Company did a great job. We had the house power washed, and had the shutters, front door, trim, foundation, and some railing painted. Jose gave us a fair quote and stuck to the timeline he provided. He worked with us on the cost when we wanted to add a little extra work onto the project at the last minute. The quality of the work was excellent and he didn't require payment until the entire job was done. Would recommend.

I have know Jose for 12 years. He has done painting, drywall repair, concrete repair, power washing , roofing repair and a bathroom remodel. I will be using him for another bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. His work is always neat and complete and right on price point. He also pays attention to the little details like a rusty hinge or loose railing and fixes that as well. He is my go to whenever I need something done around the house. The estimate for materials and time were accurate, and there were no surprise charges. The team cleaned up each day and at the end of the job, and left the home in excellent condition. I had refurbishing work done on the outside, including my deck and just recently had major painting covering at least 60% of the walls inside. Ventura Painting painted my townhouse 2 years ago when I was preparing to rent it out, and did a wonderful yet fast job for a very reasonable price. I am now selling that property, so I once again called on Mr. Ventura to get things together. He and his crew replaced damaged hardwood floors, kitchen countertops, sink and disposal. They painted much of the interior, the kitchen cabinets, and also replaced rotten deck boards and painted the deck. He did little touches like replacing every rusted door hinge to makethings look fresher and more appealing. The house looks better than it has looked in years.... and I got a full price offer after just 3 days on the market! I am so pleased with the quality, the proce, and all the little extrashe helped me with. I would certainly use his services the next time I needed work done.

Mr. Ventura and his team were professional, experienced, and detail oriented. We had them paint exterior house wood trim, fix rotted wood around window sills and doors, and stain the deck. It looks like new and we didn't have to buy a new window like other contractors recommended. I could not ask for more from a contractor. Will be using them again in the near future. I hope he can keep his team for a long time!
