Matt was great to work with very easy to talk to but once the work was done they are gone they didn't come back for touch up work that they promised they would I had new carpet installed he promised me he'd come back to do the touch up work on the woodwork that would be all included in my estimate he never came back he never would even return a phone call and I called him at least 10 times left a voicemail terrible customer service would not recommend them!! Mats a good salesman he knows how to talk!

A few adjectives: professional, courteous, neat, organized, communicative and just darn good at what they did. This company exceeded all expectations. The owner, Matt, kept me posted in advance of any concerns; was foresighted about possible issues with painting while my staff was working, and resolved a miscommunication (my fault) with professionalism, efficiency and fairness. The crew, Matt, Ken and Gina were pros also - making sure all questions were answered and double checking everything. They did it right instead of just getting it done. I can honestly say it was the best service I have ever had from a contractor. We love the way our office looks! During a kitchen remodel I reached out to Matt about painting. Matt was very quick in his response and his crew was very professional and understanding. Matt's crew, Mindy and Matt, fixed a botched texturing job that had been done haphazardly previously by a different contractor. They retextured the entire kitchen and ceiling on the spot prior to painting. They were quick, thorough, careful. They cared for my belongings as if they were theirs. Even when I changed my mind on colors they were very understanding and helpful. They made 1 call to Matt and left to get the new color. They returned soon after and got right back to work. Their work and expertise is top notch. The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Final Touch has saved my kitchen!
