Went for my son's birthday this weekend and they all had fun. There were just a few things missing I booked a birthday party package online and it stated you get pizza a soda and cupcakes. When we got there the guy came over and said since it's a birthday party you get pizza. They took the order for the pizza but when the food got there they didn't ask us if we wanted a drink I went and asked about soda they said they don't carry soda I asked why the online reservation said soda with pizza. Then they never once came back up to me asking if the kids wanted something else to drink (thank God I brought a cooler of water) and they never came and talked to me about having cupcakes for the kids. When a Mom books a birthday party package at a place they usually have it set up so the mom can spend most of the time with the kids and making sure they have a good time and the food and cupcakes are all taken care of by the facility. They should not offer a party package if they are not going to take care of those things that they state in the package. When I called to speak to the manager (I got the assistant manager) and all he did was give me every excuse possible of why things happen the way they did and how they're not all on the same page yet. He then said it was my fault for not asking about the cupcakes but if I wanted to come by the next day he would have them available for me if I wanted to pick them up. also never asked if he could just give us anything in return or give me some of my money back and when you spend several hundred dollars on a birthday party you expect a good birthday party out of it.. So to anyone out there if you're going to book a birthday party you better make sure you do everything for it or you might be disappointed like I was..

We had my son's 9th birthday party here. Everyone in our group, including the adults had a blast. Got pretty pretty princess cupcakes instead of boy appropriate ones but we all laughed it off. The service was great! We would love to have future birthdays here and recommend this place. My son smiled ear to ear!

Went with family, and had a great time. Staff was attentive, professional, and very down to earth. We did paintball this time around, which offers two decent size arenas. Nothing hardcore, which was good for my first time. Prices for ammo were fair. 2000 paintballs lasted a few hours for the four of us. Would recommend this place for first timers for sure.

I didn't think I would like it very much. I went with my men's group and had a blast! We ended up staying all day. The staff was professional and the rates were reasonable. I have recommended them to a few people and will be going back soon. They are indoors and air conditioned. They have equipment for rent. I highly recommend them.

The place is great, was there for paintballing and my gun had sat for awhile and needed some replacement pieces; they assisted me with getting my old Spyder extra, but even though they ran out of tape for me to make my gun work properly, they hooked me up with a free rental since my gun was leaking air. The staff is very friendly, and willing to help. Will be back again, and will be bringing some friends.

Had a great time for a double birthday here. Scott setup the whole thing and helped from begining to end! He was amazing! He took care of the whole thing for us! This field is big lit and open pretty much every day. I like how mask hits and gun hits count as kills so you will def stack some bodies here. They also keep calling games back to back so there’s not really down time.

Getting belted by your dad is as disappointing as it is painful. This is more about the disappoint of playing with my dad than paint ball in general, but there was no AC, long, unnecessary waits... I would try Lazer tag instead.

(Airsoft) I went here yesterday for my birthday and let me tell you, this is the most amount of fun I have had in a while. Guillermo and the rest of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The field was great for CQB. Game modes were fun, rental guns performed well. Overall a spectacular experience. Will be returning soon!

Absolutely AMAZING staff all around. APC is hands down the place to "beat the heat". They're open every day of the week and are extremely good at accommodating events. I've seen young kids' birthday parties, bachelor parties, and work parties having a blast at APC and every time there's a permanent smile on their faces. This place is excellent for people who have never played paintball/airsoft as well as experienced players. All of the staff is amazing, but the manager, Alex, was extremely informative and always has a great attitude.

I continuously go back to this field because 120 degree weather during the summer practice times r so rough and I need to keep my skills in tact! Very nice and clean and any negative reviews are just people who have never played paintball and really spent time cleaning up. I certainly have when I worked out in buckeye at a field outdoors and that was just as hard having to clean everything. American paintball coliseum does the best job possible and a great time and the fact that they always give free admission passes is what brings big parties back for more. In the future getting a bigger indoor speedball field would be pretty awesome! Keep up the good work!

Worst place I have ever played on, the field looks like it has never ever been cleaned, way to hot on the field and in the break area. Nothing seemed clean. All rental equipment was dirty that was on the clean rack. I have a kid and love the sport and would never let him play there. I just can't get over the fact that is was like walking on tar, could practice slides with my team. I just wish the owner would do a sweep and get all the people work there out clean the place up make fields bigger and hire new staff that will keep up with the fields and not just air soft. Last thing is I wish they would have some one really watch the break room where you can leave equipment because I felt really in safe leaving hundreds of dollars work of gear out.

I’m a regular at APC and I’ve always felt that Alex and Scotty do whatever it takes to make paintball fun. They also do a drills night where you can play for an absurdly low price. It’s a smaller field but they keep they layout fresh.

