From our first inquiry to the completion of the job, we are more than satisfied. Everyone were extremely professional and hard working. The lines of communication never ceased and the house looks like new once again. I would recommend and have already done so, Certa Pro Painters of League City.

I give them 0 stars, but I had to put one to post. Only one guy painted the first day for 5 hours. Other main painter disappeared and didn't return that day despite the other painter telling me he would. Day 2- Main painter back but his other 2 guys were "sick" and I contacted the company to send more people from another site if possible because my job would not get done on time. company never responded, and only called painter - painter got mad at me. Company then had a third party call at the end of the day - no morning or mid-day check in to ask how's it going without any knowledge of what I already reported. Job took one extra day. Quoted 2-3 days and took a full 4 days. Day 3 and day 4 they had three guys painting. Got paint on my couch in 2 places (cleaned). Painter lied to my husband telling him the foyer had 2 coats of paint at the end of day 2. It did not. Lines on walls and around doors not straight until we made them re-do them. They would have left them. Customer service terrible. I asked for a discount and received a small one. Had I not asked for it they would not have offered it. And tried to rush and close out on day 3 - which was not even possible because they were no where near done. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The owner, Scott Blair, was fantastic. Scott set an appointment with us quickly, provided a fair estimate, and showed up the first day with his team. The team was awesome! The weather was certainly not conducive to completing an outside job "on time", they always showed up when they said they would be there and called if the weather was too inclement to work. We will certainly recommend CertaPro to everyone!

We have used CertaPro Painters twice now. Both times we have been pleased and felt work was done exactly as we wanted it. Had a slight issue in communicating actual areas to be painted but this was handled with additional charges. All in all we were pleased and the workers were very helpful and followed the plan just right

Great work. Only issue I would say is they completely forgot about us and our scheduled appointment. If I didn't call to see where they were I'm afraid they would have never come at all. Despite that issue they did great on the exterior work. I did ask that they check the dry wall where we had a leak, but I don't think they did. Now I just have to hope it isn't damaged and no mold.....hope that helps.

Very happy with this company from the estimation to completion. They were quick to respond to my questions. We had to delay the start due to rain and they kept us informed. Jimmy, Juan, and his crew met with us at the start of the job to go over everything. Then the guys got to work. They were efficient, fast, and neat. At the end of each day everything was put away except plastic they needed up for the next day. When the job was complete they cleaned up and except for our beautiful paint job you wouldn’t know they were here. We are very happy with the results and the professionalism of this company.

The work crew did a fine job of replacing dry wall and painting the ceiling and walls. The crew was friendly. They replaced material in the area they were working in upon request. However, paint stains on the front walk way and garage floor was not cleaned after their job was complete. Sloppy clean up

Our home in the Brook Forest section of Clear Lake had what we thought was minor damage after hurricane Harvey. We filed an insurance claim and were surprised how much damage had occurred. We contacted several painting contractors and evaluated each proposal. We choose CertaPro in League City, and they did the work in 4 1/2 days. The outcome surpassed our highest expectations. Very professional and they work hard to make sure the customer is very satisfied.

The crew from Certa Pro where right on! They did the job in 3 days and very professional. I chose 3 colors and they painted the house with respect to where i wanted the two different color whites and with the red accent to the house made it unique to my liking! Thank you again Certa pro! Jimmy and the league city crew were great. Tracy came out early and gave me a quote the same day. Dave stayed in touch as we finalized the paperwork and schedule. Then Jimmy has his crew completed the work quickly and were professional the entire time. Highly recommend.
