Very clean. Kids had a great time. Nice place for the adults to relax. We had our birthday party there. It was a 1 1/2 hour party. The time went by so fast with eating, cake, ice cream and jumping I think a 2 hour party time would be better.

Had my kid's birthday party here and it was AWESOME!! The easiest party ever!! The kids had a blast and all I had to do was show up with some pizza, a cake and some juice boxes!! The staff was super friendly and took care of everything. Will definitely recommend and return!!

All I can day is wow! I found this place on accident for my daughters 6th birthday. I saw the amazing reviews and thought we would give it a chance. The price was amazing for a private party. The "adult only" lounge was a huge plus. So nice to be able to look over and see the kids and still enjoy the adult fun. We had kids from 2-14 and no one was disappointed. All parents agreed we would be back not only for parties but just to play. I believe the man who works up fronts name is Ed. He is a shinning star who made our special day even better. We will be giving them a lot more business this summer while it is too hot to have our kids anywhere else. If you are looking for just a fun day with your kids or a special party with everything you could hope for this is the place. If I could have given them six stars I would have.

I’d never been to this establishment. So I took a chance and just reserved it anyway. I had my daughters 4th birthday party here, 21 kids. It was absolutely perfect and they all had a wonderful time. The place was clean and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. The place was definitely a win. I will definitely take her back just to play. Thank you again Jumper’s Jungle!

Good place for my 1 year old he had so much fun on the jumpers and slides also with the foam blocks friendly staff & they are very clean my socks didnt even get dirty that's how clean they are! I will be coming again. They have 4 jumpers in total and a sitting area and a little play place in the corner with the foam blocks.

Went here for a birthday event and this place is clean and simple but what I did not like was the employees told my friend to hurry up and end the party I thought that was really unprofessional because the employee said it in front of everyone at the party. And it was the last booked party of the day!

The staff is amazing and even did special rates during the school closures, which helped so many of us parents who were struggling during the many days of no school. Friendly staff. Place is not crowded. Bathrooms are clean. Kids and parents have been nice. Its only 10min from Arrowhead mall / Costco etc... Good for a few hours and then shopping with kids. It tires them out. Would definitely recommend. Socks are a must and place has been clean whenever we go. Only down side for some is only 4 jumpers .. 2 med sized and 2 bigger. But for us its just right.

My 2 year old loved this place. 4 large bounce houses with slides, a play house and life size soft blocks to build with. Plenty of room for parents to sit and socialize with Tv's. Will definitely be back. 4 stars because it was a little warm inside.

I have nothing bad to say; this place is great for kids. I saw kiddos from barely walking to 14 have so much fun. It's clean, decently priced, and the staff was super friendly. Snacks are available along with drinks. Clean bathrooms and an adult only area. I'm definitely taking my nephews back, since the summer heat has started.

This place is really small and there's not very much to do there. They have about 5 jump houses. I have a 2 year old and a 10 year old and they were bored after about 20 minutes of being there. There isn't any food to purchase there that I saw. The people who work there are friendly.

The last person who gave a review clearly didn't check the website. There is an event calendar on there and plus you should probably call ahead of time when you know it could possibly be closed for a party. I hate when people bash companies when they failed to pay attention! Anyways..... We came here for the first time ever about 3 weeks ago now and really enjoyed it. I had probably an overwhelming amount of questions for Nisha but that's because we normally do our parties at home and they last about 5-6 hours lol. So we had to find an indoor venue with only 5 days notice due to the upcoming rain. We got home after our 2 hour party & didn't know what to do lol. Here's what I loved about it.... First of all, scheduling the private party was awesome. I don't know now if I'd ever schedule a shared party because I don't like dealing with strangers & their kids at a party I'm hosting. The facility is on the small side but still pretty cool & I didn't get a single complaint from any parents. Our pkg included a virtual reality experience for the birthday child plus a free one so I had my husband do that. I was REALLY pleased to find out everything in the adult lounge was included in our pkg (air hockey, corn hole, darts & pool). I originally thought it was gonna be extra. I LOVED they set everything up for me and did the clean up. They have a 5 gallon jug of water so no need to bring your own water. We got to bring our own food in and they were more cost effective than the other venues I checked (uptown jungle, sky zone & pump it up). Very pleased and we will be back for future parties! One recommendation I have is to not schedule parties exactly back to back. I feel they should leave about 15 minutes in between parties for cleaning so we don't feel rushed to leave even only a few minutes prior to our paid 2 hrs because the next one is starting. Other than that it was great! They also give a veterans discount & I love places who honor our veterans!! Thanks Ed!!

Had a birthday party for my two babies on June 7th, 2018. Never have we've been there and decided to book it even though we lived 2 hours from it . We took our chances and needless to say it was the best experience . We have never booked a party anywhere so this first time experience they made amazing. The kids had so much fun and the two men working were so helpful. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you.

My girls had a blast. Prices are reasonable. Layout is simple and clean. Loved the 2nd floor adults hangout spot. Pool table, couches, darts, Tvs, etc. And you can watch your kids playing on the jumpers downstairs. Little toddler zone for the little ones is a nice touch as well. Loved that we were able to leave and have lunch an come back the same day for no additional fee.

