Food was extremely slow and when I finally got half of my order it was cold. Staff on the floor was generally unhelpful and didn’t seem to want to be there. All in all I will be skipping this place from now on. Follow up. The manager did come and refund my food order. That being said I was not impressed with the food counter staff.

Very unorganized, trying to reinvent the wheel instead of taking a page from successful venues in the lower 48, trying to do it "our way". LONG wait times. Should sell tickets that are like money--i.e. like 7 for a ride, and have lines like everyone else. Having to decide before you even see that is fun, is plain greedy & NOT customer oriented! Lousy pre-frozen low-market pizzas. Bumper car space laughable, smallest I have EVER seen by far. Won't be making the trek to Wasilla for this again.

So much fun no matter what age you are! Great customer service, clean environment, and fun for the whole family! They have cards you put your money on to be able to play the games and it's very easy to use the card. Also it saves the amount of tickets you earn automatically on the card so that when you are done playing you may go redeem the tickets for different rewards such as candy or toys.

The people here are always going above the call of duty to ensure all the kiddos are having a good time! The softplay is extremely well cleaned which is huge for me because going to places like McDonald's or the park the playground area is always filthy not the case here. The laser tag crew are always willing to jump in a game with you if you dont have enougb people. Overall this is one of the best places to have a good time in the valley.

Was looking forward to taking my kids go-karting and laser tagging, we ended up with a 2.5 hour disaster. 1 hour spent in line and trying to purchase and get our cards, another hour trying to get a refund. Tried to play the shooter game, received an error, asked someone for assistance who called someone else that never showed. One card didn't get loaded with money for the arcade, one card wasn't registered for the go-kart. The amount of issues that were experienced really made the price outlandishly ridiculous. Would not recommend, absolutely will not return.

They charge $50 to open gifts at the tables in front of the food court or you have to rent a party room, they don't allow you to bring your own cake, or food, or drink, the food court is over priced, the rides are expensive, and there isn't enough for a toddler to do. Great for older kids if you have the money to blow.

Place is great for you and the kids 5-14. My daughter and I love the go karts even at times the other racers are a bit aggressive with no consequence. The price is s little steep on the arcade games.

Restaurant and bartender awesome in Sky Lounge. Arcade expensive and inconvenient in go gart usuage vs. rewards card money balance. People upfront don't tell you that go carts are a separate transaction. We didn't ride. Won't be back.

After being open a couple of years, we are pleased that it is being kept clean and well maintained. Lots of fun for teens and tweens and even adults. My teen loves the laser tag & go-cart racing the most. The video games are fun too and all work. The snack bar is just like a movie theater, low quality, high price - but we don't go there to eat. Staff has been mostly friendly. Like any popular recreation activity, try to go at less crowded times and you'll enjoy it more.

Fun place for group gathering. Laser Tag is fun. Great place for family. The changed the Game Card inside their party option, it was extremely good deal, now is soso. If they bring back the 1hr game card in the party deal, I'll give it 5 stars. Don't expect it to the level as those game center in lower 48, this rating is to the Alaska standard.

A great time by all the rock wall has 4 different levels. The lasor tag was a great time by all if I could tell them to change one thing it would be have more things gor the smaller kids.. More rides and games. We were a little disappointed with that. Staff didnt care about safety of the younger kids either..

I paid over $200 to have fun with my kids. Went to race the go karts and they put me in a jr. kart. Which I didn’t even know was a thing. They didn’t mention it and didn’t offer me anything else. I kept getting hit and everyone passed me. I wouldn’t care normally but my kart wouldn’t even barely move. It was not fun at all. I complained when I got off and the employee there just laughed at me. I’m not in the habit of being laughed at by a circus worker so I’m fairly angry at the whole place and will never spend a dime there again

I had a double birthday because my son's birthdays are so close. The Extreme Fun Center was amazing. The added both kids name on the door and they made them feel special. The place was a great atmosphere for my kids age 9. 10, & 12. The service was the best. I was a little late because of the snow & they let me have a few extra mins. Also the have a sky bar where you can sit and watch your children, I also found a near by cell charging station . I love it here can hardly wait to go back for the kids fun of course. lol

It was pretty fun. My son, my wife, and I went for a morning of arcade games and such. I am not sure I would go during full price hours. But in the morning when the games are half off, it was great. Played for several hours. There is not much at all for kids under about 5 to do. But otherwise I recommend it. I will probably go again another morning this summer.