Had a ton of fun here. We came on a Friday afternoon expecting it to be dead but there was a ton of people and the staff was super friendly. Prices are extremely competitive as they are the cheapest of all the places that we went to and ended up here. Would recommend to anybody including friends and family. And shout out to Guillermo and Nate for being so friendly and explaining everything I'm clear detail :) AAAAAAAA+++++

Dude went extra out of the way to help us learn the ropes, which is great because none of us knew what we were doing. It was pretty obvious to me he wasn’t just doing his job, he was actively trying his best to give us the best experience possible. Will definitely recommend this place to others because of him!

Great place and lots of diversity weapon and field wise, only have one complaint - the lobby is hotter than the deals that they have! (could use a good ac) otherwise I loved it, Guillermo helped us out with some face equipment and a couple krytec weapons, and im very pleased with the equipment we got. Also got some love from the employees about the Zelda shirt that I wore! Will be back to test out the arena.

My wife had contacted this establishment by phone a couple of times to ask questions, she is meticulous when it comes to setting up reservations and so forth, especially when it comes to the financial details. She did make a reservation, for our second oldest grandsons birthday celebration with friends. When we arrived the cost was not what was quoted. The employees whom were there, quickly took care of the discrepancy and offered a very nice discount for laser tag. We will come back for special occasions and will recommend to others!! We did not go with the birthday party package, so no idea about it. They have other special occasion opportunities, too.

Hosted our team building outing here today and couldn’t have been happier. Scott the manager was very accommodating bc we had a couple of latecomers and a few first timers. He let me know all the available deals, and even helped me coordinate feeding our hungry team. Jeff the referee was amazing! He made the games so fun and encouraged friendly competition. The airsoft course is huge, with lots of cover and has a cool “infected” look to it with lots of green spray foam and ‘blighted’ objects. Will definitely be back!

Lots of fun. We did a birthday party and everything went well for us. Keep in mind, some kids just aren't into it (it stings to get hit) and it wasn't fun for 1 of the 8. The rest of the kids and the adults had a blast. Show up in pants, long sleeves (hoody is good), hat, and gloves.

Every time I go to get my co2 tank filled, there is something wrong with the co2 filler-broken, getting fixed, too hot outside, people don't know how to fill the tanks, the list goes on. The guy in front of me got his tank filled because he bought a new tank and I was refused with an excuse. I'm a paying customer willing to purchase products, but can't if they pick and choose who and what business they want to take. I don't see how a critical component of a business like this is always down. I will take my money and business elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.

I'm a first time airsoft player came here with 2 of my friend's to play airsoft and had the best time of my life. The staff are very very friendly feels like home. They sell all kinds of airsoft and paintball gear at good prices you can even try out the gear if you want. There airsoft rental guns are full metal AEG's and there sweet. Definitely coming again

Travis was so helpful and really went the extra mile for me. I came in with my fiance to get my hands on some actual airsoft guns as I was deciding on moving away from the common M4 rifle to something more exotic like a Tavor or SCAR . I also wanted to have my girl get a closer look at different rifles as she has yet to handle something besides the several different M4 i own, which she also doesn't find appealing. Travis took the time to let me handle 15 or 16 different rifles pulling them out of boxes going back and fourth from the front of the store to the back store room when I wanted to look at another and another and was so cool about it. Thanks to him I'm absolutely sure what direction I'm going to take building my new rifle thanks to his assistance.

Just gonna say Jeff and Scotty over here at APC in Phoenix, Arizona are the coolest and littest people ever. I highly recommend this place for first timers and pros. Arena is big clean and detailed. Even in hard working conditions and unexpected issues their customer service was A+ We had a small group of players for airsoft on a weekday and got to use both ARs and Gas powered pistols. The full experience!!! They also have takis for $1

The people doing the hard work here are really amazing and helpful. The players who frequent this paintball/airsoft arena are also amazing, helpful and very friendly. These were the only two redeeming qualities that this place had to offer. The management or only semblance of management of this place was not suited for the responsibility of managing any buisness. He was knowledgeable about paintball/airsoft, equipment and that was nice. He was not able to keep the establishment stocked with adequate facilities, drinks, snacks, paintballs, and had an attitude that I could only describe as popmus and careless. Had his staff and regulars not stepped up and worked to keep the players feeling like someone actually cared I can only speculate that his buisness would cease to exist. Few pointers for constructive criticism in the future. If you advertise something then either deliver on what you advertise, or find a way to comp your customers of you're unable to do so. Example: If you advertise proper facilities to host a birthday party, such as private rooms, cake and pizza. Then deliver thoes things as promised. If you cannot deliver, take responsibility and do your best to make it right. Don't make excuses. Make results or don't run a buisness. If you offer services for sales, repair, or standard stocking players so that they can enjoy their experience at your paintball/airsoft arena. Make sure you can provide thoes services or be able to stock your customers adequately. Take responsibility for yourself, your buisness and your employees. Put enough on shift to keep your staff from having to miss meals, breaks, and a chance to cool off from working theor hardest with what they've got. Help out your team or get put of the buisness and find someone who will. I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company from your buisness for false advertising and not providing me with what I paid for. It's the least I can do for your poorly managed facility.

