Manager extremely rude to me and my kids. I got my kids all excited to go here. I told them all about it. Drove all the way across town 20 miles and when we arrived we were turned away because some shlub reserved the whole entire park. Online it said they were open until 10. drive all the way across town for nothing!!!!!! I think they should have to pay me for my gas in my time for just driving there!!!!!!pisses me off so much had to drive away with my kids crying!!!! Called manager and he just said sorry have a good day and hung up on me! I wish I could put zero stars. It's amazing these establishments only care about money. Reserving the whole park should not be allowed during normal business hours. Businesses online can change the hours of operation t On Google maps to say closed but they did not bother to do that. I'm a principal at an elementary school and we will be booking our field trips at Castles and coasters instead. I'm recommending this to other schools as well. Such a shame to turn happy kisd into sad kids.

The golf courses are pretty good, though pretty worn. The bumper boats are a good time, and there are two go-cart tracks, one for adults and one especially for the little kids. For an amusement park, there is plenty to do for the adults, too -- in addition to the previously mentioned stuff, there is a driving range, batting cage, and a mini-golf course that is composed of conventional greens.There are coupons on the website and in the Entertainment Book, and a 20% off coupon for the snack bar on the mini-golf scorecard. Best to get the unlimited rides for four hours.

He works hard to be socially engage within his position. I had 9 kids for a birthday party and he sat and helped at the batting cage until we were done.

A sad shadow of its former self. It is run down, dilapidated, and neglected. Few of the bays work anymore -- a fact they don't share with you when you buy a card. Better to get a bucket of balls instead of a card; this way you can use any open bay you want.

Their hours stated they close at 10 pm, however everything was "shut down" around 8:40 pm. Nothing but the batting cages (which is why I went there) were available. Maybe they should have ride hours in lieu of or right beside building hours.

This place is not really that fun, it doesn’t have many options and the go-karts are unreasonable, the staff doesn’t allow people to bump nor go fast. They should allow the people and kids to bump because that is all about having fun. Also, the water was a bit dirty some got in my family’s mouth and face and it tasted like the water has been there years. Some of the staff members were nice but some were cursing at kids for and accident (Kid ran a staff member foot over cause the staff didn’t move out the way). So those were the problems at crackerjax, and I hope they take care of these things.

Cracker Jax is an ok place, with a lot of room for improvement. The putting greens are in terrible condition and have not been cared for, ever. The area outside of the course is filled with trash and broken things (pieces of the course, wood, etc.) The volley ball court looks ok, as do the batting cages, but I have not used either. The arcade is equipped with about 15 machines with games that cost more than a quarter and last less than 30 seconds. The place is just ok.

We played the mini golf and it was so fun! The place is clean. The friendliness of staff leaves a lot to be desired, but with teenagers, I guess the attitude is expected. The course had a lot of debris and rocks that could be cleaned up. We will definitely be back.

The arcades are great, they could have a bigger selection but still they have great ones!! The food is done fast and it’s really tasty! Usually come here a few times every time we’re in town. My son loves it and I don’t mind dropping $100 on games for him to win tickets for a prize these places pay $1-3 for. Anything for my kids. Until tonight when twice in the same game I hit the dump lever i was working on loading up all night ($40 in tokens myself)in a game big rig trucking and a different truck dumped just a few coins rather then all the ones I had timed out and deposited into the one I hit. TWICE. Some manager comes over and basically calls me a liar telling me it’s impossible and gives me 3 coins. Terrible excuse for customer service. Just unacceptable in any business. Tickets I would had won wouldn’t cost this place more then a few $ in lame Prizes. There are other places to go. Will not ever be back.

We had fun... but it's a bit expensive for the quality of the attractions. The go carts feel like they are about to break down on you while you're driving them and the mini go carts broke down several times and the guy had to continue to walk out on the track to re-start it. I feel there are better entertainment options in Phoenix and Scottsdale for the price.

