I had scheduled an estimate (over the phone with Joe Sr.) with this company at 10am today, August 6. The automated email confirmation indicated a 2-hour window, from 10am to 12pm. At 11:30 am nobody had showed up yet or called, so I called the office and spoke with Joe Sr. who said he would have called Joe Jr. to check on the status of the affair. About 10 minutes later, Joe Jr. called to say that "he wished he had told me earlier, but they couldn't do estimate," without even providing an explanation. Of course, at that point I had no intention to reschedule with them, but he didn't even bother to offer an alternative time . In the meantime, at 11:48 am I received an email stating: "Sorry, we’ve had to cancel your booking at Tuesday, August 6, 2019 10:00 AM (US/Eastern)". On their website, they brag about "the consideration (they) afford to every client," and about standing out from the crowd with, among other virtues, "invaluable punctuality." This is definitely not what I saw.

Appaloosa Painting A+++ Speed, Great Crew, Great Job Good Price. I had to sell a rental in Harper's Ferry quick. I was lucky to get Appalossa Painting. Dan has a great crew. They are very professional, very quick, reliable and clean. They knew I needed the job done fast It was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with large decks and outbuildings, completely painted inside and out, including some deck repair, in a week. Appaloosa Painting and Dan were Amazing !!!
