This is 1 man crew. Mr. Surratt kept delaying my start date, trying to send who he called his best man. When he finally showed he was late every day & alone for 2 days. A elder friend helped for 2 of 4 days before I fired him. He tried to get away with 1 coat of paint on ceiling dirty 2005 dust n spiderwebs. Then got paint specs everywhere, tried not to paint closets bcuz it had shelves??? The final straw was after he claimed to have finish both coats on walls I noticed you can see the 1st coat & part of 2nd where he spot painted, Then left me in a messy house while he started other work then claiming his van broke down. He cuts corners & does not follow contract. I hired him, but he insist on communicating with my husband who is not good at business decisions or communicating with me. NOT RECOMMENDED

Surratt’s Painting is a small, family-owned, family-operated outfit that did a great job on powerwashing and painting the exterior trim at our home in Belmont. They went above and beyond, taking on extra responsibility to re-screen our porch. Painting is a weather-dependent business, but Gary did a great job keeping me in the loop. I would recommend him for your exterior painting needs.
