We are happy with CertaPro from beginning to finish. We had three bids to paint the exterior of a two story. CertaPro was selected based on price and that they gave us details on some extra repair needed before painting which was greatly appreciated. The job-estimator, carpenter, color specialist, office staff, and painters all have been professional , knowledgeable and friendly. Our large home took several days of repair and about a week to paint, but we are pleased with the results.Thank you.

Looking for a painting company with attention to detail, good communication skills and mastery of their art? KEEP LOOKING! Cameron headed up the crew that my HOA hired to do our complex. I asked for a meeting with him after the first painting left our doors with drips, runs and inadequate coverage. I requested specific accommodations at the 2nd painting, surprisingly - my requests were ignored. Cameron didn't even bother to show up for the 3rd painting and his crew was 40 minutes late. Since our HOA hired this company, my only recourse is to warn future customers. I urge you to give high school or college students your business this summer, I'm certain they'd do a much better job than CertaPro.

Starting with the original contact with Troy, we were already glad to have the professional estimate done and handled with all our questions answered courteously. Then the follow up with Troy again with the details of the several estimates which we needed done in different ways again real professional Kathy then followed with the approach of finding a convenient date for all to do the jobs which we were quite happy with as it fell perfectly in between our own schedules. And they were on time, just as stipulated that was important to us. The workers inside the house as well as outside were exceptional, friendly, courteous, serviceable and some of them even went beyond the "call of duty" so to speak to make us feel more comfortable during the three days of utter disruption to our routine. Rich and Bryan insisted to put things in place even at the cost of having to rearrange them again the next morning. We had no idea of how good it would feel to sleep in our bedroom back in order and that gave us a kind of small haven in the mist of chaos helping us to tackle the next days. A thousand thanks to Rich and Bryan for their wonderful attitude of friendliness and encouragement. Talking about their work we are so satisfied we don't mind telling our whole neighborhood; already we have had people telling us that our house looks "brand new"; to us inside-out. We love the renewed feeling of clean and fresh and well done. They paid attention to details incredible and did not mind to take it upon themselves to re-do because it was not to their satisfaction. We are an older couple and we can say that this level of service does not come from everywhere any more. Exceptional is a good description. Thank you to CertaPro Painters and special thanks to Rich, Bryan and Julio for being part of our family for a few days they made it fun even. Good work guys.

This company painted my condo complex and although the paint looks good, my unit was left covered in tape and also paint all over my door knobs and even the lock holes. It’s been over a month now and no one has come to take the tape off that is now stuck to my walls and the paint is still covering my key hole. Seriously Unprofessional and extremely inconvenient.

CertaPro did a GREAT job on my deck and pergola. It was really weather damaged and they sanded, primed with a super primer that goes on sort of like glue and fills in all the cracks. The final painting was great with clean lines and no mess. I highly recommend them!

From the very first contact with CertaPro, we were impressed. Keaton showed up on time to do the estimate and was very professional and handed us an estimate right there. We almost just hired them on the spot, but had 2 other estimates coming. We shouldnt have waited, because we hired them anyway. They did everything that they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Communication with Kathy was excellent, and they even accommodated me when I changed my mind on trim color with going the extra steps to get additional paint. Then comes our painter - Ricardo! I was scheduled to have my house painted and was told they would be finished in three days. I told them to take their time and do it right regardless of how long it would take. The first day the crew arrived from Denver and unloaded their ladders. The site supervisor showed up, dropped off the paint, and never returned. The crew prepped (supposedly) and painted the body of a large two story house in 3.5 hours and it looked like it! It took one person to spray, two to hold the ladder for him while the fourth man watched the paint pump. They painted over peeling paint! They were probably in a hurry to get home as they had a two hour drive ahead. The site supervisor was to check in with me every day but never showed up at the end of the day. The next morning I called the production supervisor and told him the crew did not know what they were doing. He came out and agreed to assign another crew to paint over all areas that looked bad. The first crew I give zero stars! The next crew couldn’t show up for several days as they were on another job. They finally showed up and began prepping and painting. They were better than the first crew but just average. They laid the gutters out in the grass to paint so I had paint in my grass. They worked for two days and said they were finished. I walked around with the supervisor and showed him places that were missed. He was nice about it and went over it again. I walked around with him again and didn’t notice anything missed. Over the weekend I had time to look over the paint job again and found overspray on my windows, some places that were not masked correctly and others that were over sprayed. The production manager came out on Tuesday and I showed him some of the work that I did not like. He agreed to have them come back and redo it correctly as many times as it takes so I can’t fault him; but after two weeks of having painters around I said no that I would do it myself. I have now spent two days correcting their poor paint job. The second crew I give two stars so that averages one star. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What impressed me the most was the explanation of the prep and actual prep being so important to the longevity of the paint.
