Had Amilia with the company come to give an estimate, she stated that the company was big on communication/follow up, I called back and stated no one has reached out to me in regards to the proposal and she replied I have been busy! next question was I wanted to proceed with work for a settlement crack in a bedroom estimate $310.00 well the whole estimate was for this and staining of deck total $1585.00 the second reply was Oh there is a minimum of $450 In all the paper work they give you NOTHING states this. NOT a pleasant experience trying to find professional help or customer relations.

CertaPro painters did an excellent job painting most of the interior of our home (walls, doors & trim). Juve and Maria worked quickly and accurately. They filled in holes, seams, nails on baseboard, etc and the trim lines are perfect. (My only complaint is we had wood banisters painted and a little more prep work possibly may have prevented the later touch ups needed where they get handled a lot.) The very detailed quote given before hand prevented any misunderstandings and they followed up making sure we were completely happy before saying the job was finished. Overall, again, they did an excellent job, I would definitely hire them again the next time we have any painting projects.

The completed job was better than expected. The sales person walked us through the entire house explaining how many coats of paint would be required and a step by step guide on how it would be accomplished. The painters were outstanding. They came as scheduled and left only after making sure there was no mess and checking with us about the work for the next day. I would hire CertaPro again without hesitation. There was only one issue. The sales person said that the job would take six to seven painting days and that there would be at least three painters every day. We never had more than two and on two days we had only one. The job took nine painting days. An inconvenience and very annoying. That being said I would still recommend CertaPro.

An amazing experience. Sales did a wonderful job evaluating my home project. She answered every question and explained the process in great detail. While the painters were at the house, they were extremely neat, and attentive to the smallest detail. They answered every question with knowledgeable information and the one request I had they performed quickly. I will use them again and suggest you go no where else.

It was a very detailed job with a lot of woodwork surrounded by screens and took a it a great deal of attention and precision. I called CertaPro to paint my front porch steps after the previous paint job wasn't done so well. Scheduling the appointment through Kelly, the co-owner, was very easy and she sent an email confirmation. Scott, the co-owner, provided a clear and concise estimate and had a suggestion to have the paint stay longer given that it is outdoors. The job was so well done that I called them again for my next paint job. Again, things went smoothly from scheduling, estimating (Amelia was very professional), to followup. Juve was the painter for both jobs and did a great job. I have another job coming up and will not hesitate to call CertaPro.

I did not have a good experience with CertaPro, and they have eliminated the possibility that I will ever call them for any future projects. I called to see if they were interested/able to help me with removing paint from concrete basement walls, and possibly to help apply drylok paint afterward. Reception person looked at a list of services and said they do paint removal. She then scheduled Amelia for a visit to determine project scope. The day before her scheduled visit, she called me to confirm the appointment. Then, 3 hours prior to the time for the appointment, she called to say that she had discussed the project with her boss and he determined it was not something they were interested in. That's too bad, because the projects I have coming up are sizeable and I won't be "interested" in working with CertaPro ever again.

I was very impressed with the initial process of reviewing and quoting the job. Their response was quick and professional. Once I accepted the quote, I was notified about scheduling and the expected process. The painting crew was courteous and very quality oriented. The only delays were weather related and I was informed immediately. I will definitely consider CertaPro first for any future needs!

Amelia did a fine job providing the quotation. She was on time for her appointment, and comprehensively priced the job in a brief period of time. The men arrived the first day possible after a rainy period. I didn't audit their work, but everything I had expected to be done, was done. Thus far I am very impressed with the quality of the paint itself. CertaPro painted my deck, and the area facing the sky has a tendency to deteriorate after two years or so after past work so I shall be able to comment on the paint quality itself in another year or so. The guys did a good job cleaning up, which has been a weak point when I employed others..
