Good for kids below 3-4 years....
I used to frequent this place when I was younger and could have maybe given it 4 or maybe even 5 stars. It felt like a fun arcade with fun ticket prizes. The whole place has downgraded into a worse Dave and Busters now since they're scared of competition. All the fun games were taken out for ones that allowed their new incredibly flawed card system. It a always packed full of people that let their children run around aimlessly like it's a daycare and the employees do nothing to stop it. Everyone there used to be happy and cheery, but now all the workers or people they hire don't even hide the fact they hate working there. It feels like a crappy off brand place you would see in something like Invader Zim and if you've ever seen that show you'll know how gross they make everything look as a joke. This place is a huge joke now and that hurts to say as someone who really used to enjoy the place. Even the food is awful. I ate 4 pieces of pizza last time I was there and it made my stomach hurt. I didn't overeat, their pizza is just literally that bad. It tastes like the cardboard that pizza comes on. I don't have any pictures of this place, but I'm sure others do. It looks awful inside and it won't be getting better anytime soon.
I miss the coins, but other then that it's a pretty nice place. Tip: if your going to order pizza ORDER JUST CHEESE! it tastes the better then the one with toppings.
Always fun kids love it every month
My daughters love this place ( I certainly do not ) but seeing a smile on their face is all it takes to make me wanna be in better mood. They staff is really chill and professional even on a busy day like Sunday
The young lady in the front register was very snobby and rude other then that the food was good and the gentleman who served the food was kind and made sure that we got the order correct because there was a mistake on the order.
Food sucks and it’s terribly overpriced but there’s a lot of great games and they make sure the games are working. I wish chuck e preformed more on the weekdays. Best deals are going during the weekdays during the buffet time. Also check for coupons online first.
I have always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese's since I was a child, ever since Chuck. E used to wear a suit and bow tie instead of what he wears now, ha ha...I recently went to Alaska to visit a friend for a week and he took his son to this establishment and I walked in expecting what I would think all people would expect when they go to Chuck e. Cheeses....pizza and unbathed children running around, ha ha ha...well as I guessed it, thats what it smelled like. But, aside from that, the staff was decent, the food was up to par with any Chuck e. cheeses, and the general manager greeted my friend and I with much respect. I don't know whens the next time I'll come and visit my friend, but I highly recommend for any family thats local or even on vacation out here and just want to take the kids somewhere to have some fun for a little while without breaking your pockets so much, then this is the place to go.
Employees are extremely nice fun place to take kids I love the fact that it's one token for every game we did a birthday party there and it was wonderful experience
Wonderful place! New facility. Very nice employees, very professional and helpful.
Majority of the games were either broken or out of service. My family and myself was there during lunch time and there were no fresh pizza nor dessert. Tables were also dirty AND to top it all the elder lady who help redeem the prizes for our kids was rushing and failed to check our wrists to make sure the kids were OUR kids.
New games, kids can run around and play, eat pizza, salad bar and interact with other kids. Were definitely going back.
When we lived in Florida we went to the Chuck E Cheese so we moved to Tucson he relived his childhood before he gets too old. Friendly staff and the games are only one token.
Its a good place for the children. But no good for me 2 stay.
Really fun place with the kids and great pricing structure that includes everything
The customer service at this place was fantastic. I really appreciated all those whom were working there. However, my complaint comes with the games and services offered. Some of the games don't work, but that isn't my biggest issue. That comes in the form of the way most of the games are advertised. One of them was a literal slot machine that you'd put coins in. I know that the issue isn't specific to this place, but I feel as though this is promoting an unhealthy attachment that could lead to future gambling. Other than that, the place didn't smell awful, and everything felt fairly lighthearted. (Except for Chucky)
Good food but a good handful of games were out of order or needed maintenance and never received it while i was there.
love bringing the kids here. wish they had better choices for prizes tho
My buddy Ricky lives this for his grandkids
Was gd to get out and see my nephew and nieces Thanks for picking me up Sis!
Thought it would be a fun family time, but the games kept breaking, we could only get one plate of salad, not all you can eat. The soda fountain was actually watering down all the drinks and the few members of the staff seemed unwilling or had major attitudes when we asked for help on games taking tokens. Not the place it once was at all.
I got this toy gun for 500 tokens and made a beat out of it and sold it for 30$ #worthit
Good place for small children's parties. Kind of small with limited games for older kids but over all a clean inviting place.
Great place to spend time with little ones.
Kid ohs ALWAYS have a blast at Chuckee Cheese! I do wish the games have more tickets or the prizes required less tickets to purchase. As going to Chuckee Cheese ends up being a pretty expensive day when it’s all said and done, between loading and food. We end up spending at LEAST 60$ which gets you mediocre pizza and a few hours of play time, for the kid ohs. At least if they got to pick out a decent prize at the end rather than getting the option of some random candy and/ortiny prizes which tends to be all we can get with our tickets, after buying the highest game package. I guess I would feel better about the expense if this was the case. Like I said though my kid ohs absolutely LOVE coming here, regardless of my feelings on the issue. :)
Good place to take the kids to unwind and have a good time. Do not have to worry about your child leaving the premises, because there are door watchers and they use blue light stamps so that your child will have to march up with an adult in order to leave.
