My wife and I wanted to get the exterior of our house painted, but we were concerned about the damage that could happen during such an undertaking. After researching many companies, we were most impressed with CertaPro Painters’ commitment to excellent customer service including a step by step description of the work to be performed. Belinda reassured us that her crew would be not only mindful of our property and belongings, but also mindful of our neighbors’ property and belongings. Much to our delight, every CertaPro crewmember was very respectful. The price was fair, the job was completed in a timely manner, and our house was painted without causing any distress to us or the neighbors. And, did I mention that it looks spectacular?! HORRIBLE! Colors weren't what I expect only because they would not paint color samples on the wall but handed my a piece of cardboard for the color sample. Paint was found in my kitchen sink (cleaning brushes), living room rug and bathroom floor. Yes, the had a dropped cloth but never straighten it out to use properly....just dragged it from room to room. Painters arrived late and left early. They had to return several times to clean up their mistakes on the walls. This was my first and my last time I call this company!

Excellent Preparation work by CertaPro to make sure there was no "over spray or spillage". Care was taken on the day of painting to insure complete coverage and there was a walk thru with myself and the crew before they left to make sure everything was correct . Thanks Again for a great job.-- PS Kelly was nice to deal with on the initial bid and he followed up at my home during the middle of job. Highly Recommend !

...Where to Begin? Five years ago we had Certa Pro painters do the trim on our home. On a scale of 10, they deserved a 10. So when it came time to repaint the trim and the stucco, we accepted their bid as proposed and looked forward to the same quality work product. Unfortunately, on a scale of 10 we got a 1 and spent over 6 months of repeated attempts to raise the score to a 2 or 3. The front door alone was repainted 4 or 5 times. While I appreciated the efforts of the supervisor to make things right, I cannot understand why he initially used a substandard team to paint and virtually never supervised their work. Finally, we gave up and will have to accept that overall the trim on our home looks worse now than it did before.

CertaPro (the owner) was able to come out right away and give a very reasonable estimate on painting our very large block fence. I live in an association and can only have certain paint colors. The owners wife drove out and picked up some paint chips on the ground and matched the paint perfectly. The fence looks brand new and is holding up very well. We need to get the whole house painted next year and CertaPro will get that job too!
