Meeting Josmair and David the two men who painted my home. Josmair was great at giving me time on when him and David will show up. And Andrea calling me a few days later to do a follow up to make sure I didn’t have any questions or issues with the job they done. So thanks to you guys.

The crew moved our furniture and took very good care of it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. Excellent experience from start to finish. I must admit, I was skeptical about using a franchise to paint but this experience has changed me. They were prompt, communicated often and did a great job painting. Rob was responsive, checked on the job and was always accessible. Jose and his team were top notch and truly cared about making us happy. We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior and 80% of the interior of a home that badly needed updating. We received estimates from 4 painting contractors in the area. CertaPro's estimate was slightly less than the average of the four. Their team arrived on time, made minor wall repairs, removed wall paper, then primed and painted as outlined in their contract. The painters did an excellent job covering darker paint on somewhat damaged walls. The end product was a wonderful improvement and greatly enhance the value and appearance of our house. Would definitely use them again.

We had the best experience with CertaPro Painters! We are a military family and have just relocated to williamsburg. We closed on our home on a Thursday and Mark came that morning to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and knew his stuff! He called me a few hours later to let me know he had found a crew to accommodate our very short timeline before our HHG were delivered. I immediately knew we were going to hire these guys to do the job. Jose and his crew (2 other men) showed up at 9:30 the next day and got to work. These guys meant business!! They had told me they would be done painting the entire interior of our home (minus trim work) by Sunday night. They were done by Saturday evening! The house looks amazing and Jose was the nicest guy ever! They really took care of our home. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

Even when I had questions and needed to make a last minute change to my contract he was very willing to work with me and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about my painter, Armando. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. He came back the following day to follow up with me to look at the deck once it was dry and to make minor touch ups. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