First time to Chuck E Cheese's and I can honestly say that I just didn't feel what the hype was all about. It's definitely only for kids and you can tell by the layout of the bldg. So if you are planning to grab some Pizza there be prepared to hangout with a bunch kids. The Pizza isn't gourmet at all and for the cost of a Large Pizza it's quite expensive. The games are kid friendly, but the game area is congested. They have a table area for kid party's as well but I couldn't tell you what the pricing was as I was attending a party there. I would probably put the target age of a place like that 10 and under. Recommend :|
Definetly not the same Chuck E. Cheese as when I grew up in 80-90s. At least kids had fun. Little bit dirty but food was good. Bathrooms were clean considering how packed it was. Kids wanted to see animated characters singing like at birthday parties, but we wasn't in a birthday party. BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES NEED BETTER PRICING & MINIMUM KIDS ALLOWED. $15 a kid at least 4 kids, only getting 2 slices of small pizza a few credits for games 3 balloons and a video dj on t.v. (Not worth it for a family of 3, of course. - my poor kids.) It was good consumption of time for family fun. AT LEAST THE STAFF MAKES SURE THAT KIDS LEAVE WITH PARENTS OR THE ADULTS THEY ARRIVED WITH. All in all, a good family environment for kids to have fun. Salad bar was good & clean & PLENTIFUL. Definitely worth it for a family. I miss the old Chuck E. Cheese :'-( THE BLACK PEOPLE HERE ARE SO RUDE. NOT WATCHING THEIR OWN KIDS. DUMPING THEIR KIDS ON THE BIRTHDAY PARTY KIDS WHO DON'T KNOW THEM, & THEIR KIDS ARE STEALING PURSES FOOD AND TOYS. NOT GOING BACK.....EVER!!!!
Same great severely overpriced Chucky cheese. Love it
I've been going to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. I love that I have my own children to bring now and the good memories we make together. The customer service is always amazing, even when it's a full house. I think the tables could be cleaned more often, especially during the slow hours but overall I am extremely pleased and will definitely return again.
Great place to have fun with your kids, but pizza is way overpriced for what you're getting. It is lots of fun coming here, but don't order any food. Lots of different activities to do, and games to play. Would recommend for a children's birthday party.
It's a alright place to go when the kids are fussy and want to play games for a okay price. I would give it a five but one of the ticket machines took my kids tickets but no reciept.
It was pricey compared to other like restaurants. Unfortunately, quite a few games ate some of our tokens, others weren't working properly or were missing parts. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. My daughter is very particular with her pizza and wanted some extra pizza sauce for it and they even warmed it up for her. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.
It was fun. Kids had a blast and the pizza was awesome
The food is awful, but who comes here for that? The staff we worked with were AMAZING!!! Like really! They were so kind to my son and worked hard to help him have a great norrhday. We didn't even have a planned party. They were just so nice.
Hourly game card is worth it
Went for my niece's birthday. Pizza is 100 times better than when I took my daughter 12 years ago. Upset with a lot of the games not working. Missed Chuck E.
Was clean and not too busy for a.Saturday
Very run down. Guy ignored me when I asked for plates with our pizza. The table we sat at was dirty but the cleanest of all the tables. Not one employee has tried to clean or wipe tables down since we've been here. We got here around 530 pm it is now 7 pm. The same tables remain empty and unclean.
If you're in it to win prizes... Well, it's a good thing we weren't. My boys are under 3. They ran around non stop for an hour and a half. Even i had fun.
It wasn't busy, which was super enjoyable. Pizza was just OK. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly.
Pizza wasn't like I use to know it. We ordered all regular bread pizza & they all were really just too flat on all 3 pizzas we ordered. Taste good great place for kids just wasn't impressed by the flat bread pizzas. Remember now we ordered "regular" breaded pizzas, so watch for it. Might wanna get there stuffed crust
More time on certain games would be nice
Cheap and funny
The machines have all been upgraded to cards instead of tokens and the employees are forgiving on the tickets needed for toys! Great experience!
Thin crust pizza is crispy and delish! Bone in wings not so much :/
Food was good although it took over 45 mins to receive, games were good, customer service was bad
Kids had a gr8 time.. Little pricey.. Prizes for tickets were pretty cheap.. But the overall experience was fun. :)
My daughter requested to have her birthday party here and honestly it was the best value. I paid $70 and had a personal server who served us, cut the cake, lit the candles, boxed up leftovers, and kept everything organized the whole time. The building itself is clean and I personally saw several employees cleaning and wiping down surfaces several times during our visit. Definitely give them a call and book here for any parties or even just play time for the kids. You can't beat the price for the amount of time you're given.
Great games and the host are amazing the kids have the best time around. Safe environment.
I had more fun than I did as a kid here!! Great place to get good food and have a blast with your kiddos. We happen to go on Wednesday , which was awesome because they do unlimited play for 14.99 an hour. All you do is swipe a card and play, play, play. You get one "pause", to eat and/or use the bathroom. Can't wait to go back!
Was surprised when we went... Food was good, place was clean and we had a lot of fun!
Website says it had a veterans day promo code, but was told by staff that they had no such thing today. Staff should be properly trained on promos going on. I liked the security at the entrance and bathrooms were clean. Very busy location and ended up without cashing in tickets due to 15 minute line with one person staffing it. Increase staffing so that there is an improved customer experience and let staff know about any current promos or events going on. Seems like poor management from the top down...
Great food, Great games. Excellent family fun
Friendly environment and workers check to make sure before you leave, your kids are checked with an adult first before leaving the place. Stamps have to match before they allowed you to leave. Great protection service.
Pizza is good, all games are a token. Could have more games
Tickets sure don't get what they used to. Just used 300 tickets for a slinky. A SLINKY!
Good clean place with a lot of fun things for the kids to be entertained. Good customer service and food was made in good timing.
Top 3 places for kids in Anchorage.
