CertaPro really impressed us with their personnel as well as the final "product". The General Manager, Alan, was very pleasant and professional in the startup. The "field manager" Jennifer, bent over backward to make sure our project had priority by aligning a replacement painter after circumstances sidelined the individual who started the first day. The replacement, Darren, was a perfectionist in all that he did, which included giving the surfaces a second power wash, since he felt the original wasn't as clean as he deemed necessary. His perfectionism was also apparent in the taping/masking, the painting and in the final clean up. We are totally satisfied with the work done as well as those who were involved... including the office personnel, Toni..

We recently had the exterior of our cedar sided home painted by CertiPro and we couldn't be happier. Alan bid the project while he was at our home and Olvin and his crew did the painting a couple of months later. The two months was by our request as we had some windows installed which delayed the painting. Both could not have been nicer and were always prompt and communicated with us well. Olvin's crew was concerned about rain so they asked to come on a Saturday so they could get a jump on the forecast. They worked nearly a 10 hour day with very few breaks. Then they showed up on Monday and spent nearly 12 hours to finish the project. At the end of the day we walked the project with Olvin and only had one area which needed some minor attention, which he completed in 5 minutes. They cleaned up the jobsite very well. So from start to finish we were very happy with with CertiPro. And the price was reasonable. We highly recommend them and if you can get Olvin as your head painter you won't be disappointed.

Only thing that would improve the experience would be more details at the outset regarding what care is taken to protect the longevity of the paint. Right now the house looks great!

Scope of project increased significantly as rotten wood was found behind some siding near window. We were vey satisfiied with the professionalism, efficiency and quality of all the work. Two small problems during the project were dealt with quickly. Access to appropriate people during the project was always there. There was a genuine interest throughout the project to make sure we were satisfied.

We had a lot of areas of plaster repair in new construction that needed to be repainted. I’ve had a number of painters throughout my lifetime; CertaPro was definitely the best! My belongings and the floors were carefully covered and they took immaculate care of everything. There was not a speck of paint where it shouldn’t be and everything was cleaned up well when the job was complete. John took great care and worked hard to make sure there were enough coats so there is no evidence of repairs. He was the ultimate professional, pleasant to work with, great customer service skills. All of the office people from the owner to the estimator to the scheduler were professional and very nice. This is the real deal folks, doing what’s needed to make sure you’re happy with the end result.

5 months after my project was completed my paint started chipping. When I reached out with what I assumed would be a pretty simple request for touch up work on a particular area that was chipping with no other complaints about the work. I received an incredibly disappointing warranty response. Where i was told about how the drainage of my home is bad and my wood is rotted. Now why would you have painted over rotted wood? Any areas that were discussed that needed carpentry work were not part of the work you completed these particular areas were called out at the start of the project, any areas that were painted I was told were in good condition. Tell me how the state of my home changed so dramatically in 5 months that the work you did is now null and void? After spending over $5,000 to have Certapro do painting at my home and only 5 months later this is the result and response I received. I should have just lit my money on fire. I asked for this one area to be fixed and the response was absolutely insulting. So disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Alan came and gave us an estimate on staining the lake side of our home and power washing it to get rid of mold and other stains...The operational is very professional with clear estimates and signature before the work starts and after it ends. The communication was by email, which is the way we like to work. We decided to replace siding rather than stain it, since we were concerned about rot beneath the existing siding, but we went with the power washing. Alan came and gave us an estimate on staining the lake side of our home and power washing it to get rid of mold and other stains...The operational is very professional with clear estimates and signature before the work starts and after it ends. The communication was by email, which is the way we like to work.