Let me start by saying you can have fun, but… They say that smiles are free I don't think the staff ever received that memo. Also customer service is key there is none. When you go to a place such as this to have a good time with your friends or family you expect customer service I don't know if we could get a smile from the staff here if we paid each one of them individually. We arrived early the bathroom was already filthy, hours later it was still untouched by anyone willing to clean it. They have 3 Mini golf courses, one of which has been closed for I don't know how many years now for "" maintenance simply put it's a disgrace. The children's go karts are held together with duct tape camera the adult go carts could all be replaced. I can't see how you charge the prices that they do yet maintenance is something they can't seem to fathom. The only thing I can say is my sister had ate a hamburger for $5 that she said was really good

Loved this place! All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. My kids had a great time on the rides and spent some time inside playing to cool down. Prices were fair for what you get. I would just advise bring cash, because it's very easy to spend more than you planned. Will be going back!

They were excellent!! We are from out of town and paid for the 4 hour wristbands, but when one of my kids got overheated after 1 round of mini golf they reimbursed is for the unused portion of our 4 hours. They also gave us a free bottle of cold water and some bags of ice to cool him off. They were wonderful and very caring. The facility was very nice and well priced as well.

Cracker Jax is no ballpark snack. I seriously wasn’t expecting much when I walked through the doors of this place, but I was amazed by how incredible of an experience I had. My friends and I were greeted with a smile by the young man at the ticket counter, and made purchasing our round of mini golf super quick and easy! I was anticipating that the course would be juvenile, but none of us could have anticipated the challenges that would lie ahead. Even Scott - our avid golf pro - commented on the difficulty of the range. Thank you for such a wonderful bonding activity. Scott, Meghan, Kayleigh, Carly and I all LOVED our time at Cracker Jax, and we will definitely be back again!

The whole place is for 2 year olds mini golf is really boring unless if you have fun people to do it with go karts are slow the only good thing we’re the bumper boats if you had friends with you but it could be better if it sprayed water. Laser tag is 7.00 a game which is way too expensive.

Seems to be over priced for what it is, I’ve been multiple times. I understand controlling the speed of the go-karts but the ruins the fun of racing because it doesn’t come down to skill, comes down to who is controlling the karts. The bumper boats are fun with friends and family. I think that golf course could use some work but other than that it’s alright.

This place is old, and it shows. The mini golf courses are in better shape than they have been, but are still rough. Weeds and trash everywhere. The arcade is pretty small now with the laser tag put in. I've been going here since I was a kid and it looks almost identical. Prices are fair. Good for a date night. Still lots of fun if you take it for what it is!

This is a small place filled with lots of different activities. When we first walked in our impression was that we picked the wrong place to go to because it looked like it was just for kids. As soon as you enter you are in a small arcade room split in half with a few old arcade games in which you can win tickets to redeem for prizes, most of which are for children or young teens. Sounds a bit like that other place right? You know the one where the mouse comes out to greet you at a birthday party? Well we started to leave but drove there for the go kart racing, so we decided to stay. They directed us to the back which sold the race car track tickets. Wow! What a difference! Behind the inside arcade room is a magical place with go karts, miniature golf, a bungee jumping cube, water bumper boats, etc.! We were surprised, and that's when I began taking pictures. It's pretty serene back there, and it was a quiet Sunday night. We were celebrating someone's birthday so we paid for tickets to go kart. We had a blast! For under $10 we got to race the track about 4x and then went on the water bumper boats. I must say it was a lot of fun and laughs were abundant! We didn't really walk the entire park but saw a group playing the golf attraction and a few people just strolling around. It's located in Scottsdale and is a little hidden treat if you like to play around with friends/family. I think they have wristbands that are about $30 for 4 hours of unlimited access to the attractions, or you can pay about $10 for each individual attraction. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. It appears to be kid friendly and family oriented so don't let the kiddie atmosphere fool you when you first step through the door. We had fun and it's definitely on our list of returns.

Pizza was ok, but the games and rides are very poorly maintained. The grounds were clean, but the cars had to basically be pushed around the track they kept dying. The arcade is very small, and 1 of the rides looks like they gave up and just don't use.

I had a blast going to CrackerJax to play some late-night mini-golf for the first time. Discovered that I am not too good at it, but was fun none the less. It was dark, so I wasn't able to take in the whole establishment, but what I could tell, it looked like there were a lot of activities to experience. I feel some renovations might improved the appearance and bring in more business. Hope to bring my kids back soon and try the bumper boats and go karts!

It is not horrible but nothing really special either. Very basic mini golf, a go cart track, driving range, and batting cages. The place feels as though it is on the border of being run down while not quite being there yet.