Never thought they would get so bent out of shape over the salad bar I purchased, my son ruined my plate with ranch as hes a toddler so I used a chucky cheese plate to get my salad and it was " you have to pay for that" me"I did my plate was ruined" " well you can only come up here once" me" well ive never been told that" " well I'm telling you now" she must of been wanting to say that in such manner for a long time...hope it made you feel better. RUDE.
This place is okay. It's got some mileage on it and it shows in a lot of places. Most of the machines are quarter munchers with little entertainment for grownups or teenagers. For little kids? It's a blast. My kids love it as long as I have enough money for tokens. The upstairs seems to have better games but there are still plenty of old ones that will take your token without giving a play. They also don't serve alcohol here anymore. Patrons can sometimes be a little sketchy. Parking lot often doesn't feel safe. Visits during peak hours should be the best times to visit.
Fun place to take your kids. Love the way they identify kids with parents with a number stamp.
Over priced under portioned, Staff unexperienced. Poor housekeeping.
Nicest chuck E we've been to.
Food is better
Was a good party but my host was horrible and it was so.unorganized and a big mess . but the 8 kids all had a great time. N was really fun.
Great place to go for kids birthday party.
Salad bar is pretty good and their pizza is leaps and bounds better than in the past
Well, if they installed a soundproof adult only beer garden, with a two way mirror to keep an eye on the kids it would be perfect. My one complaint was I paid 7 dollars for a single serving at the salad bar. Really? Maybe include one more trip to it for that price. Especially since I saw only one other person eat from it on a busy weekend day!
Disappointed in the " All You Can Eat" buffet lunch special. You guys don't watch customers and they pile 5-6 pizzas at a time on their plates without allowing others to get any pizza which means we have to wait for more pizza to be put out. I waited about 45 minutes each times because everytime fresh pizza was put out people jumped up and ran obwr again taking 4-5 slices at a time.. Never bringing my family back wasn't worth it
Great place for me and my grandson!
overwhelming with kids everywhere... host was very busy and not as attentive as we'd have liked but the manager was great about it
Clean, decent games and simple foods. Not as bad as my mom remembers it when i was a kid
I did love the pizza stuffed with cheese. Place way too noisy though
A lot of the machines werent working right di dnt give tickets when it said we wona bunch. No staff aroumd to tell on 2nd floor
Great place, good service and food my kids love it
Kids had a great time and it was open until 11pm.
Didn't serve me on veterans day, and I'm a veteran! Guess we aren't that important, or is it because I'm Native, I will never know
This is one of my daughters favorite places to eat. She really loves the games. Some of the games a little finicky but staff has no problem giving back any adjustments needed. Staff is friendly.
We had excellent time great service thank you our party host
WORST PLACE EVER, I Had Legit credits and SCAMMED ME By 30 pointsWorst machines ever, worst workers ever, worst food, AND DUMB PLACE, WOULD NOT SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! ,garbage chuck e cheese!!!!, THE TICKETS ARE DUMB AND WASTEFUL,WORKERS IGNORE YOU EVERYWHERE AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME!!!!!, W O R S T CHUCK E CHEESE EVER!!!!!!
Our 2 and 3 year old love it. Pizza had gotten better and I love the fact that each game is 1 token. Hours of fun for a family at a decent price.
2 large pizzas...4 drinks.. $90 plus $$$.. that's just crazy.. Did it this one time.. Grandsons 3rd birthday.. And.. No I Will Never Do That Again !!!
Pizza is good. If you go upstairs lots of the machines don't work. Service is lacking. Kids have a blast anyway.
Love the fact that they made it an option to buy time. Unlimited games for specified amount of time. 120 for $32 kids love it
First time being here. The pizza was good and the kid shows were funny. Maybe need an updated costume looking a tad raggedy.
Kids love it had fun stuff was gteat.
Awesome pizza, love the new cards verses the coins for games.
I went there for a birthday party and they were very helpful. the bathroom was clean. the only thing I was a little bummed about was the games give out tickets now and you'd have to put them in the count machine to find out how many tickets you had. the last time I went there they used cards for tokens and to see how many tickets you accumulated.
Best pizza in town! Everyone always has a good time.
1st time and last time. 1.Poor customers service. 2.worst food I have ever had. 3.poor security staff. All about my son , I will find somewhere else .
Everyone was nice, it was clean, and the service was good. However, it's Chuck E Cheese... That means extremely annoyingly loud singing mouse and they don't even serve beer like ooottthhheeeer places. Also, their pizza isn't great. 4 stars on account its not the employees fault they don't serve beer, they definitely need to up their pizza game though.
Went here for a b-day party. Much different with more lighting and more space to walk through. The food was good but a bit pricey.
Thank you to our host today! You did an awesome job!
I had fun but what can I say it's Chuck E Cheese's
We always enjoy this place
Can be way too loud, not even with people inside. Staff seem so worn most of the time. Games can be pretty fun and the pizza is better than i had anticipated. The ticket counting is antiquated and not sure why they aren't just measured anymore. What is the point to shredding them, are they recycled and the shredding just taking that step out to help with their reuse?
Great place to take your kids
Love bringing my son here. Staff is usually really helpful. Only person I've ever had an issue with is a older Caucasian women who constantly tries to rudelt correct me on thing I order or try to buy. Other than her we love coming here to play every couple of weeks
Awesome place kids loved it nice and clean well maintained food is a bit pricey tho but salad bar was lovely
Kids still love this place still today
Friendly staff and good pizza. Brought the grandchildren here for their birthday party and they had a blast. The staff was very helpful and the kids had a great time. I was impressed with how clean it was the staff was great.
