Certapro was terrific. I had a terrible experience with contractors on remodel job who did not want to fix things correctly. Austin with Certapro assured me I'd be happy when they fixed the last guys mess ups. I am so pleased with the work that was done. The owner stopped by and even worked some while here. Austin stopped by to say hi and check things out because he new I was concerned because of other Co. Constance was terrific over phone, painter was professional and did a great job. I will be calling on them again in the future.

We recently had our 22-year old outside shed (10' x 14') repainted. Along with that we had three exterior doors/trims repainted, and the frame around the garage door repainted. Additionally, there were some issues that needed to be taken care of regarding the entire repainting of our interior that took place a year previous. A crew of three (Jonathan, Tony, and Rigo) were here for 3 days to perform the work. Their work was excellent. They were very courteous and professional to work with. They were extremely accommodating regarding our requests. On their own, they noticed things that were not quite right and made the needed corrections to take care of these items even if it required rescraping, remasking, and then repainting. We are very pleased with the results. Jonathan, Tony, and Rigo are "top notch". I highly recommend them.

They painted just about every inch of our little home, and it is BEAUTIFUL. It makes all the difference in the world. They came back for some touch ups and not only fixed the spots I had noticed, but walked around and carefully inspected the rest of their work as well. Marlin and his crew were professional and patient with me (my first time using a professional painter, I wasn't sure what to expect). Doug was great at answering my questions and working with my budget. I'll come back to Certapro for future projects!

Had CertaPro paint my kitchen and a couple rooms. My first experience was with Doug Zetting, the estimator. Doug was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He set me up to get started in just a few days. The crew came out and did an amazing job! JT was the main painter. He was very pleasant. He was on time and did a great job. They protected the floors and furniture. They were also good to clean up after. I would definitely refer them or even use them again for another project. Thanks CertaPro!!!

I had 2 bathrooms painted: walls, ceiling, and vanities. Initially scheduling a bid was easy. Kyle was professional and friendly. He sent over the estimate via email which was reasonable and beat out a competitor. We scheduled the job. During the busy season you won't get an exact date; I was told an estimated week and then they called 2 days ahead of the date. Also, I didn't have a wall color selected during the bid, but I did send it to Kyle the prior to the date work was to commence. The day of work: Alex and crew were on time. However, the crew wasn't made aware of my selected paint colors, so they had to go get the paint that morning. Some guys stayed back to start prep. They began to paint and were very quick, respectful, and friendly. However, when I had the bid done, it was discussed that the knots in the vanities would be filled. Somehow, that didn't cross to the work crew. They'd already started painting them when I discovered. Alex was always professional and very friendly. He told me that filling the holes may not work. I wish someone had said that during the sales process. Alex did fill the holes, but as he said, many of the knots look visible still. I thought it was common for people to fill and paint knotty cabinets. It seems to me if a little more time was taken on filling and sanding, the knots would look smoother. They finished the job in 6 hours. Super quick. But I feel like some of the quality was lost. During the sales process I indicated I wanted the large holes in the walls from towel rods to be filled, and I thought standard paint prep would include filling nail holes. I didn't have many nail holes, I think 5 total. Alex did ask about the big holes from the towel rods before beginning. I told him I'd like them patched over. They did, but they weren't sanded down. One had tunneling into the drywall still visible. All this poor patchwork was painted over. Additionally, the small nail holes weren't filled. The walls and ceilings (besides the poor patching/sanding) look nice. They cleaned up after themselves some, but I had to scrape up a paint drops out of my tub and floor and some overspray on a faucet and out of a sink. One of my outlet face plates was also cracked when they put it back. I only discovered it after they left, and I replaced it myself. When it was time to pay, Alex's work order had a different price than what I was quoted. I had to pull up my proposal in my email while he called Kyle the sales guy. Not sure how that happened, but my initial proposal was honored. Prior to leaving, Alex did urge me to call back if I catch anything that isn't right. Alex came back to fix the poor patchwork and fill the nails. Overall, I felt like the quality could have been a little more detailed initially. I didn't want to paint the rooms myself to save time, but when I have to point obvious things out, that almost makes me regret not just doing it myself. Every other review is 5 stars which is part of my reason for selecting them. I hated the feeling of having to call and be that customer. In the end they made everything right which is commendable.

I just recently had my house repainted in Clinton, Utah by two of the most polite and, helpful people I have ever encounter. My wife and, I were so pleased at thier job and, how well respected they treated us. Our house lloks brand new. we tried to look for any flaws but, fortunately was not able to. if anyone is lloking for a painter then I would highly reccomend Francisco Herrera from the Weber/Davis are of Utah. Excellent they did.

Jonathan sent me daily updates with photos to let me know the progress of the home. We came back to a very clean, neat, very nice looking newly painted home. CertaPro did an amazing job, of course there was a few touch up spots. They were very easy to get a hold of and they came back the following week after our new carpet was laid. They touched up everything that we pointed out to them with no questions as to why. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will be using them every time I need any painting done...

Responsive to both phone calls & text messages (even during his personal travel time). And the foreman (Jose) and his crew, he made the actual work effort easy for me. Jose even point out the areas I missed in prepping the area for them but then again, he took care of it. Also, Jose have gone above and beyond his required work (example: assisted me in getting missing items and ultimately have all things in place before completing all paint work). It is apparent that these folks that work for this company take pride of their AOR (Area of Responsibilities). That’s all I can say. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Friendly painters. They did a great job. The wind caught some of their masking paper so there was some black over on a tan part of the building, but they repainted that area so everything came out perfect. I would definitely recommend them... Also, they had the best price compared to 4 others.
