I only give this place 1 star because we only made it through the front door and signed a waiver just to be told my child couldn't jump because he can't jump "normal". I would've had to assist my child due to him being special needs. Special needs kids want to have fun too. Such a shame I had to take him away from the fun because he is different. I hope they make changes in the future where it involves all kids to have fun, not just "normal" kids.

I like this place because their staff is usually really nice to my son who has autism, except maybe one or two people there. He doesn't like going here because there are lots of safety rules but I understand its because they don't want anyone getting hurt. Their monthly passes are worth the price too.

Good fun for the kids. There are options for Adult fun but this is mostly for kids to get out and do something. They don't have much food outside of snacks. So plan accordingly.

It was really fun. Until on our way out my daughter sat at a table and two ratchet white middle aged women verbally attcked us, yelling obscenities and threating our lives for sitting at a public table for a min to put her shoes on. My daughter is 6 years old she was visibly upset and confused as was I. I went to the management where they proceeded to tell me that they could not remove the people bc they had paid for jump time. We had been there for three hours and were on our way out and this is how they treat paying customers. No apologies no money back no repercussions for their actions. So they get one star. For their lack of saftey and security standards.

I enjoy letting the little one burn off some energy here from time to time. It's a good time. Wish the seating was a bit more comfortable. Removed a star... they have a class which I use the word loosely because the kids running seem like they have no plan. Which cost 100 bucks and they don't even have the concession stand open for kids or adults to gets drinks etc. This is more of a glorified play time.

I have never been there before. I don't think I'll ever go back. It was grungy. Just really not a fun place. Not much to do for older kids. The staff who hosted the party I went to was real drab. Never smiled, kind of short tempered. Won't be returning.

Took my daughter here only to be restricted to one tiny tiny tiny area..we thought it was going to be bigger and what a HUGE disappointment for a toddler that has so much energy and wants to jump on a regular trampoline. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

Fun place for the kids and adults. They don't allow outside food or drinks in the facility however. This includes cakes. Presents are only allowed in the party rooms avalible for rent. Advance reservations for rooms is advised.

Skyzone is a decent establishment. It's a fun place, I would recommend an staying for an hour, and at most two. There is an array of activities such as rock climbing, basketball, dodgeball, jousting, running at a wall head first, a challenge course, zip lining, and obviously trampolines. The staff are friendly but strict, possibly to a fault, but I can see how it's needed in a high risk and niche business. The snack bar is understaffed. At the snack bar its seems the norm that if you are not waiting in a line, you are waiting on someone to show behind the counter. The prices are high, but not outrageous. Its clean and mostly well kept. There were a few broken devices. One being a stand in the jousting areana, leaveing an exposed metal plate. The other being the zipline which was repaired by nighfall.

This place is a Beta testing location and so they have had their ups and downs with policy, rules, etc. They could probably be a little more consistent, but that is all part of "working out the kinks". They WAY make up for it in the customer service they provide. The staff there is GENUINELY concerned about the kids, and in my opinion, that makes ALL the difference in the world. This is different from how it was 6 months to a year ago, so whomever is responsible for this new staff and their attitudes needs a raise! The elite plus membership is the best thing since sliced bread!! My son is 9 and the staff calls him by name (it's printed on the sticker), keeps an eye on him, and when he gets out of line, they are kind and considerate while correcting his behavior. The staff is SUPER helpful and even though the managers seem overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, they ALWAYS manage to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have had a couple of "issues" with various things and each and EVERY time, they make me feel like I am the only customer in the building and bend over backwards to make things right! Even when a problem couldn't be solved immediately, they made sure to follow up and call me with the solution! I used to hate it when my kid wanted to go "jump" because it seemed to be a lot of hassle to pay $20 for an hour of trampoline time...special socks, special shirt, having to watch closely because the staff was never paying attention, overpriced snacks, waivers every other time, waiting in line for an hour. This place has fixed that!! The price is NOW amazingly affordable, the staff is attentive and competent, the wait is NEVER more than 5 minutes even when they are packed and their new system is seamless! Now, it's my FIRST suggestion...which make everyone happy!! Thanks for all the improvements SkyZone staff! You have made this place a safe happy place where Ashbrook and his friends ALWAYS want to be!