Love how they have made so many improvements to the overall building, games, food and way the kids play the games using a card they swipe with points on it. It comes with a coiled band for the it wrists so they don't lose the card too. The functionality of tall is superb IMO!
Party is on at Chuck E. Cheeses. Had a great time with the family. Clean bathroom. Price is right for the entertainment and pizza.
Had fun. One hr card was plenty of time. Didn't realize there were two floors til we were leaving
I love this place. Games are all one coin, person at door insuring a toddler doesn't wonder in/out, food is a little pricy but there are coupons.
My son had a blast, the pizza wasn't terrible and it was reasonably priced. All in all - a great place to take your kid for a few hours.
Fun place. Kids loved every minute.
It’s kinda dirty
really pricey
Took the little ones out for a night of pizza and games, they had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great family night.
They upgraded to electronic tokens and some new games. Food is good. Clean, friendly staff. Fun place for kids.
Everything is so damn expensive and the food is not even that great. The wings suck so bad, its all fat there's no meat on their wings uggh. We went on a saturday and almost all their games were eating out our coins and not letting us play. We went and let one of the workers there and said was gonna talk to their manager which he didn't. Also I was waiting on line forever on the toy section and the guy keep helping other people, when I asked him if he could help me I only wanted a cotton candy for my daughter he told me to wait. Horrible experience
This place is always a great time for all ages! 100% I.D. check on kids leaving the facility! Super safe for everyone.
Granddaughters first time and she enjoyed. Loved all the toddler rides. Enjoyed the pizza and fries. Excited about her Chuckie cup, the ball Grandpa won from machine and the sufed stuffed Chuck E.
My kiddo really enjoyed visiting and playing lots of cool games
Had lots of fun with my niece here! Some of the machines need work but they have done a great job being around so long.
My kids really like it here. But that's to be expected. But it's not a bad to have a birthday party. And if you are good at some of the games, you can win a lot of tickets for prizes.
Great place to take the kids. Fun updated games and good pizza. Definatly taking the kids again
Very clean. Well maintained. Games are well kept. Not much to be maintenanced on like other places. The pizza was a bit more expensove than other places similar to this and their slices were mini slices.
Our 4 year old grandson had a ball, and I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza was decent, and the salad bar was fresh and we'll stocked. The staff was very friendly, and the restroom was clean. Much better than some of the ones we visited in the lower 48.
The food was good as always, but the games kept stealing our tokens or not dispensing tickets. And the tables needed to be bussed. There were tables that sat dirty from the time we walked in to the time we left.
We had such a fantastic time here! The staff was AMAZING with my Autistic nephew and they had amazing courtesy and customer service! Will definitely be going back.
Took my kid's here yesterday as a treat before they go back to school. It's huge inside and my kid's had a lot of fun. The 1 token for the arcade games was nice (some games needed 2 coins), so it helped last the tokens longer for my kids. But the place was a bit messy and soda area was not cleaned. There was some tables that were not wiped well or not even wiped. On the food: a bit expansive. Pizza seems a bit small for $32ish dollars (family bundle). Very thin crust and it was cut in small sizes to give the impression of it being a large. It was good, nothing wrong with taste...but it was just a small size.
Pizza was actually quite good and I had a restaurant and made pizzas for 20+ years!
Loved this chuck e cheese! My son's 1st Birthday party was a hit! Definitely recommend this spot for th kiddos!
Do not recommend going an hour to two hours before closing. Most games down and staff not to excited to help. Very impatient with customers turning in tickets for prizes around closing time.
Our son had a great time with all his friends! The staff was really kind and helpful, we had no idea what to plan or expect and they knew how to just keep the party on pace with pizza and singing and dancing with chuck while the kids still had plenty of time to play! The pizza was also great, better then standard kid play zones pizza. The facility was very clean and fun! We would do it again in no time.
Horrible customer service. No manager on duty with enough authority to do a $22 refund. A simple task to please your customers. I mean you’d want your customers to return. Right?
Had so much fun, spacious and clean.
Pizza always comes out quick but doesn't taste great. Games are all 1 coin and they have them or a variety of ages
I have small children, so most of the games and rides here were great for my kids. There's a coupon from their website that we used; 100 tokens for $20, which works it to be 20 cents per token. It's a pretty good deal, especially since you can pay a penny a point when redeeming tickets. I didn't love it, because it is rather old inside, and "well loved." The pizza was also kinda extensive, and the DRINKS were crazy expensive. The parking lot was difficult to get into just because the road has a divider, and you have to make a u-turn to get in, but the parking itself was good and clean, and there was a trashcan outside for last minute trash. It's a pretty good place for young children and families.
As we're sitting waiting for pizza we noticed other families were getting there's before hours and their order numbers were 5 and 6 numbers after hours and when we finally received it, it was the wrong size so I went and asked two different employees there if that was a large and they said yes but in fact it was a medium and not only that their Fountain drinks were all out of carbonation so we could only drink water or juice that they had overall very bad experience. At least they were kind enough to give us our money back .I'm glad my five-year-old son did not know what was going on.
Great place for the kiddos, but the games don't seem to give much play time.
Salad bar should allow multiple trips. Everything in the soda fountain tasted off. My nephews had a great time though.
Great fun for kids. Kids are checked at the exit. This relieves the stress of your children wandering off too far. Birthday parties are reasonably priced.
My experience was terrible. I didn't like it at all. But it was mostly just because of a simple mistake. Overall, it was just my experience and it's usually a great place.
