William was great with the walk-through and reviewing my needs. Scott did the work and was very good. He strategically made sure that he was constantly moving instead of waiting on drying times. He missed a piece of trim in between the sliding glass door. I noticed 5 days later. The thing that impressed me most was Bill responded immediately and Scott came out the next day to finish. They really WANT the customer to be satisfied. Great service!
