give you the pass or shirt, I said no you didn't give me the pass and shirt. I do like that they offer a 5 jump party because the others do not. They also decreased prices since I reserved back in January so that was a plus.
Wonderul time letting the kids exhaust all their afternoon energy. A lot of options for bouncing & play. You can wear socks or go barefoot on the trampolines. They have a giant foam pit. Two basket ball goals for creative dunks or layups. They have two dodgeball areas. One is more for smaller kids, the other actually has an employee to ref and keep the peace & fair play. Remember to do the wavier online before you arrive. Also if it is a planned visit, go ahead and pay online to avoid the lines during the busy times. Employees are polite and have always responded to any concern I had. One of our kids favorite places to play when the weather isn't nice.
If you like a lot of noise and crowds and jumping on the trampoline wonderful place to be
My kids love coming here. Great way to get all of their energy out!
It is a great way to have fun with your friends and family
Fair pricing, clean, spacious. Not crowded
Kids love it but a little high on their prices
The kids had a blast jumping into the foam pit and playing in the big open area! Very reasonable prices.
My parents and I came on Sunday July, 22 with my two boys. I am from San Antonio, and we love our Altitude Trampoline park out there. My kids came to tell me that they were not able to use the foam pit. They said there were no lines up there and kids were all just running and jumping in. I asked if the employee up there was saying anything to the kids and they said no. I went to go observe, and sure enough, even though the rules there state that kids should wait in a line and wait until someone clears out before jumping in, it was a free-for-all. Children kept running in front of others, cutting, jumping in without looking, and some were just sitting inside building towers with the blocks. The employee was not even watching the pit, but instead the basketball games taking place right next to it. I walked up to the front to let someone know that I was concerned about this because someone's kid could get kicked in the head or landed on. They said they would take care of it. They switched the employee out for another one who did the EXACT SAME THING. My kids came back again to tell me that they still couldn't get into the foam pit. I went to watch again and the girl supervising this time also was letting kids just run and jump in. I was starting to get worried because there were even little ones, about 2 or 3, just ignoring other kids waiting and would jump in and sit there and play in the foam blocks. Their parents also did not seem aware of the rule and just laughed and let them do it. I was afraid one of the little ones was going to get really hurt by one of the bigger ones. After about 10 minutes I saw this employee blow her whistle once for a particular rowdy group of kids on one side and said, "Hey, you need to get in line.," to which the children did not listen and kept on going back to being rowdy. She went back to watching the basketball area and did not seem concerned. At this point, I had to just ask my kids to stay out of the foam pit, which is something they really enjoy. My niece seriously hurt her ankle at a trampoline park in Little Rock, and I didn't want to see that happen to my boys or anyone else's kid either for that matter. I just can't believe that nothing was done to ensure the kids' safety even after I said something to them and feel that safety should be a number one priority in a place like this. I suppose that's what you get when you have a bunch of teenagers sitting around to run the place.
I think that the customer service could be a little better (at least a friendly greeting or something). My family & I had a great time Overall tho.
Great place!! I even jumped with my kids!!
This is a great place to let kids use that energy they have stored up. Our school had a field day there on the Friday entering the Labor Day weekend. The kids jumped for up to two hours. The facility easily accommodated over 150 middle school and high school students. If adults wanted to participate in the fun, the group rate cost was $11.00 per adult. Parents, who choose not to jump, can sit at the metal picnic type tables and socialize while their children have a blast. If the adults rather not talk with others, free wi-fi is available. The participants receive skid-free socks as they sign in. The socks are nicely designed and printed with the name of the establishment. The socks are a good keepsake. The staff were nice and helpful. The facility was clean, and parking was plentiful. This place is right off of the highway so it is easy to find. Rather you park in the front or back lot, there is easy access. There is a front and a back entrance.
Cool spot to slide through..better for the younger kids 10 under with big groups.