Went to a birthday party here. Loved that you can rent the whole thing out. The owners were very nice and let them extend an extra hour. There is a place upstairs for the adults to hang out and you can still watch the kids. Great place for a birthday party. Kids loved the jumpers and slides. Will be having my son's fifth birthday here

Awesome little place for kids to get their energy out at an affordable price. It has a nice lounge area for parents as well. Nothing too over the top but it has a pool table, darts, couches, TV's, and air hockey (I believe there is a rental fee).

Absolutely love this place! Price is great for what you get, both birthday party and open play. They have 4 very large jumpers, smaller area with large blocks, playhouse, and ride one. Upstairs there is comfy couch, darts and pool for the older crowd to enjoy but can still see all of the kid area. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had a private party for a 2 year old's birthday. The place is well equipped for large groups, we had 15 kids and 30 adults in there with room for more. Very easy to plan an event with them and having an on site host helps a lot.

Went here for a birthday party for a kid from my son's school. It was okay, and my son had an absolute blast. I don't know the prices for normal admission, but the parents hosting the party said it cost them $300 to hold the party there, and the only thing included in that cost was the admission for the party guests (up to 20 kids) and water. The place is one room with 3 giant bounce houses in it, so that price seems just a little steep for only 2 hours of play. It was a decent place however, and we'll see how a regular visit goes (which may change my rating).

This is an absolute place to come to wether it's for a lazy day or birthday party. Had our first bday party their in October it was the best everyone had a blast. Specially love when I made reservations for the party we ended up with amazing deal we're we got the place to our selves for 3 hours and got 5 pizza and after 4 or 5 it BYOB which is awesome. I we'll be having more parties here in the future. Staff was incredible I love love them! Just all around great environment.

Remembered it being alot more fun the first time we went couple years ago, thought with all the NEW stuff it would be better, but we found it kind of drab, too quiet seemed like the kids were afraid to make too much noise.everything is green and green and more green. Jumpers were nothing special. Staff was great friendly but as drab as the atmosphere.

my goddaughter had party at this location, everything is great, from the play place for the toddlers & kids, there is a 2nd floor with billiards table for the teens. Just make sure there is someone at the staircase to watch out for any little ones who tries sneak in and go to the 2nd floor (its not safe for them) but besides that, we had a awesome time.

Hopefully there's a way you guys can update your website so when its closed for a private event other people know rather than experiencing what we did.

They put hidden fees don't do business with them and do not move any dates they charge a extra $100 without telling you I even spoke to the owner and he mislead me to believe I had to pay 150 when I get there and it's time to leave they said well it's extra $100 for only 2 hrs NOT WORTH IT Just buy your own jumper you'll save money and have more time with your child.

We got a great deal on Groupon. And didn't even realize that one punch was good for one visit, up to 4 kids (rather than one punch per child per visit) - even better than I thought. There are 4 bouncers/slice combos plus a baby/toddler play area in a giant room, 2 restrooms, a front deal with snacks available to purchase, a party room area, and an adult space up top with observation view. My kids definitely enjoy playing here. Staff are very friendly. We met the owner the first day we arrived and he happily answered any questions we had. The only issue we had was when one jumper started to deflate but staff attended to out promptly and fixed the issue with a minute or two.

My son loves this place. It's always clean, the staff is great, it's wonderful for smaller kids too, because it's 1 room it's easy to keep an eye on everyone. They have an amazing little toddler and infant area too. There is a loft upstairs for parents of older kids who don't really need to keep an eye on their kids.

We came for a birthday party. Every kid in tge place was so happy. The only problem was trying to get my daughter to leave. It was a little hard to find at first but once in the parking lot it was easy to navigate. Clean establishment. Friendly staff.

When we to the kids to kids birthday parties bounce house in Phoenix - Peoria and what a blast they had. My daughter turned 9 this birthday and brought all her school friends and church friends to the bounce house to go have fun for a few hours. It's all indoor so make sure to bring socks. Great service and really nice facility. Call to schedule parties ahead of time since they get booked up pretty quick.

Great place for kids and adults to connect. I was able to support my children on the jumpers and to just have fun with them. There are also tables for adults to relax while kids explore on their own. The manager is really amiable. He takes the time to explain things and does not hesitate to laugh with the clients. He also looks for ways to improve. I was there in April and when I came back in December, he had changed up the jumpers and added a VR expirince for kids. There is some limited VR options for adults too. I would recommend this place for sure.

Highly recommend!! Our first time here was for our daughter's 2nd birthday. These people are amazing!!!The second we pulled up, the staff were there ready to help us unload. They helped us set everything up for our monster's inc themed party and were extremely helpful throughout the entire party! The bounce houses were so much fun and all the kids had a blast! The parents lounge was really nice too! We are so grateful for their hospitality, they really put all of our needs/requests first. Thank you so much again for providing the perfect venue for our baby's party!

My daughter loves this place, she will literally play here all day long. The problem with that is that I can only take her on weekends, and pretty much every weekend they are closed for private events. I like this facility more than others, but the fact that they are almost never open for open play on the weekends sucks. Also, a gate with some sort of lock would be advisable for the steel staircase up to the parent's lounge.
