I WAS THERE 20 MINUTES EARLY. NO ORGANIZATION, HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 6 PM FOR A 5:30 PARTY TO START JUMPING DUE TO WAIVERS HAD TO BE SIGNED ON AN I PAD. THEN WE PAID FOR THE MINI AND IT IS TO INCLUDE A HOSTESS, WE DID ALL THE WORK IN THE ROOM OURSELVES AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO ASK FOR A HOSTESS??? REALLY I ASKED IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. SOME OF THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE, A LITTLE GIRL GOT HURT ON THE FOAM ROOM AND HURT HER ARM AND THE BOY STAFF TOLD HER TO SUCK IT UP IT WAS FOAM SHE WOULD BE OK!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUDENESS LIKE THAT ALL OVER. THERE WERE MACHINES THAT WERE OPENED FROM THE MONEY AND TICKET BOX THAT KIDS WERE GETTING TICKETS AND FREE TOKENS OUT WHICH I FOUND OUT LATER. BUT THE MACHINE COULD EASILY BEEN A BAD SAFETY ISSUE IF SOMEONE WAS HURT OR ELECTROCUTED. TOOK FOREVER TO CHECK OUT THERE WAS ONLY ONE SWEET GIRL WORKING THERE. ONLY KIDS RUNNING THE PLACE AND NOT ONE ADULT SEEN. SOME OF MY PARTY PARENTS WERE VERY UPSET AND WILL NOT GO BACK. THIS WAS A FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE AND A LAST FOR THE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID OUR OWN CAKE, PASSED OUT OUR OWN PIZZA, NOT A BIG DEAL BUT THAT WAS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE MINI PLAN THAT SHOWS ON THE INTERNET!!!!!!!! OUR PARTY WAS FROM 5:30 TO 7:30. WE WERE NOT THROUGH AND LEAVING UNTIL 9 PM WAS VERY EXHAUSTING...

Not kid friendly ...staff rude ..inconsistent rules..money pit also kids bored of small trampoline area ..so they have confession stand and a few games to get more in your pocket..I had a bday child out of 7 kids and they said nothing for bdays I said not even a sticker ..just don't seem kid friendly here.

With a huge line the early 20s manager wouldn't open a second register. I waited 15 minutes to pay. Make the drive to Rogers and go to highrise. Much better customer service and park.

Horrible, teenagers allowed to basically knock the air out of 6-7 yr olds in dodgeball and laugh about it..nothing is done about it. We paid for a party to jump an hour, we took our kids out so they did not get hurt, so after we ate one of them wanted to joust (no big deal right) a worker came over to see our armbands, we were past out hour.Seriously two mins of jousting!! RIDICULOUS to say the least!!

The trampolines are always a go, and the laser tag it's always a go but it seems the arcade had more non working games than working ones. Still it was fun for the kids.

My kids have fun when I bring them but I am so uncomfortably hot and sweaty just sitting and watching them! Why does the air never seem to work? I paid for summer passes for 3 kids and I'm not getting my moneys worth because I get sick of sitting in the heat!

One of the workers were pretty rude. My friend broke her back and instead of helping, the employee went to another employee and gave my friend disgusting looks while talking to the other worker.

They want you to play games but when you put money in and they don't work you can't get a refund also the foam pit you can only have one person in at a time....just an all around bad experience will not return and I would suggest bowling or monkey house in Fort Smith area...

Very unorganized. Waited around 10 minutes for someone to notice that I was at the snack bar. Young person who does laser tag lacks personality and is incredibly rude. Trouble with waivers. Bad experience

Had a birthday party here recently & will never do it again. Staff was rude and so unhelpful, acted annoyed when asked about anything. The laser tag guy especially. They also waste your jumping time filling out waivers, eyerolling, and not knowing any answers to your questions. Had to personally chase down our cake, utensils, drinks, you name it. If I am paying over $200 for a party, I want good (&friendly) service!! Also there is a huge construction area w wet concrete floors right around the party room/arcade area, which seems super unsafe. Won’t be back to see they’re building.