The staff is friendly, abundant, and the kids love sky zone. I like that the facility is clean and I feel safe having the kids run and play even if they are out of sight. (They can each be doing their own activity well getting exercise. I am only giving a 3 star rating however due to having issues every time I come. I have 3 elite memberships and the 6 times I have come each time their system seems to have lost my account, overcharges, undercharges, and time errors. The last time I came one kids sticker said 230-430, one said 415-615, one said 430-730... They were printed at the same time. One of the 3 elite memberships was charged improperly. When I got food 1 was charged for nachos I never received (didn't feel like fighting it) I am happy to say the charged me correctly to jump with the kids (1/2 off with elite membership) which was the first time since I have been coming. Overall I would recommend coming, but pay in cash, do not get a membership, and double check price before paying.

This is my first visit to an establishment like this. The indoor trampoline parks have never been high on my list to take my kids to, mostly because thinking about jumping on a trampoline makes mt knees hurt. Well I can tell you that I am glad I went, my son (6 y/o) had a blast! A whole 2 hours with not even a "I'm bored" or "when are we leaving" My son was totally occupied the entire time! The only reason I took a star off was that I was there for a birthday party and wanted to buy some extra hours for the birthday kid and his friends. They were supposed to get a discounted rate but when we tried to purchase more we were told we had to pay full price for the extra hour due to the birthday check already being closed. We asked out host (we were still in the birthday room) about this and she went to try and make it right (wasn't her fault) and 30 minutes later with no resolution and the kids anxious to get jumping, I just paid the full price. It honestly just sounds like a stupid policy that should be absolutely simple to fix is a POS system, but none of the staff are authorized to do so. They should reconsider this and place a bit of trust in their staff to make decisions like this. The whole situation could have been avoided.

My family went for the first time and had a BLAST! Great for bigger kids (7+) and active kids at heart. The prices were very reasonable, we took advantage of the MLK promo, $20 for 3hrs. I was surprised that even the Ninja Warrior course and other activities were included. Will be back soon!

If you ever want to hear “they can’t be here” “you can’t jump here” “she has to stay there” and deal with tantrums instead of laughs go here! Not the place to take children of different ages. Our kids couldn’t jump together ages 3 and twins are 5 because of the age “restrictions” and we paid to jump as well and I dont Know when or where that was suppose to happen because we couldn’t jump with the little ones or the older one...basketball is one at a time so it’s like go alone and jump and don’t do anything together because “you can’t do that”. We left before our time was up that’s how bad that was. So many other jump places we have been to and wanted to give this a try but never again! Oh and the sock thing is dumb, haven’t been to any other place that requires their special socks that you won’t use again because you won’t be back. Go to jump street down the road at least there you can have fun.

My daughter gad her sons Birthday there. We will NEVER go back. 1st of all, guests had to pay for ANYTHING at the food court till the party's TIME SLOT. She had PAID till 3pm and Cake was finished, it was 2 :45. So all the kids went out to play more. It wasn't even 3 yet, and somebody came and was like... U need to pay for additional time. What was she supposed do. Tell the kids to go home? So she paid for the kids to have an additional 30 min. Here is where I lost my temper. The staff went up to THE KIDS and told them to go downstairs because their time was up. When I complain to the staff, their excuse was thst the needed to sign the "waiver" . REALLY? Like kids could Sign for themselves. The bill, at the end of the party was $485 for 15 kids. BOTTOM LINE, they we're EXPENSIVE, and had a complete lack of understanding that their business DEPENDS on kids having a good time. This place is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, not THE KIDS.