Absolutely the worst. Celebrate a 10yr old birthday. Almost every staff member was rude and inconsiderate. They were rushing to get us out due to them double booking tables. They charged us for a cake that was the wrong cake in size flavor . The worst experience every. Overpriced and overrated
This is my 2nd time going the place is ok and the food. One of the workers kept giving me an attitude every time i would ask for help with the machines most of them where broken and kept taking coins from me.
Games need better maintenance
I attended my grandson's birthday here I like that they stamp the children and have a monitor at the door so no one can take them even though we don't let our baby out of our sight. Lots of games and had plenty for the little ones to do.
Cleaned up and significantly brighter than it once was. Along with bright lighting and cleanliness comes pre-paid game conveinent game cards which does away with the old pockets full of worthless tokens. As a warm, well lit place for children it really can't be beat.
I gave them two stars because I liked the pizza. This place has gone so down hill. Trying to order pizza every employee tells us they don't know how. Then try and ask a question they look at you and walk away. Seems to me they dont like there jobs
It was clean. The staff was friendly. The games were fun.
Had lots of games and rides. And everything is one token only
Enjoyed our for lunch and a 30 minute gaming session. I expect this place was a big hit back in the late 90's, early 2000's.
So much fun for the kids. I like the stamps that place each child with the adult that they came with. More children's places should do incorporate this procedure.
Great employee's friendly environment and safe for the children
My kids love coming here always have a great time and pizza is delicious
Love their updated system
I really enjoy the games here, especially the new game passes!
Service was terrible a bunch of teenage kids that dont care if they have a job today or tommorrow. Would not suggest this place for a bday party at all I mean c'mon they must still be playing the original video from the 80s on the original tv's you can't even see the characters on the screen. On top of that it smells like the inside of a diaper genie. There's no management walking around making sure that your experience is good. Let me run that place and there would be some major changes. Seriously just care a little bit these are kids birthday parties.
Awesome.. enjoyed my grandson 5th birthday party. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The kids have a great time. We don't go too often because of the cost.
I still like to take the kids here, but the issues with the games and the new cards system is troubling. The staff is great, they always do a good job by me, but the games that we all like are gone, and there are so many broken ones.
Had a birthday party for fice yesr old. Fantastic helper/server. Food much improved!! He had a great time
Best server ever named Jordon very attentive very polite felt like one of the family, made the birthday boy feel special.
Great place to see scrapers....
Too hot. Not enough room during parties.
The new card system is hard. Talk about kids learning to use plastic. I had to follow my kid around the whole time so he didn't credit up the machines and leave.
Great place for the family. Used a military discount food was great!
Had a great time management is great my daughter had an awesome party thank you chuck e cheese
Great place for grandkids
Really good pizza and breadsticks
it'd be nice to go to Chucky cheese that doesn't represent the early 1990s in the late 1980s I mean geez the owners need to do something different here I'm sure even the kids are getting tired of it.
Great place to let the kids get loose and go wild... Games are all age friendly. We've upgraded from tokens to "debit card" like-cards...
I met some friends here who wanted to bring their kids to this place. Half the games are what you’d expect, the other half are just mediocre. You swipe your game pass and push a button to see a ball fall in a hole for 2 tickets. No real entertainment in that. The kids were bored fast, which is unusual considering how they like to play games. Food was ok at best. Reminded me of carnival food. Several people working on game machines while little kids are running around them. Doesn’t seem like a good idea to me. Not impressed with the facility at all. No cleaning underneath anything. I would never take any children there.
Loud like it should be. Staff was helpful.
Had my nieces birthday and had my other nieces and nephews and they all had a blast. Including my 20 yr old nephew and my 18 yr old niece.
Love the new game cards!
Good food, not enough things for toddlers.
Really fun for kids could use more adult type entertainment.
Games are old n need repair. But staff is ok.
Local place is really packed because of other options. Machines being our of order is biggest issue. Might be good to employee someone whos primary job is machine maintenance. Their stuffed cheese is actually legitimately one of the better pizzas locally as long as it's fresh.
Good time as always. Good customer service, kids enjoyed the party.
Great for kids winter time
Fun for kids but food is not good.
They had a ball and the coupon 100credit for $20 best deal in town. Thanks for chuck
Staff is friendly and food is good. A safe environment for the kids to play and have fun. Floor was a little grungy, but that really only matters when your 1 year old wants to crawl around and eat the gum off of it. Haha. Overall a really great experience. I will definitely go again.
It was a fun place
It was a great and exciting adventure for our group! The show with Chuck E. Cheese was awesome and all of the free tickets we got made it so much more thrilling.
This Chuck E Cheese has a great salad bar. Kids have a lot of fun here
I did not eat just stopped by to play some games with a toddler. A lot of games were out of service so that was a little inconvenience.
All the good games are sadly retired, and the place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I would not really recommend it with places like extreme fun center and Dave and Buster's in the vicinity. The only reason it got 2 stars is it's very cheap fun.
Quick service kids loved it
Mistake review. Fixed to 5 stars.
It is fun to go there for a birthday
The food was crafted slowly and was good quality at this outlet. The energy was good for the whole visit. 5 stars.
Great place for the kids
Family fun, reasonably priced, good pizza, would recommend for small children!
The girl Katie who works there is the best. She made our experience there fun and memorable.
The pizza was good for a kids party place and all the rides and games were clean and working
Our little family of six went to Chuck E. Cheese's to celebrate our 2 year old's birthday. She had a blast and we enjoyed having a fun filled time without all the clean up required.
