Needed to have the interior of my house painted. Called, no answer, left message. 1 week later got a call back, I was unable to answer and called back 20 minutes later, left message again still haven't heard back from them. Don't bother because they are too busy to answer their phone let alone paint anything. UPDATE: Did finally get a hold of them, they offered an apology and a discount which was appreciated.