Horrible horrible experience. Rude staff. Rude “host.” Kids running the place. This place needs to be shut down. Construction going on and it really doesn’t seem like a clean place. Holes in the walls, overpriced, and a lack of “customer service”

Too many little kids. The staff let 10 kids in a foam pit and nearly broke it. They didn't enforce anything. Kids had to wait 15 minutes for one round of jousting. The prices were also high.

We had a party booked yesterday from 4-6pm for my 12 year old son. It was the most unorganized party I have ever been to. They didnt even get to jump until 4:26 and then the girl at the desk said she couldnt extend our party room time just because we started late. Well .. we started late bc you run a disorganized business. Let alone the fact that it was hotter INSIDE the park than it was outside in the middle of an Arkansas July sun. If you knew you had parties booked and your AC unit went on the fritz, you should have given us options: To cancel w a full refund/option to reschedule, a discount, or even the decency to call us and let us know. We paid for a party w 10 kids for 189. We added two when we got there at an additional $10 a piece. Our final bill was $250. We had to ask for water .. the pizza was a $5 pizza from Eureka and we definitely did not get a hostess which was included in our package... we did everything ourselves. I am so unimpressed w this place. My fiance will be calling on Monday to speak w the owner. Despicable. I cannot believe we werent apologized to bc it was hot .. or offered any sort of consolation. We will never go there again.

We just left there. It was soooooo hot in there and most of the arcade games didn't work. When we asked an employee if there was a trick to putting coins into the games because two of them just rolled the coins back out to us we were told just try another game, sometimes these games work and sometimes they dont. The worst part was the staff, not one friendly person there. Not even a smile anywhere. The guy running laser tag acted very annoyed that we even went over there to play. While my boys were playing laser tag a couple of little boys walked over to him, wanting to play. They didn't have a receipt showing they could play so he just waved his hands at them to shoo them away, no explanation of what they needed to play or go get an adult or anything, no words at all. Very disappointed in a place that could definitely be amazing.

All the dudes were pretty chill and were cool about everything but the ladies at the front desk were so grouchy and mean which makes it look like as if they did not even want to work there....about 10 or 15 of the arcade games did not work and the trampolines are squeaky and need to be replaced the ladies were also racialy profileing us. The air vents were spreading dust

Absolutely disappointed about this place!!! I booked a party for my son recently in August and spend over a 200 dollars over there but their way to handle costumers and everything needs to be done for a party is completely out of any control or ethical service!!! They are hiring very young girls who doesn't know what to do and if they are doing is very very slowly actions and the service was very very poor!!! Defenetly I DON'T recommend the place! They aspect me like a costumer to know what supposed to be done,then they robbed my guests kids from their time to play because apparently they were late with preparing the room party for my son,plus the party supposed to start at 4.30 was 5.20 min when we got our first pitcher with drinks,so my guests were sitting in that room without any drinks, on a temp of 82 degrees!!!! which the thermostat showed at that time!!! Very disappointed with everything! I will never book other party with them and recommend all my friends to stay away from that place!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horribly overpriced and woefully underwhelming, ESPECIALLY when you consider the price of everything (and yes, they charge for EVERYTHING). No, you cannot just wear your own socks, you must buy their specific socks. The party 'packages' are a joke. If you pay for thr party room you get 2 hours - the first hour you jump and the second hour you get the party room. But you do not get to even put your presents/cake/etc in the party room until just before that hour in the room begins. You are expected to leave your personal belongings on random tables and hope no one messes with them/steals things. (But of course, this establishment has signs up that say they are not responsible for stolen items and also recommend that you rent their $3 tiny lockers. Go figure.) Also, if you want to ACTUALLY have a full hour of jumping for your kids, make sure to show up at least 15-20 minutes early so you can fill out the waiver and get their 'special' socks. Otherwise your jump time is heavily cut into by figuring out all of these things, and they won't allow you to extend the time wasted. And if you ask them about any of this (because the website and the person who answers the phone and books the party can't be bothered to explain how the parties work), you will just be told 'Sorry, this is how our parties work' with absolutely no sincerity. In fact, it's said with an air of boredom and annoyance. Besides all of this, even though it was a hot evening for January (literally over 60 degrees) their was a ratty little box fan in the window to try to cool off the janky party room where we had the one hour to pull kids away from the trampolines, & do pizza, cake, and presents. (And no, the fan didn't cool the room of at all). No napkins, ONE bare bones basic cheese pizza from Eureka Pizza, a pitcher of gross extremely watery lemonade, terrible customer service, and literally nothing else. And I think they are still under construction in some places? Seems rather unsafe to walk through a construction area to get to the party room! And all of this is $129 BEFORE tax & all of the other extra charges (because yes, even parents are charged for socks & jumping) for just the MINI party! See my pictures for proof. You're better off spending your money literally ANYWHERE elsewhere. This place is ridiculous. I have no idea how they stay in business. I was warned by several others that this place was terrible and that the reviews were all bad but this was where my in laws had already booked the party. Regrettable, expensive experience. I will never come back.

