CertaPro did an excellent job painting the interior of my home. Every step of the process was fantastic. In our initial consultation with Jeremy, he was very thorough and was able to answer all the questions we had. He gave a realistic timeline of how quickly the job would be completed. The painters, Homar and Godoy, were great. They were punctual everyday, and always took the time to explain what their plans were in the morning, and give us a complete run down of everything they accomplished in the evening. They were friendly, and they did a superb job painting our house. In the final walk through, Jeremy made sure we were satisfied, and answered all of our questions. Jeremy is a man of his word and has great communication, customer service and project management skills. While other paint companies no showed estimates, were unprofessional, or said one thing, then did another, Jeremy is a man of integrity and if he says he is gonna get it done right, it will be done right. My project faced some adversity and challenges due to the type of building which required more paint and man hours than what was expected once they got further into the job. Not to worry, Jeremy stuck to his quote that we agreed on, and finished the job in a timely fashion, much quicker than some of these other flaky companies out here that have terrible communication skills and/or excuses. So if you are looking for a fair priced, straight shooter and someone that will not quit until the job is done to "YOUR" satisfaction ( Not the painters), give Jeremy a call and have him come out and help y'all.

My husband and I had Jeremy and his crew paint our whole lake house from ceiling down to the wall trim. Our experience was so positive from beginning to end. Jeremy is a hoot to work with and he will make sure you are satisfied. If there's something that needs to be fixed with the paint they are on top of it so you can be a satisfied customer. We did aggreable grey on the walls then white trim, doors, closest, ceilings and our kitchen cabinets and it looks really great. I had an amazing experience with this company. Firstly, Jeremy was very attentive, honest and flexible. I was not aware of the military discount that they offer and he brought it to my attention after noticing a photo of me in uniform. The painters showed up on time and finished a day earlier than they had projected. They did great quality work and clean up as well. Top Shelf from start to finish. We recieved a very competetive estimate and signed a contract the same day. Work began on time and was completed within projected time span. Quality work. We used a dark color on the walls with white trim and crown with a light grey ceiling and the lines are crisp and superb. Stunning work, on time, at a competetive price....what more do you want? CertaPro of Weatherford just completed a fabulous paint job in our home - removed popcorn, textured and painted ceilings, painted walls and all trim in living room and kitchen. I will use again in the future. The 4 stars would be 5 if the price had been lower. I did receive offers for a less amount but decided to pay slightly higher as CertaPro offered a 2 year warranty.

This company has a myriad of issues starting with the quality of the work and going all the way up to the management. Despite what was represented to me, no prep work was done before paint went on the walls. I specifically told Jeremy I wanted to hire painters for the common areas of the house because I did not have time to do the proper prep work and wanted these areas to have a professional paint job before moving in. He assured me they would do it all (sand, fill holes, etc...) Instead, the painters came in and started slinging paint on the walls (and everything else). Certapro never finished the job and I never received a walk through (much less a final walk through) with anyone despite my repeated requests. Instead, I received excuse after excuse of why someone couldn't make it out for a walk through. There are still holes in the walls and trim that were never filled prior to painting. The cut lines on the walls and trim are crooked and bleed onto each other, old paint can still be seen through the single coat of paint on the wall, there is paint all over our window seals, floors, cabinets, and on our bathtub. We had no furniture in the house and the job was supposed to be completed before we moved in. it wasn't. After the first day, I began contacting Jeremy to let him know about the issues. He would rarely respond and would not come out to look over the job with me. When he did respond, he would schedule a time to meet and then no show without a word. Eventually, he referred me to the owner, Gerald. The owner told me the painters had returned multiple times to fix the issues. But multiple issues still remained. The owner even said he did a brief walk through (without me) and noticed some of the issues I mentioned to Jeremy. At this point, we were a day away from moving in. I requested he send another crew out (I'd lost confidence in the current crew at this point) but was told that that wasn't possible and I would be charged more. I was also informed that I would be charged more if the painters had to move furniture out of the way to fix the remaining issues. According to the owner, he was already upside down in the job because the painters had to return numerous times. More excuses--not my problem. In a good faith effort to resolve this mess, I offered to pay for a majority of the contract price. I didn't expect him to be out the entire cost of the contract, and I didn't expect to pay the entire price for a job that hadn't been completed. In response, the owner agreed to let me pay less than the full amount of the contract provided I sign a full release agreement which contained a non-disparagement clause (i.e., I couldn't leave this review or say anything to anyone about the quality of CertaPro's work) and an unconscionable liquidated damages provision in the thousands of dollars (a penalty they would attempt to enforce had I signed the agreement and given a bad review). I paid the full contract price for a job that was never completed just so I could leave this review and warn others. CertaPro will rush in, sling paint on the walls (and everything else) and rush out. Save your money and DIY or, if you want a professional paint job, look else where.

The crew consisted of 2 men that prepped and painted my mom’s 3500 sq feet home. They were completely done from start to finish in 3 days (1st was power washing). The job they did was spectacular! They didn’t get any spray off anywhere, not even on the grass! The men were so courteous and clean, if it wasn’t for the machinery making noise we wouldn’t have known they were here! Very detailed! The paint job looks great, they didn't trash our yard, used an extended ladder to power wash the trim under our two story roof (unlike the first company that implied they power washed it), covered all my patio furniture they had to move with plastic incase it rained, but they first took a picture of my patio so they could place it all back the way it was! Jeremy's goal is to do the best job possible and leaving the customer completely satisfied. Highly recommend them!

Do not use-I had Jeremy and his assistant (daughter) come and measure my entire house for an interior paint quote. At one point his computer started acting up, then their laser measuring tool. His daughter took a call from their office and chatted while I was standing there. Then they were in a rush to leave but said I would get my quote tomorrow. A couple days passed and I called. Jeremy said “you wanted a quote for your living room”, and I replied “no, the entire house”. He reminded me about his computer problems and said he would get something to me by the end of the day. Waited and nothing. I called the office the next day and she said she’d let him know to call me. I also called his cell phone and left a message. Waited and nothing. Very unprofessional.

If I could go back, I would not use CertaPro. They subcontract, unfortunately we got sloppy, incompetent painters for our job...to this day we are cleaning up after their mess. To his credit, Jeremy did try to fix the problems by bringing a "good" painter to touch up the walls, but then he went MIA and did not finish cleaning the paint they got on our floors/fixtures. The images I posted were taken TODAY (the job was in Nov, with touch-up going on through Jan)...I’m finally getting around to cleaning all of the over-spray that they left behind. The bottom line is we paid $15k for a lot of headaches. Do yourself a favor and find another company...