You get to have fun with chuck.E
The staff is super friendly and always round tickets up. They are aware you just spent 10 dollars to get enough tickets for a tootsie roll. The kids love it there and love the chuck e cheese show!
Awesome time even being a parent
Great place for kidd
My sons 9th birthday was a success. Everygame in there was a token each. Before playing anything, all birthday party kids were fed and seated at a distance that parents would be worryless. Every hour, Chuckee Cheese would entertain the kids b y dancing around. Thank you Chuckee for a wonderful time.
Finally changed to card swiped, high prices for limited times so kids have to rush thru games without running out of time
Very fun. A little too expensive to have a birthday party but for a family night out its worth the price. Games work and the restaurant I kept clean
Did a birthday party here. Kids all had fun and enjoyed the games and pizza. Price was good and they were easy to work with. Overall great experience.
The pizza and salad bar are ok, and the place is pretty clean, but the staff's courtesy is really impressive.
I like that games are 1 token a piece. However, the lunch buffet had little to no selection of pizza and it looked like it had been sitting for awhile. For about the same price, I would recommend Peter piper pizza, even with their games priced from 1 to 4 tokens per game.
It's great for the kids they love it
Pizza was good....music needs help. Not too bad
Good pizza
Wish they still served beer and wine but I guess the kids like it.
Somewhat over priced and over crowded but good fun for young kids
Good pizza and wings! Extra tokens for military! Make sure you fill up your salad plate as there are no free refills on salad!
My daughter loves it. Pizza is good and its family friendly
It was fun. Like the cards over the tokens. Food is what it is, neither amazing nor bad, definitely great for kids.
The food is always pretty gross and the lines for the kids to pick prizes is always insane. I'd rather go to Peter Piper where the food is good, tokens cheap, and there is a rollercoaster. They also sell have play tunnels. I really dislike the new direction that Chuck E Cheese is going.
Kid fun!
Fun for our grandson. Manager was using an e-cigarette in dining room with all kids present. :( we spent 2 hrs there and grandson had a great time!!!!!
The atmosphere is great, clean.Games are perfect for 2-12 . Our son had a ball. The pizza is okay, honestly Little Caesars pizza is better. The wings weren't that great either.
I love going to Chuck-E-Cheese they treat you so nice they make my kids feel like they're at home
Never go to this chuck e cheese!!! Staff is rude and doesnt care if none of the games are working, plus more than half of the ticket feeders werent working. Such a waste of money.
Very good overall, I love their salad. My kids always have fun there!
I went there with for my youngest nephews birthday party it was very enjoyable lot of fun games recommend for birthdays for the little ones they will get to go in the ticket tube which will blow tickets up in their face and in the air and all around inside the tube they get a hangout with Chuck-E-Cheese himself for a little bit I would also recommend this as a weekend or after school activity just because of the games they have cool prizes that you can redeem with the tickets the pizza was very tasty and the staff there was very friendly and welcoming and I really liked that they have a system in place to make sure kids don't leave with strangers they use a invisible ink that they check and make sure that the parent or legal guardian have the same specifically designated number for the child accompanying them hands down would recommend it
More new games in upstate 2F good places to visit with young kids & adults
The food is meh, ticket counters are habitually down to one or two working, the staff is always courteous. If you have little ones, this place is high energy and good for at least a few hours or adventure.
Think the kids love it there!
The people are nice. I only gave 4 stars because some of the games were slightly broken. Not enough to complain too much but enough to be annoying.
My kid had a ton of fun. Relatively inexpensive play time for 20 bucks for an hour and he brought a few friends. It was pretty clean and all the games worked, which most arcade type places seem to not. Its been a long time since i last went, but they added a pause feature so you wouldnt waste the hour time limit when you needed to eat or take a break.
It was the first time our family went to Chuck E Cheese. We went with my 3 yr old grandson. It was really a fun time until my grandson had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was not kid friendly at all. The counter tops are too high which makes it impossible for the child to turn on the water or to even reach the water. At the same time that we were in the bathroom there was a young girl about 6 yrs old and she could not reach the handles to turn the water on to wash her hands after using the bathroom. I did help her but for being such a kids place I was very disappointed the the bathroom was not kid friendly at all!
Kids had lots of fun pizza was good and there are lots of games
I was not impressed with this location. Coming from a adult whose childhood was spent in a Chuck E Cheeses I was really shocked by this location in Tucson. First off pizza was good, points there .. Secondly a few games were not functioning and not labeled as such. Lastly this place is unsafe for a 3 year old. They have multiple toddler size rides that are hydraulic powered and have no safety railings or dividers to keep little kids from getting seriously hurt under this machines.. straight up dangerous I'll be waiting to hear about the lawsuit in the news. Parents be careful ...
Took the granddaughter there, everything seemed very clean and very nice employee's.
I’m giving it to stars only because I have so many childhood memories being here but as an adult my daughter has only gone one time and never again it felt like watching kids learning how to gamble the pizza is overpriced and gross it cost a lot of money to play for just 30 minutes for one child little loan throwing a party it just wasn’t the same as what I remember back in the 90s when it was first Poppin I would much rather take my kidTo Carl’s junior or McDonald’s play place and buy a burger and some fries and a soda and let them play all they want for free and if you got a bunch of kids the same thing, it will entertain them... for free
Great fun nice people working but need a couple of machine fo fixed
Our 4 year old wanted to celebrate her birthday at non other than Chuck E. Cheese.... She had a blast and management was a tremendous help working within our budget... Thank you!!!
It's good for lots of kids
Great place for children's birthday parties! Fun and games!