Horrible place for a party. Staff members are all kids that simply work for a check. They don't know anything and always need to find assistance to help you with simple issues. Management is always unavailable. I paid for a party and didn't get everything included that I paid for!!! Will never go back.
We had a lot of fun there lots of room to jump and even a fun foam pit
Fun place to enjoy with your kids. And if you go at certain times of the week, you can find good deals for entrance. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
Really fun place to take the kiddos and get a great cardio workout at the same time!
They seem to be very well run for parties. Could use some more staff supervising as there were some extremely rowdy children taking other kids down in headlocks including my own. After prying the kid off mine it took awhile to find someone to let know what was going on. Not enough staff in the actual trampoline area.
Lots of fun and adventure!
This place should be for kids 12 and up. There is no organization. The staff is a bunch of teens that enforce NO rules. It is a dangerous place. They allow big kids to jump all over toddlers. The age groups should be seperated. My 2 year old was jumping on 1 of the trampoline blocks when a group of kids ran and jumped over her and broke her leg. This can't even be prevented with parents like myself sitting right there. It is too chaotic. I will never go back again.
This girl was trying to fight me because I ran into her and she still there
Lots of fun during toddler time.. Fri 10 - 1... Toddlers only $2.. and they honor military!
Had an absolute blast. I think I had just as much if not more fun than the kids. I definitely advise going for the early bird special. It's only $10 for 2 hours as apposed to $16 for one hour. Great place endless fun for all!!
Great thing to do with your kids very clean nice attitude from employees
It was enjoyable for me
Great fun for the kids and super affordable
The kids had fun. Make sure u bring a jacket it's pretty chilly.
Very clean and nice staff
The offspring loved his visit here. The VR gaming was a big draw for him
Could be more entertaining obstacles and jump themes
We took our son for his birthday and the kids had a blast! Mommy and I had fun too.
She loved it! Great place for a birthday party!
Kids had a blast at a birthday party!
Fun, large trampoline park. I don't recommend this for kids under 4, although they do have a designated area for them. (It's difficult to make them stay in one area, but if you can stay with your child the entire time, it will be advantageous--otherwise they may get run over!)
Granddaughter and her friends loved it!
They jumped for hours. Great place for groups when it's too chilly to be outside.
Fun place. A little expensive and party host could stand to be a little more attentive and out going/peppy. They seemed a little stand-offish and I had to ask how to do stuff as well as where and when. But, overall we had a great time. Everybody loved it. Kids and adults alike!
My kids loved it here. Prices are reasonable. Be prepared to pay for their socks, though. They need "special" socks to jump. There are alternative options for those who can't jump, too. They also have food and beverages available. You can even book your birthday parties there. It wasn't too busy today, which is a Sunday. Planning on coming back next week!
This park has the least varity of activities of the parks I have been to so both times we have gone my kids were done after two hours. That said the specials make this the place to go if you don't want to make it a full day activity. There are plenty of trampolines, dodgeball, and a foam pit. There is an area for smaller children in the back corner and a snack bar since outside food and drinks are not allowed.
The kids had so much fun and it made me want to go jump. The next time I will. The entire facility is filled up with all types of trampoline options and ways of flying in the air and landing in the cushion or bouncy area, no matter what. It's not cheap but make sure you have plenty of energy for this facility.
Fun place just don’t get why u can’t get a little hang on the rim I mean they’re pretty strong we should at least have the ability to have a small hang on the rim I get that they might brake but if we were going full Shaq mode on the rims of course we would brake it if talked to many people there and friends and they all hate that u can’t hang on the rim I suggest making a new rule or getting new hoops
It was on amazing! I highly recommend it. It was very safe if you make sure that you are careful on the trampolines.
Easy to see 2 kids at once and just a fun indoor place!
The coldest place ever my grandchildren love it
Always fun and safe. Kids love it
Love it, virtual reality was amazing
No complaints from me at all. This place was amazing i will take my child to this place again. I am pleased that there is a place that you can spend money and your child has so much fun that they fall asleep on the way home.