HORRIBLE for toddlers even after boasting attractions on their website like “toddler time” and “toddler areas” please save yourself the time and MONEY for what a waste this was so disappointed in this location and the management system here. After purchasing toddler time and being told we could use EVERYTHING until 11am, after walking on the first court with my almost 2&3 year old we were told immediately we had to go to the toddler zone only, then after clearing it up with one employee almost immediately after that another employee comes to kick us off the courts. Then we go to the toddler area with a broken gate that they want open now because of its condition, but want to keep toddlers in this area anyway, um did anyone in management think this through? NEVER been so dissatisfied. After addressing my concerns with the manager you’d think they’d offer a refund or at least partial or passes for next tine since we didn’t even get to stay the entire hour we paid for or use the entire facility, but no just said sorry he’d check with the team to make sure they know the rules. Well thanks but I won’t be back to find out if the manager can more properly instruct his team on what the rules and regulations for he facility is.

My daughter went there on a field trip that was planned at least a month in advance. Due to poor customer service she spent over an hour in the snack bar line to purchase lunch and never received it. She said the employees and manager couldn't care less, they were in no hurry to serve their customers who were willing to pay for food and drinks. If the people working there don't change their attitudes there are other trampoline places on this side of town who will take their customers. UPDATE within an hour of posting this the owner of this Skyzone location contacted me to discuss what occurred. He seemed genuinely concerned and disappointed and said he will address with his staff. I appreciate the follow up call.

I do have to say I have checked out some of the other “parks” and they don’t bombard you about memberships and it’s nice to not have to keep saying no and feel like I’m in a used car dealerships with desperate sales people trying to get a deal while I’m trying to have fun with my family, I am rethinking coming here if this trend continues and I’ve already steered friends and family from coming here because I know that they will say no and they won’t be as nice about it as I am. Your membership question should start and stop at the register when you get checked in end of story. I don’t get hassled about a target card while I’m shopping the entire time I’m there only when I’m where? You guessed it at the register when I’m paying for my stuff. You guys should take notes from other companies on creating a fun, no pressure environment, you used to be but now not so much. If this is happening on other nights I feel bad for you other guests.

I love this place but, man, the foam pits are horrible. The foam flakes off and inevitably gets in your eyes. Foam at the jousting area, rock climbing wall and the trampoline area. Myself, the wife and 2 of my 3 boys all got flakes in our eyes! Otherwise its clean, fun and bright. It is a bit overpriced. We only would ever pay 1/2 price to come here, it I can understand it costing a lot to maintain this type of event location in az, in the middle of the summer. We didn't burn up like we would have, jumping on our own trampoline. When we went, there wasn't many people, so dodgeball wasn't available, unfortunately.

Just let me recommend one thing at the outset: come READY to jump and zip and bounce, etc. This means that everyone has used the restroom beforehand, and no one is HUNGRY or too full. I especially stress not being hungry, because there is a very tempting snack bar on the premises, but it is chronically understaffed... Don't be like me, who encouraged the kids to bring their allowance and get a snack if they got hot or thirsty while jumping... Then watched in growing dismay as, one after the other from about 30 minutes in, they spent 15+ minutes of their precious time, standing in line for a single, prepackaged ice cream... The line didn't even look that long! But it sure was slow. Anyhow, if you like my advice, let everyone know that the snack bar is off limits until jump time is over. There are drinking fountains, or you can bring your own water bottles. Or a grown up who is not paying to jump could stand in line and get their treats... Just anything but letting the jumpers waste their precious time. Aside from that, the place is pretty clean and spacious. There is a lot of seating for non-jumpers. There are free shoe racks and also paying shoe lockers (no shoes allowed on trampolines.) You must sign a waiver at the kiosks BEFORE you purchase your time. In summary, the sequence is like this: everyone arrives fed, but not stuffed. Walk in the door and go straight to the kiosk and fill in safety forms. Then stand in line and purchase time--one hour is minimum. Remove shoes and put on obligatory orange socks (did I not mention the socks? $2 each pair and they are required--not your own socks). Make sure everyone has used bathroom and knows where to find water. By then your time has probably arrived. Have fun with the kids, or recording from the walkways, and make sure you keep them from the snack bar, even if the line looks short. I hope you have a good time!

