Seth was an individual that my wife felt like she could trust at first sight. I wasn’t able to attend the meeting when Seth came to measure out basement for quote, but my wife called me and said that he was a really nice guy who she felt she could trust from the get go. Seth really went the extra mile with our basement I would NOT hestitate to use him again and I have already passed his information to my neighbor who is starting to finish their basement. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

We had EmeraldPro Painting take care of our master bedroom and bathroom, living-dining areas, large entry upstairs through a loft above the sunroom at the back of the house, family room and kitchen, and the downstairs portion of the sunroom. From the selection of the colors to the final touch-ups, the entire project reflected excellence all the way. The cost for the entire project was realistic and we are going to call on them again as the need arises. Our home is 30 years old and the interior doors are next on the list followed by the exterior. We have already spoken about the outside. EmeraldPro met every single concern and question and there was no issue unimportant enough that they didn't take care of totally! The painting team was outstanding in every single way! We could not have asked for more nor could we have asked for better! Total satisfaction from start to finish!

We had Seth and his crew paint both the interior and exterior of our house and we could not be happier. Eduardo was the painter for both and if you can request a painter get Eduardo, his attention to detail was amazing and we really appreciated his willingness to come back for some touchups. I left a message with Seth for Eduardo to check some of our doors because they were closing kind of funky. Eduardo came checked the doors and fixed our garage door was having issues not connected to the painting. Emerald Pro is the best you can't go wrong.

Worst experience ever, was told it would be 3 days and done. 5 days later there are so many touch ups needed we are repainting several walls. The accent wall was painted a different color than we had chosen. Keep in mind all the colors were sent 4 days in advance as they requested. If they worked more than 4 hours a day they might have been able to finish in 3 days. They have come back 3 times and still I have walls that look like they are different colors. Save yourself some time and money use someone else. They did offer to come out after taking off another day of work the owner was 2 hours late. I called and let the owner know I could not wait any longer and had to leave. The colors were sent well in advance they did not mention any problem with using lowes colors. As a matter of clarification they stated that would not be a problem. We asked for semi gloss received Satin. I have a chipped granite countertop and broken window seal, I had to hire a professional to come complete the job.

They worked with us through many color issues and changes, and were meticulous in masking, painting and cleanup. It's nice to have a go-to company I can call for any painting project moving forward. We were very impressed with the entire process from EmeraldPro. They painted our living room and entrance way (20' high ceilings). Seth was able to come and give us a bid within 48 hours and even came back out when I asked him to rebid with some modifications. He and his team were: on-time, courteous, and efficient. His crew leader, Geronimo, was always polite and made sure to inform me of what they were doing that day (he used Google Translate on his phone to make sure we understood each other). He even asked to borrow my vacuum to make sure everything was neat before they left on the last day! Seth came out each day to check on his team to make sure we were happy with the quality. All the paperwork/legalize was done online - the quote, and acceptance of quote. This is a very professional company, who realizes the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Seth and his painters. We had them power wash and paint our house while we were out of town. When we got back, Seth wanted to come over and go over the job with us to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Honestly we really had to look hard to find anything and what we found was extremely minor. We can't say enough good about this company. We'll use them again for any painting projects we have!

Unfortunately my experience was really, really bad, terrible job, one single man painting a big house, stains everywhere, ruined my hardware, cheap paint used, scratches off the wall with fingernails. Really disappointed, would not recommend this company to anybody

This was a great company to work with. They were very nice and did great work. We were very impressed with the care they took while painting to make sure nothing else in my house was painted by accident. They took our old, dark kitchen and made it bright, and modern. They accommodated all of our requests and we love the finished product!

Revised: Following up on this to note that Seth made sure all of the issues noted below were resolved. I was impressed with and really appreciate the great customer service. We had the exterior of our house stained. Overall I thought the job was OK. There was some overspray and drips under the deck and porch. Perhaps they thought because we had drips from a previous job that it didn't matter (It does. Now I'm scrubbing both new and old off). The crew left a significant amount of waste behind which was not discussed at the outset of the project. In addition, the crew dumped paint-containing liquids into various holes in our yard which is unacceptable in any scenario. The price was reasonable and the exterior looks better than it did, but overall the experience was a bit less than average. I likely wouldn't recommend.