This is the best "Fun House" I have taken the kids ever. We go to a lot of "fun houses" or big entertainment centers like this but this one WINS. Add the fact that there is a sports bar included and it's a fun place for the whole family, OR a great place to send the hubby and kiddos while momma gets a break. The arcade area is better than the ones I went to when I was a kid 20+ years ago. Anchorage needs to compete now.

The wait in line was caused by computer issues. But otherwise it was a blast watching the young ones have such a great time. If you fit into the go carts your in for a treet. We will go back. If your going to have a groop go in before and check out what you need to do before going in.

I highly recommend this establishment. The management team, husband and wife, take immense pride in your experience. They're actively involved and hire the best people to make sure you have an epic time! It's very clean, a huge variety of activities, and anyone, regardless of age, will find a game or activity to make you smile and have an absolute blast! Plus for the adults they have the Sky Lounge upstairs with alcoholic beverages and foods to compliment them. Five stars based on the team especially that works there!

Lots of fun!! We paid $36 per person for a day pass and spent 2 hours at the center .Day pass includes 1 race, 3 games of lazer tag,1 round of bumper cars,1 round of mini bowling, 2 rounds of rock wall, and $10 cash value, that could be used for anything. My favorite was lazer tag, I highly recommend it!! Facilities were very clean and stuff was friendly and helpful.

My mom and I came here while I was on spring break for some mother/daughter time. When we entered, there was only 1 cashier, and there were three people having a full on conversation when there were like 50 people in line. If there aren't a lot of people here, walk out the door and come back when there are more employees on the floor, don't waste your day or time standing in line.

Really clean and fun! Love that there are no tokens or tickets. Everything is loaded onto a card so there's no dealing with tons of tokens or 5ft of tickets. I wish every arcade was like this! Definitely something for everyone to enjoy!

I love The Extreme Fun Center me and my family go there on our birth days. We also have gone here so many times just to play laser tag and games. I also played the VR scary game when it first was put out and was for testing which was awesome. I first went to the extreme fun center in 2016 when my parents brought use there to see how it was, because it was opened finally in 2016 and still have a my card from 2016. :D

Kinda pricey but lots to do. They have coupons on the back of receipts from Carr's & Fred Meyers for "pay $20 get $20" so that helps with the price alot! Also they have a slot of time each day with "happy hour" prices so all games/ attractions are 1/2 off. Either 11-2 or 2-5. It changes for the season I believe.

Depending on the games, it can be a bit pricey, but there are a lot of options of things other than arcade style games, and the food is reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised at my overall experience. I will probably return for multiple visits.

Only good thing is racing and laser tag with a few arcade games. Went for my sister’s 10th birthday and basically wasted 300 dollars. My mom got some of her prizes stolen after she won them from a coin game. the service was decent, but the employees are kinda rude and don’t care. The kids had an okay time and since I’m the oldest I didn’t have the greatest time, but not worth 300 dollars go to chucky cheeses.

Beware: This place is extremely over priced and dishonest. Paid for 2 go kart rides and they said they didnt have time to schedule us that day so we had to return another day. Upon returning we were informed that the ride voucher expired the same day they did not have time to schedule ride that we paid for in advance. They also said there are no refunds and we are basically screwed :(

Pretty busy place with arcade games, which I loved the pinball machines and pac man. Loved the games but they are soooooo rigged (so they make money) duh...... and bumper cars, mini bowling, laser tag and the go carts. Great place for family fun and when you take a break you can eat the as well. But it is pretty spendy if you do all the things in one day, I suggest breaking it up so you make multiple visits.