APC Phoenix is my favorite paintball field. I work during the weekend and always come in during the week to run drills on their speedball field. Maya the new girl who runs the paintball games is so sweet. She’s always keeping new players comfortable and safe. Scotty is the gun tech and he got my Dye Rize shooting absolutely perfect. This small field is like a second home to me, I can see myself here once a week for a long time.

My wife and i played here for the first time this past weekend and it was well worth the drive from green valley. We had a great time and everyone from employees to fellow players were very welcoming and courteous. Alex made rounds throughout the day checking in with everyone and making sure a fun time was had by all. Ive been to three paintball fields in az so far and this one has been the best so far. Were anxious to return and play again. Great job to the crew at the colisuem for a very professional and fun experience. Well be back for sure!!!

Alex is one of the worse employees I've ever come across in customer service. This fool knows nothing about paintball or how to keep customers satisfied in this facility. The paintball fields were slippery and nasty, the insulation from the ceiling was falling all over the field and hanging down throughout the field, it is indoors but was very hot and humid, for the price I paid here it was not worth a second visit not even for a free admission. To see that they serve food here is a huge mistake on their end.

This place is very clean and the workers are nice. Nate ( A worker there) was nice enough to let me in after hours to play around although he didn't turn on the lights so I wouldn't go if you have trouble seeing in dark rooms.

Never once had a referee for airsoft, cheaters were everywhere, used to go for the relatively open field design, but then they added a bunch of plywood that ended with people shooting through 'murderholes' Never came back :1 Can't speak for laser tag or paintball though.

Went to Scottsdale for spring break with the family. We stopped here because we have sons and they love anything with guns. We played laser tag and had a blast. The lasers were accurate and they had a huge facility. Shawn and the gal there were awesome to work with. Extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I came in on a weekday for a bachelor party with a small group of friends. Scotty and Jeff took great care of us, they know how to handle people who want to go all out on the field. It was surprisingly clean in the hang out area and they even had pro paintball on TV. Overall a super fun experience even on a slow weekday.

Very friendly and accommodating for my son's birthday party. They spent a lot of time with the kids and changed things up as needed to give them a great experience. Paintball isn't cheap in general but their birthday package is a great deal! Definitely would recommend!

Personally, I have nothing wrong with the field, this people are nice, you can use your own bb's. But the thing that makes me furious with this place is that the selection, the repair "guarantee", and other things relating to it. I had recently bought a ICS BLE XAE (Tan) and had tried to get it fixed because of problems, they ended up finding a rock in the actual mechanism in the first place so they couldn't do a swap out. I was alright with this but the dude trying to handle the gun was forcing lots of parts and sometimes almost losing them. They had found out that one of the mags I had bought was broken (literally 2 days after I bought it) so I asked can I swap the mag out at least. They said no because it has "wear" on it even after the dude was using the mag and being rough with it. I do not agree with the customer service, return policy, selection, and quality of guns sold. But I have no problem with the field.

This place was very nice! The assistants and workers were helpful and even cleaned up our messes. I would defensively recommend this place for first timers, and experiences players, and for families. So I came to this facility after not paintballing in over 2 years... With that being said, I have an Eclipse Ego 10 (has not been used in over two years as well, also sat in AZ garage heat) that I took. As you probably guess it was not functional, but I knew with the right person it would be functional once again. SCOTT was the employee (aka Eclipse God repairer) that helped me check in. I advised him about the peice I had, and let me tell you... HE BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE! Ran as if it was new!!! This man KNOWS everything about the firearm! Will definitely be putting this baby back to work! This facility was great and SUPER FRIENDLY. Has two paintball arenas. Once again, I want to THANK YOU SCOTT!

This place was perfect for beginners. They are good priced and super friendly. All the equipment is used but the clean the face masks every times. The equipment is in good working condition. The floors were a bit slick so if you have non slip shoes I highly recommend them. The paintball area has two different sides. I was very happy with the quality and amount of people who were there. We came at the right time so we didnt have to wait. Will certainly be back. Tha is guys!

For 2 smaller fields I enjoyed them a lot. Wish the hours where on the weekends only, I feel more people would play at one time for paintball. At times it can be completely empty. Great staff. Good selection of gear. Rentails looked well maintained. Lots of kids, not a lot of advanced players frequent this place. But a great place and good prices

Great place, has great paintball maps to play on and airsoft too. I went here on vacation and stayed for about five hours a day, each day, every day. the guys here are really chill and they are super nice about everything they do, one of the guys there named Scott also taught me great techniques like how to do a snapshot and how to aim better. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and i want to go here the next time I go to phoenix.