I would definitely recommend that you need to bring a friend(s) to this place unless you are one of those people who can make friends right off the bat or can just handle the fact that there is no one here that you know. There is also not very many things to do here. But it is a cool place!!! They took out most of the arcade games and added a Ninja Course which I think was a better decision.

Disappointed while using their arcade area while other kiddos were jumping. Power kept going off (tripping the breaker) due to all games being plugged into one outlet (per staff) (Safety Issue???!!) the kids playing games were refused to be given their $ back. Several upset kids & as a parent .... what's a couple of bucks in quarters to keep everyone happy from this establishment???? Must not be important to them. We like their jump area... but just felt this was poor PR & management.

This is a great addition to Fort Smith. My husband, Mom and I went one night late and had a good time. It wasn't super busy. I've been to a few larger trampoline gyms so this was a lot smaller than I expected but still fun for a 30 minute jump session. I did think it was really dumb that they made you purchase "special socks" if it was your first time. No other trampoline gym that I've been to has done this.

I was in there there a few days ago with a couple of friends. Its honestly not to bad of a place. The trampolines are fun, as well as the foam pit. The laser tag is by far the best thing at the park. If you do two rounds for 12 bucks. They let down do both rounds at once. Which is a total of 15 minutes. Staff and workers are pretty chill and cool. Only downside is the prices you can either jump for 30 minutes for 10 dollars, jump for an hour for 13 dollars, 90 minutes for 16 dollars, or jump for two hours for 19 dollars. We did the hour jump since it was only a few bucks more than 30 minutes. But other than that. It is a awesome place to hang out and chill for a few hours. I differently be coming back for sure!

My three children wanted to play in the dodgeball area most of the time we were there; however, the employee working would not let them just play. They played a real dodgeball game and as soon as they got out they had to sit out for long time before they could play again. I ask the employee three times if they could just play and not have to sit out. I was ignored. Since my child was the youngest, he typically got out first and cried most of the time we were there. Most of the games they have cost a dollar to play and they are crap. The food is expensive and our pretzel was cold. I won't go back!

I personally think this place charges way too much for jump time and the foam pit is just a breeding ground for germs...disgusting! The workers don't pay enough attention to what the kids are doing. My son had a birthday party there recently and we won't be going back there for a party for sure. We got chased out the door by a worker asking if we had paid for the party or not...maybe if she had paid attention and knew what was going on she would have knew that.

Wear clothing that's for 100+ they keep there air high. Don't play the games you won't get your money back if they don't work. Only have 6 people that want to play lazer tag the rest are broken. Not many activities.

Great fun for the kids! Kinda pricy though. I mean they making a killing at $12 a head! A lower price woulda got 5 stars. Even kids under 5 cost $12! For what? The a.c. that don't really keep the place cool??!! The kids had fun though!
