Daniel and his helper came out yesterday to power wash my house, paint my front door, back door, and shutters. The work they did was horrible, he bent back and tore off half of the branches on my Crepe Myrtle, power washed the paint completely off of my house in numerous places (that paint is now stuck to my windows and screens). Both doors look like a 3 year old painted them (he didn't scrape the old paint off that was peeling and he painted around the door knobs instead of removing them, the paint is so thin you can see through it). They got black paint from the shutters onto my house where it is white (I had to point it out 2 times before he applied one very thin coat of white paint over the black marks). He refused to clean up the mess he left he said "clean up was not included." I had estimates for a couple of other projects they were supposed to do and planned on showing him a few other things inside of the house that I needed done. After seeing his work and the rude attitude he was giving me, I decided to just have him finish what he started and not do the other projects.
Daniel and Joyce Cotrino sent me the estimate via email and I went back and forth with them over several emails confirming the information on the quote was correct. After confirming everything, I scheduled Daniel to come out to my house to begin the work on 6/6/17. Daniel arrived on time at 8am and began working immediately. I left for the office and had only worked for an hour and 15 minutes when I received a call from Daniel asking me where the paint was. I told him that I didn't have the paint that he should have the paint. Daniel told me the paint was not included in the estimate. I explained to him that it was. He then said "Listen Lady, the paint is not included, the quote was for labor." I was told by Daniel and have the document stating... the quote is for labor and "Total includes the cost of Behr paint and material" stated below the total on the Quote. Daniel argued with me saying that paint and materials were not included and that the quote was for labor only. We had 4 other quick phone calls regarding him getting paint, not getting paint, and then I told him to stop working that I would be home in 30 minutes. I arrived home and he showed me what he completed and what he had left to power wash before he began painting. We agreed he was going to finish power washing, paint the 2 doors and shutters and we agreed on an amount for the completed services (which was the amount on the quote for this specified work).
Daniel finished the work, I paid him and he left.
I would not recommend this mans services.
