The crew from Lilac City did an excellent job painting my single story rancher. The prep work before paint ensured a terrific outcome after the paint. I found owner Jonathan to be responsive to any questions or changes I made to original bid. Be sure to read bid carefully and if any changes requested, be clear about any additional cost. That’s advice to homeowner not Lilac:) Don’t assume something’s included or not! All I had to do was ask the questions and Lilac provided the clarity - so appreciated!! I don’t like surprises:) James was the primary painter. You can trust James around your home and his work was great - from finding a solution a door I had, his work, clean up - all great!! It was important to me to trust this crew and I did. I would use them again!!

We contracted with the Jonathan from Lilac in May. They said it would be out there time wise but when they start; they finish. They started in September! However, good to his word, he assigned to good guys James and Jacob who came everyday. They did an enormous amount of prep work since the house had a 30 year old paint job. The paint quality was top notch too as I checked on it at Sherwin Williams. Very professional. You will enjoy Jonathan...a real talker!

We bought a home that hadn’t been painted for 20 years and needed care and protection. We picked Lilac City because of their knowledge, methods and superior products. Jonathan was so responsive and awesome to work with and he helped us keep the project within our budget. We were SO happy with Derek, Dylan and Teddy who were our crew. They worked hard and expertly on our home. They spent the first couple of days just caulking and prepping the surfaces, which was really important to us. They welcomed any questions or concerns. On the last day we walked around the house twice to check for any flaws or misses and they quickly corrected the little things we found. Our house is fully protected and it looks so beautiful and brand new. We are so happy with this company. Great, personable people to boot.

I just had the exterior of my home painted by Lilac City Painting. When I first called the owner Jonathan, I told him my wife would be out of town and I wanted to surprise her, which left us with a very tight timeline. Jonathan came up that night and gave me a bid, which I thought was very fair and told me that he would commit to getting the project completed prior to her return back home. One week later the house has been transformed. The lead painter Forest was always polite and professional. As the painting progressed, there were several small decisions to make and Ethan was always willing to give me his opinion. Even if we didn’t like it once painted he would say no problem, we will redo it. Never made me feel bad for changing my mind and never seemed irritated with last minute changes. His crew was very polite, kept the jobsite tidy and once completed, cleaned up everything. They even used a shopvac and went around the house cleaning up any remaining paint chips. I was thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Lilac City Painting.

Excellent quality and service. We were very pleased with the job and with the overall process. Jonathan was great on the front end (sales) and the crew (Derek, Dylan and Teddy) did an excellent job and were more than willing to address any items we pointed out during our final inspection at the end (we just put painters tape to mark certain areas/lines we felt could be improved and they made a 2nd pass and addressed all those items). Overall, a very high quality and thorough job. UPDATE 8/13/19: We were very pleased that they (Derek, specifically) were willing to come out and correct a few issues we noticed on the garage door. They were minor issues that we hadn't noticed until months after the job, but we reached out to Lilac City and although we initially had a challenge coordinating a schedule, they were happy to do it and it did get done today and looks great. So it's great to see a company stand by their product and that says a lot.

Professional, Helpful, and Skilled! I am not afraid to have higher cost if I feel like the people working the job know what they are doing, are accommodating and helpful, and do what they say they will do; the attention to detail in the prep process as well as the execution met my standards and I have an eye for detail so I appreciated their work. Even after we hit a small road block due a mismatched color name (my fault, not theirs), they accommodated to find a new match without stalling the process and finished the job. I would recommend Lilac City and support this great local business.

Just had our house exterior completely repainted by Lilac City Painting. They did a great job and we even were able to get our cedar fence stained by them as well (great job there, too). Price was best we had from three quotes locally. Jonathan and his team were very friendly and professional. Entire process was no hassle - from initial quote to final payment. Our house needed a lot of prep work with scraping off old paint (some lead - which Lilac was very careful with), caulking, cleaning, etc. Lilac did great and were thorough with this... which was important to me... no point in painting entire house if prep is poor/incomplete! Great work! Their team was accommodating and friendly with final paint touch-up process at end, which was refreshing since a lot of folks out there seem annoyed to deal with 'little details'. Look of our house is so nice now: body colors, trim, accents. All our neighbors are complimenting the new look. I'm glad my house isn't a single color (salmon) anymore :)