This is a REALLY nice Chuck E Cheese. It's very clean, lots of space (2 stories!), lots of pleasant staff, good place for kiddos. :)
Bday party place to go. Kids just get to go and play and the host were amazing.
Update: Another visit, a completely different experience. Several machines ate tokens, several others didn't give tickets. Not as clean, stagg not overly friendly. Dropped from 5 stars to 2. What a disappointment. Best one I've been to. Clean, speakers set at a reasonable volume. Friendly staff.
I liked the old pizza crust better.
The staff is great, the food is ok but possibly perfect for the kids. I love that they stamp the kids hands but they need some one more diligent checking the kids out to be at the door. I was able to leave with my nephew who had a different number then my son and I
I live for this place it where a kid can be kid and have Pizza play player for hours I miss the firefighter game they had
Very clean, huge dinning room, fresh salad and tasty pizza. Kids seem to enjoy it.
Great staff; military coupons always a plus! Birthday are a must for young kids here. The hosts are A-1.
Perfect bday for young kids! Everything was awesome. Good pizza! Games all 1 token! Danced with Chucky! Reasonable price for all included in bday package. Fun Fun Fun!
OVER PRICED & OVERRATED, FRIENDLY STAFF I GUESS PLACE NEED A CLEANING LIABLE TO CATCH SOMETHING WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR... #YLG #DaTruf (IF I WROTE IT THEN ITS TRU)
At one token per game for almost every machine this place is a major win for parents and kids!
My kids had a blast! , very excellent workers also.
This place is terrible, Just about every game I went to was broken or out of tickets. The pizza tastes so bad. When I was a kid this used to be THE SPOT to go to. I decided to take my daughter for her 4th birthday today in hopes that she would love it as much as I did as a kid, she didn't. I was excited to show her the chuck E. Cheese show they put on but was very sad as well. The employee just looked like they were not gonna help the kids get excited from the get go dragging their feet and barely waving their arms. And the ticket flurry or whatever they call it was like 20 tickets for about 10 kids and even worse their we're parents reaching in to get the brunt of those tickets which shouldn't be allowed. It honestly feels like there's no management and everyone is just hanging out. The girl who welcomed us was extremely helpful at first but the more I had to keep telling her about broken machines the more visibly annoyed she got. Maybe I'll give it another few years and try again when my daughters 8.
The majority of the games are simple "feed tokens in hopes of getting the jackpot". Way too few arcade games and games that actually engage instead of encourage you to just mindlessly feed your cup of tokens into them. Pizza is average.
No "Hello", how are you? Nothing! Very crowded and unorganized. People standing by the salad bar talking and coughing. Went to Peter piper Pizza. Absolutely your loss, Chuckee cheeze, not mine.
My niece had her birthday here this past Friday and it was great! A very affordable price for everything included. She was very happy. The staff was super nice and did a great job. Special thanks to our party host and Chuck E!
Everywhere was sticky and gross. It was loud and chaotic Half of the machines were broken. The ticket counter machine was absolutely rediculous, having to individually put all them in there manually was a freaking joke. Then the food took forever to come out and then pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten not to mention it gave me a terrible stomach ache. Then it took Chuck a half an hour to come out after the video (that was seemily made in 1990) played like 10 times. Chuck E Cheese's glory days have long past.
My daughter's all time favorite place to go ever. So yes I love seeing my daughter happy as ever.
I love taking my kids here, even more so now with the all you can play deals. My friend only complaint is the cost of the all you can play passes keeps increasing at too high a rate. When the deal first came out it was much more reasonable.
Bring your earplugs and hang on for dear life. The employees always seem irritable (because they hire young kids to work with kids), the food isn't that great, and you spend a fortune getting "tickets" to buy a piece of plastic that was made in China for 1¢. The mouse doesn't even make his way around to the tables unless you're in the "birthday zone." If I could never step foot inside this place again, I'd be a happy man.
We were there on Sunday from 130 pm till 5pm for a b-day party. Our host Kristy, was GREAT. But it seems like they were understaffed. The food was taking long, I needed extra cups, I had to ask 4 different employees, I was tempted to go back in tbe kitchen and get them myself. The food was still good. And again our host was GREAT.
My guy had a blast
First of all, the pizza is gross. Would rather buy dollar store pizza than eat chuck e cheese pizza. At least the dollar store pizza will all be the same size and has no gaps in between the pizza. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL! >:(
Strictly for the kids. Games are great o ly a quarter each lotta ticket return food and drink mediocre. Just go for the games
Great place for kids
I've been coming here since I was a little kid and now I bring my kids here. This place has changed a lot in the past 20 years. It's always a good time. The pizza is great the wings are awesome and most importantly the kids can be themselves and have all the fun they want.
Little ones go for coins left out/alone.
I like this place. It's a good place for family gathering and children plays.
Kids loved it but adults struggled. They rush you out and machines eat your tickets.
Booked a party and our attendant was late. No one helped us, basically had to request everything from the lady at the front, at least so the kids could have tokens. Once our attendant got there she was super nice, but communication was still lacking around when things were going to happen like the dance, which was just frustrating. Had lots of open tables but jammed three parties next to each other so that I constantly had people putting their stuff at our table, including their trash (other customers, I mean). Otherwise, the place was clean, lots of fun games for all ages. The kids had a blast, so that was well worth it.
Great time for the kids. Good games. Friendly staff and a cool little dance the the kids get to do with Chuck every hour. Really good time and fairly affordable.