These dodgeball guys that were at least 17 acted very unprofessional the whole time after they kept injuring 14 year old kids and younger. The staff acted upon this situation very poorly. I don’t recommend coming here with family and friends. This is a do not go to trampoline park.

Kayleigh is One of my favorite court staff here who i think is really great w the kids including mine. Shes been so very helpful and makes sure the children are being safe,i think i ran into her during every course. I hope to see her here again next time there's an event.

Worst staff period. They sell you a package and can't be filleted. Example. They sold us this package that included a Pizza, we kept asking about the pizza and were told that it was in the oven ( we were told this on 3 different occasions) at the end they told us that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't make us a pizza. Talked to the manager and they refused to refund us.

This place isn't bad haven't been in over a year and not really liking the new changes there isn't really an area for the 4yr n under to play like it used to be.. they now have an area but all it has is foam blocks and a large air mat on the other side. Then only place they can actually jump on a trampoline is the larger foam pit but half the time the little ones get pushed out by older kids... need to do some rethinking on that part for sure.

A friend had a birthday party for her daughter at Sky Zone and this place was so cool! It’s HUGE and there are comfy recliners if you’re on the sidelines. The event staff is amazing an really works tonmake sure the birthday kid is having a special day. Would definitely recommend

Had fun jumping on the trampoline with my daughter. But in addition to the admissions, they charged for their special socks (one time purchase) and lockers. The staffs there were ok. Most importantly they do care about safety which is very good.

Sky Zone is a great place to take kids and adults of all ages. They have a zip line, dodgeball, a rock wall, jousting, and toddler time. This place is a must if you have kids with lots of energy.

Like the redesign they did, lots more to do and a very clean environment! Changing my review. Been coming here for 3 years and never had an issue with my youngest playing on any of the equipment (he is short for being "almost" 5). Staff was rude on the explanation and really have no policy in place for height restrictions (how about a measurement tool?). On top of that, if my little guy was 5 today, he could play, even though he apparently is not tall enough at 4 years & 9 months old...as if 3 months of "maturation" would change something physical. How about putting a real policy in place and not some subjective "decision" making by rude staff (the manager BTW). Will never go to skyzone again and will not recommended to my friends/family.

It's a bit of a drive out...but it was worth it. To beat the crowd, I would reccomend coming earlier on in the morning. Once there, you go to the screens to fill out your waivers and then you can purchase your tickets. Oh, and you will also be required to purchase their special socks so you don't slip and faceplant on the trampolines. I loved the lively music there and the trampolines were super bouncy, and I definitely felt like I got a great workout in bouncing around.

Fun spot for the kids. Many different activities including Dodgeball, zip line and trampolines, of course. For the most part, it’s a great place to wear down the kid’s energy, just not a ton of places for the adults to sit. It’s a bit hidden but the signs will bring you right to the door. The staff is super friendly and everyone was happy to help.

My kids have loved this place for a long time. My son is 16 and he still is taking his high school friends there. The staff is always friendly and they always treat us amazingly well. And of course the facilities are a lot of fun for everyone of all ages... I love it it there too. :)

It is an amazing place and it has a cafe that serves chips pretzels ice cream and smoothies that are a healthy choice if on a diet there is tons of trampolines and rock walls and foam pits and a newly inverted zip line and obstacle course there are so many things to choose from and it was so much fun and would go if I had enough money I would say it is rather expensive the sky socks cost 2 dollars and 2 hours cost around 20 dollars

My kids LOVE this place,my only complaint was the first time we went GPS takes you somewhere a few blocks away other then that I like the place. Lots of seating for parents to watch kiddos while they jump also a big plus .