Went on half off time with the kids, great value. Games, laser tag, bumper cars all excellent value. The kitchen/server staff is still discombobulating. Either nobody at the counter or the kitchen workers peeking out the kitchen window run when a customer needs service. Fountain drink value is good with free refills. Went on a weekday evening so it was pretty quiet and no lines or wait on any games which was a plus. I've heard it can get pretty busy on the weekends and I can see why. The place is FUN! Especially the go cart racing. That was INTENSE and truthfully my absolute favorite activity without question. They offer mini bowling, go cart racing, bumper cars and rock climbing among other fun stuff for young and old alike. There is a good selection of kiddie rides including games. This is a fun place for the whole family and although it may be more spendy than some other types of family activities offered in the mat su Valley its definitely worth the extra money you will spend there. It's been awhile since I've seen the entire family having a great time in the same place with no griping or complaints of boredom. If you get a chance and want to spoil the kiddos some time I would highly suggest this place. Must also add that the employee's are simply amazing and really add so much to the fun, playful atmosphere of the Extreme Fun Center.

The Extreme Fun Center is a great place to go with groups and friends. The facility is very well kept and up to date. I found the most fun activities was to race the go karts and play in the arcade. Prices are a little expensive but worth what you get out of it. There's better places in the lower 48, but when it comes to Alaska, the Extreme Fun Center is the best in state

3 adults and a 10 year old We bought the extreme passes for rides, which includes one of each. We ordered the pizza meal deal for 20 which came with $10 for games which we obviously gave to the 10 year old. It was enough to satisfy her game needs then we rode the rides, played laser tag, and bowled. It was honestly a great way to spend the evening! We had a pepperoni pizza, which was suprisingly better than we thought it would be. The fountain drinks are refillable for free, as long as you keep up with your cup. I think this little detail is AMAZING! The only negative thing I can think of (which really isn't that bad, I'm just old and out of shape) is that the extreme pass comes with 3 laser tag games but they had to be played all at once. We were hot and tired after 2 so we forfeited our last game. :-( But free refills kinda made up for it! Lol

The facility is clean, well maintained, and has good options for a variety of ages. The staff is also generally very helpful. They lose a star because of their high prices. The other day I purchased 2 go cart races and 3 games of laser tag for myself and my daughter, it cost me more than it would have to get us into Six Flags for a full day!

However, there is no organization here... it’s all so confusing as far as pricing and when things expire and what tickets buy what and who can play what... it seems like all the staff is just as confused too and half the time I’d ask the staff a question and they’d have to go find somebody else - like they aren’t all cross trained or at least knowledgeable about other departments. Some people in my party ended up not being able to do certain things because there was all this confusion between us and staff. And it’s $$$$. But everybody did end up having a lot of fun! I’d maybe go back every year or so or for special occasions

Fun place, good time for family. the discount system for VIP was very screwy, all savings can only be had at front counter. The swipers at rides, etc. Will always charge full price. (Bumper cars, supposed to be $5 w/VIP card,will always charge $6 at entrance) they take care of this at the front counter, but it is a hassle to have to track each item...

Best place in the valley to take your kids to. It dont matter what age there is something for all of them to do. It's very clean and my favorite thing was the bathrooms!! Very well maintained you can really tell when someone takes pride in there work even if its cleaning toilets. On that note I want to say thank you to the young man who cleans them in the mornings and keeps them clean through out the day.

Great daytime discounts on games. The snack bar is filthy. Send health inspector to snack bar. It took 45 minutes to get one order of chix fingers. Close the snack bar and replace with games.

This place is my daughter's favorite "reward." She plays most of the arcade games perfectly fine, and loves the softplay. She's counting down the days until she's big enough for the go carts! Friendly management, tasty food.

I attended the Unlimited four hour play event on 3/14/19 whose proceeds benefitted the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. The experience was wonderful! Except for only two machines, everything was operational, and in great condition. The staff here were courteous, helpful & friendly! The building was clean and appealing, and provided plenty of spaces for action, some quiet, and even a cocktail in the upper level Sky Lounge (elevator accessible). Their pricing is a tad on the expensive side, (Sky Lounge beverages were reasonable) and the reason for only four stars (I'd rate them 4.5 stars for this if I could). I recommend planning at least three hours to experience all of the premium attractions (the XD was my favorite) when they are busy. Maximum occupancy is 900 persons.

Very expensive. Even when not very busy you have to watch your kids closely..a lot of kids with bad parenting encouraging their kids to get physical in the laser tag.