My daughter loves it here! Great family environment and food is tasty at a decent price. No admission entry and ALL the games/mini rides are 1 token each with tokens 4/$1. Chuck E. Cheese comes out every hour and dances with the kids
My kids love this place. Every time we come to Anchorage. They would want to come to Chuck E. Cheese right away.
Gluten free options. Love that each game is one token. Don't have to worry with the kids playing. Keep kids safe with everyone getting a stamp.
My sons number rubbed off so the guy couldn’t read it even though he seen us come in together. Tried to tell me I couldn’t leave because he couldn’t read my sons number. Blocking me from leaving saying I need to go get an ID or something to prove he’s my son and leave him here. I easily spent 80 a week here for family time with my boy. Not anymore!
Great place very clean personal were awesome.
my kid enjoyed a lot there. lots of options to play and even a little play area. we ordered a veggie pizza. we couldnt even eat it...
This place used to be cool But now it's now modern and gay
There's always a couple games that malfunction & don't give you a game when you pay for it and there's not very many employees that are able to help you when you need them... Pizza definitely got better!
Mr. Chuck E. Cheese doesn't disappoint...the kids. They loved it and it was clean and decent pizza for what it is.
Staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting with prizes. Food could have been better but was acceptable.
The pizza now is way better than I remwmber. Token prices went up. Kids had a great birthday.
Don't like that the time you buy on the time cards, will expire if you don't use them the same day.....30.00 later.
Nice clean Place. Friendly staff. Many games to play and have fun for all ages.
Check my kid's birthday party here great fun experience well-put-together well-organized surprisingly I don't remember the pizza being as good as it is and it is really really very good going to have all my kids birthday parties here no clean up on me means happy mom happy Dad.
The staff were so wonderful they really went above and beyond
All the cool games are gone from when I was younger, Its not all that bad but it's definitely not as goos as it used to be. I wouldn't eat there but I'd go again to play a couple games.
I think it is a great place for kids to go and have fun and be able to enjoy themselves I love that they check the numbers that they stamp on you before they let you leave with a child I also like that they have rides for the younger children who can't play the game what I did not like is the food is not very filling and it's also expensive just to get a salad plate is $8 we paid $50 for two pizzas and tokens and even with that you still can't get anything from the salad bar
Lots of machines were not working properly and when asked for some tokens that were lost in the games employee was not helpful and grudgingly gave us less than what we lost.
Kids had a lot of fun and the pizza wasn't bad. The salad bar had a lot of options so it was great. It was quiet for a Tuesday night but very nice
Big or small. Old and tall. This year grandpa(me) had his birthday dinner at chuck e. Cheese. The kids had a blast with quality time spent with family.
Kids had a blast! We didn't t think we'd like using cards instead of tokens, but I decided for my kids playing levels the time cards worked the best.
Germ zone. They should take the time and clean/disinfect the machines.
I love Chuck E. Cheese but did you hear the conspiracy theories about Chuck E. Cheese when I went the peices were uneven but I still love Chuck E. Cheese 5 stars from me!!
Fun for the kids!
The food is REALLY good, we went for a birthday party (like most adults who enter) as soon as they opened. It was nice being there that early with a toddler because it wasnt too over stimulating as soon as you walk in. Surprisingly my shy son (2yo) was not afraid of characters singing, music, noise, lights (i think i was more affected than he was haha) and the staff was spectacular with all the birthday kiddos.
I enjoy Chuck E Cheese! Games are fun and usually can win lots of tickets! Pizza is good too!
My kids love this place! Pizza is great! Like it!
Great place for a birthday party or just to have some fun with your kids
This is an awesome place to have young children's birthday party
Great time with my grandson!!
Not the same feel as before. I don't understand why the coins are more expensive. Boo.
Other than being busy as soon as we walked in the service was speedy and excellent. They answered all my questions and were very helpful
Awesome place to go eat and play games
My fiancee our 14 month old nephew and I went it was our 2nd time it's ok but it would be way better if they had more games to play for toddlers cause he's either just to young and doesn't comprehend or just to short it gets agravating and frustrating other than that I would've it 5 stars
Not best pizza, but great for younger kids with always 1 token games and rides.
It's Chuck E. Cheese just like all others hit or miss. I'm sure it's more on what time you go. I still come here even when I have a bad experience bc I end up with a good one at one point. Lol
Tasted good but I thought my Extra large was a large.
So clean, the pizza is good, and the games are almost all just one token.
It's a good little place to take your kids for some fun IF their games ever work. Last time we went 40% of them were broken and only one employee to fix them. Who was also the employee delivering all the food..
I love this place. It's mostly fun when it's your or someone's birthday. Best place to be with your family.
Not a bad deal for great kid entertainment. There is no entrance fee, but if you want to play, you have to pay for tokens. Food is extra as well. The salad bar is decent & well stocked for a place like this, and the pizza's not bad. Kids (and adults) of all ages enjoy the variety of games.
Too many annoying childre .
Better game pricing
Four years old bday partus fun fun!
Love playing with the timed cards- so much nicer. However, only had one cashier "on the clock" on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of employees hanging around the desk though. Long waits to pay.
They really improved their birthday party packages. . .just not the prices
Lots of empty tables in Party area, but they grouped the only 2 parties on top of each other. ????
Its a fun place extremely safe can't leave with kids if you don't have the same stamp. Person always greeting. Plus the shows an games. Wish the pizza was half decent.
Great fun place to take the kiddos the wife and I also had a great time playing games with lots of tickets at some great food at a great time can't wait to go back to Chuck-E-Cheese the staff was very helpful and friendly the place was very clean
A little over priced needs new games i dont think its worth the money
Yummy pizza great games
